Professor Hagan demonstrates a deep understanding of the business filed, which she communicates clearly and engagingly. I strongly suggest taking her she is easy going and so friendly.

Professor Hagan was great. I took her online BUS 200 class. The assignments are always due Sundays and are fairly easy but can build up if you let them (discussion board, two quizzes, two case studies). Only a midterm and final exam but there is a big paper. Very easy to reach at any point of the day and really helps with whatever you ask her.

She's very clear on what to study for exams and she's very forgiving when it comes to grading. Attendance is mandatory as in-class assignments are counted towards your attendance.

I took BUS270 online and I'd say that the workload wasn't bad at all. It is very manageable as long as you don't procrastinate. Our class had a total of three exams and our final was a speech. I personally didn't find the course challenging since all of what we learned was pretty straightforward and covered in our slides.

I took Business 100 with her, the best teacher I had all semester. you have two chapter quizzes each week on Canvas, they are open notes. two exams the whole semester, if you redo the quizzes leading up to it you should be fine. final assignment was a group project. lectures are easy to comprehend, would definitely take her class again.

If you want a nice, easy teacher then go with Professor Hagan. She will make your experience very easy if you start to get into business. Easy B or A. Textbook was optional!

Prof. Hagan is great and I 100% recommend her! Just don't take the 50-minute class if you can avoid it, there's a bit too much content each chapter to cover in class at that length.

Really, Professor Hagan is great! Her emails are answered quickly, and she's always happy to help. There are two tests with locked browsers and cameras in her classes, and there is also a lot of homework, especially for the seven-week course. I took her class online, and she was a huge help. If you're ready to work hard you will do great.

I have had Prof Hagan for BUS 100 as well and decided to look for her after a bad BUS 280 course, She made BUS 270 a great course this semester. She really is a good professor, she does not give out a crazy amount of work and her tests are straight forward. If you attend and turn in your work you will pass.

Overall she is an awesome teacher. The one thing i will say about her are that her exams are hard, but she offers extra credit. She teaches students, and her lectures are always entertaining.

Professor Hagan made the class easy to understand in every way including a big one, which is giving study guides that match up well with tests and aren't misleading. She's friendly, but make sure you come to every class because she won't let you weave around the participation points.

Professor Hagan was an awesome professor. I took her class over summer on zoom, and she was very quick to respond to emails and was very helpful with confusion on assignments. You don't need a textbook for her class she has PowerPoints that go off of the textbook. If you study the PowerPoints and quizzes before the test, you will do well on tests.

Great online MKT course. Professor Hagan provided the textbook necessary for homework and assignments, so no need to purchase a textbook. Three major grades in the course: 2 exams and 1 final paper. Professor Kristin Hagen MKT 201 is one of the easiest classes to take. Professor hagan gives 2 extra tries on quizzes when we have exams coming up. She is also very good at replying very quickly and the way she words her sentences makes it very easy to understand. I would recommend her for MKT 201 or honestly any other classes she has.

I took BUS 100 this year, and the class was fairly easy; she's pretty understanding. We have chapter quizzes every week after she gives a lecture (slideshows), but some weeks were able to watch the pre-recorded version or look at the slides and then complete the quiz. hybrid class* I enjoyed the lectures it was easy to understand. We did have to work in groups for group activities. I missed two classes since i live kinda far so if I did end up going my grade probably would've been an A. Homework are easy some questions are also asked on the exam. She's really nice!

Exams are based on class material and quizzs. Very caring and understanding. Also, helps with outside class activities like scholarship opportunities, internships, work opportunities, and so on. Highly recommended.

In this class, you take two exams. The exams are lengthy, but if you study for them, you will do well! It is overall not a hard class. She will provide group projects but they are very easy. They are very short essays. She is very kind and caring! She is very flexible. Stop by her office hours and she will love you!

I took her Zoom Business 100 course. I really enjoyed this class. Professor Hagan made it very interesting and engaging. She is definitely an understanding teacher, if you communicate with her. Participation matters too.

Sweet, sweet lady! She cares for her student, her assignments are reasonable. I will be taking her again. She's helpful in class and outside of class even as a mentor or support system. Very trustworthy and I wish her the best! Test are proctored online and pretty straight forward as long as you study the guides provided and pay attention in class.

This course was team designed, so Prof Hagan doesn't have a lot of leeway in terms of adjusting assignments beyond their due date. That said, the course is well designed in that if you actually DO the readings and the assignments, you should walk away from your computer screen with an A.

Her class is usually two chapters of reading, a summary for each, and another case study or discussion question type thing so 3 a week. The work load is very manageable, and the class is fully async so so much reading and writing makes sense. Good teacher, genuinely reads your work. Cares about your comprehension. I would take if you can write.

Took an online summer asynchronous class and she was fair and accommodating for the accelerated class.

Took her class online class during the summer and i think she's good, fair grading and exam reviews are very good to prepare you for them and is always willing to help after lectures. the only thing thing that was a little bit of a chore to do was the video introductions but other than that everything else is good.

Professor Hagan is a really good explainer! She uses lots of analogies to further explain information in the textbook. For a six-week course, I learned much and have received A's on two major exams. Overall I would recommend learning about Business. If possible, I'd like to join another one of her other business lectures.

Professor Hagan combines deep knowledge of the subject with her passion for the subject is truly inspiring, and genuinely care about student success. i highly recommend taking a class with her if you have the chance.

Professor Hagan's class was very clear and straightforward with her class. She always provided a clear rubric for assignments and always provides great feedback on assignments. This class was very task management with two readings with summaries and case study discussions. There was only three exams with one of them being open book.

It is highly recommended to take a class with Professor Hagan, I took a summer cycle and organized all the activities of the course on a calendar that she shared with us. From the first day of classes he maintains the interaction with the students and answers any questions in the best way.

The class is easy and stress free! I thought business 100 was going to be tough for me this summer but it is not. You learn by your space throughout the week until those quizzes are due. The Professor expects you to be apart of the conversation in lectures, engage with your groupmates. She is really nice trust me your going to like this class.

Decent hybrid class with zoom meetings. Hagan's expectations are clear and she provides ample opportunities for extra credit (including one day where we received extra credit simply for showing up to the zoom class). Lectures are sometimes verbose. Quizzes are open-note, exams sometimes have curveball questions. She is clearly caring! Recommended.

She really wants you to pass this class. I was working non-stop at my job and I couldn't get a break while keeping up with the quizzes. If you simply email her about your problems with not turning them in on time, she'll always give you an extension. She really helped me a lot with this class.

Since it is an online class so I don't interact with my professor very often. But the assignment and grade are very clear.

This course was quite easy, just stay on top of the assignments. The exams are tough, though, so beware of that. You can take a sheet of notes with you, though, so that helps.

Professor Hagan is fantastic. I took a half semester course with her and it was very work heavy, but that's to be expected. She gives you all the tools necessary to learn the material. She's open to communication about assignments and is flexible as long as you keep her informed.

I like the readings in this class, they were helpful and insightful. It was hard to get into the habbit of reading for several hours everyday but I feel like I am better off for it.

Professor Hagan is by far one of the best professors at NOVA. I took her for a fast-paced seven-week online class. There are four proctored exams and a bunch of ABAs, but overall, if you put in the work, it is a manageable class. This was the best professor and class I have taken at NOVA. The class was easy not much HW. There were weekly quizzes, but you needed to read a lot from the textbook to answer them. There were no tests. Just one main project that counts as your midterm and final exam. Professor Hagan was very nice and made the class fun.

Professor is very clear on directions, understanding, attendance matter because there are assignments due in class. Her test use respondus lockdown but she provides you with a very helpful study guide (sets you up for success). There will be chapters you have to go over on your own but she is always open for questions and assistance.

Prof H is the best! She's super sweet and has empathy for her students. I took the 7 week intro to business course so it was a lot of work at once but she was very helpful with any questions I had.

Professor Hagan is a great professor, probably one of the nicest and easiest at NOVA. There are about two 20-question multiple-choice quizzes each week and no big tests. There is a midterm and a final, but it's a marketing project that you are given the entire semester, or class length, to complete. She provides good feedback, and she is very kind.
