This class was so cool! Honestly so interesting and he's really into it too. Study exactly what is on his exam review, nothing more, nothing less, and you will pass!

Lessons learned: 1) comment on DB posts EVERYONE OF THEM 2) Read and note everything little detail in your notes including data/stats, the "side note boxes"

An extremely helpful professor who is passionate about the subject. He is personable and make the course interesting. He provides good outlines for exams. It is too bad some students take advantage of him and do not show up for class. He does not deserve that because he is a good person and is more than helpful with students.

Full of energy, humour and knowledge. He made the course fun and his method of teaching kept you interested. Loved how he elaborated when asked questions about course material. Ordered pizza for class and was very thoughtful to order a vegan pizza for us veg heads. Kristian truly rocks as a Prof.

Very knowledgeable and passionate professor. I took the online psych course will him and found him a very fair marker. Although it is good to read the textbook, study using his power points and you will do just fine. His exams also were very reasonable. I recommend taking this online 100%!

One of the best experiences that I had in Seneca Collge. He is a really good professor. He is sp generous in marking. The course was about personality psychology which was really interesting. He answers my email very soon and very kind. I highly recommend you to take this elective course.

The best advice I can give anyone taking a class with Kristian is to not talk in the classroom while he is teaching because he will get mad other than that you will enjoy the class and laugh a lot, he is funny! His slides are very specific and the tests are easy if you follow his slides. Also, he gives the grades really fast.

Great course to take and taught by a great teacher

Great guy, very engaging, responds to e-mails at a rapid fire pace. Easy class to pass, although there are a lot of quizzes and blog entries. If you keep up with them you will easily get an A. He's fair and has a great sense of humour.

Overall great professor. He provides detailed feedback on assignments upon request and replies quickly to emails. If for some reason he will be away he will let everyone know beforehand so you won't be left high and dry. Made online learning easy and inspiring, even for those who despise online classes.

Great professor if you put the effort in and follow his directions - don't be lazy or you'll receive a lazy mark. He recognizes those who put the extra effort into their papers with great marks. Kristian made me learn more than any other psychology teacher I've had. He knows a lot and is a great teacher overall. He really cares about the class as he doesn't play any sneaky tricks. He has a very honest teaching style. If you invest, study, and do your work, you will succeed in his class without any problems. Thank you Kristian!

The material is a mixture of recommended books and pdf readings posted online. While there are due dates for weekly papers, you work at your own paste and don't need to show up to any tiresome online lectures. The Professor is really great and educated on the topics he talks about. If you are debating to get this course, GET IT WITH HIM!

The most flexible profosser ever! He extended a lot of due dates and dropped the last assignment as we were going through a hard time studying online during the pandemic. He explains the assignments and his expectation in details, sends reminders, and supports you throughout the semester. It was a pleasure having this course with him.

Even though the course it's online (due to Covid), the professor is present and ready to answer questions via email. Overall, the course is interesting, the textbook it's an easy and enjoyable reading you will find easy to understand.

Professor Weihs is the most detailed professor I have come across. His instructions are clear and concise and supported by examples. I never thought I would enjoy a course that is mostly readings. The study guides are direct and there are no surprises in quizzes and assignments. This course is guaranteed to make a difference in your everyday life.

Even though this was an online class, the prof was very well spoken in explaining assignments and weekly tasks. He was easy to communicate with as he answered emails very quickly and is very real and understanding. I would be happy if I had him as a prof again! A Tip: stay on top of the readings/work and put in effort- and you will be successful :)

His class was the hardest thing I've ever achieved lol. There were tons of pages you will have to read to do your weekly assignments. He gave quite detailed instructions for each assignment and test, but it still made me lose my sleep and always stressed my brain off. Anw, that was a helpful class about psy that help me quite a lot in real life.

Honestly I got exactly what I wanted from this class. It gave me a better understanding of happiness and the prof gave you EVERYTHING to succeed. Each reading came with a study guide that would help you on the 2 major test of the program. It may seem like a lot but if you take the time to do it, it'll be pretty easy.Great class I'm happy I took it.

Professor Weihs is very considerate and he thoroughly explained the topics and assignments he assigned.

He was nice- there was a lot of small assignments such as BLOGS and weekly tests. But it was an online course so if you had the textbook in front of you - you can easily get an B/B+/A. In terms of assignments he often assigned BLOGs to do every two weeks on Ted Talks. He can be a particular marker- he likes depth in your work. This is for PSYC 210

He is an amazing professor!!! PSY222 was General Education course-I had to take, during this class I have learned a lot, textbooks and materials which he used were amazing and useful. For my second semester I will have PSY class again, I will definitely choose him.

Professor Weihs posted reminders of what's due each week, including tips on how to do great on them-helpful! Make sure to read and understand the readings and fill up the study guides he posts with them, these will be helpful for the two term tests and weekly assignments. An elective course you can actually apply in life. Honesty & effort needed.

Kristian is a good and fair professor. Her class makes us think and read a lot. It was one of the best classes that I had for credits. You just have to follow her guideline and be on time. Also, she is always willing to help and discuss when needed. =)

Kristian is a great prof. Pretty funny and witty. Not mandatory to go to class but it's worth it to go. Everything is straightforward and easy to follow along. Textbooks readings are easy.

Kristian is so engaging in classes and the assignments and tests are very easy. By the end of this course, you will learn so much about yourself. It almost feels like you are learning theory in class and using it on yourself which makes the learning process so much more interesting and fun. kristian is one of my favourite professors! his lectures are amazing and never boring. he explains course material very well and makes everything easy to understand; you can tell psychology is one of his passions. his tests are really easy and the workload is very manageable for an elective course. highly recommend!!

Professor Weihs's grading style is fair and he takes time to explain in detail the expectations on his assignments. I loved his choice of words in his announcements and notices. His feedbacks on some of my submitted work were very helpful. This course is beneficial not just for academic purposes, it applies to our everyday lives and endeavors.

I knew where to find the material, how to get in touch with the professor, the expectations for each assignment and the grading criteria. It is a very good course. It helps you to improve as a person. This is a useful tool for your life. It needs your commitment to practice and lives the exercises and moves as well as the practical activities. Professor Weihs shadows you into the process and encourages you to experience it on your own, making you conscious of your ability to heal.

Kristian is a very fair marker and generous with grades and deadlines as long as you put effort into the work assigned. However, the course does have a lot of reading and required texts are mandatory. Overall, I would definitely recommend for PSY222 for those taking electives.

Professor Weihs is extremely accommodating and understanding of his students and their lives. He has high expectations and does a good job of being clear with his instructions and feedback in order to help his students do the best they can. It is a lot of reading but the info is usually very interesting.

Things to know before taking LSO470: It's reading-heavy and Kristian doesn't use slideshows. You NEED all three texts (but they're easy to get as pdfs if you know where to look). Asynchronous = more study time, not less. That said, Kristian is knowledgeable, gives comprehensive assignment feedback, is responsive to email, and tests fairly.

He was clear in all of his descriptions and was a generous grader. he also removed multiple tasks to lighten our work load.

He was great, very considerate of students workload when setting deadlines. He incorporated a lot of readings that were interesting and not super technical in their wording, which made the content much easier to understand.

Professors is really understanding and open to questions. If you work hard and do the work, you will get good marks. Can learn a lot in this course.
