Kim is a great teacher, very willing to answer questions. She's honest about her opinions and open to listening to others. If she is unsure of an answer she'll research it and let you know the following class. I would highly reccomend her.

I only had Cardilla for a few weeks since she was filling in for our previous teacher who left, but I liked her. She was very nice and used many interesting examples from outside the textbook. Her test was fair and her study guide was very helpful. She also reminded me a little of Drew Barrymore, although that's completely unrelated. ;-)

Kim is the most amazing teacher I have had. She takes a seemingly dull subject (Psychology) and brings it to life. She has a fun and spunky personality which carries over into her teaching. Even with out doing the reading you will learn just from listening to her. Take her class if you have a chance, you will not regret it.

When i first entered her class, i was very skeptical of her. But after a month into class, it really hit me that she was a great Teacher. She is clear and easy to understand in her lectures and her testing is fair. She is funny and very high energy.

Kim- like a dark drew barrymore, more voice than look. Really nice and articulate, although smoetimes I got the feeling like she was taking to the group as if we were kindergarteners. I felt a little patronized. Other than that I loved pysch 1. She gives good examples. Let her know if you miss class via email. she'll drop yo *ss like a bad habit.

Amazing, amazing teacher!!!! By far the best teacher I've had at cabrillo! Her classes are fun and I learned a lot. Very easy to get a good grade, just go to class and use the study guides, and you will easily get an A or B. Her notes are online, so you hardly have to take notes in class. She really cares about her students and wants them to pass.

Kim is a great teacher. Her main objective is that you learn about psych. Gives study guides for exams which are pretty much a blueprint for what you need to know. Always willing to help if you need it. Highly recommended.

Kim is a great teacher, tests are easy and straight from study guide, take notes and you'll be fine, dont really need the book but its helpful. She makes it really easy to do well in her class.

Dr. Kim is a great teacher; very knowledegable, and a working psychology professional, so she is involved in the profession. You must know the material to do well. Lecture, book and videos round out the course.

Very nice teacher! Very good at teaching her subject, very good at keeping the whole class interested. Doesn't force group projects on you. She gives extra credit options, and her tests refur to about 98% of her lecture material, so take good notes and attend class regularly! You will want to anyway! She's really funny!

i loved coming to this class!Kim is amazing! she had different methods of teaching which was extremely helpful when test time came around. she was always energetic and stoked to start class. it was always fun to watch her video of her spraying her husband with water when he said certain words. great class

Throughout my years in school, I would have to say Kim has been my favorite teacher of all time!. She is funny, and makes the class very interesting with her personal stories. She was awesome! Asked lots of discussion questions which kept students interested. Had powerpoint slides which were available online to print out before lecture, but was necessary to come to class to take notes along with the slides. Approachable and energetic. I took the class over summer so classes were 3 hours long each and I never got bored.

i am only 3 weeks into this course, and i already LOVE IT! I haven't had a test yet so i can't rate the easiness.. Kim is an AMAZING teacher. Kim is hilarious. Her class is power point based and my psych 1 class filled up extremely quickly so if you arrive five minutes before class it might be helpful to bring a laptop because you will be sitting in the back. Her tests start out a bit difficult but over time get easier. There is 1 paper and an extra credit option.

The BEST teacher at Cabrillo. She keeps lectures entertaining, but still informative. Attendance is mandatory and the book is really never used. Your grade is pretty much based off of 3 exams, but if you use her study guide and go to class you should pass no problem. I can't rave about her enough. You'll love psych with her.

Dr. Cardilla is freaking awesome. She provides study guides that are the exact material on every test, her tests are non-cumulative, there's e.c. opportunities, she's funny, she provides memorable examples of all of the principals she covers in her class and she's very friendly/funny. I bought the textbook but never even cracked it open, no need.

Cardilla is absolutely amazing. She is the reason I became a psych Major. She is hilarious, personable, helpful and entertaining. I Looked forward to each lecture. She understands we have lives and makes the class pretty easy, yet you learn so much! there are three 50 point tests. non cumulative. 10 pts extra credit available. LOVE HER SO MUCH!!!!!

She has the most up-beat attitude, is friendly, easy to talk to, but knows how to maintain boundaries (takes no BS)! She is a ppt teacher & makes it work well w/plenty of opportunity for discussions. Kim Cardilla is such an amazing teacher! Her personality and the way she runs her class is so motivating! Your grade is based on 3 exams (study guide online and thats basically the test) and one maximum 2 page paper. Also gives opportunity for extra credit. Because of her, I am considering a psychology major.

I took Psych 1 with Kim. Why can't she teach every class at Cabrillo? She is hilarious and makes things interesting and relatable. It's very rare to find a teacher in the science department that doesn't talk monotone and nasally. She is very helpful and fun. Cabrillo needs more teachers like Kim!

Kim is amazing!! She is crystal clear in lectures, and so funny! Class was easy to attend, which is good since that is where you will get the information you need to perform well on the exams. Course work is not too heavy and her study guides are the best I've worked with! I would take any class Kim offered, she's the real deal.

Great teacher, great subject, great class! Lectures are interesting and she incorporates humor to alleviate the heavy nature of the subject. Exam reviews tell you everything you need to study, follow those and you got a shure A! And oh yeah shes smoking HOT!

Kim is possibly the BEST Psych teacher on campus, and is amazingly knowledgeable as well as eloquent when she lectures. She's entertaining, really nice, and really clear about what you need to know for tests (and what to take away from lectures). TAKE HER CLASS, IT'S INTERESTING AND EASY.

Kim is rad! She's really easy going, funny, and engaging. There are three assigned reflection papers which are easy, and the exams aren't bad at all.

This is a Stats class for behavioral science majors, but it is not easier than any other stats class. The second exam is the hardest, so don't take a break half way through because half the class failed. With that said, you can definitely get an "A" in this class if you work for it. Attend study groups, go to all classes, and use her study guides!

Best Professor I have ever had. There is a lot of work but she makes it completely worth it. She gives great advice and is hilarious during lecture. Second test is extremely difficult but don't give up because she will help you through study guides and lectures. Definitely will be taking another class of hers.

Exams are fair and grading criteria is WYSIWYG from study guide to exam. Perfect!

Excellent professor. I found this class easy, but already had a background in psych, so was familiar with some terminology and concepts. I still believe this class would be reasonable easy and interesting for someone with little or no background in psych.

Excellent professor. Knowledgeable, clear and helpful. She was very gently on the essay grades. Grades depend on understanding of the material.

She was really good at teaching the material. I did not need any other help other than her lectures which she allows you to use during HW, quizzes, and exams. All the HW and tests were online and we could take as much time as we needed, as long as we turned it in on time. She is very entertaining during class, GO TO THE LECTURE, it's worth it!!!!
