I would recommend everyone to take the online version of this class. There are 15 quizzes and 6 test. You would need to buy the book because there are questions on the test & quizzes that come from the book. VERY easy class. She also gives out extra credit

I think she was new but the class was straight out text of the book so all you need really is the text book. Responded to emails fairly fast and on weekends too i noticed....overall VERY EASY class.

me and a friend took this course together and had mostly different questions for our tests. I made an A but you need to buy the book. We just looked her up on facebook and she looked sort of young to be teaching the class but it was easy nonetheless.

Just finished taking this class for the summer. Three tests that as long as you do the study guide you will do fine and a two page paper which was a relief because every other class usually has a big paper. This class were super easy online and i recommend taking it during a summer session, I wouldn't want to waist a semester on it.

Take her if you need an easy elective! She gives you reviews for the tests and the questions on the reviews are word for word what the exam is. She offers extra credit although you don't need it! You have to write one paper, but it was the easiest I've written my whole college career! I am super happy I took her as one of my last classes at UH!

Took on-line. 3 tests and 1 health writing assignment. There were long reviews, but if you filled them out the test was a breeze. Answers came fom textbook. Professor also answered questions promptly & clearly. Would definately take again for another class.

Best class in the History or classes! She's clear, gives a study guides that's exactly the test. Get a study buddy to break it up becuase they are long. The essay super easy 3 pages give a lot of recommendations to get full grade. Extra credit quiz just to ensure an A +. Take her online and you'll need the book.

Very easy class, took this online for a summer session and all we did was 3 (open book) exams and one essay. You still learn a lot but very easy and not over stressing if students work together on the reviews.

This class was pretty easy-however you do have to read for the exams. The questions are out of order so you really have to know what chapter the questions are coming from. The class was overall interesting and I'd recommend it.

She was super funny and down to earth. Shes gives you a study guide, if you follow it you WILL pass the tests. There is also a short paper you have to do that isn't too bad. I would DEFINITELY recommend her course!

Professor Rafique is by far one of the best professors. She gives you almost step by step study guides. If you do not earn an A in her class, it is definitely your own fault!

I took the course online, she is very laid back. She gives you the syllabus and follows it clearly. No class to attend just follow the assignments. 2 major tests, 2 essays, 2 discussions, extra credit and you're done. You need the book to do the exam reviews but she also posts power points on blackboard. I would take her again.

Professor Rafique lays out her courses in a very easy to follow way. She's extremely helpful and leaves feedback on essays when she thinks you need it which helps you on her other written assignments. Very dedicated lady to health. Will be taking again for sure.

I would not have minored in health or taken any health classes if it wasn't for her. You have to work for your A but her class is clear enough that you can do it. Took her for HLT 2320, 3306, and taking her for 1353. Expect to write a lot. Great prof.

Pretty easy class 3 exams 1 discussion 1 three page paper. I really appreciate the speech that she gave us at the end of the semester. Things like that show that she is actually cares.

I got a 76 on the first exam because I didn't buy the book but I saved the rest of my grades after I bought it. Thought I could just depend on the power points but you can't. Strongly recommend doing the reviews and looking at them before tests since she doesn't give you too much time for exams. Extra credit saved my grade but I could've made an A.

Super nice lady if you get a chance to meet her. Class has a lot of written assignments but they're easy and interesting. My only criticism is that your grade depends a lot on the exams (3) so you have to read and prepare a lot.

an A will not be given to you, you have to work for it. This online class is not hard at all. Really long study guides, like 100+ questions. You have to read the book to pass the tests. There is extra credit opportunities but do not rely on them to boost your grade. 2 papers 1.5pgs. EASY if you work for it!!! you will fail if you do not prepare!!!!

Class is an easy A if you put a decent amount of effort, which shouldn't be too hard since it's entirely online. 3 tests, 2 papers, and 2 discussion questions (plus extra credit) with ample time to do them all. Her reviews are not only helpful, but also funny if you understand her references (the ricer one cracked me up XD). She's also pretty cute.

She is sooo caring and sweet towards her students! Her exams are extremely easy, as long as you read the textbook, because literally, all her exams are straight from the textbook! Prof R gives you all assignments in the beginning so you can do them all within the first few weeks of class and be done with them. Rafique is very straight, direct and to the point of what she wants, something I really appreciate. The textbook is needed and bought at a certain link so don't forget to bookmark it. The syllabus is very important as well. Exams are online as well. There is an essay in the beginning but it is pretty easy and she gives good feedback.

Taking this course was one of the first online experiences I've had in my college career and Professor Rafique does an awesome job at explaining her material as well as communicating with her students. Easiest class out there. I took professor Rafique online and it was super simple. Her workload isn't too much and tests are online as well. Only two essays, two discussion posts and pop quizzes for each chapter. You won't regret taking her!

The class was unbelievable easy, and the professor was very respectful and understanding of my questions. Everything is online and she lets you look up the answers online, but the class is so easy you don't need to. Professor Kiran is the best and most helpful professor I have had!

Professor Kiran is a very fun and enjoyable professor who is very devoted to her and her student's work. She has great aspects that most professor lacks, like quality assignments, understandable helpful notes, and she comments back on things you need, without dragging on. If she is able to teach more than the level 1000s health, take her!

This was a strictly online course, no lectures or meeting times. An online textbook is needed to complete assignments, there were also 2 discussion posts, and 2 essay assignments which were pretty easy. I'd recommend taking this class if you need to or if you need an elective. It wasn't too time-consuming and the coursework was clearly laid out.

This is a really easy class. I probably spent 2 to 3 hours combined on this class the entire semester and still got an A. The class grade is based off 3 exams, 2 discussions, 2 short essays, and lastly a few online quizzes. All the dates are given to you on the first day of class and as long as you do everything on time you should get an A.

Very easy class. There is a reason why she has such high ratings. All assignments were listed on the syllabus, so you had an idea of what's to come. The extra credit helped a lot and boosted my grade.

She's super nice and passionate about what she teaches. The workload is light, and she tells you at the start what assignments you'll have and when they're due, including an extra credit quiz. You can get ahead very easily, aside from the exams, which are similar to the study guides. You would have to actively try in order to get a failing grade.

I took HLT1353 fall 2021. This class is very easy with such a great professor. Everything is done at your time. I recommend doing the reviews as they help 100% with the tests. She's very accessible and answers email fast. If you want a class for an easy A this is it. Just read, write the essays and discussions, do the review ,and take the tests!

Loved taking Professor Rafique's HLT 1353 class! Mine was completely asynchronous. She posted all the materials and assignments way in advance, so you could pretty much work at your own pace until the due dates. Graded by 3 tests, 3 writing assignments, a couple textbook quizzes, and extra credit quiz. No final. Easy, fun, and inspirational class.

The syllabus contained all the information you needed regarding the format/assignments for the course. The exams were very similar to the exam reviews (do these ahead of the exams and read). The exams were 50 questions (MC and T/F) but were easy if you prepared ahead of time. The writing assignments were moderately hard. The book was online.

Very few assignments and the few assignments we do have are easy. The only time I paid much attention to this class was when I had something due. 10/10 recommend taking it asynchronously.

Dr Rafiques class is extremely easy. 2 Discussion questions, a short essay 3 exams, one optional extra credit quiz, and quizzes based on the textbook (you take them within the textbook). You can get an A in the class without the textbook but it is pretty difficult. Overall very easy.

One of the easiest classes I have ever taken. Two discussions, some open textbook quizzes that are easy 100's, three exams, and one letter essay. This class is not work heavy at all and I would recommend it to anyone who just needs an easy A.

This was, by far, the EASIEST class I've taken at UH. It's an online class using her textbook (which you MUST buy) and about 12 chapters. There were 2 essays, 2 discussion posts, and short answer prompts after most chapters along with extra credit towards the end. There are only 3 OPEN NOTE exams, so passing the course should not be too hard.

This was my asynch class but it's so simple! Easy A and a very sweet prof. Highly highly recommend. Exams are open note and we are even given a study guide way ahead of time to fill out. You're in luck if you get this prof.

best health teacher you'll find here at UH, her class and syllabus were super clear and easy to follow. doesn't grade harshly and she's soooo nice and understanding about everything. her test questions were all directly from her lectures and slideshows so remember to use them.

At first, I did not like her because I got a bad grade on the first test. do the review (copy textbook), you will be fine. textbook quizzes have unlimited attempts. Two discussions and one essay, nice grader for those. she makes you buy $100 textbook, which is annoying website for the textbook is glitchy.

Despite the class being fully online I felt like I learned a lot. She doesn't give too many assignments so I highly recommend doing the weekly chapters and taking notes so you don't fall behind on the exams.

Really thoughtful and caring professor! The class itself was very clear and easy to understand. There were discussion boards, video quizzes, essays, and one mid-term and final. The class was graded by only a few things, and there was a chance for extra credit.
