It was an easy A. If you sign every attendance sheet you don't have to take the final. She includes 10 pts extra credit in every test, If you cram the day before it isn't hard to break 100. She is easily distracted, and allows very lax discipline. She let a few loud mouths really slow her down.
Well traveled and very funny. She has great energy and ecourages everyone to share their knowlegde in class. Spirited class discussions make the countries easier to remember. Her favorite city is Prauge, she'll have you itching to go by the end of the semester. She really has a lot to share, ask her questions. She is a great person and fair teacher
Don't get me wrong. She is very wacky. She teaches with great knowledge because she's been everywhere. If you have a strong memory, your golden. Study the atlas and your in good hands. She wants you to talk, so speak. Negative: She is extremely opinionated. If your Republican, well, you'll just have to ignore some comments. Otherwise take her.
She is alright. In class you go over about a page for 3 weeks. Learn a lot about the Jewish religion (hers) but barely anything else. Tests are very misleading and most people receive a C or lower (with a curve). BENEFIT: if you are there 100% attendance, you do not have to take the final exam.
it takes awhile to get used to her way of teaching but then it becomes better. a little confusing but a nice helpful teacher.
EASY CLASS...shes a little whacked out sometimes but shes nice and its an overall fun class. Test are so easy, you can BS the few small papers you have to write. Grades are on point system, my test scores averaged about 105 and i didnt have to take the exam because i had enough points to get an A without it.
This class is cake, just have a caffeine pill handy on the night before the tests. If you attend every class, you're exempt from the final! Kim is nice and keeps you awake, and you leave the class feeling much smarter.
Kim is a wild teacher! She is super enthusiastic, and really keeps the class awake and interested. There should be more teachers like her, she loves her subject and it shows. You will learn so much more than Geography in this class. She really encourages class participation, so be ready for that!
She is the best geography professor you can take. She makes the class very interesting by giving a lot of information of things happening in the particular region discussed in class. She also brings magazines and clippings with more information. All this thing you can view in class. There are a lot of awesome pictures too from all over the world.
A spectacular class! -- It will be WISE for students to focus on daily news events cuz she gets pissed when ur clueless; moreover, you'll hear bloviating statements to how much you don't care not paying attention to the news… so start reading!
I dont know what that last person was saying! She grades like an enc teacher when shes not. I made an a in enc 1101 using the same format, but she doesnt think its correct english...anyway the tests are hard...good luck, if you take her.
Great Professor. Kim was personable, funny, generous, and everything in between. This class requires minimal dedication. It was an absolute pleasure attending class because you never know what's going to happen and you will learn a tremendous amount. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Shes wacky thats for sure. She does get bent if you dont bring your atlas and "list" to class. I loved her though. Her tests are hard and the papers she assigns are ridiculous but she interesting and wild. Expect rowdy class participation, loud babbling, and sarcasm.
took her for geography and she is the craziest teacher i have ever had! she can be nice, but also not so nice...her tests are hard, if you're not good with memorization, don't take this class with her.
Now if you want to be well rounded then this is the class for you. She goes beyond the teachings of the class and relates everything to the real world and what is going on.
Kim was the first teacher I had at Santa Fe, and she really helped me get used to the way college classes work. If you attend all her classes, you do not have to take the final exam - and you definitely DO NOT WANT to take the final exam! Her tests are tough, her essays are wacky, but her class is so much fun!
I really enjoyed this class and Kim as a professor. She doesn't follow the text book very much. You go on a lot of field trips and write reviews on them. I learned a lot. I highly suggest taking it. If you go everyday, you won't have to take the exam!
very easy a, show up everyday and no final. easy
Easy class. Shes gives pop quizzes on the maps. Online test on each section. Go to class everyday and you don't have to take the final.
easy class..but annoyin teacher...u wont even finish all the sections.. the book is pointless.. the test are online so its easy to pass without needin the book..nd the map quiz are easy too..overall its an easy A...
I really disliked this teacher he class was the low point in my college career. The class was pointless and worst off all she doesn't know this, but it was a easy A as long as you don't die from the stupidity of it.
This class was horrible did not enjoy it at all. Would not recommend for anyone. The teacher was hard to talk to b/c she was rude to the class. The only good thing is if you have perfect attendance you dont have to take a final. But horrilbe class and annoying and rude teacher.
DO NOT TAKE!! She is a horrible teacher! She is hard to talk to and rude to the class. Did not learn anything in her pointless class.
She does often get carried away with Jewish heritage discussion, but the class is an easy A. If you don't miss any classes you get a 100 on the final. The only part I didn't like were the out of class field trips. I would recommend this class if you need a cultural humanities credit.
Took her twice 4 Reg Geog n Cult Geog. She has a particular personality, but as long as you respect her she'll respect u back,u just need a nice approach 'cause otherwise shell act "rude" but not really. Papers n quizzes r easy as long as u follow directions. They're very interesting classes to take because you learn bout the world n whats out ther
took it online really hard quizes, one min for each question. Book is not nessecary only google and lectures. Takes FOREVER for her to grade assignments
Kim is an amazingly traveled woman and focuses on Europe, Russia and Africa. Her lectures are jumbled but interesting and she gives easy online quizzes. Thrity minutes of studying can easily result in an A on the map quizzes. Attending everyday means no Final Exam! Awesome experience, learned a lot.
Easy class, don't buy the textbook but really difficult to not walk out on her. Most lectures are hard to sit through, let alone get up and walk out of the class. Real nut
I enjoyed this class as I had to take something and I figured Geography would not be too hard. Although I was challenged a bit more than I thought I would, the class was not overbearing at all. Much more informative than the typical geography "out of the book" class.
Best professor at Santa Fe! Previous comments were left by slackers who have no interest in learning. She gives AWESOME lectures and keeps you interested! She is always happy and willing to help her students as much as possible. She is very kind and considerate, and I learned SO much from her class. It's fun and informative, and I LOVED it!
Kim is a great teacher. She has visited almost every country we talked about which I thought was pretty amazing for a community college professor. She is very passionate about geography and obviously knows what shes talking about. highly recommend her
GREAT person all around me and my boyfriend took her and she was really nice and halped us out alot. She has been all over the world. Her class is easy you just need to review and tell her about your travel experience.I took her online class and got a B that kinda shocked me because I thought I was getting an A.But all around Great professor !
she is not a teacher i would ever recommend! she expects us to takes notes, and out of the tons of notes, she uses about ten facts on tests. and very anal about drawing a country. if you miss literally a millimeter of country, she counts off. even if u get the general idea. she has a huge issue of making slight noises. DONT TAKE HER! horrible.
Great teacher. I'd highly recommend her. You don't NEED the textbook. You don't read anything out of it, you just look at the map at the beginning of the chapter. Although she is strict about how the countries are drawn, you're taking a geography class... obviously it is kind of important! Do the work, and study the maps... you'll do perfect.
This is a women who should not be teaching, rude to the students. not very expainatory. changes mind on how she wants things done. time in getting a paper back from her is way too long. She is overly critical grading paper, Testing is 1 minute per question giving you no time to think. This is a little over doing it
Great class. Kim really gets you interested in the areas that are discussed and keeps it fun! Go to class or you'll miss out on important info. It's not difficult, but be sure to STUDY. She's a sweetheart and will definitely be glad to talk things over in a reasonable manner in private if you give her the chance. Would strongly recommend!
She's an OK teacher, nothing to be proud of or ashamed of. But she does act rude to the students at times, she tends to babble about nonsense frequently, and doesn't seem to care for her students personally. While her class is somewhat easy as long as you put some decent effort into it, I would say that it's easy enough for anyone to pass.
As a second language student, It is difficult to me to understand assignments, quizzes, activities,etc..with professor Kim everything was clear as water..the attendance is mandatory..the quizzes are about maps..sounds hard but it is really easy if you study. Also she help you a lot in her office hours. I'm gonna miss her a lot two words the best!
Pretty fun nice teacher. Class isnt hard if you put the effort in. alot of loud people in the class that acted like high schoolers but oh well. also she counts off like one cm because one cm is about 5000 miles in real life that you just ignored lol its not as bad as it sounds tho if you dont leave ur studying til the last day
I took this class online, and a lot of times she was hard to understand. She is a very tough grader on her papers, but her tests were easy if you saved all your lectures. Her lectures were always interesting and you learned a lot. I would recommend her if you are good at writing papers. She is very specific on grammar!
Only uses the book for maps. Belittled other class members and treated them like idiots. She's very loud and it takes a certain type of person to like her. You do learn in her class if you really want to, but she expects you to memorize 100+ things for tests.
Very easy class, I never missed a class, but never took note other than drawing the maps. the onl thing i did not like about the class was that the maps all had the same contrast between political and physical features and boundries. Great class very easy and good teacher! I recommend this class and Kim to everyone!
Good teacher, always explains everything exactly how she wants it to be done, if you pay attention in class you will get an A, never really use the textbook and never really any homework, she wants you to buy the book and will get mad if you dont, same with participation, she will put up a fit if no one is participating, fun class though
Very good professor if you just the the social or humanities credit for your AA. You can still learn a great deal if you plan on studying geography but she does not force you to retain all of the knowledge from one quiz to the next. Wonderful fluff class.
Easy A. Attend class, book "required" but not used. Class has useful information. Many lectured topics appear on test. Makes students get invovled because everyone knows this class is boring as hell and tries to get student to not fall asleep. This should tell you something. No body dropped the class.
She's not a great teacher and it is very easy to stop paying attention. I took this class to help my gpa and it ended up hurting it. I don't recommend her.
Nice teacher but you have to learn to do things her way. Attendance is mandatory but if you come to class, pay attention, and study you will be fine.
I LOVED this class. First, I love geography, which is one reason I took it. Mrs. Feigenbaum is an interesting peson - she's traveled a lot and has a ton of knowledge. I really enjoyed her class and it's very easy to do well as long as you aren't a total slacker. I would recommend it for sure!
Definitely take this course with her! If you pay attention in class, you will do well. You need the book for maps only.
I like Prof Feiganbaum and I did well in the class but it is not for the faint of heart. She's tough. There is barely any flexibility when it comes to this class. Points for everything (books, attendance, tardiness). The information load doubled after the first test, tripled for the following, and quadrupled for the last. You have to study to pass!
Prof. Feigenbaum creates a fun, but always intelligent atmosphere in her classroom. You have to study and pay attention to detail, but it's all interesting information. To get the most out of the class, you have to participate!
Don't take this class. She's not just a "hard grader" she's impossible. You can't help but lose enthusiasm when getting an A is nothing short of a miracle. Information overload every lecture. It's a shame bc she was GREAT otherwise. She got very confrontational at times but what I understand, she was going through a lot personally this semester.
Many people will say that she is a hardass and will push you beyond limits. Many will say her rules are silly and her tests are hard. She can be a hardass and she will push you. Her rules are understandable and yes, her tests are hard-- but did anyone say college would be easy? This class CAN be a hard class, but only if you allow it to be.
Never I have I ever not liked a teacher as much as this one. She is rude with her students and treats them like elementary school kids. She accuses students of not working during group work, even though they have obviously been working the whole time. Yes, it is a easy class and she knows a lot of information. However, it is a pain to sit through.
Do not take this course unless you want to re-live your grade school years. Have crayons and understand the importance of staying inside the lines! It will count on the tests. If you are planning on ever going to Europe this is the class for you. Her lectures are nothing more than verbal tours of sightseeing locations throughout Europe! UGH!!!
Feigenbaum treats her students the way you would expect a middle school teacher to. An extremely easy class if you do all of the work, but her lectures are meaningless and solely based off her personal travel experience. World Geo, but we only covered n. africa, middle east, and euro. Not respectful of students, treats them like children. DONT TAKE
Prof Feigenbaum is awesome! She is a tough grader but follow he instructions and study hard!! You'll do fine!! avoid missing class! Quizzes are based of her lectures! Shes one of the only teachers ive had that really enjoys teaching and wants you to learn! Theres lots of extra credit! Dont take this class for and easy A! You MUST study!
She is a great teacher. She can be rude at times towards students who aren't putting in the required effort (which is honestly not a lot). She is very strict, but also very clear on how to do things. If you follow her directions, it should be an easy A. The class is interesting. Textbook required, attendance is mandatory.
I don't know how she has such a good review. All she does is rant about her travels in Europe and talk to us like we are in elementary school. Disappointed that in "world geography" I have only learned about Europe and slightly touched on North Africa and the Middle East. I would not take this course with the professor.
Like the previous student, I am surprised she has such a high rating. She is nice, but I would not take a class with her again. Pay close attention to the lectures! The random things she says WILL be on the quiz! Do NOT take this class if you are looking for an easy A. Attendance is mandatory, you will fail if you don't come to class. Good luck!
Kim was the worst professor I've ever had. There is ONE positive about the class, she gives extra credit. She is extremely RUDE if you are literally 1 min late you will hear about it. She gets upset if you don't know something e.g: What happened in Israel in 1980 and takes attendance every single class. Definitely not an understanding prof. awful!
She's ok. Take attendance for every classes, but the quizzes are not so hard. Listen carefully what she said in class and you will get A.
Took this class during the summer. I am a visual learner so I did well with all of the maps. Make sure you get every detail and ALWAYS bring your book to class. Most likely what she lectures in class will be on tests and quizzes.
She's really not that bad. A lot of people seem to struggle with her personality, but if you just don't take what she says too seriously you will do just fine. She always has high energy and to me that makes the class fun and interesting. Just do the work and you can get an easy A. I personally enjoy this class!
This is the worst class I have ever taken. She teaches like how a high school teacher would teach. When she gets upset at other classes or people she takes it out on your class and acts like a child. I usually never give bad reviews on professors but I believed everyone should be warned. Don't. Take. This. Class. Please.
She ok, shes nice, and funny sometimes but if we take to long to answer a question she gets upset and becomes very angry. Her work is was very easy, listen to whats she saying because the stuff will be on the quizzes. Show up to class, Its mandatory. I didnt have a book in her class she was mad and always come for me for not having a book.
Excellent teacher; a real human being. She cares about Cultural Geography. Do have to read. Know textbook is interesting & current. Participation necessary; class enjoyable. Not your usual course! Great choice for Elective, too! Feedback with timely & fair grades. Great choices provided for fun essays. Easy class. Highly recommend teacher & class!
This was the best class I have taken at Santa Fe. I took this class for fall B. Although it was almost a 3 hour class (because of it being a short semester and only meeting twice a week), she made it interesting for me. This course is not hard but definitely requires study time if you want an A. I would totally take it again.
I would HIGHLY recommend this class to any student, regardless of their major. Professor Feigenbaum is one of those few professors you come across that not only truly care about their student's success, but make the class engaging and interesting. She's incredibly sweet, and very approachable, especially outside of class. She's fantastic!
Take notes! She would ask questions on quizzes and if you dont take notes you wont pass. She is funny and sarcastic. Dont take her seriously. If you listen and participate You can get an easy A!
Mrs. Kim is one of the best professors I have taken at Santa Fe college! She is full of energy and makes every class fun! Great annunciation and is good at keeping you engaged. Assignments are nothing too difficult and she is not a tough grader. Would definitely take again, and highly recommended!!!
You must do everything she asks or you'll get points off of homework/quizzes but she is fair. Very nice lady if you are on her good side. You can never go on your phone or you will lose points but its not a hard class if you do the homework perfectly right and study for the quizzes. I probably could have gotten a 100% if I knew the advice provided.
I absolutely loved this class, probably my favorite at Santa Fe. Professor Kim has a unique personality that seems to repel some, but for others like myself I thoroughly appreciated her high energy & engaged personality. So long as you show up to class (on time) & don't pull your phone out, I see no reason why you can't succeed in this class.
Don't do it! This professor is absolutely the worst teacher I've EVER had. She is lecture heavy (boring), goes off on her rants about how much she loves communist countries and hates religions. And FYI she is an older woman who is a "free spirit" that doesn't know what wearing a bra is. Inappropriate exposure through her thin dresses. Trust me!
Very fun to listen to and talk to. I wish she taught more classes because Id love to have her again.
I LOVED Professor Feigenbaum! She made me love geography. I would take her again 100% if she taught more classes. Take notes during class! She gives extra credit during the final. Take advantage! I still love talking to Professor Feigenbaum even though Im not in her class anymore. She cares about you if you care about class! Highly recommend!
Worst teacher Ive ever taken in my life. She starts off okay and respectful but as the semester goes on she turns into a terrible teacher. Do not take her if you like being happy in class
Great teacher, takes geography very seriously. She gets to know everyone and will notice your habits in class. Maps must be perfect to get an A, even just a minor accidental mistake of coloring outside the lines will get marked down. Her tests include a lot of the things she talks about in class and pages she refers to in the book. Fig Tree
Class participation is everything, she really cares show effort and she'll do anything to help you pass. She was an amazing teacher, really encouraging and funny I always looked forward to her class.
terrible. could of taught the class more efficiently and not lecture on stupid stuff that isnt on the test. thinks she funny but isnt, she is just weird. wont give help outside of class. makes the class more difficult for the students then it should be. very very tough grader, unnecessary. wont let you makeup a quiz/test if absent.
Easy A. Lectures can get a little boring sometimes but its geography how fun could it possibly be. Just pay attention and do all the homework correctly and the tests are easy As.
Just not a fun teacher not a very positive outlook on her class and a very very free spirit teacher. Was not helpful did not know how to talk or teach to students. Really wish she could have been more understanding but either way glad its over dont take her youll regret it.
Professor Feigenbaum is very nice and understanding teacher. I took CUL GEO online and it was very easy class and course as long as you keep up with the assignments. I would recommend check daliy for new assignements and always respond to her feedback, which she gives good feedback. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend her!
Read lecture notes and research country leaders and you will do great. Final based on previous quizzes, so it's super clear what to study. I had a personal emergency at the end of the semester and missed final. Prof. Feigenbaum was very understanding and accommodating, she is a caring teacher. Just remember to communicate and reach out!
This professor cares about your grade! She gives helpful tips, watches out for the work that you are turning in and will give you reminders and extra credit opportunities. If something is incomplete and you are honest about mistakes or missed assignments, she may even reopen quizzes for you. I enjoyed her humor. It was a wonderful class.
Prof. Feigenbaum cares about the student and grade! She gives helpful tips and she gives extra credit opportunities. Read lecture notes and research country leaders and you will do great. She is super understanding if you have a situation going on. Just remember to communicate and reach out! I enjoyed her humor. It was a wonderful class I learn a l
Professor Kim is literally a gem! You wont regret taking her class, and the lectures were super entertaining. Ask for extra credit opportunities!!
Very easy class! &I took as an accelerated semester. You do NOT need the textbook; lectures are sufficient. Print and use them! Read them carefully. You will be quizzed on the content from these, but everything's open note. Your only challenge will be googling political figures and taking your own notes as the few HW assignments (also quiz form).
It is a great clase to take. I learned a lot! Do the homework and practice the maps and you will do great!
This class was very easy. There were never any video lessons/lectures and very little communication throughout the course. I think someone who just bought and read the textbook would get as much out of it as someone who took the class. Although Ms. Feigenbaum is friendly, I wouldn't recommend this class to someone looking to learn something.
If you're just taking the class because you need the credit, this is the way to go. Easiest online class I've ever taken. There is only an assignment due maybe every 2 weeks. It's very low-key and simple. You don't need to buy the textbook either despite what the syllabus says
While the course is simple in design, the work can catch up to you if you are not on top of everything. As for the professor, she was very helpful with questions and was always easily accessible outside of class. She did a fantastic job at opening up the world of geography and sharing her interests with students.
Professor F. Was really great. I learned a lot in this class, and she was very responsive and accommodating. I hope Santa Fe appreciates their adjuncts more going forward, they are the ones in the trenches and Kim is a great example of what we need to see more of in the education system. Definitely a good class, and an interesting subject.
Mrs Feigenbaum was awesome. She is very well respected at Santa Fe College and knows how to run a classroom in a fun but constructive manner. If you come to class and do the maps you will have no problems doing well. Highly recommend to anyone who loves geography and wants a teacher who is caring and knowledgeable! You rock Mrs Feigenbaum!
I enjoyed Professor Feigeinbaum's geography class. It was fairly easy, while also providing me with a lot of value. I think everyone can find a lot to learn from this class, even if you have a lot of prior geographic knowledge. Professor Feigenbaum herself did a great job teaching the material, pay attention in class and you will be fine.
I took Professor Feigenbaum's class online for the summer term. Class was fun and Professor Feigenbaum is the BEST I have ever had. She is ALWAYS available to help or answer questions. Quite a bit of reading BUT if you follow through, you can get good grades. Everything that is on the quizzes has been lectured in her class. BEST TEACHER.
Professor Feigenbaum was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout this course. She is very understanding and wants her students to succeed. I really enjoyed taking this geography class even in a summer B semester, as long as you can communicate and do assignments on time, you shouldn't earn anything less than an B in this class.
This class is as easy as it gets. DO NOT buy the text book, you do not need it. She's super lazy so the entire class is quizzes with all answers on quilt. No honor lock. If you miss a single quiz your grade will drop down an entire letter grade because the whole class are those quizlet quizzes.
I asked for leisure on a quiz I missed (class was online and questions are from quizlet, not even her) and she replied: "I'm not sure what to say. I'm a bit frustrated..." and ended with: "These are students with perfect SAT scores and G.P.A.s over 4.0. There are other schools you can go to," when I said my goal was UF. btw Kim, I'm at UF now.
I really enjoyed this class. The class worksheets are not difficult if you review the chapter ahead of time. The essay assignment was easy and fun. If you follow directions and participate, there's no reason to do poorly. I found several of the topics extremely relevant to current events and gained a broader understanding of culture and geography.
Everything is straight forward and easy to access. I can actually speak to my professor and not get ghosted. Would take it again.
took her GEA2000 class online for fall B and it was extremely fast paced but if you read the lectures and put time into really absorbing the material you should be alright! Textbook was used throughout but it you could easily find another pdf online.. She is very kind and answers questions in a prompt manner!
There are required assignments that you have to do to pass the class regardless of grade, discussion assignments (post your answer/reply to others). You have to have the textbook to do assignments/quizzes. No zoom meetings requirements. Overall, she is very caring and understanding, the class is interesting. I would recommend it if you can do it.
Interesting lectures, but tests are HARD. Pay attention to random details, they may return. Whole class is culture/history blend, not just geo. While neat, just wasn't what I signed up for. You don't get to the whole world sadly. But cares about what she teaches, and you will learn a lot. Her style wasn't my cup of tea, but she may well be yours.
Professor Feignbaum was a great professor having the textbook and doing the homework was very crucial for her class. Was very reasonable for grades and helped out a lot I would recommend her class in person.
Let me ask the stupidest questions and always gave me good feedback. Sincere and wanting me to improve all around good person.
Great professor, had interesting assignments and the tests were easy, overall the class boosted my GPA
The class was fun and engaging. Mrs. Feigenbaum really knows her stuff and has a very interesting background. Homework is her giving us a map and we draw the features found on maps in the library. Super easy but you MUST be exact. Quizzes aren't hard but very memory dependent. Good class if you need the international/diversity credit.
Professor Feigenbaum really cares about her students, and the course material. Her lectures are entertaining, and she really does go an extra mile to ensure that you can really grasp the culture/geography of an area. She is a slightly tough grader on some maps, although other times she can be forgiving. Overall, it was a great class.
Great course/professor overall. She seems very caring and gives good feedback. Most work is pretty simple and the worksheets and quizzes are from the textbook. You'll need the textbook, but if you can find it online for free - do that since no code is needed. Just do the reading and worksheets, which isn't a lot and you'll get a easy A.
Professor Feigenbaum was an overall amazing professor to take for world geography. She had the class participate in the lectures very often, but kept it very interesting and funny. She was also up to date on various events and talked about them with the class, while also bringing in a variety of objects from foreign countries to class. TAKE HER!!!!
Amazing professor and a straight-forward, easy class.
Very responsive to emails, which is important online. Assignments were very easy, and there was one big project that required us to go to an ethnic grocery store. I found a new favorite place to go from this assignment, so I really feel like this class helped me gain more appreciation for cultural differences and geography (despite being online).
I love this class so much and have been surprised by how human lives vary based on location. Mrs. Feigenbaum is passionate about teaching her students about different countries and their cultures. She has a strict homework policy, but the assignments are straightforward, and she gives good feedback and allows corrections. TAKE HER CLASS, 10/10!!
Very passionate professor, hands on learning, pay attention to small details she mentions they will be on her tests. Text book and participation are for credit. I learned a lot and was able to apply it in my conversations and class discussions outside of geography. She wants you to learn, if you already know the topic, let somebody else learn.
Kim is very much a "textbook" teacher. Everything is based off the textbook. She has no online lectures. Her projects do not allow for much creative freedom and are very rigid. I find her to come off rude sometimes too. Her way of teaching seems very dated and her class is quite boring.
Prof. Feigenbaum was a great professor. My grade was my fault due to not studying as much as I wanted. As long as you study, you'll be just fine. Almost all homework is on paper and she has you go up to the board to draw important physical features. When I struggled, she was always supportive and helpful. Great professor and great person.
Amazing class. Took it online and was super easy and fun. Interesting final project and easy paper (mostly opinion based). All quizzes and exams are open note. Only one final, open note. Super kind and accepts late work. Maybe 3/4 discussion posts that were super easy and interesting.
Awesome professor
Class is mainly lectures on map features and surrounding cultural information. Not difficult if you show up to class and pay attention. The majority of the grades are from map homeworks and quizzes, which are hard but manageable if you study. Overall recommend, I feel I learned a lot from her class.
I never write reviews, but I have truly enjoyed this class. It has truly been a pleasure to have Ms. F as my professor. If you reach out to her, she responds. If you are missing something, she will reach out to you. I don't have enough space to convey my entire message, but I am keeping my textbook for this class! You can't have it back!
Easy class, lots of maps, there may be food. Difficult at first, you will get the hang of it. Will single you out if you're talking.
Understanding, good teacher. Just turn in your work on time and youll be fine. Make sure when you draw on maps, your as 1:1 with the maps she gives on your homework as you can
Understanding. But as 1:1 with the maps she gives with your homework as you can
