Super smart and funny professor; He made business law fun and now I am thinking about law school!

Pretty boring class but the professor tries to make it interesting. Show up for class and study the powerpoints and you should be alright.

Probably my top professor of my last semester. Incredibly knowledgeable of the field he's teaching and his experience really helps relate the content. Definitely not an Easy A professor, but you'll come away having learned quite a bit. Easier if you have an interest in law or government already. Very helpful professor. Discussion days are a blast.

Easy class if you have interest in government or law. If not, it is a very boring course. He is very knowledgeable of the material and does a good job presenting it. I bought the book and only used it for the homework. If you study the slides and take notes, you'll do fine.

Love this guy! He takes a pretty dry subject like business law and makes it interesting and entertaining, which is kind of like magic. He uses real life examples which makes it a lot easier to relate the material too. He is very smart, very helpful and extremely fair. He is also one of the funniest guys on that campus so take this class if can.

This is a business school required class that I took to check a block; actually found this professor to me pretty interesting. He is really funny and brings good examples. Gives hard tests but treats students with respect. I would recommend him and take another class that he was teaching.

had 2 exams. and some homeworks from the book. homeworks were easy. 1 extra credit paper that if you do it, you get the full credit. the first exam was hard but heavily curved. second one was the final and you could use notes/slides. i'd take.

He was a great professor. He was smart and knew what he was talking about because he practices law. The material can be dry, but he makes it bearable. He is also very fair with grading and turning in assignments. There is no final with him, and on the 3 short exams you do have you are allowed to use slides he provides as well as your book.

I loved this class and the structure that Mr. Bradford has created for it. Mr. Bradford recognizes that law may not be an exciting topic for some people so he goes out of his way to make the class easy for all. The tests were all open notes, and was lenient on homework due dates. Great teacher, highly recommended.

I do not recommend taking his class if you are someone who likes to be given specific guidelines for projects. You do a group project and there are no formal guidelines given aside from a vague paragraph in the syllabus. Aside from this project the rest of the class is easy as long as you don't mind doing homework and attending class.

Really interesting guy, passionate about what he does. Loves lawyer jokes, so tell them when possible. Tests are open note/open book, very simple to follow along. Class is all lecture with PP slides which he sends to you. Do the assignments (which are quick and easy) and you will do just fine!

It was a good class. There were only two tests, both of which were open book. The tests weren't too difficult as long as you come to class and listen to the lecture and bring all your notes. Bradford is attentive and helpful when you have an issue.

Only need the book really for the exams. Fills in the gaps his notes leave out. Recommed for Legal Environment of Business.

All notes are given via printable slides. Get the book. Attendance is taken. Terminology can be challenging. Lectures can be long, Mr. B will break it up with humor, and a break at the end of each class. Mr. B will walk you through each slide adding personal examples for understanding. Tests are 10 chaps and open note which Is a blessing.

Explains everything thoroughly. Long group paper at the end of semester but its not that bad because you're with a group. it was somewhat difficult determining what to write about, but another positive was that he leaves that decision almost entirely up the groups.

He's a lawyer, obviously, so he definitely knows what he's talking about and is very open to questions before, during and after class. He tries to joke around in class to make things lighter. This class may be difficult but it was not completely impossible. His tests are open notes and he is the best Legal Business professor out there. People complain about the length of lectures, but he dismisses our class 15 to 20 minutes early every class. Tests are curved. TAKE HIM!!!!!!!

Kevin is all around a great teacher. Although the class and lectures are long, he makes them fun and uses real life examples to get the material across. Tests can be difficult but they are open note and book. He gives a chance for extra credit after each test and assigns homework due for each week. I recommend him and would take him again!

Very Good Professor all tests are open books and open notes. The tests are challenging and some stuff is not in the notes. Very simple class structure with some homework, would definitely recommend taking him.

You had to have the book to do all the homework, which kind of sucked because that was the only use for it.

Professor's lectures are an hour long. He send his powerpoint slides to students through email and students are allowed to use all of them during exams. Exams are difficult but he gives 4-5 extra credit opportunities to make up for missed exam points.

Its not hard homework, Tests do matter but they will not kill you and you must work well with others for your final project.

Bradford is great. He makes what would be normally boring lectures and makes them easy to understand and interesting. Good Guy, Good Class. Highly recommended.

Bradford is funny and makes dry material interesting with real life examples. It's a long class period but he makes the best of it and tries to get through the material and have you understand it. There is homework due every week, but it is graded easily and helps with the test.

Very good professor, never stressed at all in the class, gives a lot of extra credit.

He's awesome take him rust me I took the same class last semester with another teacher was failing because the professor was asking for way to much and then I got into a car wreck and could not come to class for two weeks and that professor did not care this one is awesome you have to take him

By far the best professor ever. Makes class fun and gives extra credit. Also works in the field so gives alot of examples.

Overall I had a good experience. Tests are very hard but he curves them. Also, he gives extra credit. One group project at the end of the semester. Weekly homework assignments.

one of my favorite classes very enjoyable professor! checks attendance however it was a easy A class. do your homework and the extra credit and you should be fine!

Class was clear and I learned the main criteria. Yes tests were very difficult but the grading system was more than fair. He gives every opportunity to get a god grade in the class.

I enjoyed the class and there were multiple easy extra credit opportunities. The tests were difficult but he was more than fair when grading them. Not a very difficult class.

Exams are so so hard. But he curves the exams, offers a lot of extra credit opportunities, and he genuinely wants you to do well. He's nice. I'm not interested in law at all, so class was boring because he just lectures without slides, so you don't know what's important and what's not. He doesn't lecture the entire class time, so that's a bonus.

Had him for Legal 1, great teacher. Took him again for Legal 2, still a great teacher. Open book tests.

I have Kevin Bradford for legal law 2 which is much better than the previous professor I had for legal law 1. Anyways class is great. I like how he mixes everyday situations into the lectures makes them more entertaining. He also makes it a point that he wants you to pass which shows he cares.

This class was a bit hard but he really curves the test so your grade isn't to bad. He helps out with any questions you have. He's a nice guy.

Mr. Bradford is a great teacher if you like lectures. He lectures with no visuals but the power points are sent through email. The tests are difficult but they are open notes and book with a curve. I would take him again, very nice man.

Attorney Bradford is a great professor. He provides real world examples for the topics discussed in class. His exams are difficult, but they are open book. He also offers several extra credit opportunities during the semester. There is one group project, but he lets you pick a topic that is interesting to you to write and present on.

Attorney Bradford class is amazing. I absolutely love his lectures. He uses real life situations to tell about the information. There is a lot of information but he let you use the book and the slides he gives out on your testes. The only thing is that you have to do a group project. It isn't that bad, makes it fairly workable. Will take him again.

I really took this class seriously because I knew the information shows up on the CPA exam. However, I didn't get much out of the lectures. I basically taught myself the information by reading the chapters, which is a lot. Tests are open book, open note. The answers are usually word-for-word from the book, so buy it. Overall, satisfied with it.

Absolutely amazing professor! I actually enjoy listening to his lectures, they're entertaining for the subject matter. He really cares about you taking something from the class and not so much grading harsh. His tests are difficult and mainly application of the material, but not impossible if you pay attention and understand the material.

Mr. Bradford is a good teacher who strongly cares about Legal Environment of Business. He will go above and beyond to make sure one of his students leave without any questions.

Kevin Bradford was a good overall professor. His lectures are very boring and his tests are extremely hard but he curves them every time to give a fair grade. Extra credit is also given throughout and a group project is due at the end of the semester along with a group presentation. The book is very expensive and it is needed to complete the HW.

Attorney Kevin Bradford is a very cool guy and professor. But I would tell you that his exams are kind of difficult even though they are open book and open notes. You need to study still. I wish I did.

Non mandatory attendance but it helps A LOT to go to class. Test are usually open book/note but still a little difficult if you don't have any note from the lecture material. He doesn't require anything out of the book except to do the homework (book is kind of pricey). He gives extra credit and curves the tests for a fair grade.

Very nice teacher. Provides many real-life examples, some of which are very funny. Provides many EC opportunities. Curves all tests. Tries to help students get an A. Tests are difficult but is open book/notes. Lecture slides are not shown during lecture, but are emailed over after. There is a group project, but he makes it as doable as possible.

Good Professor. His lectures are long but interesting. There is little homework but its not hard to do. The exams are open book and multiple choice so if you study or bring materials you should pass. The only thing I dislike is the group project at the end.

Very easy going guy who follows his class schedule, curves the test very graciously. Practically what it comes down to is if you give a little bit of effort you will get a good grade

Honestly one of the best profs @ YSU. I wish more professors structured their class the same way; open discussion, laid back, go-with-the-flow environment where all opinions are welcomed & encouraged. Lectures are interesting & related to current events. Always willing to help & stay after lecture for anyone that needs help. Definitely recommend!

Attorney Bradford allows for a flexible schedule to accommodate his students and structures the class so that we get a real taste of what law school may be like. Only suggestion would be to include more current events discussions throughout the semester. The homework assigned is a good indication/practice for the essay portion of the exams.

Great Professor, enjoyed class. Open discussions which are always interesting. Suggest doing homework before class. It helps with relating to lecture. Tests are somewhat difficult but he allows open book/notes. He also offers extra credit. The atmosphere in class is easy going and relaxed. Awesome teacher and great sense of humor!

Attorney Bradford is one of the best professors at YSU. He is only the select few professors who actually cares about the students. His number one goal is to make sure that the students try to learn in his class. He is laid back and the lectures were quite interesting. Would highly recommend taking him.

Atty Bradford did a great job with the class. He knew the material well, in part because he practices it for a living. I enjoyed listening to a lecture delivered by an attorney. It's a unique vocabulary and way of speaking. He's a good guy, interesting background, the class fair. The book is challenging but the tests are open book and notes.

It was a great class. It is hard to have to 3 lectures on contracts but Mr. Bradford made it fun and cracked some good jokes. Very beneficial and an interesting plethora of stories to help explain difficult ideas.
