An inspirational personality

Kimberly was awesome! She is truly meant to be a teacher. You will read a chapter at home( the book is very easy reading) and then she will do a group activity about the reading in class. She makes it fun, and doesn't give much home work. She is also just a great resource. I feel like I could email her years from now and she would help me.

Professor Snyder is amazing! We met once a week so attendance is very important! Class participation is very important as well. You'd actually have to try to fail this class as it is very hard to.

One of the best professors who can help you get a better grasp on college and on how things work at Lonestar. Focuses the whole semester on discovering yourself and is very connected with her students. Barely and assignments to do and all the ones assigned can be done extremely quickly. Would recommend.

I loved Prof Kim my first year in college. She was such a peach and was really fun to have/ get along with. Course wise, it's really really REALLY easy. Like her class was a break for me whenever my assignments got too overbearing. I'm gonna miss her honestly. She was so fun as a professor. I highly recc to many freshman coming in to take her.

Mrs. Kimberly was my first professor as a freshman, she is welcoming and caring. I really recommend her to anyone who is starting school. She does encourage to pay attention and class participation, she makes the environment comfortable to share out thoughts and feelings.

Definitely, having her as my professor for educ1300 was amazing, i could not think about anyone better to give a class meant to help students to get used to college than someone who will bond with you since day one, I was never bored in class since lecture was engaging.

It is so useful class

Easily my favorite teacher at Lone Star. She didn't give quizzes and tests. There wasn't a lot of homework because she gives you time to do your work in class. As long as you participate in class, you'll be fine.

Super chill and easy to get along with. Fair with grading and very lenient with assignment due dates. Absolutely awesome class.

just make sure you do the work that she gives on time and you will pass it really not hard

Really great professor to learn from and have a great class experience for starters and continuing students. Textbook is not required but do pay attention because professor can be hilarious.

Mrs.Deuire was a really nice teacher she gave us extensions when needed and didn't pressure us into completing the assignments in a certain way allowing us to have certain freedom some teachers don't give.

Ms.Deuire is the absolute best. If you respect her, she respects you! she's considerate in your learning styles whether it be if you need music to focus or so on. I'd love to have her as my professor again.

She was really nice and assignments are usually due on a Sunday, which gives us a lot of time to do the assignments. The assignments are also fun and easy to do, it made me feel like I was in high school again. This class also helped me navigate through the college easier and also taught me how to manage my time with my other classes.

Loved her class, she didn't make the class hard at all and gave us so much time to complete any assignment we got. She makes you feel comfortable in class and makes you laugh often. She's a great teacher as she cares for all her students to succeed in anything they do. I definitely recommend taking her class!!!!

Very caring of students as well as humorous, and very generous. Made the class very easy and flexible, only one really time consuming assignment, but even that was self explanatory. I would definitely take this class again if given the option, very pleased with Professor Deuire's teaching styles.

Mrs. D makes this class seem like a breeze, I've never struggled on any assignment and its all actually helped me out more than anything. She's an awesome teacher and cares about her students (even gives free days). Would highly recommend and i wish i could take this class again.

her class is so easy to pass so if u fail is cause you chose to fail, gives time to complete work so u don't have to worry about hw. her as a person A1. definitely a chill class. she also doesn't give hw , if u finish in class u done for the day

I enjoyed this class, the teacher is also super good. She doesn't give much homework, and when we do get homework it's very easy. Also, there are no test or quizzes, except for the final but it's very short and you don't have to think hard about it. She's very laid back, and lenient about projects.

She is a great professor who genuinely seems to enjoy her job, most weeks i would look forward to her class since its inspirational and the assignments are easy. There was days in which I was a bit late to class, she never made me feel ashamed for it but rather welcomed me into class which motivated me to want to make it on time in the future.

Mrs. Kim Deuire is an amazing teacher. She is caring and helps every student in the class to participate in activities. Her assignments were easy and quick to do, mostly you can finish it in class because she will give you a period to do it. She is funny too and always keep the class engaging and interesting. I recommend to take her.

Professor was really nice and caring. Class was an easy grade long as you turn in the few assignments that there is. Also she gives PLENTY of time to make up the assignment after the due date.

She was one of the best professors I ever had. Very easy on the homework and assignments, I will say attendance is mandatory but the class is very fun! A lot of participation is involved but it makes you feel more comfortable with the class and you can make friends!

She is always available for questions and will work with you on anything you might need help with. Very easy workload, so manage your time and complete as much in class.

Ms. Kim is an amazing teacher. She cares a lot about her students. She always gives us our schedules ahead of time so we have what we are doing in mind which i appreciated that a lot. She is very kind and always conversates with each student to create a good bond. Ms. Kim's work is very doable and easy.

Professor Deuire is a kind teacher who makes time to get to know each student individually. The assignments are not hard and she gives you a lot of time to complete them. Even if you did not turn it in on time she accepts late work. Attendance is mandatory so remember that if you chose to take an in-person class.

I asked her to give me a different advisor since my current one was rather useless and she did NOT hesitate to give me one she is working with who is great and helped me figure everything out. Her assignments are so easy as well! If you need this class, take her.

Clear and concise assignment criteria and gives a lot of references and examples

Group discussion heavy so if you're not a talker might not be the professor for you other than that would highly recommend. Very easy assignments but attendance and punctuality are very important. Also, very caring and willing to help with things outside of her class.

Attendance is very important but she makes the class very easy and has clear outlines for the work needing to be done. There was only one project we had to do outside of class.

Easiest class to take. No textbook required and easy to follow class. All you have to do is go to class and you'll pass this class with an A. She is awsome and understanding to all her students.

She's always made me feel welcome and involved. She's very flexible and understanding of situations. The work for the course is easy, just do it and you'll pass. She doesn't enforce attendance or being late unless you miss like a lot of days and don't do the work. Overall, very kind, helpful, and respectful professor.

She takes attending serious, other than that it should be a piece of cake for you to pass her class with an average A or B. Also, her course 1300 EDUC gave me a motivation to register for fall 2025 courses.

Understanding when it comes to personal life interference

This is a very simple class, i suggest sitting next to people you think that you'll get along with as she asks you to have multiple group conversations. She is very kind and allows late work! I wish to at least have one professor like her every semester.

Professor Deurie was very nice always willing to help you and allowed late work to at least a 70%. She is very sweet definitely wants you to succeed. I took the 16 week class and the workload and assignment was easy most assignments can be done in class she gives you the whole class period to work on it. Great professor! Take her EDCU class!

Best professor to have my first semester. Professor Deuire is super nice and welcoming:) The class does involve participating and taking to people, but once you do it once it should start to get easier by the next time. Not hard topics to talk about just simple. It is very easy to talk to her as well.

Insanely lenient and caring, It's harder to fail than pass this class with this teacher.

this class isn't hard if you show up and do your work. the assignments are really easy and can be done during the class period. hardly any homework unless you weren't done with class work. you can always talk to her about anything even if you need some extra help in the class. i loved this teacher so much I will definitely take her class again.

You will feel so so welcomed. She ensures that she connects with all her students and engages in conversations before and after class. She has made me feel so safe on campus, I almost want to gatekeep her, but really, her class is where it's at. I really looked forward to attending, so attendance and participation were not an issue for me.

Professor Deuire is an amazing professor. She cares about her students well being, she will ask about your personal life if she sees you struggling with school and balancing your time or if you seemed own she is going to pull you aside after class and try to always help you in any way she can. She doesn't give hard assignments so is a chill class.

She is very laid back, and her class is really easy! This class is a must have, and you mostly only have 1 assignment, which is on lab days, which is pretty easy!

The professor is professional while still making the class fun during her lectures. She is very adaptable to help any student understand the material or to access it. She presents a slideshow for each lesson while going through it with activities and expanding on the topic. If you ask for assistance, she helps you whether in or out of class.

Prof. Deuire was amazing! Her class is easy, and the topic we learned is also helpful. She do take attendance as a grade, no actually test, just need to submit all the assignment, you will be good. Required to work with others, discuss one day a week.

She is really caring and will help you with any assignments you may not understand and help with resources outside of her class. She makes the work fun and easy so a lot of the time you will work in groups for projects all that she asks is that you show up on time for class. I would definitely recommend taking her class.

She is very warm and welcoming to her students and always made me feel welcome. Her class is discussion based and you have to talk with other students, I get overwhelmed very easily with having to talk with other people but I really enjoyed her class. I am so grateful to have her as my Professor and would definitely recommend her to everyone.

Professor Deuire, has by far been one of my favorite professors! She gave out a syllabus when the semester started and has stuck to it since. She always ensures students with clear instructions and will encourage you to ask questions if there is any. This is an easy class if you want to make it easy!

I would 100% recommend taking professor Deuire. I loved having her as my first-year teacher not only is she understanding but she is very respectful, especially when it came to attendance for me, she was understanding, her lectures are very interesting, you will also do a lot of talking amongst your peers.

Great professor, as long as you pay attention and get to class, this is an easy class.

She was so kind, attentive, and very patient. She learned everyone's names remarkably quickly -- and assignments are beyond easy. The only assignment that took more than half a braincell was the "Careers Research Assignment" and even that had hyper specific guidelines which were easily followed. Grading criteria is simple and understandable. 10/10

Professor Kimberly Deuire is super sweet and caring, she wants everyone to succeed. She is very easy to work with and will offer extra explanation on assignments if asked. She also allows late work to be turned in for partial credit. What you need to be successful in this class it to arrive to class on time and attend class every day.

Professor Kimberly is the most caring and understandable professor, if i could, i would take her class again. take her class because u wont have no regrets. There should be no reason failing her class unless you don't show up, participant, or don't even do none of her work, and most of the work she is given out is easy.

Professor Deuire is a great professor. she was very caring when my car broke down and told me if I couldn't make it to class that day to email her. She also asked me about it over the next few weeks. Her class is very easy. it takes about an hour or so for each assignment

I love having Professor Deuire this semester, she is really sweet and very easy on the course work. Her class does involve talking to people or getting into groups and working together, at first i wasn't really up to it but it made me get out my comfort zone and made me improve on talking to others. She was really amazing and fair. She has an amazing late work policy so that even if you miss half the semester you can still pass the class. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. She does require that you participate so if you are very shy or don't like talking in class this might not be the class for you. Overall 10/10!
