I love her and love the class that we just like a family, and we have learned a lot from the crouse. But, I believe it is unnecessary to give us that much of the assignments for this crouse. I won't recommend if anyone wants to take ENG108.

She gives out a decent amount of homework; mainly reading. But they are generally quite manageable. Online assignments may be a tad difficult to navigate, but if you talk to her about your difficulties she is quite forgiving. She just wants students to do well really. There are many fun activities she has you engaged in; one can win extra credit.

You'll need to meet with a tutor outside of class every week, do a reading (usually easy), you'll have to do book activities (some of them are long), and turn the required papers. The papers are not that hard to do tbh. I would take her again.

I learned a lot from Sister Otinel about the class lessons and life lessons. She is super nice and creates fun games in class! She wants every one of her students to excel and puts an effort into forming a bond.

Sister Otinel was a great teacher! I learned a lot from her course. There is a lot of homework but it is pretty easy to accomplish and will take about an hour to do (excluding essays). As for essays, the prompts all allowed for a lot of freedom to write about your interests. There are also a lot of chances to earn extra credit through grades.

Though in the beginning the class seemed difficult, the way Sister Otinel structured the class with incorporating regular sessions with a tutor as well, I was able to put in more hours towards this course and get the best results. In the class, Sister Otinel is super funny and makes you feel comfortable even if you aren't a good speaker.

Sister Otinel was an amazing teacher to have for English 106. She used lots of slideshow presentations to teach lectures, often they included readings that required class participation, or extra-credit activities. Expectations were set very early in the semester and it was easy to know exactly what each essay or assignment was supposed to include.

I really enjoyed Sister Otinel. I didn't love the class but she did make it fun.

She's awesome! During the first few weeks, you'll write one essay per week for about 4–5 weeks. In the second half of the semester, you'll have the opportunity to revise some of them—around four in total. You'll also work through The Big Blue Grammar Book. Attendance is mandatory for this class.

Sister LaCrone is simply wonderful, super funny, and truly cares about each student. She uses fun and creative ways to teach, making her classes very enjoyable and easy to understand!!

I LOVE SISTER LECRONE!! She makes class fun with games like "trashketball" and has you work with other students so you get to know others! You will have to write 8 papers in the 1st 8 weeks, but after that, the workload isn't bad at all. She teaches subjects very well and is always answering questions you may have. You will love this class!

Sister Lecrone was very caring and loving to her students, she always wanted us to learn for ourselves and participate in class.

She teaches well but also talks about/uses AI a lot, even when it's pointless to use AI or talk about it. That was my only issue. Other than that it's a pretty easy class and she's not a bad teacher.

She is really good especially for international students. As an international student she makes sure we understand English courses or procedures the American way which for some of us may be different. I love that she is always working to help us get a better grade and work around some tough situations we may face as students.
