A Great guy. Really knows his stuff and you can tell he really likes teaching others
Expections were very unclear. Very hard to understand. Test reviews were difficult to read.
Awesome...he'll help you out and is not afraid to answer questions...
He loves to teach!! And you can totally tell he does in the class. He is willing to help you whenever he possibly can, including tests!! Just make sure you take notes and ask questions and you'll do great.
Truly a good teacher that students can feel comfortable with!!!
Pro: Khalid has a great personality and likes to teach. Very approachable and willing to help. Cons: Board work can be messy and hard to read. Moves pretty fast, so slower math learners will suffer. Has a pretty hard time answering questions. Overall: Not bad, but not one of UNM's better math PTs.
Awesome teacher. Awesome class. One of the best professors I've had. He is out to help his students and he is very intelligent, funny, and keeps class pretty entertaining. Cool guy.
Probably one of the best professors I've ever had!! He really wants you to get an A and will do a lot to help you get it without just letting you slip by.
Really good class! He wants to help students get a good grade
Hard to understand at first. Go to class and pay attention. Tests are supposed to be "short" and take the entire class. 75% of my class is prob not going to class. Hes nice though
Good at explaining, tests aren't that hard and it is helpful to come to class. Definitely one of the best math teachers at unm
He is very helpful and is eager to teach. Offers his help and wants his students to pass the class. One of the best math teachers at UNM!
Khalid was a very helpful math teacher. He was very interested in making sure that all of his students passed and even held a review session on the Saturday before our final exam.
Wow, let's just say you will not be prepared for the final if you take this professor. He will give easy exams, then come to core exam you will be screwed unless you get some help from a different professor. promise
I highly recommend this professor. He is extremely helpful and approachable when students have difficulties with math. He is funny sometimes :)
He is a very good teacher! I was so pissed I had to take this class but he really made it easy....
Khalid is a wonderful teacher. The highest level math I took prior to his was Algebra and he made the elements of calc very easy to grasp and understand. He is very loyal to his students and makes sure they understand everything. He is really funny. UNM is lucky to have him!
he's a nice guy but his classes aren't that easy because you can barely understand what he is saying. another thing is he creates his own problems and that doesn't help you with the final or the tests. its better to find someone who gets you prepared for the final.
He is an amazing teacher!! His theory is that if you have fun you will learn! I enjoy his jokes sometimes! He will go out of his way to explain a problem for yourself or for the entire class!! :)
BEST teacher I've ever had, super helpful. Actually do the homework, easier said then done, and keep up with stuff and this class shouldn't be all that bad. Plus he's super nice and really cares that students pass, if you put in effort he'll help you out. Definitely will take class with him again.
Khalid is the best math teacher! He has an accent, but not to the extent that you can't understand him. He's really easy, a very fair grader, and explains things well. He's funny and keeps your attention in class. He makes it clear from the beginning that if you come to class and try your best, you will pass. Any math you need, take it with him!
Khalid is an amazing professor! He genuinely cares about his students and will do anything in his power to help them succeed. I never rechecked any of my test answers before (or after) his class but, in order not to make him sad, I actually rechecked my answers on his tests and got 100% on them. If you try hard, you will succeed in his classes.
Super nice very helpful and makes the class fun.
Before taking Algebra 120 and 121 with Khalid I didn't do very well and didn't understand Math, but once in his class his teaching methods and caring attitude really helped me to do well in his classes. As long as you do yur part and do homework and practice you will do fine in his class. I highly recommend him as a professor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He is the best math teach I've had. Really funny and great at expaining problems students ask about. He calls his class Fun 121 :D Oh and if you do poorly on the 1st test but imporve your score on the 2nd he is willing to bump up your grade. Has a slight accent because he is from North Africa but very clear.
Loved khalid! I really enjoyed his class. He loves his subject and is extremely helpful I recommend him to everyone!
easy!!!! no doubt he makes you understand the material
You will learn what you need to if you go to class consistently. He gets pissed when the class does poorly on tests. Visit him to make sure your grade is correct, because he's pretty disorganized.
Amazing teacher!!
Great Teacher. Workload is not to bad and quizes are take home and exams are from the quizes. Great class
Really focused on keeping the class engaged. When he asks a question he expects it to be answered. He tries to make it fun. Moves fast but if you pay attention and go to his office hours if needed, you will do fine. The quizzes are take-home and the tests are always thoroughly reviewed before hand. Show up, do the work, and you will pass easily.
I LOVED him! His accent was hard to understand at first, but you get used to it. His class was actually fun and I understood the material!
The greatest math professor I've had in college. It may be hard to understand him at first due to his accent, but you get used to it. His class is fun and makes you laugh every now and then. Good math professor.
Very awesome math teacher! I would love to take him for higher level math, specifically Calc 1 & 2 because I feel he would be able to explain it clearly and help me understand more, just like he did with College Algebra. Anyway, very helpful always encourages students to come to his office hours for extra help.
One of the very best professors I've had.
Im Taking Math 1210 At CNM with khalid i took this class before and i failed ,all my education was in Mexico im trying to finish my nursing program i need this Class i really enjoy his method and style of teaching ,he s not just teaching math he picture math for you his awesome .
He is a very good and understanding teacher. If you need to take Math 181 take it with him!! His grading is easy and he is very helpful. The quizzes are take home and he gives you a week to do them. Also there are only 3 exams and all of the questions are from the text book.
Very good at explaining problems. Always willing to help.
AWESOME instructor! Hilarious and fun.
I do not like math, but Khalid's personality and enthusiasm made me want to go to class. He is so helpful in his office hours, and does not judge you if you don't get something right away. He tries to get the class to participate, and if the class doesn't understand, he tries to explain in many different ways. He is my favorite math teacher so far.
Really no nonsense, and very clear. He is really positive and funny and his accent is one of the less difficult to understand. The only reason I received a low grade is because the my math lab online homework. Just do that and show up to class, and you're golden.
He is confusing and teaches very fast. Many students including myself had to go to a tutor just to understand the material he was teaching. He demands that students do not leave to use the bathroom during his class. He says attendance is mandatory. His quizzes and tests are different from the material being taught. Take another instructor.
very good professor, fast talker, first month you can't understand him. Homework was online. He is willing to help, you just need to do your part.
I've been through 2 classes taught by khalid,He is one of the best math profs I've had. answering all questions Just do your work.
Khalid is a good professor. At first he is a little difficult to understand because of his accent, but becomes easier to understand right away. His exams are not exactly easy, but not very difficult. The textbook can be helpful when doing the online homework, but is not necessary. I was nervous for the final, but was well prepared as I got an A.
Great Teacher. Gets slightly off subject sometimes, but is very clear and helpful. Has many tips and tricks to make learning easier. Take all the notes you can, he gives you all you need and more to get a high grade! I'd take him for ever Math class if I could.
Real funny guy and teaches the material pretty well..
Great and funny Instructor. He gets very upset if you are not paying attention or attending class. If you study material and take notes you will succeed.
A so so good teacher ! Thanks Mr Khalid, thanks to you, courses are easier than with any other teacher ! :)
Im taking Calculus II with Khalid He does a good job of explaining .He is a very concerned and caring teacher He'll even review the basics of calculus as he teaches the lesson.
Born to teach!!!!!!!!
One of the best math instructors at UNM without any doubt! He is super friendly, very fair, very clear in terms of explaining math concepts and very helpful. He can make a very difficult course seem pretty easy with his awesome math techniques and tips. A must take teacher for any math class at UNM. Highly highly recommended.
Khalid is very fair when it comes to tests and generally gives a great review. He expects you to do your part but can explain any topic.
Love Khalid! A very caring person who makes the class very fun and he engages with his students! Always willing to help as well.
One of the best Math professors I have ever had. He is not easy and definitely not a push over. He will make you work for it but you have to let him know when you are lost. He has consistent office hours and you can catch him at the algebra table as well. Overall, just a real cool guy and has no problem cracking jokes about himself.
The entire math department has the same homework but its a lot throughout the week. He is really good at explaining things multiple ways if needed and proves ever property. He will work with you if you need help. The accent isn't too bad. He tends to lecture really fast. He expects student input all throughout the lecture. Tests are easy.
Khalid the best MATH professor at UNM!!! He cares about you as a student. Their is no way you should fail his class. Khalid is an amazing professor, all MATH professors need to learn from him. It's like learning from the Khan Academy.
Awesome teacher I have ever met. He has his own way of teaching. He's funny.
Khalid is simply the best! If you are looking to have even the slightest chance at passing calculus at UNM, take him. He makes sure that everyone is on the same page before moving on and he is seriously invested in the success of his students. His class made me enjoy calculus.
Homework is not mandatory for this class nor my previous calc class which I failed, because I never did any of the homework. I didn't do any homework either for this class, but I completely understand all the materials because he explains well, so I got AB on his tests. His tests really do reflect what he teaches in class.
he is very powerful in Motivating the class to participate. Very kind teacher he teaches from his heart.
He is a great teacher, very passionate. The class sucks, but he does his best to help.
He is a great professor! He can be hilarious sometimes in class and really want to helps every student understand the topic, never refuses a questions. He is a bit fast pace with the topics but is willing to slow down if asked, that said, he is a great guy too!
Khalid is an intelligent and helpful teacher. What really bugged me though is that even though he teaches the material well, he adds new things on the tests that we never went over. That was incredibly frustrating. There were also times when I would personally ask him for help and he would get rude and angry. I still highly recommend him though.
Professor Izfarene taught to the lowest level possible, ensuring all of his students had the opportunity to pass. He listened to questions asked, and clearly explained them. He was consistent in his grading, and only took points off if it was clear you did not know a key concept. He got upset when students didn't do well, which is always good.
Professor is sometimes hard to understand. The subject matter is hard enough but the english barrier only adds to the confusion. If you have a strong math background you can work out what he is teaching otherwise find a native english speaker to avoid problems with math 180. I have a strong math background and got a C-. Go figure.
The best math professor, I will recommend him highly, very helpful, has an accent but very understandable, he clearly explain everything and answers to all the questions asked. it's a very nice professor who get mad when students don't focus or miss classes!!he wants the best for all his students
Mr Khalid is definitely the best professor I've had at UNM. Highly recommended! He's approachable and very helpful. Material is difficult but he is always more than happy to answer questions & re-explain any concept. He actually WANTS you to succeed! Tests are fair. Take him and you will LOVE him!!!!
Amazing professor. Explains everything in great detail, cares about his students, always there if you need help and he will get you laughing with all his stories.
The best math teacher I've ever had! He really cares about you, your learning, and your grade. If you go to class, take notes, do the webASSIGN, and study mildly you can most definitely get an A.
It's basically high school precalc all over again, plus a little extra. Khalid has a fairly heavy accent, but he makes sure you know what he's talking about. He explains everything in detail, so you know exactly how to do the problems if you pay any attention at all. Don't buy the textbook, you won't touch it once. The bookstore won't buy it back.
Excellent lecturer and instructor who provides a lot of example problems & understands what the class does and does not understand. Very helpful in class and in office hours. He has an arabic accent, but he articulates everything clearly so understanding him is not an issue. Book & homework - not necessary. VERY HIGHLY recommend.
He's a great teacher and he really wants students to pass. He's extremely helpful and encourages students to ask questions. His accent might confuse you for a second once in awhile but he'll clarify anything if you're confused. SUPER HELPFUL!
This is the hardest thing I have ever done, but it is also the most I have ever learned. good class and good teacher. perhaps the best for Trig. don't skip class with Khalid. his lectures are better than the pages of a book.
Took 123 &150 with him. He is the best math teacher I have ever had. I always thought I hated math but after a term with him I was enjoying it! Do your homework, show up to class, and ask him lots of questions.
I loved this class. I learned a lot, and Prof Ifzarene is awesome. He cares about his students.
Is a great teacher and wants all his students to succeed. He is also very willing to help students and has amazing lectures.
Khalid was the best math professor I could've asked for. He gave us homework and take home quizzes which seem like a drag but they help study for the tests and give us extra grades in the grade book. For the final he reviews the entire week before to make sure we know everything. Take his class!
Prof. Ifzarene was a great professor. I took him for MATH 150, and will be taking him for MATH 123. The take home quizzes he gives are very helpful when it comes to the tests. I definitely recommend him as a math professor.
Makes sure everyone understands concepts.
I loved this guy. You could tell he really enjoyed what he was teaching, and he cared if you understood. HOWEVER, he does go through material very quickly. He does weekly quizzes, and only drops one at the end of the year. He doesn't drop any test grades, and final is worth a lot and absolutely mandatory. He also WILL drop you after 3 absences.
He is extremely intelligent and he taught the course with total clarity. He is a very caring professor who will always be there for you. You will be so happy having Professor Khalid !!! HE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!
He cares about his students and doesnt get bothered by answering questions
Although, he assigns an abundant amount of homework both online and physically, the hours spent on both totally pay off. He can be a bit hard to understand at first because of his accent but you will get used to it. he is also very open to questions during class, after class and during office hours.
Khalid is a great math teacher and looks out for his students. His accent is very understandable but it is present. He didn't collect homework, only a weekly quiz and 4 exams. If you aren't a math person, his class is great.
BEST TEACHER EVER!! I AM TAKING HIM FOR WINTER MATH 123, AND HE IS SOO HELPFUL, AND KNOWS HIS STUFF. HE POUNDS MATERIAL INTO YOUR HEAD. GO TO CLASS, TAKE NOTES, AND DO HW YOU WILL FOR SURE GET AN A!!KEEPS YOU UNTIL THE END OF THE CLASS DONT TRY TO LEAVE EARLY DO NOT SEAT WITH YOUR FRIENDS DO NOT USE THE PHONE OR YOURE SCREWED...
He's great at what he does, he tells you exactly what you need to do to pass. While there may be a lot of homework (online and offline hw and quizzes) it all serves as practice so that you're guaranteed to pass all of his tests. Just stay on top of all of his assignments and you're good. I would take him for all my math classes if he taught them.
I wish this guy could teach every math class at unm. If you pay attention to him and simply just do the quizzes you will surely understand. One thing you could do to pass his class with a good grade would be just write down all the example questions he gives and practices them. He really takes the pressure out of taking calc. Highly recommended.
He is the best math teacher Ive had so far, explains everything so well, and if you don't understand just go to his office hours and he'll make sure to find a way you understand. Id take any class of his that he teaches and I need.
I really enjoyed this class with Khalid very much. I'd recommend anyone to take any kinda math with him. He breaks down everything to where you can understand it easier and it really works. I never really thought i'd be able to understand trig as much as I do, now i feel confident with my trig skills going into calculus. He's a solid choice!
Khalid's honestly the best math teacher I've ever had he's eccentric and makes sure you understand. Was scared of calc in the beginning but if you go to class and copy everything you'll do just fine. If you miss class though you might be in trouble. Congrats who ever gets him he's great
Khalid wasn't a bad professor, but he has an accent that was sometimes hard to understand and he did not always explain things very clearly. He was very good with office hours, but there was a lot of homework both online and worksheets that he handed out. Do the homework and go to class and you will pass!
I highly recommend taking his class. he is very smart professor. If Show up to class, do your homework and go to his office hours you will get an A.
If you pay attention, do the homework, and understand the concepts as he says youll pass. Can be boring during lectures. If you wanna him to like you go to office hours.
Really wonderful teacher. I had to retake this class and finally understood it because of how he teaches. He's also so funny. Sometimes he'll take a break from a hard subject and tell some jokes. Overall, he's an amazing guy.
Great Professor. He goes into a ton of detail on every chapter, does a lot of practice questions. The three days before the exam you will take older given exams for those chapters for practice. You get a notecard on exams, you will never be surprised by an unknown question on the exam because of how many reviews he provides.
an easy class, You would think anyway. He made it very difficult to learn using unspecific methods and redoing the same problems over & over. He doesnt go over any of the terms from the books and also skims over important examples & information. He also easily loses track of things, like the time, attendance records and correct answers for exams.
I've taken Khalid for math 101 and math 123. He explains concepts very well. Also he is very helpful in his office hours. Exams are exactly like the homework. If you go to class and go to office hours once a week you will get an A for sure.
An awesome instructor, clearly conveys what he wants to teach, provides help in office hours, explains the concepts very well, provides lots of examples, the 3 exams of 100 points are based on the homeworks and are hence easy. A bit of hard work and you will get an A.
I feel bad for Khalid. You can see in the way that he composes himself that he genuinely believes in his greatness. That is, he THINKS he's doing very well in his role. But in reality, himself along with the department must be able to tell from his Course Evaluation surveys and the general grade trend that he is missing something.
Worst teacher I've ever had in my life. He will drop you after 3 absences, which isn't great for disabled students like me. My cousin is a clinical scientist and uses statistics every day and says his methods of teaching are shameful. I agree. Spent entire semester teaching myself stats. His material was not sufficient.
Ifzarene was a great professor. Would definitely recommend his class again.
He is a good man outside of class but his lack of communication skills makes it hard to learn. The class I took was easy but it was due to me being proactive and teaching myself instead of trying to understand his accent and English skills. His grading is easy and he is helpful if you are struggling in class
Best teacher ever while also being funny . Helps me learn and not only great at teaching math but great at cracking a joke. Can be clumsy and fun but serious when helping a student. Definitely recommend taking this course!!
Really easy going but was often confused on some of the curriculum
The greatest math professor ever! I took him during COVID and he was awesome over zoom and even when I needed help on homework - he replied through email whenever I needed help. Really cares about his students and their success in his class - just do the homework and attend class.
Khalid is genuinely one of the best professors I've ever had. I've had him as a prof for this class and one other. He's funny and truly cares for each of his students. He checks to make sure everyone understands the course material. If you're afraid to approach him during class, he is more than willing to answer any questions. Overall just great!
During his lectures, he'll explain the steps to a problem but will then say you can't use it on a test because it's cheating. He won't allow you to retake the exam if your wifi or laptop crashes, his handwriting is so sloppy if you ask him a question he won't understand it. Overall he's not active w/ students and doesn't seem to care about teaching
Dr. Ifzarene cares very much about how well his students are doing. He gets upset if people struggle, but dont care enough to ask for help during office hours, participate, or show up to class. But if you do all those things, he will bend over backwards to help anyone. He is an exceptional teacher.
Very fun and energetic professor who is actually passionate about what he's teaching. He'll answer all the questions as long as you actually ask. Very sweet and caring and funny professor
The course (trig&precalc) basically consists of 4 exams and the final, and the final is like 30% of your grade. He's a stickler grading exams too, he'll take off a ton of points for little things like forgetting 'y =' or something. He also grades kind of sloppily and might take off unnecessary points so don't be afraid to correct him.
Not a bad professor, honestly super helpful especially if you have a lot of questions. You have to make sure to not miss classes though, or have a buddy that can help you catch up and explain missed work. One pet peeve in the class was the professor stopping lessons to give unnecessary and irrelative talks about poor student performance.
I absolutely love Khalid. His lectures were easy to listen to and he somehow made stats fun and relatively easy to understand. Show up to his lectures and do the homework and you're guaranteed a good grade. He is never dry and always has some funny comments, I highly recommend taking his class.
Khalid made intro to statistics a very every class. This class is graded by 85% exams which is my only thing against it. There is weekly homework and quizzes, they take a while but are not hard. Overall I think the class is very easy and Khalid made lectures useful enough that the tests were not bad.
If you have the chance to take a class with Khalid, I strongly encourage doing so. He somehow made me excited to learn stats, a class many people dread. He is very funny most days and is truly great at what he does.
The professor is amazing. I did take Math 1250 which is a 5 credit hour class and was extremely hard but if you made sure to work with him, he helped you out as much as he could. He made sure to show different ways of doing problems and really helped learn and make the subject enjoyable.
Best professor I've ever had. I took Calculus 2 with him which is normally a painful class, but he made it fun and I actually looked forward to showing up to class each day. If you have a chance to take Khalid, most definitely do so. Funny guy, cares about his students a lot.
I started disliking math, do to some teachers not being able to break down their work and simplify it. Although, he is very smart - in which he can break down the concepts and answer all the questions you may have. I'm going to try and take his class for as many math classes I need to complete my math credits.
Khalid is a really engaging professor. He tries to keep everyone in the class engaged in the topic and is happy to answer any questions. Slight accent but totally understandable. Overall really good dude.
Attendance is mandatory, he WILL drop you if your absent 3+. There are 4 exams+ the final. He's a nice teacher he explains step by step and will not make you feel dumb for not understanding a problem. He has office hours a few days of the week and will even work with you one on one. Definitely would take again.
If you struggle with math like I do, I would not recommend he is a very tough grader. The professor himself wasn't bad, and he did try to help me when I was struggling but the class structure is horrible. Exams are 80% of your grade and there are a lot of homework and quizzes which barely do anything for your grade...
When I had this instructor, he was remarkably moody as well as hostile to students. I experienced him yelling on many occasions.
I would take again, very open to answering any questions in and out of class. Very clearly expressed likeness to math. I actually had 1220 with him but there wasn't an option for that. Just be motivated and study, ask questions.
I went home for a week and because he needs proof of absence, I asked him if I could show him my plane ticket in person or if he wanted it emailed. Before I could finish my sentence, he started yelling, calling me disrespectful. When I tried to explain why I was asking, he said, “No. You have no right to talk.” He dropped me:)
Clear lectures and is extremely helpful if you ask questions. Very available to help outside of class. One of the best professors in the math department.
Engaging professor who makes the course enjoyable. Stay on top of the work, utilize unstuck AI alongside the textbook, and you'll excel in this challenging yet rewarding class.
If you ask, he thoroughly explains the question until you understand it. I thought we was pretty funny and one of the best math teachers I've ever had. Just show up to class and ask questions and you can pass.
Khalid Ifzarene is probably the best math teacher I've had. Like others have mentioned, he's very fun to learn from, and will try very hard to help you understand. Additionally, he drew on the walls in my Linear Algebra (MATH314) class, which was very fun and epic and cool.
The calc 2 GOAT. His funny and genuinely cares about his students. His tests are CAKE and i had a great time in the class. Ask questions and go to class.
He understands calculus to the point of being able to make problems and help explain the solution as class goes. I don't this attendance was mandatory, but everything was explained during class. He was accommodating with how test taking was preferred. The only warning is that his accent is slightly hard to understand at times.
By far the best lectures I've ever had from a professor. He understands the concepts so well and he teaches them from the beginning. He is seriously full of life. The tests aren't so hard as they are elementary questions. Sometimes he has trouble understanding you but otherwise he's great. No notes/calculator on exams.
When I tried to ask questions about the topic, he would respond in a passive-aggressive way or just make me feel like a fool for not knowing how to solve a problem. Once I asked to visit him in his office over grading, and during the visit he made it seem like I was wasting his time and raised his voice at me for simply questioning his grading
Best professor ever had!
Very passionate and engaging with math. Does not allow make up tests or extra credit. Attendance is mandatory, he will drop you if you have more 3 unexcused absences.
He definitely made learning easy for me. He would go step-by-step with explaining outcomes and when I would get lost and ask questions, he would explain it and say, "Questions good." Overall, he is a good professor, I took one point off because he is bad at communicating through email and his office hours are really early.
Khalid is the best math professor I have had. Usually, Calc 2 is a challenging course, but Khalid made it enjoyable as he makes sure the whole class understands before moving on. His exams are easy if you go to the lectures.
Would really recommend Khalid! It is very apparent that he cares about his students, and his lectures are clear, to the point, and beneficial! Khalid gives great feedback on tests, and is very open to talk about previous grading assignments to help you do better on future assignments. There isn't too much homework, and the quizzes are graded light!
Khalid won't curve grades at all. This is a hard class and with Khalid being a strict grader that doesn't help at all. He graded our final exam the day we took it and graded it more harsh than normal exams which were already graded toughly. I wont be taking him again. Skip class thrice and you're out!
Calculus II is a difficult course. Be ready to study. Do not expect to pass if you don't study. Khalid is a very good lecturer and prepared us well for the final exam. GO TO CLASS. he is very funny and caring
Khalid cares about his students. He makes jokes during lectures and he answers any questions you have. He prepared us for the final exam perfectly. He does grade tougher than other professors.
He's a good lecturer but not an understanding teacher or very encouraging. Very particular about what he's looking for on tests and plays favorites. If you miss a test, you have to take the test the same day you're back in class. I didn't know that, as it wasn't stated in the syllabus, and was told I had to take a test an hour before taking it.
He's incredibly knowledgeable on the subjects he teaches and does a really good job at explaining the material clearly and engagingly. The material is just genuinely hard, so you will have to study. He is a very likable person, and I enjoyed his class.
Professor has good lectures that cover the material step by step and makes it easy to understand the course content, is also funny, and prepares you well for tests and the final exam. Attendance is mandatory in the class. Takes off a lot of points for arithmetic errors and is a strict grader compared to the other calc II teachers.
He was honestly a really great instructor, but he lectured quickly. The classes had good notes, and if you had a question, he would ensure you understood the concept. Exams were somewhat difficult but generally straightforward because the questions were simple. He was very helpful the week before finals (made us go to school at 7:30 - 10:00).
Khalid is a professor that will mostly make you regain passion for math. You can tell he has passion over what he teaches and he wants to share it to others. He is very understanding with others, if you need help, do not hesitate to talk with him. Even though my grade wasn't the best, I definitely learned more math in his class than ever in others.
One of the best professors I've had. He was very passionate about the topics and it was very aparent.
