Mrs. Eaton is a very quite, calm, shy teacher. Some may even call her 'boring.' She is helpful, very nice, and grades easily. She gives a study guide before tests, and lets you write whatever you want on 1 full sheet of notebook paper, front and back, to use during the test. CONTEST TEST QUESTIONS after the test! She'll give them to you.

She was a very good teacher. As long as you do the work you should be able to make an A. She gives you what is on the tests and grades very fair. Overall I think she was a very effective teacher.

Ms. Eaton is an amazing teacher. She pretty much gives you what is on the test the class before, so as long as you look at the study guide, you should be fine. She is super sweet and is funny to boot!

She is a cheerful lady, and she encourages class participation with various amusing handouts and questions.

Pay attention in class and this a fairly easy class. Study notes allowed on test. Dr. Eaton is fair and treats you like an adult. Great class!

kim is a great professor very helpful and easy. no homework your grade is based on the midterm final and project. she is great at responding to emails in a timely manner. i would definitely recommend taking her!

Dr. Eaton is a phenomenal and very helpful professor! I took her Developmental Psych class online this semester. She makes the class fun with the interesting discussion boards and assignments. As long as you read the assigned material and do quality work, you'll do great in her class! I would take her again if I could! She is fabulous!

LOVED this class! Dr Eaton is very helpful and the class was taught with practical examples and participation. Not straight lecture. Easy grading and allows note sheet for tests. If you participate and do the assignments you will do great. Study guides are key for each test! Taking Psy 241 with her!!

Awesome professor, you will not regret taking her class. Not only will you will learn throughout the class, she makes it fun as well. She gives study guides and cheat sheets for test. Classes are fun and interactive. I'll take her for my next Psych class. THis class does require a paper, but it doesn't seem too difficult.

AWESOME TEACHER, my boyfriend suggested her and i loved the class! Shes very helpful and makes the class fun.

Dr. Eaton is fun and very knowledgeable about her subject. My only gripe is that 80% of the grade comes from tests, and I am a terrible test taker, so I won't say it was an easy class, but you will not regret taking her.

I took her 150 and 241 classes online. Both experiences were of my best here at WTCC! To say that she is awesome would be an understatement. I am not surprised by her ratings here. Very easy to communicate with and very reasonable. She is so understanding as a person and was just a wonderful instructor all around!

Took her online-very straightforward...discussion boards, quizzes, midterm, paper, final. Do the reading and keep up with deadlines and you will do well. Fairly easy grader on the paper-NOT an english class, content is what's important; include what is asked for and you will get a good grade.

Dr. Eaton's great. Classroom time wasn't very rigidly structured. We had lots of discussions, not much lecturing. You definitely have to read the book! If you need help, ask! I believe she really wants everyone to be successful. Only complaint... the wording of test questions. Sometimes they were confusing.

Great teacher! Will help you with anything. she wants you to enjoy her class and make a good grade. Listen to her lectures and study the study guides a lot. Essay questions on the test are a big help to your grade and are easy if you know the material. I would take a class with her again, I have already had 2 with her.

Dr. Eaton has to be my favorite instructor at Wake Tech so far. She knows the material very well and is super helpful. Class is mostly discussion, and I feel as though the only way to do well is to make sure you study at home. If you complete the study guides, making an A is no problem. This class takes effort but is so much fun and interesting!

Kim was one of the easiest teachers I have ever had. She also is passionate about what she is teaching and very open to discussion during class, office hours, and emails. Do the work in this class, read the book for the quizzes, and you'll do great. Also, do the evaluation at the end for easy extra credit.

Dr. Eaton is a terrific professor who makes her online course just as engaging and informative as a seated class, if not more so. Her grading criteria are clear, she assigns a reasonable amount of work, she is very organized, and she goes out of the way to make sure students understand difficult concepts. Take as many classes from her as you can.

Her formula is simple. Show up, pay attention, read your book occasionally and you will pass this class. It's literally that simple. She makes this class fun and easy.

GET THE BOOK!!!! I took her with psych. of the personality and it was a really interestingfun class but I didn't have the book for 75% of the class. I failed. Everything she does is out of the book. everything. But she's really good! Tough grader. Makes you work. But is ALWAYS there. I got in a car accident and got a 2 wk extension. amazing.

MsEaton does an amazing job making the best possible online learning environment. This was absolutely my favorite class for the semester and I would recommend taking her class, especially if you have to take it online.

Dr Eaton is the real deal. She is obviously passionate about psych. I didn't really care about the subject but she made it interesting. She gives more assignments than she grades, so if you miss an assignment it won't be part of your grade so you have some wiggle room. She's pretty forgiving when turning assignments in. She makes her lectures as interesting as possible and succeeds most of the time. However, her tests are tough and you need the textbook to study for them.

Professor Eaton is one of the best professors I have come across. She really cares about what she is doing. All you gotta do is study for quizzes and the midterm and the final, then you're all set. She is such an amazing teacher, I was really impressed when I took her. Not to mention she is a beautiful woman with a heart full of joy!!

She engages the class in group discussions, gives out fair grades and is available to talk to whenever she is needed. I would recommend her to anyone needing to take a psychology class! I took her Psy 241 online. It is a really interesting class, but she made it easy to follow the class and was very clear on what needs to be done when. She also gave us an app we could sign up to so that we could text her whenever we wanted with questions, and we could also contact others in the class trough that app by texting them without seeing

I loved Dr. Kim's class. She is such a caring person and she works so hard to help students be successful. During the course of the semester I had many questions, and she remained patient and explained things entirely. She makes her "lectures" funny and engaging. She is a fair grader. The class is hard, but if you work hard it will pay off bigtime.

Dr. Eaton's online course was not difficult by any means. There was a lot of work to do, but it was pretty straightforward and nothing out of the ordinary. Weekly discussions, assignments, and quizzes were fair. There were two course projects that were okay. The midterm and final exams were a little challenging.

I can not explain how amazing Dr. Eaton is! She uses powerpoint as she lectures which are all online ahead of time, and her study guides ensure you pass the exams. Don't worry about a textbook, it is handy to have but you can get by without it. I recommend her class to anyone who wants to take psychology!!

Dr Eaton is by far the best online teacher I have encountered. She is truly invested in making the online learning experience as close to a classroom as possible with extra interaction through weekly online group chats. I wish my degree path included more psychology classes because I would be seeking out Dr. Eaton for sure.

I really enjoyed taking her class. We do group assignments at the end of the lecture that requires participation, which I personally enjoy. She is a lot of fun and the quizzes are all online and no more than 10 questions. I would definitely take her again. She is well respected and you can tell she loves what she does! 10/10 recommend

She is an amazing professor. Weekly quizzes but they are pretty simple, and she drops the two lowest grades. The assignment grades for in-class are based on attendance so if you don't show up, you get a zero for that. She drops the two lowest ones for that too, but if you do get a zero it affects your grade pretty badly. Regardless, I love her!

Very kind and understanding professor. She is more than willing to help if you need it, and responds to emails quickly. The only thing I didn't like was that you basically had to go through the textbook and take your own notes. She offers powerpoints based off the textbook, but they aren't enough alone. Read the textbook for help :)

Really nice person. Answers emails faster than most, and very helpful. Tests are proctored & based on textbook. Textbook helpful for weekly quizzes. She lets you use a cheat sheet for exams. One big essay, but she provides helpful info on how to set it up. Weekly work only took a couple of hours, not too heavy. Overall great instructor!

Mrs. Eaton was a great teacher! She would always talk about her love for the subject, and would find cool activities to get us involved in the lectures. She expects you to read from the textbook, but she makes it clear what will be on tests and gives study guides. She also lets you have a page of notes for tests and has extra credit opportunities!

Professor Eaton is an excellent teacher. It is almost impossible to fail her class. She allows you to have 3 attempts on quizzes and most importantly all assignments are not due until Sunday. You can't beat it! Also, the information is very interesting! Your're missing out if you do not take Professor Eaton. I took her class online.

Dr. Eaton was a great professor and very knowledgeable in her field. There are a lot of assignments to complete and grade mostly consists of test grades which require Respondus Lockdown. You will need to be able to apply the concepts that are learned, but I learned a lot in this course. Be prepared to study and make sure manage you time well.

Dr. Eaton is a fantastic professor; however, be prepared to read the entire book and have three times the work of 99% of any other class you will take. There are so many assignments that 25% of weighted exam grades rarely significantly move the needle. She is passionate and knowledgeable.

Professor Kim is a great teacher! Her lectures are interesting and engaging! You can tell she is passionate about what she is teaching. She encourages students to ask questions and she genuinely cares and is curious. Lots of fun activities, videos, and discussions. There is a lot of reading, but that is the case for most psychology classes.

I loved Dr. Eaton! I took the 10-week hybrid class and loved how organized/clear her lectures/exams were. It is a lot of reading, but she gives study guides and tips, so if you follow those, you'll be fine!
