Great instructor so far, one month into the semester. A lot of homework, but that is to be expected. Windsor is very thorough and clear. Never in my life thought I would say this about an instructor, but Windsor is hot! If only I weren't a student.

He is the best teacher I've ever had. He is organized, caring, helpful,and...Wish he would teach all my classes.

I had him 3 times. Best professor ever. Very intelligent, punctual, organized, fair, helpful,caring, and...I was hoping to have him for my other classes, but unfortunately he doesn't teach them. Take his class if you really want to learn and don't mind to be challenged on the test.You won't be sorry

i took this class over the winter (a 5-week course), it started with over 50 students and in the last day there were only 7 people who took the final. I'll let you decide if you still want to take the class!

The best math professor I've ever had. In fact, one of those few qualified professors at LACC to teach the subject. Very clear, very organized, very helpful. If he taught all math levels, I would not hesitate to register with him. He is the very best.

Windsor is the best teacher i have ever had. He is the most helpful teacher i have ever known; moreover, he is easy to understand because he explain very well.I was so sad to know that he didn't teach higher levels because i will not think twice to take all my classes with him.

I took his class during the winter session only 12 of us finished out of like 60 I got a C but he is a very concise and efficient teacher, plus his robot gestures and way of speaking are hilarious.

I failed his class. He isn't a bad teacher, but he isn't the best. I felt his exams were too hard. His teaching method of the math would be different slightly in the exams. So it would be confusing. But this is just me. Me and Math are not too good of friends....lol!

HE IS A VERY GOOD TEACHER WHEN IT COMES TO TEACHING MATH 112, I HAD HIS CLASS FOR MATH 115 AND HE WAS NOT AS GOOD IN EXPLAINING THE CONCEPT VERY WELL, OVER ALL HE IS OK

He is the best math professor i've ever had, and i've had a lot of math professors since i'm majoring in math. He is very organized, his classes are very interesting, and he knows the material well. If you be in class every day and don't miss your homework, you should be fine. I got A's on all his tests. He's really good.

He uses technology to teach, laptop, projector, and even an iPod for background music. Is the first time I met a teacher like this. He tries hard to make an easy environment for the student. He is kind of strict when it comes to grading your tests. However, he tries to make sure the class understands the topic and gives a review before the test

One of the best Math professors I've ever encountered. Thorough and clear, he emphasized that Math isn't only about finding the answer, but what is more significant is the process. It's refreshing to know he read my mind. For the guy who boo hoo'd about failing his class for being absent beyond the limit, it's your fault. Reality is not your friend

Windsor is a great teacher. He makes everything really clear and he's very organized. However, the material IS difficult, so take him only if you're looking for a challenge.

he's a great teacher, i like his strategy in teaching, my only problem was he gives you a lot to work with,, sometimes your hands are just too full. he leaves you with too much homework, theres barely enough time for you to do everything. his teachings are clear and he is very well organized with everything, just come into class and do all work you

Good teacher as long as ur not lazy. Do your homework and practice the chapter reviews and you will do fine. Lazy students do not take this teacher. He is fair but he does not hand out free grades.

Good professor, gives great examples. I had difficulty with word problems and he made it easy and clear for you to understand. Does not have much relationship with students, can make you feel dumb at times. But study all your notes he gives great examples, you should be fine. Oh and try not to miss class so you won't get behind.

When selecting a teacher bare in mind, you want someone who is approachable, can explain problems clearly and nows what there are doing. This man nows his stuff but he lacks all the other stuff that will make him a great teacher, so in my book he's a ok teacher not a great one, I got a B in his class, but deserved an A, he,s know it too.thats life

Windsor's a jerk but a good math teacher. Good lectures with computer presentations. Both MathXL and book hw. Tests are fair and follow lectures closely. I never studied but went to class everyday and got an A. The students struggling were either lazy or didn't speak english well. Overall, one of the better teachers at LACC. I'd take him again.

If you are looking to make a friend of this professor, look elsewhere. If you want/need to learn the subject to move on to 125, and beyond, then he's your man. When on stage he is clear, patient, and very organized. He'll explain things many times if you are not "getting it". He has a fantastic method of teaching. Just don't try to engage him in conversation.

Peopel who are lazy and dont' study will fail his class. If you do yoru work and keep it up you can get a B. Be careful in his tests because he takes off points for the littlest things, but he's a really great teachers and you'll learn from his class, just show up

Okay teacher. Attendance is very important. He lacks basic manners but when it comes to teaching he is not too bad. He has lot of demands including everyday homeworks and challenging tests.

THE CLASS IS VERY HARD. YOU MUST ALWAYS KEEP UP WITH THE WORK. HE GIVES ONLINE AND BOOK HOMEWORK. IF YOU WANT TO LEARN ENROLL IN HIS CLASS BUT BE PREPARE TO GO THROUGH HELL!

Lacks a lot energy in class, which makes his class quite dull, Although, the workload would push you to learning more. Exhausting but well organized. especially his homeworks. My only disappointment was he gave me a really bad grade. I thought i passed because there was only 8 people left in class out of 30-35 people.He said everyone was passing..

Once in his class one needs to study a lot. It is very important to do every HW he gives since it is very helpful for one at tests (e.g. it was for me). One should try to understand every detail, every technique for solving this or that problem, than one can count on "A", the grade I got

I had some unfavourable opinions about Windsor as I went through the first many weeks of the 1115 class he instructs. What I came to understand is that math requires discipline?a characteristic that a great many of LACC students do not possess nor ever shall.

Too much homework. If you want to pass the class, you have to be ready to put in effort. It is very time consuming and leaving things for the last minute is a big no-no unless you like trying to kill yourself. Physical attendance is mandatory, but I suggest working on book homework instead of actually listening. You'll get more done and still learn

He is a great math teacher, yes he doesn't really have social skills, but you're there to learn so who cares! This time homework, quizzes and tests were online, theres a lot of work involved but its helpful! In a way kinda hard, but if you keep up and go to class you'll do fine :) He's fair in his grading.

Great professor. Thoroughly explains and shows you how to work the problems. Has warm ups every day and it's extremely helpful in remembering what you did the night before. LOVED this class. (:

Prof Windsor might not be social at all. He is not in class to make friends but to teach, and I have to admit he is a great teacher. Lots of homework is given but not anything you cant finish up in about an hour.

He is very anal. You must be organized. He gives a lot of homework and there are weekly quizzes. Daily warm ups are given as well. It's your typical scary math class. BUT you will leave this class with a better sense in math. it's very helpful when you move on to higher levels. you'll learn discipline for sure.

i serious never understood math until i took his class!! he teaches step by step. hes not like those other teachers who expect you to already know the information. if you actually want to learn math i suggest you take this class. yes he is very anal but he pushes you to do better.:)

He gives many opportunities to pass his class, at least improve our scores. He might not be fun, but he does have a sense of humor. I would recommend this professor. He explains everything step by step and answers any questions you got.

This professor is pretty chill. Personality wise he could seem rude and sarcastic but education perspective he is Great instructor. Everything is online! MATH XL HW 4times a week, due 3 days after posted. One quiz per week 3 chances. One test every 2weeks. 14-16 quest on test. Never checks hw or notes!

Teaches very well.Before i hated algebra because it was so difficult for me to understand but he taught it so well that i understand it now (: Everything is online and it is easy to pass his class. Study for tests which effects your grade a lot! He may be a bit rude but other than that i would really recommend him.

I recommend this proffesor he is strict a bit sarcastic but overall, VERY organized and i can really tell he wants people to pass. He will deduct points for small things and dont seem a little annoyed when you dont get something right. He puts relaxing music and doesnt use the book only Math Xl. He teaches discipline and i really like that.

I took his Math 125 during winter. Yes, he may not be the kindest teacher there is, but teaching wise, Windsor is very great and professional. His class is doable. Winter was a fast phased class, but it is not impossible. Very strict, which you will learn to discipline yourself.

Professor Windsor is extremely strict but you learn to discipline yourself. If you want to learn MATH I suggest you take his class. If you're looking to slack off, he's not your guy.

Very strict. He's really into that "learn it very well cause i wont hold your hand" kinda teaching. He's great at what he does. Definitely recommend him!

Windsor is a cool prof. He does what he needs to do. Teaches the lessons, gives example problems, lets you do it with your group table and then does it himself. Pretty much all it is in class hw is based all on it. He's a good professor,serious, but I recommend him.

The Professor explains the lessons well and thoroughly step by step. im taking a winter class everything is crammed up. At times he doesnt like to repeat himself. hw and tests are all online and accumulates the grade. He does want you to have everything neat for you to understand the work step by step. Instead rather I bring a big art book.

Professor Windsor, is a great teacher. He is very clear and organized with the course material. He goes over every math problem that is seen on our homework as well as on the test. There are no surprises on his test because he thoroughly goes over all types of math problems that will be on the test. GREAT teacher! Loved his class!

Windsor is a great professor who is organize and explains the examples great. Math 125 is a hard class, if you do your homework and attend class you will pass. He is not hard the class is hard. He goes through all the objectives and explains it very well. Trust, he is the only one,who teaches math 125 that well.

Windsor does not take kind to ignorance due to his lack of patience being said. That being said you might want to restrain yourself from asking questions that seem understandable to the rest of the class (makes you think if there also intimidated as well), however, he does teach with precision and clarity so you should be alright.

This professor is HARD. University level teaching. He is not here to baby you-- restrain yourself from asking questions that you can find answer to yourself (test dates, due dates, etc) because he gets very annoyed and snappy. EVERYTHING is on MathXL. This guy's VERY VERY organized. Teaches math well but classroom uninviting and uncomfortable. RUDE

Windsor is a no nonsense type of professor. If you spend a good amount of your own time practicing what you went over in class, you will do well. This is college, we can't expect teachers to hold our hand. They are only there to guide us through the material. If you choose to take him, be ready to flex those brain muscles.

Very strict. Take notes. Lectures are very clear.HW & exams are on math xl. He may give partial credit if you follow instructions. Redo the practice tests to see your mistakes and to do better on the actual tests.Be persistent.Ask for help if needed.He's available in office hours.I took this course w/ 18 units and got a B. If I can, so can you.

Windsor is a clear, efficient professor. That being said, he is absolutely no-nonsense, and occasionally gets frustrated at those who do not pay attentionask questions with easy answers. His homework is reasonable and really prepares you for the test, and attendance isn't SUPER mandatory, which is a plus. Definitely worth taking him.

Windsor was fantastic at explaining things coherently and precisely. He doesn't like answering questions when he feels like he already explained it to you or it's obvious. He holds you up to university standards and it shows when you've mastered the material at the end of the semester.

Very organized and Clear. no nonsense. He expects you to understand how you're supposed to learn. Discipline and attendance are mandatory. Practice, Practice, Practice. Go to class every time. Do all of the homework. No easy way around. You just have to do the work. No cookie cutter. He's there to help if you're struggling.

Professor Windsor holds you up to the standard that you would find in any 4 year college. He knows his stuff and expects you to know yours too. I enjoyed his no nonsense approach and learned more than any other math teacher I've had. If you want to learn, take him.

He is an amazing professor! Now if you are a slacker , don't even try it. He is very organized and will help you if you really need help. He also does everything in his power to help you understand the problems. But he will not help you if you don't try to help yourself. You will get the grade that you deserve. :)

Prof Windsor was likely a sports coach or drill sergeant in his former life, because he has a very disciplined style of teaching, a style I happen to prefer. He does have something of a sarcastic sense of humor, too, so if he seems condescending, he isn't being so. He expects the best out of us, and we should give it to him. Barely opened the book.

There are reviews stating that Professor Windsor is aggressive and harsh, yet this is a teacher, not your future best friend. Lectures are very clear and precise; whilst he is strict, this is a positive, it's a shame more professors are not like this, Professor Windsor made the work easy to understand, breaking everything down to the core. A+

Makes math very easy to understand. Liked how he actually explained how formulas came to be, instead of just telling us to memorize. No textbook needed. Everything done on mymathlab. Hard to approach, and does seem to get frustrated easily. Eased up a lot near the end, when 60% of the class dropped.

He gave extra credit every test. Even he gave a lot of homework, and heavy tests but I think It is well prepared you for final exam.

Prof. Windsor is one that wants you to succeed, but if you don't take his class seriously.. then you won't pass the class. Be ready to learn new ways of solving math problems. He talks to students in a manner that is slow so that we understand. He usually follows his lessons with "Any questions?" & makes eye contact w/everyone. I enjoyed his class.

Prof. Windsor definitely expects you to be responsible with your work. It is not an easy class but it is possible to pass if you work hard. He gives practice quizzes before the actual test to help you study, to do good & he gives extra credit points if you do your hw & quizzes which really help you out. He is not rude at all, I have taken him twice

Alot of hw but take time to get 100% on them because he will give EC on tests which helps. He's not really strict with attendance but it's up to you to catch up. Lectures move quickly. See him at office hours if u need help or get help from classmates. He encourages group work. I didn't see much rudeness, but my class was pretty good.

I love this professor! He is smart, nice and caring.

By far the best professor ever. Take him into consideration and just do the very best you possibly can! :) Amazing guy and study or you won't pass. He gives a lot of extra credit opportunity and takes the time to lecture and make sure you understand the criteria and structure. Bring anything (LGBT) related and her will give you Extra credit!

The best Professor u have ever had. He is to the point and doesn't take any crap from the students. If u study u will get an easy A!!

He expects you to put in the work necessary for a math class and won't deal with students who try waste his time. If you pay attention to his rules, they help you understand the material. He is the only math professor I trust at LACC. Excellent at explaining, don't be shy to speak up.

He is not easy, but you have to be very careful and you will pass. This class takes a lot of time and attention. Also it teaches us how to use your time and capability. One of the best opportunities to get a good math instructor in LACC. Go ahead!

Explains things clearly, but doesnt like questions, is condescending at times. He really knows his stuff and does reviews in class before a test and online. As long as you do the homework and reviews the tests are pretty easy

I have nothing but good things to say about him because math 114 will be a lot easier for me to understand because of him. I'd take him again for sure. He is very helpful- during the lectures he clarifies everything superbly, very accessible, his grading is fair, and is nice! He really wants his students to succeed and is quite professional.

Dont know why pr. Windsor has such a low rate, he is a professional! One of the best instructors I ever had. Clear explanations, good lectures, unlimited tries for online homework, and fair grading system. If you want to learn math take his class. It seems that bad rates were left by people who wanted just to pass the class without doing anything

A lot of people dislike professor Windsor but he's probably the best math professor I've ever had. He has class time for teaching and having students "do the math" work. There's 50 homework assignments, five test, and one final. There are reviews online for the tests and final which are almost exactly the same to the test and final.

He is the best. I've never had teacher like him before. I love his attitude. Don't mind on his attitude, he actually appreciates you when you show your work. Took Math112 and Math125 with him. Both of the time I got A. Lots of love from Ali.

Profesor Windsor is a hard greater but his lectures are really clear which makes you get in love with math, I totally recommend him.
