Good teacher, a lot of work

Kim is one of the best teacher I have ever had. The classes are a lot of work but you learn a lot. She is very structured, organized, helpful. Nice, fun. I'm not a morning person but it was definitely worth it to get up and attend the classes.

Mrs.W is great. She talks fast, so if you don't listen u might get lost, but really funny and cool. A fair grader,and will help when u need it. Class is heavily based on grammer and format.Lots of work. Take her.

Seh was the best english teacher i ever had. she tells you want she wants and as long as you follow the what she wants you'll pass. plus if you write a essay in advance and ask her to proof it she will. then fix those errors and turn it in.

Love her!! Such a sarcastic yet loving person. FUNNY too! I took the class during interession (3 weeks!) Although we did a lot of writing and reading, she made it bearable. Plus I got an A! I would take her again!

Mrs. Wolfe has been my favorite professor ever. She is not only an awesome instructor, but she is also hilarious. I took her intercession course and had absolutely no problem sitting through her class for 3 and a half hours. Amazing teacher!

She's like an Elementary school teacher. The intersession class has a lot of easy busy work and they're not hard at all. She's great, nice, kind, and very generous. She grades more on grammer than on material content and style. So, if you're a good on grammar and don't mind worrying content take her

Kim is witty and helpful. She keeps you laughing while you learn. She grades mostly on grammar, so read your papers aloud. Don't forget to ask her on how you should organize your paper, she will help you. Take her class, period.

This is the most annoying teacher I have ever had. She is very easy, but 4 hours of her is 3 hours too much. LOTS of writing. I timed her once, in 4 hours, only 1 of them was about composition. The rest was stories and opinions. And her voice was irritating....too early in the morning for all that.

I took her for Spring Intersession she is the best english teacher in America. I enjoyed her class so much! I highly recommend her. Very clear and very fair! She is very funny and tells funny stories all the time.

I took Kim for intersession and it was a great class. Granted, it is intersession.so we all had to work our ass off, but she made the time go by fast with her funny stories. She is VERY clear with what she wants..so listen to her and you'll get a good grade...I highly recommend her!!!!

Could have a second career as a stand-up comedian. Extraordinarily funny. Class is fast-paced and interesting. Kim is an awesome English professor. She explains things clearly and concisely, but she is by no means easy. Be prepared to think, write, think, write and write some more. Very flexible on assignment due dates but don't miss the cutoff.

She could be a comedian. Mrs. Wolfe taught the funnest college class I have ever taken. I took her for intersession, and she will make you work. Mrs. Wolfe is very much teaches according to the UC and CSU standards demanding that you will be writing a lot throughout the semester. I highly recommend taking her class!

She is a very responsible teacher. She has a great desire to teach and being very patient to students who need help. Even though her class has a lot of works to do, you can learn many things from her. If you want to learn something, take her class and be prepared that you will have to work hard and think logically.

Wolfe is a very good teacher. She is also full of energy and comical. I took this class at 7:15 am, which is pretty damn early. She is a grammar Nazi. So be careful. Very forgiving and gives extra credit. The class has a bunch of work though. This class was very difficult for me, only because of the ammount of work involved.

Kim is an awesome teacher! I have taken two classes with her & plan on taking another in the nearby future. Kim truly cares for her students and takes the time to get to know your name and personality. I am not going to lie, though, there is a lot of work involved and she is very about grammar and spelling. Don't let that discourage you though.

Fun teacher! Not afraid to talk about anything! I took her during intersession which is extremely tough! You still do the same amount of work as during the semester only in 2 weeks! Only take her then if you don't have to work. Fair grader and lets you know her peeves right away so don't do them and you'll be good. She'll keep you laughing! A+

Great teacher!!! She was my first year English college professor and I was really glad to have her! One of the best and down to earth! Willing to help you out and loves working with students. She is a very down to earth person who will give you all the help you need. She jokes around a lot, making class much more interesting. There was a lot of essays and about 5 summary and responses, but she grades pretty easy.

She is very talkative, funny, and loud. Papers assigned in her class are long and she reads every bit of it. Her standards are high, but she has made me a better writer.

she cares about her students a lot. she gives good feedback and allows you few revisions and gives extra credit. in general she's an amazing teacher. There is a lot of writing and you need to be on top of your game. she corrects every grammatical mistakes that you have so expect your essays to look like a painting.

Just stay on top of things. Ask for help if needed. She really does care about her students if you ask for help she will tell you exactly what you need to fix. Plus for every essay you can send her your rough draft and she tells you what you need to do the better it.

Honestly the best teacher I have ever had at Cuyamaca College. Take her for every English class if you can.

Regardless what English 120 class you take, there's going to be a lot of work to do. Kim sets you up to be a better writer, her lectures are intellectual yet hilarious, so you won't get bored & fall asleep. She gives great feedback & cares for her students success. Oh my gosh she was honestly the most amazing professor I have ever had. Mostly the entire class I was just laughing at her stories she shares. She is super chill and really cares about her students success and is willing to work with you. Loved this class, it is not hard if you actually do your work.

Great Teacher. She's funny. She kinda reminds me of Leslie from the Big Bang Theory. She gives reading responses that are due once a week. Their pretty easy, just unleash your thoughts in one page. The tough assignment was the Research Paper and she gives you about a month and a half to work on that. She also made me laugh every lecture.

Professor Wolfe has been my favorite professor I have had so far. She gives many opportunities to help your grade. She allowed for my class to turn in a major essay, and a minor essay (a reading response) in late. She also gave us the option to fix a RR and a major essay. She also gave us 55 points in extra credit, if we did the assignment.

Without a doubt, Kim has been the best English professor I have ever had. She is so approachable and her lectures are never boring. She helps you achieve the grade you want and she does it an amazing way. One of the best teachers out there.

Best teacher ever. Out of all the classes I have taken this is the one I have learned the most. It is a bit of work but she makes it fun and very interesting. I have never had so much fun and challenging class. I got an A by the skin of my teeth but I earned it and I learned how to be a better writer.

I took her English 120 course after being out of school for over 10 years, and improved my writing immensely. It is an English course, so expect to write a large amount of papers. She gives great feedback to help you identify any issues with your papers so they can be corrected as the course progresses. I highly recommend her course.

She is the best professor ever! I love the way she explains the topics, it is very clear and detailed. She is a tough grader. Do your best, do not do everything the last minute. If you are a hard worker, you might end up with an A or a B, but if you will skip classes and leave your work to last minute that may make the class hard for you.

She is a wonderful teacher! It honestly is not nearly as hard as you might expect. There is definitely a decent amount of work, but if you pay attention and follow directions, it is not that hard to get an A. I do not consider myself a good writer and I did. There is extra credit and enough points that no assignment can sink your grade.

Kim is an amazing professor! I was really bad at English and thought for sure I would fail. I ended up passing the class with an A. She gives a lot of extra credit and make sure you do your journals. Great professor.

She's a real gem. I'm really sad that she doesn't teach ENGL 124. She can be really funny sometimes. She does give a lot of homework but sometimes they are really fun to get it done. As an English professor, she is strict when it comes to grammar "DUH". She responds to you very fast and wishes you a "Happy Halloween, a goodnight" etc. I love her!

she is a very nice and caring teacher, one of the most understanding and takes late work, but just know you are going to write a lotttt. this semester i wrote 3 essays, had 3+ discussions every week, and more. it is easy stuff but so muchhh work.

Professor Wolfe was amazing this semester. I fell behind in class and she let me make up my work for credit. As long as you communicate with her she is always willing to help. You can meet with her on zoom for extra help. The class is layed out week by week in modules, very well organized.

Overall in all classes, you are going to do work! But in this class, it was pretty simple a total of 3 essays and the final is a research paper and just making sure you are participating in the discussions.

I have the utmost respect for Professor Kimberly, not only does she show great effort and dedication to her work. She also has a loving and caring side of her for her students. During the semester I got severely sick which made me miss a few assignments, she waived the penalty and allowed me to submit it when I became better.

Way too much work for a Freshman GE, spent more time on this class than my calc class. Says she understands we have other classes and then proceeds to pile more work on. Highly don't recommend if you hate English. Although her work is annoying, she is always open to help, and can't discredit her for that. Kind professor but don't see eye to eye.

For the most part its an easy class, only hard part was the research steps and research paper, but still manageable. She assigns 3-5 assignments a week that are pretty easy, but she does accept late work & has extra credit opportunities. She is a bit of a tough grader, but lets you redo essays or assignments if you got a low grade.

I really enjoyed her class and I now feel like I'm a more equipped writer. She was wonderful and she is honestly one of those professors who wants you to succeed and will help you achieve it. Just show up and do the work and it's an A. The work is not hard and she breaks down the class into smaller sections so it's not overwhelming

Super sweet and understanding. I had her over the summer and whenever I would communicate about me needing an extension because I was working at my job so much she understood and gave me one. Gives so much resources and templates to how she wants the work done making the work very easy to accomplish. I would 100% like to take her class again.

She is amazing, I have learned so much about grammar after taking her class. She gives in-depth, and clear lectures, making them interesting. However, there is so much writing you have to do but I mean it is an English class. She gives multiple extra credit opportunities; her grading is clear, and I recommend her 100%.

Professor Wolfe's ENG120 class is well-organized and manageable. The workload is reasonable, and she's understanding and willing to work with students. Using unstuckstudy and the free textbook makes this an accessible and rewarding course.

She was fun, she assigned work that was so easy and interesting to do. Average grading English teacher, I'm not the best in essay's but she gave me good and fair scores which made me happy. Will respond to emails fast. Comments on everything if need help. Overall LOVE HERRRRR

Professor Wolfe is an amazing professor! She has been teaching for a while. She does have a lot of assignments, but they are easy. I have taken Eng 120 and Eng 124 with her, journals to write, discussion boards, 2 essays and a research paper. Her modules can be very long, but she is an amazing and caring professor. Take her she is great!

I really liked this professor. She was very nice and responds to emails quick. The journals every tuesday and thursday were easy. Then there were other assignments and essays which was a lot at first, but it wasn't like I couldn't get the assignments done. She has extra credit at the end of the semester and 2 late work accepted.
