Dr. Keating is a phenomenal professor. I’ve taken him at BCC and FAU and he is one of the best. Intelligent, funny, helpful and understanding. Highly recommended whether online or in person, he is awesome.

He was so good i had him for the Open college in summer b and his class was very interesting. Hes funny always throwing in very subtle jokes that are hysterical. He knows how to keep your attention and if he sees people drifting off he has the class all respond to a question. His work is very clear and easily done. Take his class its great.

easiest class i ever took. dont buy the book, u wont need it. there are no tests, no quizzes. all you have to do is write 12 "reactions papers"double spaced-each paper is 1 page long, so 12 pages by the end of the semester-thats it!u write about ur feelings about any website or bout wht he talks bout. watch a video every class.get a free wr.credit

Dr. Keating is the man. He tells you what you need to pass. Easy class. Lectures are fun because he is a good speaker. He helps you get by and is very understanding. If you fail his class you are the dumbest person on the planet and college is probably not for you.

Dr. Keating is the best. If you are short on A's, take any of his classes.

I took Mr. Keating's "flexible learning" class, where you only meet 5 times. The class itself is very loose, you are required to write 12, 1 page papers by the end of the semmester on anything you wish within anthropology, I enjoyed his approach to teaching by letting you decide what you want to learn about.

if you can, try to get into the class that only meets 5 times. you write 12, 1 page papers over the semmester. easy as pie.

theres an asteroid heading towards earth, we're screwed. Take Keating's class, learn something while getting an A before we're all obliterated.

His telecourse is just 13 hrs of videos, 12-1 page papers & 5 days of attendance. His lectures on those 5 days are excellent. His experience and knowledge of the subject is very extensive. But no pressure to your getting an A, course is very dynamic like the subject. Highly recommended if you can do those above items.

I took the class that meets 5 times. It was very easy. You write 12-1 page reaction papers and that's it! No tests. The lectures are not very exciting, but you are not there long. I would not recommend this class if you want to learn alot, but take if you want an easy A.

This class is great! It's like the discovery channel class. It's an easy but very interesting class. He is a great teacher and I reccomend it if you need a class like this for your degree.

Great class. Wath a few videos and write reaction papers, only 1 page. Learned some great stuff. This class is a nice addition to a full schedule just to fluff your GPA. Nice prof definatley reccommend him.

easiest A! took his video based class and had twelve 1 page papers due on the last class on any subject in anthropology. Watched some interesting videos. definitely a class for slackers!

He's just awesome.Very interesting class & great lectures.Very knowledgeble & class becomes easy.12 (1 to 2 pg)papers based on websites, book or dvd.Book is NOT extremely necessary.It even becomes fun to write the papers.U choose topic.Grade based on info, not writing. highly recommended

If you don't pass this class, you're obviously not ready for college courses... 12 essays of your choosing and a cool teacher :~)

Easy A! Took the telecourse that meets just 5 times and it was worth it. Great professor, entertaining and funny! Classes always run shorter than are scheduled. And no tests, notes, or text book use. Don't even bother buying the DVD material-- you wont use it! He lets you write whatever you want! 10 papers = easiest A you'll ever earn!

There could not be and easier professor. 5 class meetings and 10 one page, first person, reflection papers on any area of Anthropology, no exams. He makes himself laugh. And he is the Dean of Student Affairs. He is a wonderful professor. He loves his job, it is apparent in his teaching. Should be professor of the year.

I read the other reviews, and yes this is an easy class. However, I did learn some things, not a lot because you have to remember this is an INTRO class. Just by the lectures in class, you can tell Professor Keating is passionate about his work. He brought interesting props to class. 10 papers are due by the end of course, your pick on topic.

Honestly one of my favorite Professors in my whole college experience. He's funny and really does care about you as a student. He knows you most likely don't care about anthro so theres no tests. Just ten one page double spaced papers. Easiest class in the world. Love this guy!

Only 5 lecture classes in which he barely takes attendance. He doesn't give homework or tests, just 10 one page essays about what you learned in the class and your opinion on it. Easiest class I have ever taken I wish all college classes were like this. Highly recommend taking if you're a dual enrollment student!

He was great. Write your papers and you'll pass. book not needed just do your own research for the papers. google is your friend. I don't the bad ratings. yes he is an easy no you may not learn a lot but this is an intro class. get over it.

The 5 week format is perfect for people with full-time jobs. Interesting class. Funny professor. Simple grading criteria (10 short papers). No tests. Most of class is a simple lecture & a video or two. For an easy A on an interesting subject, this class is for you!

10 easy 1-page papers due on last day of semester. Lectures and movies every class, a few group activities but nothing hard. No final. Very willing to help you with anything you need. There is no possible way to fail unless you do it intentionally. Don't buy the textbook, we didn't touch it once.

SUCH AN EASY CLASS!!!! 10 3 paragraph papers on anything relation to psych, 2 of the papers are group projects. Do no get the book i didnt use it once. If you want and easy A this is the guy and you will learn a little about cultures and other things

Easily one of the most laid back professors ever. He doesn't assign hard work and his class is so chill. I'd definitely take him again.

Best teacher

This class is an easy A. Just 10 papers about 3 or 4 pages long. He shows videos in class. He allows for group discussions. You'll learn little but if you want the A hey why not. The videos can be interesting. Can leave early. He is good on one on one discussions outside of class and can inspire great topic ideas for the papers. He is very relaxed

I took him for intro to Anthropology. Very simple, just do ten one page essays by the end of the term and a PowerPoint presentation and you should ask. Infortmative, but easy to pass. If you need a not so challenging elective credit, take him. He is also very pleasant and willing to help.

Easy A. You are required to do 10 papers you can turn them in at the end of the class session or 2 each week.

Ia surprise to see a 3.2 rating ( Not accurate) This professor is extremely easy. You can rent the book at amazon for 35$ he will be ok. You must do 10 essays, you will get an A. Will always stay at the end of the class to answer any question. The whole class passed with A.

ANY class you see his name on TAKE IT !!!! He is super easy! 10 papers is all he wants; your view on a topic. No exams, No test. If you can get through his cheesy-ness this is a super easy "A". Only way to fail is to not do the work! I mean seriously easy class.

Took Professor Keating over the summer. He gave a small lecture every day, but we watched videos majority of the time. The assignments? "Write 10 papers on anything that relates to psychology in a first person view - if preferred - 3 paragraphs, and you will get 100%." I did exactly that. You can turn the papers in whenever you want. Easy.

Professor Keating is the best prof ever. His class is based off of 10 papers that you have to turn in over the course of the semester ( 2-3 a week) 1 page typed (double spaced) you are guaranteed to get an A ... you don't need the book , you don't have a final exam ( 10 PAPERS ONLY )

Man listen... If you're like me and like to take the easy way out of things, take this class! first of all, the only thing we do in the class is watch movies. the only work we have to do is 10 one page papers before the class is over and it can be about anything you want that has something to do with the class. I literally copied &Pasted n got an A

If there were an easier way to get an A it would be illegal. Show up (He takes attendance) Watch a couple of movies, he talks about said movies and makes jokes the whole time then go home. The only thing you have to do is write about 10 1 page opinion papers about the 4 branches of anthropology, you pick the topic.

Super easy A! If you show up to class and get your attendance grade you can literally walk out and enjoy the rest of your day but don't do it often to the point where he will know you wont come. He wants 10 1 page papers about different topics of psychology of your choice (DO IT BEFORE HAND, LIKE NOW IF YOU CAN) he doesn't read them anyway. EASY A

Look forget about every review you have seen. Show up to this mans class and do his 4 ESSAYS (2 PAGES, ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL NOT ABOUT FACTS) and you pass broooo. If you fail you should drop out because you dont care enough XD

He is a good teacher and easy to talk too. He gives four assignments for the entire semester which are all 2 page essays on how the materials helped you. There are no midterms.

The class was easy, The 4 papers are all opinionated; you write how you feel about the topics discussed in class, the book if you get it, or literally anything remotely related to anthropology. The papers are 2 pages long, double-spaced, and you only need to be 1/3 of the way through the second paper to get full credit.

Interesting material and didactics. Not difficult to pass as long as you complete the four assignments.

Professor Keating's PSY2012 class is an easy A. Just write 10 short psychology-related papers and you're good to go! No exams, no stress. Unstuck study was a great study tool alongside the free textbook. Would take again.
