Heavily favors students particularly the male students. Very Unorganized for a Management Professor, what is on the syllabus is not what he plans to follow, 4 open book quests ended up being 0% of our grades instead added a final near the end of the semester. No lectures just online classes to discuss what will happen the next class.

He's arrogant and so unorganized and all he does is blame his students and rips on them. DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASS!! Because of this guy I've had to drop my first ever class.

I formerly submitted a review for Kerry, but it looks like it has disappeared. I had Kerry in my first semester at NAIT and was shocked at the quality of instruction. He was very unclear about assignments, condescending in emails, and berated students in front of the class. Make sure to study the textbook and submit all homewrk early for feedback!

This prof is really tough and kind of mean. He doesn't use a respectful tone and is rude to students when they ask questions. He has a 3 month-long, difficult group project and will give students a zero. I didn't appreciate his "This is a difficult class and I don't care if you fail!" attitude. Teachers should want their students to pass the class!

Kerry is the first bad instructor that I have encountered at NAIT. He is an extremely tough grader and provided little to no feedback. He also seemed to enjoy teaching in a hostile/confrontational learning environment. I would recommend avoiding him if you care about your GPA

Kerry's course layout was incredibly scattered and incredibly unorganized. Email replies feel degrading and rude, as well as his feedback on assignments.

I took his class in 2020. Kerry was rude and usually seemed annoyed. I'm going into my third year (I've made the Dean's list every term so far) and he is still the worst instructor I had. If you have the opportunity to drop his class I would strongly reccomend it. If you're reading this to your students KC, please cheer up and try to be better. :)

He is the most inconsiderate professor I know. He brags about being one of the best professors at NAIT when he is the opposite of what he says. He is very mean to students. He gives horrible criticisms instead of constructive ones. Drop his class as early as possible. Avoid him at all cost

The only instructor in my 2 years of study that I hate the most. He is the only instructor who will stop you from asking questions in the class. Kerry insult you in front of the whole class. His lectures are never helpful so be prepared for exams. As an international student, he is the reputation spoiler for NAIT.

I didn't get the chance to rate 0 but I would really rate him zero. The only professor in NAIT that will disrespect you for asking the question. He will tell you that I don't care if you fail the class. My personal experience says that You will be stuck in his class with hundreds of doubts. There are many other instructors who care abothe students.

I wish he used the moodle more effectively. The drop boxes are from last year and may not pull up on the calendar, so it is easy to miss assignments. I'm afraid I disagree with talking badly about students who are not present or are failing the course. The moodle should be more up to date, but drop boxes remain closed or are open for brief periods.

Sad excuse for a leader. Talks badly about students on a regular basis, constantly late to classes. Should not be teaching a leadership course when he doesn't follow what he teaches.

If you're a self-directed learner, Kerry is fine. The major problem is he never covers content from the textbook or topics in lectures. Lectures are only used to cover what is due, which is already accessible through the instructor announcements section in Moodle. This class should be taught by an actual leader.

His online class was OK until he stopped teaching after two weeks and forced us to watch pre-recorded lectures in class; if someone had a question, he would answer in a condescending tone. Instead of teaching, he bragged about being a lecturer and running his own business. Then he began to target students and vent his anger on them. Don't recommend

He berated a student three weeks in and told her she'd never be successful in business because her mic was damaged, despite the fact that she emailed him before class. Two weeks later, the entire class had to go to admin and seek a new lecturer since he bullied everyone. We were all switched out; It was the worst prof experience I've ever had.

Pathetic excuse for a professor.

Non compassionate, patient, or understanding. He has made people I know that were students of his think about giving up in a lot areas of life. He makes people feel less then if they are not meeting an intelligence of his magnitude. It is an absolute disgrace to education that nait continues to keep such a person hired on to "edcucate".

Avoid at all costs. Walking red flag. Degrading and rude to students and a bully in private. He has a terrible structure for assignments and will give you a 0 on things he clearly didn't read. Threatens students with failing and belittles anyone for even asking questions.

Kerry is by far the worst instructor at NAIT. Students who typically get a 4.0 but fail your class - what does that say about you as a teacher? Yes, I know you read these and think they are funny. This isn't just being a disgruntled student if you are consistently getting this message year after year, while other Profs are rated highly.

He is the worst instructor ever. I don't know why NAIT still keeps him despite his low ratings. For a group project, he'll fail you and give no feedback at all. If you ask questions, he will answer in a sarcastic way or in a rude way. I am very upset because I study hard, but the group project percentage pulls my grade down.

He would not answer your question, all the assignment and final exam date on moodle is wrong. He set his own rules for everything, he tends to make things complex. When we ask questions, he choose to complain students for not paying enough attention. Things are not the same with course syllabus. If you want a hard time go choose his course.

Not approachable. Does not take schooling as a learning curve but instead imposes his own view of the real world in his imagination and experience. Student care zero. Even though I received B, I would never ever take his class again. You just end up not the class and paying your student loaned money. Ask around.

I'm surprised he is still in NAIT, this is the reason I say NAIT is not the student's side.They don't read feedback and students' concerns.I waste my money, and educators who destroy students' motivation to study shouldn't be said as educators.There was only a scar from his lecture,I am not happy I am studying at NAIT.They only care for themselves.

Very tough grader and it is not so motivating when he gives feedback. Whenever you ask questions he would reply with "you should be more engaged" instead of answering the question directly. I would never recommend him. Due dates are not updated in Moodle. He would say he has clear rubrics but there isn't any rubric posted in his Moodle site.

I have never written a review but if you care about yourself you should not take him as your professor. He doesn't give clear instructions and leaves you guessing what to do. In addition, he doesn't give any feedback until the end and the last written piece is to basically point out all the flaws in your group members. PLEASE DON'T TAKE THIS CLASS!

I would not recommend taking his class. He is not very approachable and appears bothered by any questions asked. Is not very understanding or considerate. I can't imagine if I was a student just starting out with an online class and wasn't fully aware of everything and needed clarification more then one time. Don't do it.

He teachers Organizational Behaviour but he does a very poor job in keeping his class intact as well as teaching. Majority of the students in my class despise him and his ways of “teaching.” In fact, no one considers him a “teacher,” he's just there.

Kerry Couet was a hellsent nightmare upon students, a non-caring backhanded grader that doesn't care about the importance of his job. Failing straight A students isn't an accomplishment or success in battle of whits, it is a failure to the professor.

This instructor is unbelievable in grading the students. He is not literally tough grader instead he doesn't know how to grade right the students. He seems has a discrimination along with his students. If he doesn't like you to pass he will. He keeps looking for mistake that seems not a mistake just to justify how he got the point to grade you low.
