Tries her best to find something right in a student's answer, even when they're wrong. Possitive, fun, interesting. Do the work and you'll get a good grade. Group tests are great!

Kim Richter was the best prof I have ever had. She is easy to communicate with and she is very understanding. Her tests and assignments are not difficult at all. Take her course if you want to have fun while learning.

I had her for the OB1 and OB2. Lecture notes are give at the start of the year. Final exam are in groups. Class is very fun and interesting. Fair marker, just don't get on her nerves and you'll breeze through this class.

She gives good notes and tests are mostly off that. Allows you to vote on how exams are structured. Helpful. Fair. Easy to talk to. 2nd semester I've had her and I'd take her classes again. Recommend to others.

Kim is what I call a good teacher. She is very clear about projects and tests. For some people it can be a challange in her class but she makes it fun. I think everyone should take business with her. Oh and if you need help, she will help you. Unlike Andrew Bartlett!

Kim is the ultimate teacher. I found her very interesting in her general knowledge and knowledge of business. I will seek her out as a teacher.

Kim wastes WAY TOO MUCH TIME! It's a joke when you could easily get the day's work done in 1.5hr, but she drags it out for 3 hrs. Other than that, she is extremely clear. Fair marker. I would recommend her. She has a lot of knowledge about whats going on in the world and locally, so it's interesting

Super nice teacher, theres no doubt about that. didnt collect any homework therefore students didnt do it. needs to have regular quizes to ensure better learning throughout the class, rather than just midtem and final.Great public speaker thow. Shes the kinda teacher you cant help but like.

She's really nice and easy if you study for the exams but if u dont than ur gonna fail. her exams are all based on key terms remembering them and short questions and multiple choice when is very hard did a group project pretty nice got a B on it Good Luck

Kim Richter is a very easy marker, she hands out A's like there's no tomorrow. I recomend her Business 1110 class in Lanley for all business students.

She's great for teaching the class and involves class participation. Very good teaching strategies!! Just read the chapters and powerpoint handouts and u should do well.

Awesome teacher!!! Read and study defn' from the chapters and you'll do great. No need to pay attention to the lectures, just read the chapters.

a real political character, knows a lot about the material she teaches but most of the stuff is just common sense attached with fancy terms. she marks heavily on ur knowledge about the different personality theories but who is even gonna apply those theories in real life. overall her class is pretty easy, lets you go into groups on midterms.

Kim is a great teacher. I learned a lot and had a good time too. You can pick the structure of the tests, which if you study it's not too hard. There's a huge project, which is a lot of work, so pick a group that you'd work well with. I would definitly recommend this class.

Kim was cool and she lets you do one midterm and final in groups if you choose to do so.

She annoys me.. i didnt think she was a great teacher and didnt rly learn anything talks about nothing for long periods of time but an easy way to boost your GPA

Richter is the best teacher ive had in kwantlen. She allows the students to create their own tests and decide how they want the grades to be weighted. The class is very social which makes college life so much better. All the close friends i have made in kwantlen were from her class. I highly recommend her as a teacher.

I liked her because she was very clear and stayed on point. She also makes sure to give plenty of examples.

I really liked Kim. She is very intelligent and helpful. She explains things really clearly. The tests are difficult but if you study the text book you will be fine. I really enjoyed her class, she made it fun and interesting and is very supportive of when you try and answer a question.

Her classes are based solely on the notes that you purchase. Her test were fairly easy, as long as you study, you're guaranteed to get an A. The big group project was very time consuming but if you've got the right people in the group, a B+ is the worse mark you'll get.

Good teacher. make sure you print off the notes she gives from the internet. read them and the textbook and the exams aren't too bad. she works so hard to be fair that she can become a b*tch if you try and ask a question. and what is with her ginger ale..

Good explanation of material, and clearly a well experienced prof. That woman needs to step off her high-horse though, man is she ever pompous! If you put any sort of effort out in this class, you will do well. Don't even think about getting on her bad side though, she takes favorites.

She's okay, but her exams for the group part really pulls alot of marks down.

i had her for 2 classes and it was alright. she gives you lots of input of the tests and even lets you write them in groups. she drinks 4 cans of ginger ale a day with a straw.

Always late to class, then spends 10 minutes writing out the agenda and quote of the day.. after she cracks open her first pop of the day at 10am! BUT! shes a great prof! Always clear about the project and lets the class chose how the exams are written (can be part group written too). Dont buy the textbook, just use her powerpoint notes

Lets you decide how you want your exam and what percentage each part is worth. Has good stories to go with the content your learning. Just read textbook and her notes to do good on the exams. Some of her exam questions are content we never went over in class. Sometimes wastes a lot of time though on class activities and on pointless stuff.

Awesome prof,makes class interesting with activities and stories. Be prepared for mega group project/exams.Inst are clear and is willing to help if needed. 1 mt is on your own, 2 mt and final you have a choice to write in group or not. Exams can be difficult, lots to know.Get to design your exams. Interesting class! Oral presentation/ do online qu.

Ms. Richter is an awesome teacher. Probably one of the best I have had that fits perfectly with my learning style. She is big into group work, so go into that class with a friend. She reviews the notes she made from the last class before proceeding to her lecture. Exams are tough, but she allows you to do them in groups. Just a wonderful class.

Good teacher, passionate about the subject, teaches it well. The course is INCREDIBLY test based. She gives 2 midterms, a final, a large group project and a small final individual project. That is all she physically grades on and the marking is tough. Very book based, if you don't make notes well, I suggest you get the book and READ IT.

Kim is a great instructor! She grades tough and expects you to act like an adult. Her class can and will set you up for success in the real world! She's very passionate about what she teaches, & is always willing to support students who have accessibility needs, & students who genuinely want to learn. Participation is key! Don't miss class!

She clearly laid out the schedule for the semester and stuck to it the entire time which made it helpful to prepare for what's ahead and stay on task. She was strict with grading, but she gave clear criteria that if met, would give you a good grade. Work was comprised of weekly textbook readings and quizzes, group projects and group exams.
