He is a good teacher, does not really give extra credit, but allows for you to take your weekly quizes online(with notes) It's a hard class, but he is pretty thorough while going over the materail. He is opened to feed back on his teaching. You need to attend class and do not plan on taking your phone to class. he does not let class out early.
He is an okay professor. I didn't think he explained things as good as he should of and there were times when someone would ask a question and he would not answer it because he wanted to move on. He is a little mono toned and laughs at his own jokes, which aren't funny.
He is the best teacher at SHSU. His exames are easy.Just listen to his lectures and he will ask u same level of questions in exam.
He's ok, not the best, he goes over things verily well during class, but his questions on exams are very tricky, so it's easy to pick the wrong answer.
One of my favorite professors thus far. He's very clear with his teaching and he's pretty silly sometimes too. He also goes out of his way to make your grade better!! Just put in a little effort (do the homework, go to class) and you'll get an A for sure. "Even on a Thursday afternoon" he makes business analysis interesting. =)
Awesome professor. Had him in the spring of 2012, attendance is not mandatory but if you go to class everyday you get 2 extra points to your class average! Homework is collected and for a grade but its all completion. If you understand the homework you will definitely get an A in the course and attending class helps a lot! get a partner for quizes
ECON/BANA 4365: Henning is a good professor. He seems like he actually cares about students learning the content material. This is a statistics class and has the rigor of a course taught in the math department. The good side is that you don't have to do much by hand anymore, computer programs are used.
He is a hard guy to understand, but he does a lot to help you, like giving extra credit and making grade adjustments for test fowl ups. He is one of the few professors I've had that admits his mistakes.
So, Professor Henning is not terrible, but he's not great. He goes over things very quickly in class and spends a lot of time on things that aren't on a test and we don't need to know. He does give a review sheet for the test but there's always a few surprises. NOT prompt on returning assignments.
Overall Henning is a great professor, but like any other has his flaws. At times he makes something so simple seem so hard, you use the first book "math" for the hw as well as the second book "stat". he drops 1 out of 4 tests 2 out of 13 quizzes (try not to forget to do them, and attendance will give you to extra points. study guides available :)
Missing a lecture will mess you up. I don't recommend missing unless absolutely necessary.
I really like him. Easy class if you pay attention. Towards the end he started doing video reviews for tests and that helped me out a lot. The weekly assignments were annoying though and you only got one try. 2 textbooks are required.
Attendance is not mandatory but you do get extra credit at the end. There are weekly quizzes online and the homework is a completion grade. He gives notes and handouts to go along with the lesson. He was always willing to help. The tests were somewhat hard, and DONT miss a class unless you must.
He is a great professor! Although, this is not an easy class he is very helpful when students have questions and makes sure you understand the concepts.
Dr. Henning is a great professor! He explains concepts very clearly & makes the material as easy as possible. He does assign a lot of homework & has weekly online quizzes, but it all helps to understand the material. Exams are multiple choice & he gives a review. He responds to emails very quickly & is very helpful. I definitely recommend him!
Dr. Henning overcomplicates the information making it hard to understand. He assigns weekly Blackboard assignments and also homework from the book. Takes quite a long time to grade exams since partly a written test. He hadn't even returned our last exams before the final so we had no idea where we stood in the class. I don't recommend taking him.
Very easy course. Pay attention and attend class and you will do fine. He explains in great detail.
I had a hard time with material. Some of the concepts he explained in a way I did not understand (made it too complicated). All in all if you attend class and do the work you should get a good grade. NO CELL PHONE or LEAVING EARLY. He will get very rude for the rest of the class if some one does this. Important to do the Blackboard weekly quizzes.
He makes some material more confusing than it has to be. I took a similar course at a different school and she explained things in a simpler way. He isn't a bad teacher, I think he just wants the material to be more work than it has to be. The online lectures are forever long, but helpful.
He was fantastic! Lots of bonus points for your tests and ALWAYs willing to help. He is very respectful. He does over complicate things a bit but is just showing you the "why". You can skip lots of steps then what he shows you. TAKE! I was scared and hate math but got an A. :)
He is fantastic! He does over complicate material but he is just showing you the "why". There are sooooo many bonus points that will help you on tests! TAKE him! I was scared and hate math but made an A! :) oh and he is ALWAYS willing to help because he really cares about your learning.
I took this class online and don’t recommend it at all. The online lectures are long and he makes things more complicated then they need to be. I ended up just going to math lab to get help with my assignments, and that worked better for me. Our class did so horrible on the final that a huge curve had to be given.
Dr. Henning doesn't like you on your cell at all, nor does he really like you to leave class once it has started. He literally ended class because one guy was on his phone. I am terrible at mathematical stuff, and he did confuse me, but the HW helped alot. Take advantage of every clicker point, they are huge on tests. He really is nice, and easy.
Dr. H is a pretty good teacher. He helps you out as much as he possibly can. he rounds your final grade at .5 and if you attend class every day and you have enough clickers points he will round that 69.3 to a 71 if he knows you put forth the effort. BUT PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT USE A CELL PHONE IN HIS CLASS. HE FREAKS, BIG TIME.
Class can be a little confusing but he lets you instant message him and he responds back fast. He allows you to answer questions during class with a clicker and adds up to 10 of those points to your test grade. Drops the lowest test score. If you miss less than 2 days he adds 2 points to overall grade. No cell phone during class. Overall great guy
Easy class. Drops lowest test, lots of extra credit for attendance. Funny guy.
Took the first BANA. It is a hard class, but he makes it much easier on you. Super nice guy. Always willing to help! Helped me via email with every question I had. Very detailed. Weekly assignment as well as homework and tests. Final is cumulative. Drops lowest test grade and gives A LOT of extra credit if you go to class and participate. Pick him!
Tough content, but good professor who knows his stuff. Long lectures, but very thorough and appreciated. Not a class where you can slack off. I'm terrible at math and got a B, but I put in the work and effort. Listen to lectures, do the assignments, and you will do fine on exams. Very helpful and quick to respond. I never cracked my book.
Expect a lot of work in this class. Pick your group very well! If you have a bad group you will HATE this class. He is very helpful if you need anything and if you have issues with your group he is flexible with due dates. Exams were curved. Scheduled a project, a midterm, and homework all due in one week - so you have to keep up with class.
This seemed to be the first online course he taught so things were a little different than other courses. We could use excel and our books on exams and had 3 hours to do the tests. It was a tough course, but if you watched the extensive lectures he offered it was easier, especially if you took any Statistics class ever.
Dr. H was very helpful but his class is tough. You really have to focus on studying the material and I recommend using the course packet notes over the book. You need the book for the homework but the course packet is better for notes. He offers some extra credit. The exams require Respondus (more likely) or ProctorFree but you get a formula sheet.
Dr. Henning sucks. I had to take this class to graduate and this was the hardest class I have ever taken. His video lectures are extremely long. The homework he assigns comes mainly from the lectures not the book so you have to watch them. Test are very hard. 1 question on the test is worth 55 points. I wouldn't advise anyone to take his class.
This isn't a blow off but I wouldn't expect any less from an MBA class. Dr. Henning was always available to answer questions and responded quickly to emails/messages. His lectures and course packet are thorough and he provides a review for the midterm & final so you know what material to study for the exams. He also has a great sense of humor.
Take this professor if you get the chance. He creates his own notes and lectures from his book and other material he's written, and is clearly very passionate about the subject. The group projects are very technical and force you to master the material, but he explains it very well and has plenty of resources for you to learn.
He is an awesome prefessor. His class is only hard if you don't put the time outside of class. I would recommend taking advantage of all blackboard attempts even if you score high on the first. They really do prepare you for his tests! If you do the work and go to class, you should be fine.
Great professor. Go to class & ask him for help if your stuck on something. He was always willing to help, but you do have to think
His class builds on itself. He's immensely clear on what will be on his exams, and he gives extra credit for class participation (up to 10 points added to exam grade). The material is a bit redundant, but clear in expectation. Show up to class! It makes it so much easier. He also provides online lecture videos. Very helpful in office hours also
This class was BRUTAL. Took this class in the summer and was overwhelmed from day one. Be ready to give up any free time you have so that you can study. The group assignments are long and instructions aren't very clear. Spent about 20-30 hours a week on the class watching videos, reading the note packet, and working on assignments.
Dr. Henning was great!! The course itself was hard, but he made things easier to understand. I bought the book but you don't need it. If you miss a class he posts all his lectures on blackboard. Show up and use Top Hat to get up to 10 extra credit points on each test. Homework every week but you get three tries. I would take him again.
Great professor, would recommend everyone needing to take this class to choose Henning. The class is clear cut with what you are expected to do, and the extra credit via TopHat really helped my grade (+10 points on every test.) You have to show up and do the homework though to be truly successful in the class.
Henning is an amazing teacher. He is very good at explaining information in a way that you can actually understand. He uses Tophat ( have to pay for it) that allows you to put extra credit towards your tests. Homework is all online, and during the tests if you get an answer wrong, as long as you wrote the formula correctly you get full credit!
Take Dr. Henning!!! I really struggled in the first Business Analysis class so I really was not looking forward to this class. Dr. Henning changed my mind. He is very clear on the topics and sends out a review before every exam. He gives extra credit throughout the semester so you have to go to class. Great professor, I cant say it enough!
This is one of the MBA programs gatekeeper classes. When you first get started his method is a bit mad scientist he wrote a book for the course ( I honestly feel that the use of a published book would be better). The videos are key to passing - watch them slowly (theyre long) & work the problems along with him. Have a running excel doc.
Dr. Henning's class builds upon itself, so if you didn't study for the first exam you won't pass the second or third. He is amazing about getting back to your questions almost immediately. This is by far the hardest class I've ever taken but he made it doable and his lectures really help connect the dots. Hard class but study and you'll pass.
Provides videos to go over the process of completing the work. Can be difficult if you don't understand, use the tutoring as it is necessary for those who don't like math online.
Ill say it up front: this class is extremely difficult. But its going to be that way with any professor you take it with. If youre a business major, this corse is required and Dr. Henning knows that. He always answers email/virtual office message immediately and will always help you on anything youre struggling with.
Dr. H is an awesome professor, and quite humorous (for us nerds anyway). Always accessible by phone/email. Must read e-book, lecture vids, and he writes his own notes. All materials are there to help you. You get out what you put in. PRACTICE!! Concept based course. Self-paced (stuff due by midterm/exam). Must look through BlkBrd for all materials
Great Professor. Gives credit for your understanding in ans the questions. Not a hard garder, you get what you put into it. Failed first 2 tests but I was able to redeem and pass the class. I had to buckle down and really, really study. Not an easy class but only difficult if you are a procrastinator. This is not a blow off class but doable.
Dr. Henning is a great professor. Very thorough on his lectures and exam reviews, and communicates often with the class. Highly recommend taking Dr. H for this course, course itself isn't too hard if you practice and don't procrastinate.
Dr. Henning is a great professor. Syllabus is clear with expectations and grading policy. Don't procrastinate. HW is hard to do in one sitting. Watch the lecture videos, read the short sections he assigns, and you'll do well. I missed some HW, but passed all of the tests and made a B. Took him online where he always encouraged us to ask questions.
I took him for 2372 & 3363. I don't think I could've had a better statistics professor! They are not easy subjects and there's a lot to master, but he truly cares about ensuring that everyone understands. He is accessible and informative around the clock if you need help. Write the relevant formulas on your exam note sheet and you should do well.
I took him for the summer semester and he was easy to follow. His lectures can kind of be a little drawn out. He does offer extra credit to those who attend class. The homeworks can be a little long but he allows multiple attempts.
During this class, there are 6 homework assignments that can be taken 3 times each and the highest score is taken as your grade. There is a mid term and a final exam that account of 40% of your grade. There are two group papers. Be sure to start early on those papers because they do take some time. There are also excel assignments as well.
He's a great professor, he will help you outside of class. He explains the topic you're having trouble with clearly. Extra credit are problems are done in class. I didn't like that you had to pay for poll everywhere to basically get the extra credit/participation grade. Other than that take him! But avoid taking it in the summer it was overwhelming
He knew I was having a hard time understanding the material, so he made time to meet with me during office hours to help explain the things I was having trouble on. He has everything so organized and his lectures are recorded. The material can be difficult at times, but he has a discussion board for you to ask questions. Such an awesome professor.
Henning is a great professor and a great communicator. He knows how to teach the material well and he makes sure that the students know the material too. He is very straight-forward from the start. Everything he says is of importance, otherwise he wouldn't have said it, so make sure you are paying attention at all times.
I am horrible in math....i mean even the basic level college math classes are difficult for me but Dr. Henning makes it seem easy. He is an amazing teacher and is more than fair in grading. He gives it to you straight and tells you what could be on the test. I am taking his 3363 class in the spring.
Very good at lecturing, and doesn't stop talking at all (from the moment he arrives till the vary last minute all he does is talk). Very knowledgeable. The only bad thing is that the reviews provided are more like a lecture written, and are a bit too general and long that will be hard to go through (not as helpful as anyone can expect).
I recommend taking this class BY ITSELF if you have a full time job as it requires A LOT of time! He is very helpful, understanding, and is very responsive! There are Excel assignments, Blackboard assignments, lots of LONG videos, and two exams. You CANNOT slack in this class! Two group projects/papers, and the first one was about 50 pages long.
Be ready to teach yourself the course material or plan to watch the 3+ hour long lecture videos for each module. "Homework assignments" take weeks to complete. Use the 1st of 3 HW submissions to see what you need to study before reading the text. 1st half of the course much more difficult that the 2nd. Don't drop the course if struggling at midterm
Professor Henning is a great! I took him for BANA 2372 & 3363. I am an online student, but he made it so easy to communicate with him online. His responses are very clear and in-depth. He doesn't skimp on an online reply, he personalizes it to every question, in order for the student to comprehend the topic. Overall, very fair and concise class.
Took this class during the summer. You really have to apply yourself in order too do well. He is very good about sending out weekly emails. Some excel assignments on cengage. A weekly assignment on blackboard that consist of 20-30 questions, you do get 3 attempts on them. Test are 25 questions. At the end of semester he does round up your exam grad
Great graduate level class. If you excelled in the 2nd BANA class in undergrad and are in the graduate program, I would recommend taking this class as an elective. There's of course lots of work (it's a grad level course) but it's a building of the foundation you should already know from the 2nd BANA class regarding regressions, etc.
His layout for bana 3363 is exactly like his bana 2372 class. You get three attempts on the homework assignments, and excel assignments that are pretty easy. He provides a lot of extra credit and is quick about responding to emails and sending weekly update emails.
He's a good professor the course is just really hard and very lecture-heavy.
I highly recommend taking BANA 3363 with professor Henning, he makes statistics less intimidating. He offers a lot of extra credit for exams and provides long exam reviews. Make sure to take advantage and study! Exams are 2 hrs and proctored, he allows 1 pg of notes for exams. Hw has 3 attempts. This course is interesting if you don't procrastinate
Maybe its because Im just in his online class but he is super disorganized and all of his notes that he gives you are confusing and dont explain how you are supposed to do anything for the homework he expects you to Google it and he puts it in the homework to use Google if you dont know anything
Class was extremely organized and followed the syllabus exactly. Many chances to ask for help, which I did not take advantage of to be honest. It's a college stat class so you do have to actually do a little work and think a little but if you ask for help he'll help you--Doesn't tell you to just google things!
Awesome! Gives plenty of chances for extra credit. Allows multiple attempts on homework. Took as a 4 week class over the summer. Fast paced, but so so so worth taking him. Gave additional extra credit on the final as well. Does require responds lockdown.
Professor Henning is an A+ professor. He's great at his lectures and he's easy to get into contact with outside of class. He makes a rather difficult class not much of a challenge and he does give extra credit on exams if you do the work necessary. He's outstanding at his job. He's passionate about what he teaches and it makes a difference.
I would 110% recommend taking Professor Henning for both BANA 1 and 2. I was terrified to take BANA because all my friends have had to retake it, but he makes this class a breeze. He offers a lot of extra credit, up to 10 points on each test. He makes everything easier to understand during his lectures and makes sure everyone understands. TAKE HIM
Really cares for his students and the subject. Always straight-to-the-point, helpful, nice, and understanding. He is really good at explaining things but will reword/elaborate if needed. Gives plenty of easy extra credit, and allows one page of notes on exams. All lectures are also posted online. I never used the textbook but MindTap was required.
Hardest class I've taken, was super difficult and did not get that much help from professor
The class is only hard if you completely ignore the profs persistent offers of help. It's a senior class but some seem to have a high-school understanding what "help" is. His job is to help you to actually learn the material, not help you pass, and yes there is a difference. Anyone who says the prof wasn't helpful wasn't trying.
Great professor! It's simple really... If you put in the work you will succeed. Take advantage of office hours - he is a super cool professor and wants to help! Plenty of extra credit opportunities for you to make an A! Easy if you put in the work!!! Best prof I ever took!
google your way class. Half of our class dropped, the other half failed or got a D. Lectures: 10 to 15 pages of unnecessary reading. Lock down Browser with camera. He lets you have some notes for tests, some questions he pulls them from the extra credit assignments. No Book needed. 1 point Extra credit assignments for answering 10 to 20 questions.
You take 3 tests plus a final and 8 homework assignments, half of which are really easy Excel assignments that teach you to stats functions. Clear test reviews, so no surprises. He's eager to help and answers EVERY question Relying on Google or Chegg is a BAD idea, which maybe why some failed. He gives you what you need if your not lazy.
I dont feel like there was alot of teaching done. Most of it seemed self taught from doing workbooks. Lectures were not in depth as someone like me needed.
It's online so you have to take some responsibility for your learning. Really not as complicated as some think. Watch the videos and Ask questions, do the extra credit, and you'll pass.
The units can have multiple sections each with lectures over 1 1/2 hours. Kind of a ridiculous amount of time to expect from students. Also had 2 tests and 2 units of homework due within last 3 days during finals week. The tests were based off the blackboard assignment so easy to understand and get through the tests. A lot of extra credit.
Prof. H is SUCH a good BANA instructor. It is a hard class, but he has a way of breaking down the information in understandable ways. He doesn't overwhelm you. He allows a full page of notes on each exam and no surprises on the exams. I couldn't recommend him enough!
Professor Henning is by far my favorite professor. He is always willing to help and makes time to answer his students quickly. There is a quiz for every unit and a homework assignment for every other unit but if you listen and take notes on the lectures, the assignments and quizzes are not that hard. Plus you get more than one attempt.
This class was utterly awful. Extremely difficult tests and he doesn't curve. Super dated lectures that explain the topic awfully, you have to teach yourself the course basically. The class gave me multiple anxiety attacks
I guarantee that those who have trouble never asked for help. He had a discussion board that nobody posted to and live office hours. No curves but lots of extra credit and weighs exams based on how you do on them. Its online so you have to actually work.
Great professor! Professor Henning is always willing to help students understand the material. I was intimidated by this course because it is math but he spent hours with me outside of class to make sure I understood the material. He is always there for his students all you have to do is ask. If you put the effort forth you will do well.
While he absolutely knows his stuff and gives you plenty of access to him outside of the coursework, I absolutely hated this guy's attitude. The way he structures this course is so heavy that if you take other classes, good luck keeping up. You can tell he doesn't care for online-only courses. I felt like I was being condescended to constantly.
Hard class but super helpful. You just have to actually reach out and ask as its an online class. Its clear what you have to do to do well you just have to do it
Dr. Henning will throw a lot of assignments at you during the semester. He is very rule book heavy and gives a ton of directions about all his assignments. He provides a lot of chances to turn hw and extra-cred to pass. I believe he's trying to set us up for success, but this material is super intense no matter who is teaching.
This class was very difficult to understand and felt like there was no teaching involved. He gave extra credit opportunities which were hard to get through. 1 bonus point for an assignment that had 10+ questions. The blackboard assignments were challenging so expect to spend 2+ hours working on a 20-question assignment.
He gives you all the tools you need to succeed even without extra credit. If you don't get something, ask. He's ready to help, but you have to make an effort. As an older student I don't expect to have the same experience as a highschool class as some do.
Dr. Henning was a FAIR and AMAZING educator. The MATERIAL is hard not the professor. Dr. Henning responds to his group chat messages the same day and if he misses the message, you can email him, and he will respond. School work is VERY HARD for me. I did the homework, asked a lot of questions, and did all of the extra credit. Got an A!
This class is extremely hard and it is basically all self taught with lots of homework. Every module has extra credit, 20 something question test, and like 3 smaller assignments. 3 exams and 1 final and they are proctored on the lockdown browser. I would not take this class if you are not good in statistics.
This by far is one of the best professors I have taken at SHSU. His course load can be heavy, however, his class is definitely passable. If you study the reviews for tests and attend class, you will be prepared for his exams. He thoroughly explains content and responds to questions within a timely manner. Would definitely take again.
This professor does not help you out at all. He isn't very nice when it comes to emailing back. This class is hard enough as it is, and he makes it even harder by it being self-taught. I would not recommend him. There is extra credit but it's easy to miss.
If you show up and pay attention in class everyday you should be able to make a decent grade. Material is pretty simple to understand. Lots of extra credit assignments and he drops your two lowest assignment grades. Tests are weighted based on your best vs your worst score.
This course is poorly organized and overloaded with material, making it overwhelming and hard to follow. The syllabus is confusing, and lectures add little clarity, turning the workload into busy work rather than meaningful learning. Would not recommend.”
This class consists of a giant project that is supposed to be completed throughout the semester. However, time management in this course was disorganized and parts 3 & 4 were combined and due within 4 weeks. To complete these parts, it took me 5 weeks with an extension. He is a great professor but it needs to be taught in person.
Class is very straight forward. The "textbook" is only used for extra credit assignments (some for each exam). His lectures explain the content a lot better than just reading the PowerPoints, so it's best to attend them. Exams allow a reference sheet and there is a lengthy review that he posts. Final is cumulative.
I'd 110% take him again! I struggled with the first BANA and was nervous for this class, but he made it easier. Attendance is optional, but class is key since he explains clearly instead of rushing slides. HW takes time, helps a lot, and has 3 attempts. Exams allow a cheat sheet. Avoid online, in person is much easier. This class requires work tho!
exams identical to lecture material; has a lot of homeworks but they help your grade if you do them; allows a large cheat sheet for exams; offers thorough review material; takes work but he makes the class very easily passable! Showing up to class, paying attention to lectures, and completing all homeworks ensures a passing grade; extra credit!!
The class material is challenging, but the professor provides support to help you succeed. Use unstuck ai, attend office hours, and complete all assignments to excel. Overall, a rewarding experience if you're willing to put in the effort.
Though Henning is helpful, he is a REALLY tough grader. Grades took 20 days to post because he grades so strictly. Material is A LOT, but you can get through it. Each exam is proctored but there are extra credit opportunities (10 points). Exams are complicated, and aren't like any exams i've taken in my 3 years as a student here. Good Luck!
Dude below me didn't put the work in, don't be like him. In in the same class as him rn, and Henning is an ez grader. Gives a review sheet that covers EXACTLY what will be on the test. Tests are similar to HW problems. This is a hard class, but Henning makes it easy if you do the work, and he is a cool guy. Hardest test is the 1st one, so study.
He grades fairly and gives points even if the answer is wrong as long as you showed work. His lectures are not fun but he offers help and gives extra credit on every exam. He makes a super hard class, not as hard. As long as you attend class and participate you will be okay.
Very reasonable. Understands that not everyone is going to be a statistician. Drop two grades, generous grading on tests, and very smart. He's monotone but he means well. Just try to drink an energy drink/coffee before class, and you should be alert. And let me be clear, he is a great professor, but BANA 3363 is hard; he tries to make it easy tho.
I love Professor Henning's class. The material is hard, but he clearly states what is important. He gives extensive reviews for the exams; whatever material is not there will not be on the exam. You also have the opportunity to get 10 points EC on each exam, as well as a front and back cheat sheet to use on the exam. Would recommend!
Professor Henning is a good person and clearly knowledgeable, but this class was incredibly challenging. Looking back, the 21-page syllabus should have been a sign that it wasn't going to be an easy ride. Out of all the classes I've taken in my four years at SHSU, this has definitely been the most difficult.
Really not that bad. You can't do the course in like a week in the summer like some other online classes, so prepare for that. And chat gpt isn't all that helpful with this class
This is an incredibly intimidating class. Lots of assignments at first glance, but they're relatively simple to understand. This class is mostly math, so prepare yourself mentally for that. Professor has no problem answering many questions and genuinely wants you to understand the material and do well in class. He makes the class seem not so scary
This class seems challenging, but Henning walks through everything with you. He can sometimes overexplain concepts but focus on the examples. A formula sheet AND cheat sheet are allowed for use on exams so don't stress too much. The most annoying thing about this class is the homework assignments which can get repetitive.
For an ANALYSIS class you would expect the class to be a little bit more ORGANIZED. The modules are bunched up into another module folder that does not make it easy to find the work due and makes it easy to miss an assignment. Also, get ready to have an exam due one day and whole final exam worth 30% of your grade the NEXT day.
3 exams, 1 cumulative final. Lecture videos are boring and lengthy. Each module has sub modules. Most assignments come in a set, composed of BlackBoard, MindTap Excel, and Extra Credit assignments. His syllabus is 24 pages long, reviews are 30 pages. "Achievement Points" are based off of participation. Offers help to all students & accessible.
This class is not hard at all! Do all of the extra credit assignments and include class examples, homework problems, and quiz problems on all of your cheat sheets and you will do just fine! I promise this class is very doable! You can get up to 10 points extra credit for each exam by doing the extra credit, so I highly recommend doing that!!
