Her class was one of the most enjoyable classes I've ever taken. Be prepared to do a LOT of writing. Personally, I love writing, so I thrived in this type of environment. The things she taught were sooooo good. I hope she'll get to teach World History of Women, not just U.S. History of Women. She recommended me for Honors without me prompting her!

Kim Earhart is by far the BEST History professor I have ever had. I liked her so much, I took her for two classes! The workload is pretty easy. The only time you'll feel overwhelmed is if you do everything at last minute. She's very caring and teaches history in a thoughtful way. You will not regret taking her!

Kim is an incredible professor who cares deeply about what she teaches, and helping her students succeed. The only thing that sucks is missing the class since she has no lecture slides she uploads, so make friends to be able to catch up on lecture notes.

Professor Earhart is a great professor. All the quizzes are short-answer and short-answer essays. Make sure to read and watch her lectures (they aren't too long). The textbook she provides us is included in every module/unit so you won't need to buy one. She gives great feedback as well.

One of the best professors I've ever had! She's very sweet and caring when it comes to teaching her students. As long as you regularly attend class, you should be able to complete the class with a good grade. Take advantage of any study guide or cheat sheet you can use for an exam. She clearly still has a great love for what she does and teaches!

The professor is amazing, super kind, responds quickly and nice. However class is a handful, especially if you're not already knowledgeable in what HIST-36 teaches, quite a lot of reading and was quite time consuming. The lectures are great but it's difficult to entirely wrap your head around. Be weary taking for a 6 week class, tough to juggle.

TAKE THIS CLASS!! Professor Earhart is hands down my favorite professor. I had her during winter intersession. Her exam study guides are very helpful and not at all difficult. Just make sure to not do the exams last minute, but if you do, it's not that big of a deal.

Subject matter is so cooked. Super annoying class, not a good gen ed to take. I can see this being worthwhile if you are a social sciences major only -- i wouldn't even recommend humanities majors taking this (let alone STEM, unless you're me and do physics psets while waiting for chatgpt to generate your essays for you hahaha)

Wasn't expecting this class to be almost like an english class, it was mainly all writing and doing essays. The lectures are really simple to understand. She gives feedback pretty fast. Just don't be behind or this will be very difficult but other than that it was pretty manageable.

ngl I wasn't expecting this class to be so dense with writing. I assumed that it was going to be like my history 8 class with a mixture of writing and multiple choice quizzes/exams but that isnt the case with this class. Don't get me wrong Professor Earhart is such a sweetheart, but just be ready to write A LOT before taking her class.

Prof. Earthart is AMAZING. Her lectures are detailed and clear, and the topics are super interesting and inspirational. There is usually one discussion post assignment a week, as well as extra credit discussion posts. Each exam also offers extra credit. Spend one day a week on this class, super easy A, but still love to learn in this class.

TAKE HER! Prof Earhart is so sweet and understanding, i went through some personal issues this semester and she helped me in any way she could. Usually i'm NOT a history fan but she made it so interesting. Basically, she talks each class and we have to listen and write notes; just show up and listen actively and you'll have no issues.

She took over for halfway through the semester for my hist7 class with professor del campo but they are both good. However, professor Earhart is very understanding if you need to talk to her dont be afraid to do so. She is very caring and knowledgable. If i had to take the class again i would probably pick her.
