She is very unclear on what she is teaching. Her tests ask questions that are almost always on material that she has not gone over. No curves and never takes responsibility on the performance of her students. Not very helpful and sounds like a cross between a parrot and a crow with a soar throat!!

Dr. D is a very good instructor. If you want to know the material well and do good in her class you have to work hard. If you want a class where you learn nothing and don't have to do any work to pass then you should find a part timer who doesn't care to be your teacher.

well really sometimes it seemed as if the test were a touch to confusing, she needs to eliminate the what is NOT answers. As an instructor she is about a 7 out of 10. But im glad she gave me a very hard challenge because she prepared for test later that would be as confusing.Thats why I think she is a good professor. Bradley!

You HAVE to print out her powerpoint notes in order to keep up w/ lecture otherwise you'll be lost. Her exams can be hard, but there are no surprise questions as long as you're in class & pay attention. Attendance is mandatory & you lose points for missing class. Besides that, she makes time for outside help & to answer questions.

Dr. Dameron is clear about what is expected in her class. She tells you upfront what is necessary, including 12hrs of study time outside of class. Lectures are helpful and she reviews what is on your test, quiz, etc. She is always willing to give extra help if needed. Tests are hard, but she wants to make sure you truly understand material.

Wouldn't take her class ever again or advise anyone to take her class. She runs through her lectures so quickly you don't have time to take everything she says in. Power points are useless. Study guides don't help. Expects you to know the material before lecture days.

I took a class with this professor before reading the reviews. I'm now 8 weeks into the course and will never take a class with her again and recommend that you do the same. After reading the previous reviews, I agree with everything that has been said. She is the hardest grader that I have ever had and her exams are extremely long and difficult.

If you want to know biology well, Dr. Dameron is the professor for you. She goes appropriately in-depth per unit through powerpoint guided lectures and drawing pictures on the board. Show up to class, take notes, and take advantage of the detailed study guides and you will be good as gold. Really, just put in the time and you can learn a lot.
