She was a great teacher, always willing to help her students. The class I was in got to take their tests on the web, so that was a plus for me.

I loved this teacher. She spoke to us like we were second graders which was a bit silly at times, but it REALLY helped. She is VERY well organized, has a sense of humor, and is very detailed about how to work every kind of math problem with easy steps.

Excellent teacher!!! You'll have to work in this class but an A is definitely attainable. She can explain everything in a way that you will definitely understand. Awesome! If you have to take Stats she's the one you want.

I think she needs to stck to teaching math 0097 because appearantly she does well with that I got a D with her for Precalc and made an A with Mr. Birney and that to me says alot.

She tests over each chapter so it is easy to keep up. She gave several opportunities for extra credit. She is very claer and helpful. If you even study just a little you can get an A. I definitely recommend taking her if you have to take STAT.

If you pay attention in class DO NOT buy the Stat book b/c you don't use it. She gives you all the notes online for each chapter and teaches off of that. You get 10-13 tests for the semester and she drops 3 so if you pay attention the class is easy. Some tests are in class and take-home too and you can get help from other people in class.

This class was nearly too easy in my opinion. If you've taken any statistics classes before, you'll be bored to tears! I'm not saying she's not a great teacher, because she is a very smart lady and very good at getting her point across. EXCELLENT teacher for beginners.

She is one of the best math teachers i have ever had. She is very helpful, and she breaks down the work, so you do it as a class instead of by yourself.

Lots went wrong for us this semester - she was ill, out for a few weeks. BUT just a little too sticky on her rules - there should be excused absenses (she allows NO excuses) for medical reasons (like hers!). She is a good teacher and tries very hard to help you understand the concepts. I pulled an A, but it wasn't easy.

The people below me apparently suck at math. If you are wanting to move on to a better school and continue with science or math, you need this class. She teaches well. I didn't do the homeworks and just listened in class and made over 100 in the class. Someone who does the work will make an A.

I took her a long time ago but she is still one of my favorite teachers ever. She over simplifies everything, and I needed that. She also uses a process to teach, listing steps for everything, so I liked that too.

I love that she gets enthusiastic about the material she teaches, but she covers it very fast. She is not boring to listen to and keeps me interested. She takes points off for not having answers written like the computer would grade them, so make sure you do the online homework before you take the quizzes and tests!

She is a good math teacher. This is the second time I have had her, and she does a good job of explaining the material. You have to do the homework as part of the class but is is helpful because her tests are just like the homework. She uses my math lab. SShe is always happy to anwser people's questions. She is very knowledgable.

I was worried when I saw some of her negative reviews on RMP, but have had nothing but good times with her. She SO nice and gives a bunch of xtra credit opportunities. As long as you go to class and do the online homework, you'll do fine!

She is a decent teacher. She doesn't respond to emails though. If you have questions or need help, go to her office. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand through this course, take someone else.

Highly recommend this teacher! Took her stat class during the summer semester( hard material, lots of memorization) but with her print outs did not even need the book. She curves last tests and allows to have a note card on each test with formulas. Never miss a class, or you will be lost

Very helpful! Mrs. Bennett responds to all questions via email, creates video tutorials, and assists students with the transition into college if you take her for 0098. She is very encouraging as well. I would definitely take another course with Mrs. Bennett.

Mrs. Bennett was an excellent & organized online Math teacher. Her written assignments were required to be written exactly as you were taught, everything else was in an online Math system and was graded by the system. She is extremely responsive to emails and replies to your discussion posts. She provided additional materials to help you succeed.

Professor Bennett is a great teacher. I took AP Stat in high school, so this class was a breeze for me. She holds Q&A sessions and most of the work is on MyStatLab. The only tests were the midterm and final. She keeps you up to date on your grades, and will send you e-mails to know where you are at. You have to do 5 "Projects" which are easy.

Great professor to take stats with. There is a lot of homework but it isn't too bad. The discussions are great, too. It's not the typical "make a math equation" BS that other professors have done. Just do your homework (and the 5 easy projects), study and you will do great! Loved this professor!

"Textbook" is an online website which handles homework and most tests. Midterm & Final are proctored - tho you can do from home with a webcam & mic. She is very thorough and communicative throughout the term, so that you stay active invested in the class. Drops low homework (4), quiz (1), & test (1) grades, but those 2 exams are 50% of grade.

Great professor!! My final grade was a 96. Shes set a clear criteria for what she expects from us. Just do the work on time and you will be fine. You get multiple tries for test and homework so if you make anything less than a B you have to be lazy!! Ask questions if you are confused!!

she is one of the best teachers iv'e ever took. All test, hw, and quiz are on mystatlab. her tests and quiz are exact similar questions as the h.w.. you could always look at your hw while taking a test as an example. You also get 3 tries on quiz and test. If you ever need help she is always available. As long as you do the assignments your okay.

She Gives you 3 chances to pass your quizzes. 3-5 chances each problem on hw problems. Discussions are an easy A. I'm not good at math at all but this is the one math class I know I can pass. She is very sweet and will reply back to you on time. She grades assignment on time and posts your average grade.

GET READY FOR SO MUCH HOMEWORK. homework would take me like 1 1/2 -2 hrs to complete and i kid you not ppl would still go to tutoring to complete homework. Pass all your homeworks and youll pass class incase you fail midterm and final like i did. I passed thanks to the million homeworks we had. Test are always open book. take your time and ull pass

Professor Bennett was one of the best professors I had had here at GSU GPC. She is a tough grader at times, but you will never forget how to do whatever it was she took points off for.

Gives good feedback quickly. Most of the work is on MLS (online textbook) and you have to read and teach yourself for online. She gives extra notes and guides that are EXTREMELY helpful. 3 chances to get a good grade on quizzes and she replaces your midterm with final if the final is a higher grade. Chance for up to 10 points on final exam.

Honestly, this class is an easy pass. If you need a statistics class just take her. 4 exams 1 final, final replaces the lowest test grades. Multiple assignments are dropped at the end of the course. Each exam has a guided review video, sometimes the answers are on the video so pay attention. I barely read throughout the semester but still got A+

Ppl leaving bad reviews prolly just didnt study for the test lol. It is definitely a lot of material and has lots to learn, however, once you do the work properly you're set to get an A in all tests. All tests were easy if you did the work & review (contains questions very similar to the test). u get a 100 on OLI reading if u just click thru pages

I recommend this teacher if you want a straightforward statistics class and math's easy for you. If you study for the tests you will definitely pass because her review videos are just like the tests. She drops a lot of grades, offers extra credit, and replaces final with your lowest test grade. There are 4 tests, weekly OLI reading and checkpoints.

OLI-based (buy code in around $ 40-ish bucks). Weekly quizzes and homework, tests are based on the non-credit reviews on OLI literally almost the same/ very similar. Offers a lot of help, and non-credit video answers with step by step to solve. Those who didn't get good grades on the tests means they did not do the non-credit review.

There are a reasonable amount of assignments each week. She is also very kind! I would say if you aren't someone who is very good at math, you might want to look elsewhere. This class is heavily focused on reading because everything is in the textbook. I would love if she posted more videos. Also, tests are very similar to the study guides!

The class was hard, but this teacher made it amazing. Everything was so organized and easy to navigate. If you study enough you should score high. She gives extra credit for tests and actually wants you to pass. She also gives so announcements to update you and make sure you don't miss anything.
