She is an awesome teacher who cares about her students. She is easy to talk to; it's as if she is your friend so you feel open to discuss anything. She will go out of her way to help you pass the course if she knows you are trying. She's wonderful!

Biology 105- Very easy class if you look through your notes and listen in class. Baath is a great teacher and will help you with any questions or problems. It is a class you can get an A in if you look at notes, do not use book much :)

Extremely good teacher, tests are easy..what more could you ask for?! Sometimes it's difficult to udnerstand her due to her Indian accent, but her class was definitely worth it-I've only pulled two "B"s in college, one in her class.

Great prof. WITHOUT A DOUBT!! Definitely recommend taking her for this class! She understands that you arent are a Biology major and makes her quizzes open book becuase of it. Extra attendance some times, so go and recieve rewards just for that. Great teacher!! So nice and helpful, will work with you through anything.

She was GREAT! I loved this professor. She explains everything so well. She encourages actual learning, and not cramming right before a test. i got an A in this class during the summer session. I would definitely recommend this class for Nursing/Health Professions majors in the summer with Baath.

She is a very nice lady!! She is willing to help no matter what!! If you have to take BIO 121 or 122 I recommend her because she is easier than the other teachers!! Her tests are on the difficult side and you really have to study for her classes!

She's ok. If you have to take A and P, it doesn't matter who your professor is.. you'll HAVE to work hard. Stay through labs and she'll go over everything with you one on one. Always complains b/c we're behind, but if she'd stop lecturing about how whispering annoys her we could get alot more done.

This class is easy as long as you show up and are willing to study for the 3 lecture tests, 2 lab tests, and a final. She posts all in class notes on blackboard so just take them to class and follow along. Book is not necessary.

Dr. Baath was a good teacher. She does require you to work and tries to learn faces in lab so she will know if you are in class wether or not she takes attendance. Comming to class is rewarded tho! Good teacher. Not a difficult class. NO TEXTBOOK REQUIRED. She will occasionally take attendance for 5 pts, so showing up is important. Most of the grade is from tests, which are relatively difficult, but not bad if you study her blackboard notes effectively. I would recommend her for this course.

Done with the final exam today. It is not a very easy class since we covered most of the text book this semester. She had lecture and lab quizzes every week so don't miss class. The blackboard lecture notes and lab material helped with the exams. Overall she is very good and a caring teacher.

Dr. Baath was a kind professor and was specific during her lectures. I didn't need much help from her this semester but she was easy to reach when I did need assistance. Although I thought that her tests were quite difficult for a 100-level course, I did learn a lot. She does take attendance every now and then in the form of a quiz.

I loved Dr. Baath's BIOL 141 lab! She knows want she is talking about and wants you to learn! If you are really serious about biology, be sure to take her! She is a tough grader, however, but it taught me to always double check my answers and spelling!

She occasionally gives attendance quizzes along with the answers, but she's very understanding. Respect her, she deserves it.

I loved this class - and maybe I'm biased because I like the topics given. Dr. Baath was very kind, but you still need to pay attention to the lectures to get by. Even if you don't, though, powerpoints are available on the BlackBoard page.

I had Baath for my anatomy 2 lab. I was nervous not having mendel (my lecture teacher) but I was THRILLED to have had her in the end. shes so kind, breaks down the material great, prepares you for quizzes & tests, & from what ive heard shes a more lenient grader on the practicals. She takes attendance at random and hands out small, easy, quizzes at the end of lecture most of the time that she gives the answers to. If you are struggling, she will work with you and is so caring. Dr. Baath is a great lab prof for Anatomy 2. She has lab quizzes every lab, but she lets you use the book and your notes. Anytime I was confused, she took her time to help me understand the material better. She is a great professor and cares that her students learn. She tries to grade lab practicals as least-strict as she can.

Dr. Baath more than surpassed the expectations I had towards this class. Although material can get challenging at times her approach to the topics makes things easier to follow. Not only does she grade very quickly, but is always willing to help you out. I found her study guides extremely useful and labs much easier than those in High School.

Dr. Baath is so amazing and nice! I took her class as a hybrid so our lectures were online and our labs were in person one day a week. Her class is super easy as long as you watch the lectures on VT and attend the labs. Lab quizzes and exams are also pretty easy! Beware there is a small research paper towards the end of the semester.

Such a good professor. You can tell she has a passion for what she teaches. Very nice, does not require a textbook. The lecture part was online and the lab was in person for me. The labs usually got out 20 minutes early. The online lectures are a little boring but helpful for the exams. Very nice and easy going.

Dr. Baath made Human Biology quite enjoyable and memorable! Usually, this class has a forum lecture in addition to a lab, don't let this barrier prevent you from getting to know Dr. Baath. It is clear that she is passionate in her career and genuinely cares for each of her students academic endeavors. I would take her class again, in a heart beat!

Dr. Baath's class was easily my favorite class this semester. She was so knowledgeable about Human Biology and she never tried to trick us up. Everything on the exams were straight off the lecture powerpoints. I would highly recommend anyone to take a class with Dr. Baath she was great. Now I feel more prepared for Anatomy 1 next semester.

She is very engaging when she speaks and ends up being a rather funny person. However, when she explains something, it can be in a kind of roundabout way, so it can get kind of confusing. The labs can be kind of difficult and are graded rather harshly. The labs themselves aren't hard to do, and she will answer questions if you have them.

Great professor. Only things in the grade book is lecture exams, lab exams, and a couple pop quizzes here and there. Participation matters if you want to build up your grade. Overall great professor just beware of the bulk of your grade being exams. All materials can be found online.

i absolutely LOVED dr. baath! she lectures over whats on the exam(no surprises) and cares about student success. she gives pop quizzes(open note) for attendance at least 1x/week in lecture, and gives 7q quizzes in lab over last week's lab. if you dont study, you WILL do poorly on exams(mcq only). put in the effort and pay attention during lecture.
