Price is alaways helpful and cares for his students in more ways than one. I would highly recommend him in any class.

This was the funnest class I have taken. If you wanna learn and have fun at the same time, take Price! If you're an athlete, watch out, he'll be pickin on you a bit, but its all in fun.

Very clear, and extremely enthusiastic about the subject. Makes it funny and interesting. Time flies in this class. But if you can't take a joke, don't take him, if you can, then I would take him for as much as you can.

Take him whenever you can for any course he teaches- I guarantee you will enjoy it.

Great teacher, got me interested in a subject that otherwise would have bored me to death and probably resulted in my failing or dropping. Hes REALLY smart, interesting in lectures...funny. Reminds me of a Late Night Show host.

He is a great teacher and keeps the students interested in the subject. He is also very funny and that makes the time go by fast. He has a joke for everything. Anyone could voice their opinion. I highly recommend Kent Price for any course.

Awesome teacher. Tests are essay based, so they can get a little hard. However, as long as you go to all classes you should have no problem; he's an excellent lecturer and very funny. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very Interesting teacher!Kept my attention during the entire class, and tells funny jokes. He may go off subject at times, but that's what keeps students attention! Test are all based on notes. He is my favorite teacher at CSUB.

Prof. Price is simply awesome. He's knowledgable, funny and passionate. His jokes and random tangents are hilarious to witness. He can be a bit abrasive, but his enthusiasm and intelligence make up for it. He's easily the greatest teacher I've had at CSUB. Don't take Poli Sci unless you get Price!

Funniest professor eva. The class environment is great. He gives great lectures that even if they are boring, he makes them interesting with his sence of hummor. Tests are VERY easy if you take good notes. Advice: you dont have to read the whole book, just wait for the study gide and go over it...

Great Professor! His classes are interesting and fun! Expect to attend every class and do the reading. His tests are short answers and an essay. So if you don't take notes (go to class) and read don't expect to do well. But I would suggest the class to EVERYONE!

Very attractive, very smart he'd definitely and A+ in every department. Take his class regardless of major, class with him is truly an experience. There just aren't enough positive adjectives to describe. I waited a year so I could take it with him and trust me he was worth the wait!

this dude is so hilarious. definently take the class if you havent already. but expect to take lots of notes because its all for the test. if you dont show up to class you will do bad. hes not boring so wouldnt you show up? this guy is hilarious.

Ditto what everyone else said. Hillarious, easy going, and speaks his mind. Knows his stuff very well. There are only 3 tests though, so dont screw any of them up like I did (oops). Went in thinking i knew government, came out with a much broader view. Very good professor. I actually enjoyed coming to his class.

This professor is hilarious and fun and so are his lectures. I felt like I actually learned something after I left each lecture. You HAVE to go to class and you HAVE to take notes. If you do that, you will do fine on the tests. The tests are all essay, so be prepared and now your stuff.

Excellent professor. Very knowledgable. I wish all professors were like him. He is very clear, helpful,and extremely interesting class. He makes the difficult subject easy, no papers, extra credit, & very practical. He teaches as he teaches in UCBerkely. You learn a lot and get an "A", just go to the turoring session he assigns and read your notes.

He's got a sailor's mouth but man this guy can make a lecture interesting. Some people brought dogs to class and he totally didn't give a crap. Very good teacher, easy A.

Most amazing teacher! He knows how to connect with students in order to keep the class interesting. He makes students question their own political beliefs to give them a better understanding of the impact of their beliefs. Just pay attention and you're good to go. (Don't take this class if you're a prude, there's no room for you in his class.)

Price is a very good professor. He has a sense of humor and really wants his students to pass his class. He wants you to THINK not just be there. If you are going to take his class, MAKE SURE YOU READ THE TEXT!!! i made the mistake of not doing this... it lost me an 'A' I totally recommend him. JUST READ!!

The Best proff. ive had thus far at CSUB. Its actually the first class that ive retained information the class was over. Very bright, funny, makes the class interesting. Communicates with the class well. My favorite lecture was early on about freedom of speech. (****).the tests are right off his lectures/notes. I highly recommend this proff.

I loved this class! I really enjoyed coming to his lectures. They were not boring at all, he put his knowledge to it and made it interesting. I am kind of disappointed with him leaving the last two weeks of class and bringin in a diff prof. but still loved his class :)

Professor Price is by far one of the best teachers that I have ever had in my entire life. He is fun, helpful, and very smart. I love the way he teaches and without knowing realizing it you end up learning a great deal. I definitely recommend him if you want to learn many interesting things and have lots of fun while doing so.

He was awesome! If you take notes in class, and go over the text you will be fine. He even gives you a study guide. One of the best professors at CSUB. Do not take Political Science 101 with anyone else but price.

He is the best professor I ever had at cal state!!! U don't get any h.w in that class just go to class take notes and he even tells you whats going to be on the test. Study everything on the study guide you will do fine. His lectures are so fun, seriousley lOOOVeed that class. He even offers review sessions for the test, you should definatley go.

Very entertaining class, no real homework besides reading, and he even offers review sessions. Take this class!

Price is amazing!!! I learned many things through his lectures. He makes the class extremely interesting which made time go by fast. No homework ,but He gives three test and that is your grade. Each test is worth 150 points. So study study study.

Price is pofessional and very clear throughout his course. I went in dreading having to listen about history and politics, but I don't think I've enjoyed any class more. It was real work, but I learned. Thats the point of college. Thank you Price!

Incredibly inspiring teacher. Had him my Freshman year, and I truly enjoyed his class. He is fairly simply and somewhat easy, but If you choose to pay attention, you will gain much from him. He is still my favorite professor because of his teaching and his personality. He is a great professor and an even better human being.

Price is an awesome guy. Tests on exactly what he says in class, but be sure to review vocabulary in the book. Very passionate about teaching. Best professor at CSUB PERIOD. he honestly made every lecture worthwhile. i praise his intelligence. take him and no other teacher. the test are pieces of cakes if u listen in lecture and study. all short answer and essays. read the book if u can. really am going to miss him as a teacher and as a person. definitely recommend.

Mr. Price got me really interested into politics after taking his class. He's very funny if you can handle taking a joke and his exuberant lectures. He cares if you care, just come to class and be prepared to laugh and participate. Had several assignments and the tests were clear on what they were going to be on.

Easily the best professor on campus. I was never interested in the subject until I took his class. He is hilarious, and makes the material easy to learn and understand. Study for his tests from the lecture notes and vocabulary and you will pass.

Pretty intimidating, but he cares for his students even though he doesn't like to admit it. He really wants his students to learn and understand the material. He loves discussion and that's what basically what his lectures are like.

This professor is a real gem. He comes off very intimidating at first but he genuinely cares about his students (even though he'll say we are all dumbasses). I've always left his classes with the ability to change my perspective on certain issues and the knowledge he instills will stay with you for the rest of your career.

Hands down one of the best professors on campus. Not only does he teach the course but also life lessons. Truly amazing. Cares about your grade very understanding in any situations. Very important to participate in lecture. I wish I can have this professor for every class. Made the semester very enjoyable.

I honestly enjoyed his class because he is very funny and makes class interesting. PLSI 1018 with him was graded by three things only 2 exams which were each worth 100 points (One of which was your final) and 1 essay also worth 100 points, that is it. Yet he is a very easy grader.
