Horrible professor, nothing good to be said about him whatsoever.

He does not care for his students and is not an approachable professor. He would rather work against you than for you. If you often need help or support from professors, I would not recommend him.

Does not explain well or try to get students to understand the material properly, just reads notes and expects his students to keep up and understand it easily since he knows the material well.

I'm serious when I say this, he's the worst prof of all time, please AVOID HIM at all cost. The most stubborn prof when it comes to taking constructive criticism from students about his ways of teaching, course evaluation and management. He does not explain the material well.

He does the most to show that he does not care for his students, and the least when teaching evidently difficult material (read off slides). Too ignorant to accept constructive criticism. Tries too hard to manage violations, only to punish everyone regardless of who's responsible for it. He's proud of putting students at a disadvantage to pass.

No matter what you do avoid this professor. He does not teach the material properly, reads off slides and does not even bother to use proper pen/pencil to write stuff on paper to show the concept or example problems step by step. Does not accept feedback from students regarding the course material, teaching method and seems too ignorant at times.

The worst prof in Discrete Math. Bonus marks are not a bonus. He doesn't care about students, No support. Ready to learn by yourself, use the book for sure. Emailing him 100% useless. He lives on Chegg, don't CHEAT. I gave him "1" because he is good at revealing cheaters, and will adjust Grades UNFAIRLY. He plays the foul game. None will stop him.

had weekly assignments and tests due worth 20 and 40% of ur final grade, did not cancel them on the week of the midterm... did not have a review for the midterm... we had 15 minutes to do the weekly tests that were worth 40$ of the final grade... the mans literally doesnt give a damn about any of the students even after a petition signed by 80 guys

I really like mathematics in general, but this prof just makes me hate math because of how uncaring he is to his students. He treats us like sheep, giving us extremely low amount of time to solve very hard questions (literally no time to think). When you bring it up to him he says use ur time to ask me about course material not course logistics

Just read what others are saying, I don't want to waste any more time on him.

Weekly tests with minimal Time to complete them and are worth almost half of your grade. also has weekly assignments which aren't too bad but week of midterm he still makes you submit assignments and do the weekly tests. doesn't take student feedback very well and diverts the convo. if you have him. He made this course unnecessarily difficult. Gave us very little time for our weekly tests, which was almost worth half our entire grade. Does not care about the students whatsoever. Completely ignores the feedback to make the course less stressful. I would NOT recommend this course with this prof. If you are forced to take it, good luck.

He is a very bad prof, he reads off slides and makes the midterm hard on us for no reason at all. The midterm consisted of 4 questions with only 15 min of time to do per question with a 10 min break. This made the midterm super stressful cause it forces us to rush the question and submit or else we suffer a penalty, do not take this dude as a prof.

He spends more time and effort in trying to think of how to make his students life hard and miserable rather than the effort he puts into teaching this course. He gave us barely any time to finish an exam, Tests and doesnt even teach the stuff properly and excepts us to pass this course. Worst prof and course coordinator stay away from him.

Absolutely does not care about students. He found the assignments online and he suddenly stopped counting them for everybody. This man teaches logical mathematics, but his actions are far from logical

One of the worst profs I have ever had, he is someone who doesn't care about his students and enjoys watching them suffer by giving them ridiculous quizzes and exams. As a teacher, all he does is read off the slides rather than actually teaching

Worst prof at Ryerson by a mile. Made me lose a big chunk of my mark by taking out the first 3 assignments (which were the easiest) for EVERYONE just because a student got caught cheating. Also does not give enough time for tests and quizzes but if you try bringing it up he wont listen. Absolutely 0 responsibility or accountability for his actions.

Doesnt care about the students whatsoever, just reads his notes and expects us to understand. Doesn't even post annotated version of his lectures so if you miss it you have to learn it all on your own. More concerned with penalizing students than helping them do better in the course. Just because he is good at math doesnt make him a good prof.

Arrogant, paranoid and self righteous, he thinks reading off slides and providing vague answers to in-class questions amounts to adequate math instruction. For God's sake, make Pralat the course coordinator already.

He doesn't consider any input from students regarding grading or exam structure, which is especially important considering how stressful the online climate of online learning can be. In order to preserve academic integrity, he allows students to access lecture notes and problem sets at the cost of an exam that's unsolvable in the given time.

The course material is not difficult, he is just a bad prof. He docks marks arbitrarily giving higher marks to some students even though they had the same answer. He also wrote the worst formatted final anyone will ever see, releasing one question at a time with 16mins per question on what should have been a 2-hour exam.

Blames students for everything and cares more about students cheating than teaching properly. For one of our many quizzes, the class average was a 76% and he said that was due to cheating rather than believing the class was capable of achieving that mark ourselves. So rude to assume that and I completely lost my respect for him after that.

I know for a fact he probably submits some of these reviews because there is no way people are giving him positive remarks for this course this semester. I saw somebody say they got an A after the exam when we just did it today and didn't get our marks back loooool.

made the exam ridiculously difficult jus because people did well on the quizzes, trying to bring the average down. Didnt even provide good or relevant practice material for the exam, made questions that nobody had any clue on how to do since there wasnt anything like that given the entire course.

Tough, tough, tough. Exam was very tough and he reads off slides. Very little time to do questions even after more than 80 people complained.

Dr. Konstantinos tries so hard and yet achieves so little. Other than his lazy slide reading manners, the man's ego is one of the biggest l have ever seen. Does not admit to his mistake, does not take criticism, tries to uphold academic integrity at the cost of punishing innocent students. Flawed approach towards management of this course. Horrible

Professor was hard to understand during classes, he never made concepts simple. Professor changed the entire course weightage 3 weeks into the course because a couple of students might have cheated. Exam and Midterm format was extremely unnecessary and late penalties and time limits were enforced strictly.

Unfair to say students want to be spoon fed answers. Not enough time given on quizzes - chalks it up to not studying. Doesn't record lectures - automatically inaccessible for students in different time zones. Makes late penalties unreasonably high after 1 min (20% off aft each min). The material isn't even hard, how is anyone supposed to succeed?

TERRIBLE PROF for many reasons

I have never seen a prof so strict about simple rules. Flagging students for opening Chegg during simple homework questions. Does the absolute most to track your account and IP so do not try anything without a VPN.

Knowledgeable in the subject he teaches. However he has terrible test formatting, with exams over a 4 hr period in different parts, you get burnt out by the final part. There isn't enough time to complete tests at all and he is strict with the grading. Tests content are medium to hard difficulty. Personally would not take this prof again

Alot of the test/midterm/exam questions are theoretical and require that you have a good idea of the linear algebra content. Unfortunately alot of his slides are really basic in theory and the practice he assigns is all practical making it near impossible to be prepared for the tests/midterms/exam. Would highly reccomend to stay away.

Exams are theoretical questions whereas all textbook problems are practical questions that don't prepare you. Tells students that they are expected to pretty self-study, lectures are useless. I went to office hours and I was told I have to quit my job and focus solely on this course to pass LOL. I don't even work, and I still failed.

The absolute worst. If you are an undergraduate student in your 1st 2 years then absolutely avoid him at all cost. He is knowledgeable no doubt, but he will treat you like a post grad student. Almost like you should know this much, eh. He will give extremely complicated questions outside textbooks and notes. He isn't compassionate towards needs.

WORST PROF AT TMU. He expects u to know the content as if you are a PDH student and he makes the whole course so much more confusing than it should be, with super unfair and difficult exams. I would rather be behind and take this course later on than have to take it with this prof. ALSO THAT FINAL WAS POORLY MADE, someone needs to stop him.

He makes this course way too complicated than it should be and gives everyone a hard time. He is an extremely tough grader and you make one small mistake in the long answer you are getting like a zero and you cant even argue with him, he will bring up some bs. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS PLEASE. HE IS A PAIN

If you see him, change profs immediately. If hes your course coordinator, drop the course and do it in the summer. Trust me, hes not worth it. He will point at you and tell you to leave the lecture even when your glancing at the phone to check the weather. Barely can get his point across and acts high all mighty, as if he is the founder of math.

Regardless of me passing the course and still managing to do decent in his unfair exams, the whole course he had us stressed and nervous due to his strict marking, and complicated lecture slides which even Majed said makes no sense. This guy is plotting on us

This professor knows his stuff, but can't communicate any of his ideas. Also, please attend the lectures and ask questions if you ABSOLUTELY have to take this course. Otherwise, leave this class before it's too late. Lectures will not help you and the textbook is almost equally as useless. Tutorials are the only useful thing that would be offered.

Doesn't use the textbook but required. Mocks students when they ask questions. Makes things difficult for students with accommodations. When he gets around to answering questions he makes the explanations intentionally difficult or impossible to understand. If you are stuck with this professor go to other lectures so you can actually pass.
