very helpful. tests are a little hard but you can retake your lowest test at the end of semester. homework is done online. willing to help if you need the extra help. gives extra credit towards end of semester.
Very difficult class if you are not into MATH! She lets you make up a test. She is very helpful and available when you need her.
Would recommend!! Helpful. Polite. Interestng. Clear. Short research ppr required. Study for her tests. Offers several extra credit chances. You can makeup a missed exam. She givesyou part ( 5questions) of your final with each test. I liked this because you can complete the type of questions that you have just learned and not wait until the end.
Professor Buddemeyer is extremely clear in her instruction and very helpful if you need a little extra help. She gives plenty of chances for extra credit, and allows you make-up points for your lowest test score. I definitely recommend her.
Very clear in her instruction and extremely helpful. Makes herself available to students who need a little extra help. Gives opportunities for extra credit, and allows make-up points for your lowest test score.
Mrs. Buddemeyer is a GREAT teacher. She explains how to the problems step by step. Gives opprotunities for extra credit. I didn't have to use the book once because she posts notes online that you can print out and bring to class. Downside is that I used mymathlab for homework/quizes which is annoying when submitting answers. Take her, EASY A.
Miss Buddemeyer is my best teacher yet. Very sweet and helpful, don't hesitate to ask any questions. Don't buy the textbook, it's included online when you buy MyMathLab. I would DEFINITELY recommend her... you won't regret it!
I have struggled in math my whole life. I took Ms. Buddemeyer for Intermediate Algebra and got a B then took her for College Algebra and got a C. This is very good for me, considering I have struggled for so many years. Ms. Buddemeyer is on point, stays on topic and uses the time in class wisely. She turned math from scary to interesting!
She makes and posts useless horrible videos that are confusing and not helpful and then puts students into "groups"to work on problems in class that no-one is sure if they understood untill she posts the groups grade, all while she mostly just grades papers from the useless homework worksheets she makes us print, in a class that meets once a week.
She is a great teacher. She posts notes online for you to print out and goes over how to do everything in class and gives practice problems for each new concept and goes through them with you. Tests are all 20 questions and she posts a practice exam with the answers prior to it. Don't buy the book. Homework is on MyMathLab.
Don't take her!!!!. She is very confusing. She is belittling, does not explain things well and assigns way too much useless homework. I am relatively good at math and had understand everything we covered in the past, however when taking from her everything became so confusing and overwhelming. Not to mention its a hybrid so there is extra homework
Took Hybrid class. She expected you to watch online videos, fill out notes (graded), do work sheet, and do online homework. 90% of my week was dedicated to Algebra. In class she graded our notes while we did worksheets with peers the on problems that we voted were difficult, and those worksheets were graded too! Blind leading the blind!
Does a good job explaining concepts and offers several chances for you to succeed. Would definitely take her again.
A lot of HW. Teacher goes over sections TOO FAST (and she can be a little condescending at times)DO NOT take this class at 8:00 AM...it is tough!
shes a great teacher. really knows her stuff i took her for intermediate and college algebra and passed both with a B. just do her hw and the tests should be pretty easy.
I love ms. Buddemeyer! She's awesome. I find her class pretty easy, all the notes are clear and easy to understand. There is a lot of homework. She gives a lot of extra credit opportunity which is awesome! and the practice exams really help before the test! I'm currently taking her for college Algebra and will take for Calc also!
She is a very good professor, funny at times and does everything in her power to make sure you get the material a succeed, however her intermediate algebra class is over packed with material, if you are weak at math like I am I would not recommend her she is by the book. Overall she is a great professor just in a tough subject.
She is thebomb.com! Like, I'm terrible at math, but like, if you write down everything she writes on the board and do the homework you will be set. I had an A for most of the semester and the only reason I didn't come out with that was because I stopped doing the homework. So if you can dedicate the hours, you'll succeed. :)
easy to follow class, just do your homework and you can learn the material easily. tests are not hard but if its your first time looking at the chapter you wont pass. not strict and cracks jokes every now and then.
Ms. Buddemeyer was a great teacher, knows how to put things into terms anyone can understand and she's very easy to talk to if you have questions. Summer is very fast paced, but she makes it bearable being such a good teacher. Decent amount of extra credit, no book just mymathlab, and she did a quick review before each test that helped a lot.
She is really helpful, explain everything really good and clear with videos and give a lots of resources to learn from. If you say that shes not clear or shes confusing, thats because you want things easy, guess what!! Math and college are not easy. Get to work!!
Professor Buddemeyer was a pleasure to work with. I took her online and she was more than accommodating! She is pleasant, replies to questions quickly, and is always willing to help. It was the first math class I have ever enjoyed. Definitely recommend!
probably the worst teacher i've had at SSC! First year teaching trig and she just expected wayyy to much from her students. The homework was decent but her tests would be 50x harder and nothing compared to what we learn in class. She really needs to go back to "how to teach math" class :) I'm great at math and still didn't pass
Let me say math has always been my weakness but the professor is very clear and does reviews before each test. really helpful and always stay after class to answer your questions. All homework is due the day of the test. It was very hard for me to stay focus because the teacher is pretty cute. i ended up with an A.
She is a great teacher! Just pay attention in class and do all the homework and you should pass.
The best math teacher I have ever had she is there to help you if you need help. Easy to talk to and she explains everything perfectly! She gives a good amount of homework but its for your own good do the homework and you'll pass! THE TEST ARE EASY IF YOU STUDY AND KNOW WHAT TO DO! If you have a 85 average on homework you can retake test!!!
This is my second time taking MAC 1105 and she makes it crystal clear. She reinforces the material with 24 hour homework and a short quiz at the beginning of class. This may sound bad but it's not, since it helps dilute your grade and make obtaining an A or B more easy. Tests do account for the majority of your grade, but she does do extra credit
I am taking Intermediate Math and shes makes everything crystal clear. She not only shows you how to do something, she also explains why you are doing it. She reinforces the material with 24 hour homework and a 5 minutee quiz in the beginnig of class. She doesn't move on until everyone understands the material. If you have questions just ask them.
There is a good bit of homework but they are quick and you have plenty of time to do it. Not that many test. Very helpful and will explain it if you need her to (sometimes she just does it on her own). Pay attention and you'll do great.
She was definitely an amazing instructor. She makes videos for EVERYTHING which was definitely a great help. I truly wish I would've had a math teacher like her my entire life. If you study her material provided, and stay on track- you will pass easily. Not an easy course, LOTS of busy work- but by the end of the course, you can say you learned!
Everything you are expected to do it clearly posted and graded quickly. I took her online so interaction was minimal. You must do well on the homework and quizzes to get anywhere in this class. She'll drop your worst test grade if you keep homework at 85%. The subject matter is hard, but she helps make it easier by at least making it clear.
Amazing professor she is there to help you succeed. You have to do the homework and actually work in the class, but if you are there to learn the subject she will do everything she can to make sure you are successful. Plenty of extra credit and the homework is online, so you need the code (we never needed the actual hard copy of the book)
Professor B is the best Math teacher someone can ask for!! She will help you out with everything you need. Her lectures are very straightforward and just make sure you pay attention to it because it is definitely what you will expect in the tests and exams. Be prepared to work, have homework and skills check tests!! She is amazing and I love her!!
Online class will never take her again. She is not helpful at all her lectures on the topics are 5-8 minutes. If you haven't taken math in a while RUNNNN. She expects you to know a lot of things and gives vague responses to email. Worst decision ever. You have to self teach with this one.
She makes math seem simple! I took trig and calc with her, and in both classes her notes were very important. I only studied them for tests and did very well. She grades pretty easy, with partial credit EVERYWHERE. She is very nice, incredibly organized, and really wants her students to do well!
she really made sure her students understood the material for the most part and always posted her notes on mml if you missed class. Requires you to take some of your personal time to go to the testing center to do these test things. Hw is 2 - 3 times a week and about 20 - 40 questions long. Took me hours to finish..
I took her online class with MML, and she is so vague in all of her lecture videos. Gives tons of homework that takes hours to complete several times a week. When I e-mailed her asking for additional help, she said to go to the ASC for tutoring. She is not interested in her students passing her class, she is more interested in giving busy work.
Class was online College Algebra. I have to agree with others here who said that if it has been a while for math then you need to stay away from this professor. While she does provide what seems to be clear videos of the work, she tends to skip steps in the videos that made quite a few of the solutions very difficult, def a teach yourself class.
You have extra homework then other math classes I've taken. You have the mymathlab plus you have to watch additional lecture notes. It's a waste of time. In class I would ask her how to work a problem and she always said to look at your notes or ask your group (you work with groups most of class). Not helpfully at all. Please don't take her!
Good professor if you are fast, will not clearly go over lectures, vague
Just terrible. Please if you really want to understand and pass please don't take her. She's nice and all but it just seems she doesn't really want to help us. We are there for a reason and it was a waste of time and my money
Everyone rating negatively seem to be too lazy to do the homework. Every math class is going to have lots of homework. Buddemeyer is an amazing professor. Her lectures were clear and concise, and went over every concept in great detail. She will not continue until everyone understands. Tests are easy, she always reviews before.
She is very nice but doesn't really give enough examples. We are suppose to learn from her not video notes which is where she will direct you if you can't figure it out. If you need more step by step this is not is not the professor for you.
She can be helpful if you ask enough, exam reviews are with other classmates. As far as actually doing reviews, no. Usually ends ups being that the smartest kid in the group will solve it, and move on.
Professor B is absolutely amazing!! I feared Math my entire life until I started having intermediate math with her. This semester I took Alg I online and it was great. She records her lectures and you can watch the videos and practice like if you were in class. Be prepared to work, but it is worth it!! I would take her all the time!!
She is an amazing teacher! I have taken her for a previous math course at Seminole state and could not get into her 1105 class and made the mistake of taking it with another instructor (I failed) but I am taking it with her this semester with an A. She is incredibly nice and willing to help anytime!
One of the best math teachers ever! I took her one semester for College Math and received an A, so I decided to take her for College Algebra and got an A as well. Both classes were online. Just as any class, do the work, study, and ask for help if you need it! Every time I had a question, she was helpful and got back to me pretty fast!
I very much like this teacher. She is a slightly tough grader but she gives you help. She will clearly tell you what is wanted and if you don't understand what is being asked of you, just ask her! She is always kind to me and I've never had an issue communicating with her. There are group projects, homework, a paper and turn in tests. Not too bad!
Prof. Buddemeyer is a great teacher if you are a recent high school graduate that has recent math studies. I am a working professional and out of school for many years. The class is fast paced so you need to pay attention to stay up with her. She does give extra credit but they are not worth many points. She is caring but tough and fast paced.
I have taken both an in-person course & a online course with this professor. She uses My Math Lab which is personally easy to use, but that is because i'm tech savvy. She responds very quickly to emails (online & normal class) & spends extra time with you to make sure you really understand the topic in class. Highly recommend for non-math people.
You have 24-hour homework after each class, 3 quizzes before each test and a quiz each class period and take-home quizzes. Her tests are hard thank got she gives partial credit or i would have an F. When she is going over notes she goes super fast and gives one example for new each new problem. I wouldn't recommend her.
Do not take online, as she does not give much effort to helping her online students. Worst decision made.
There are group projects, (in my opinion) a LOT of homework, at least 3-5 small lessons a week, and the usual test load (about a test a month.) This professor is so helpful, whenever I had a question she always was there to help me out. Would take this class again! She made it enjoyable for someone who absolutely HATES math.
Her Class was very tough! She doesn't use the text book, so don't waste money. She sends you notes to print and bring to class to fill in during her lecture. She does not seem to connect with the students and help with questions very much. She offers 2-3 points extra credit after the test to help. You have to work hard to pass this class!
I thought Professor Buddemeyer was awesome. She gave took time to answer questions I had and was always willing to explain or help me if I got stuck with a problem. The class was difficult for me (not good at math) but I ended up with a B. There is a lot of homework and projects and tests, and you don't really use a book if you take online classes.
Her online class is a joke. Lecture examples are not what you will be seeing on homework or quizzes. You will have to learn the material through mymathlab examples which is less than ideal.
This is a difficult class, period! I am a student with learning disabilities (that ARE recognized by my school) and this is the second time I have taken this class. First time was in class with an old guy and I didn't like his teaching style. This is my second time and yes, I am passing with a good grade. She is thorough and has a steady class pace
This class with Buddemeyer is AWFUL! She doesn't give you hardly any time to complete assignments and takes weeks to grade things!!!
The calc isn't that bad but the algebra you use to get there is nasty. If you plain don't understand it, you'll suffer, but if you get a grasp of it, she gives you enough partial and extra credit to where it won't destroy you. Keep on top the homework, it's a lot but you need to learn the material. She is clear and will help you! STUDY HER HANDOUTS
Very nice professor, but gives a quiz every day in class and lectures almost everyday. There is homework after every class, due the next day, as well as weekly homeworks. She is a good teacher and makes things easier to understand and answers in class questions. Offers extra credit which is nice as well as a test redo if you do 85% of the homework.
Really good professor but YOU WILL HAVE HOMEWORK EVERY SINGLE DAY. Her test are really long.
She's terrible. She gives you a timeline of everything good which is great but only opens test at a testing center from Thursday-Monday. She says to ask questions but doesn't answer when you ask. Not helpful at all. you teach yourself. Worse professor at seminole
I did struggle in this class and had to work very hard to get a passing grade when I slacked in the beginning due to other classes. Her notes were very straight forward but sometimes lengthy. She gave a lot of extra credit for tests. There is also nightly homework and daily quizzes. Overall, a genuine professor and wants you to learn and pass.
Professor Buddemeyer was excellent in teaching, she does her own notes and knows what she's talking about. If you have any questions she'll be there to help you. The thing is, she does give quite a bit of homework and if you miss class it's like missing a whole week, but overall would take again.
I would recommend Ms. Buddemeyer to anyone. She teaches the material so its easy for you to understand. She also offers extra credit to help your grade. This was my second time taking this course and I came from a D to a B. She is the best!
Professor Buddemeyer has been by far my favorite math teacher at Seminole State so far. She's always there to answer any questions you have, she gives daily homework but they aren't long assignments so they are manageable and only take about 10 mintues. She offers extra credit, great lectures, and really makes everything easy to understand. 10/10.
I took this class online and was disappointed that for all of the exams, you have to go to campus and be proctored. However, you do know far enough in advance when you will need to take a test so you can plan accordingly. All exams are through canvas except the final was on paper which threw me off.
Very nice teacher, explains everything so well.
I took two of her classes online and I definitely would take her again if I can. She's very accessible and her lecture videos are very clear and helpful. I really think she is a good teacher.
I love Professor Buddemeyer. Being someone who struggled with algebra and math all high school I came into this class thinking I was going to struggle. I did not struggle b/c of the way she teaches. Only thing to be aware of is that there is a lot of in class work and homework, so laziness is not an option. She does allow you to make them up though
She's so organized, smart, and good at communicating topics
She is a great professor in class. If you have trouble with math, Miss B. is the one to teach you. She goes thoroughly through the material and really wants to know if you understand the concept she's teaching, giving thousands of chances to ask questions if something is not clear. The work is ok when she talks us through the material.
The work is easy when Professor Buddemeyer goes through the material. She clearly explains the concept and gives a lot of chances for students to ask questions. She's great!
She was super nice. I am naturally good at math so I did not need to watch the videos she had made every week. Therefore, the work that I really did in her class was just the actual assignments and I really only learned from the examples on mymathlab but that was my choice.
Professor Buddemeyer is incredibly intelligent in the math department. I took her MAC1147 class which is PreCalc/trig 5 credit course and it is very fast paced. She uploads her personal notes online after every class and responds to your questions. She is very focused during class and moves quicky (because you're basically putting two classes in 1)
Her lecture examples have nothing to do with the test or HW questions. Her online lecture is a joke.
She's super passive aggressive when you need help with something. Assigns way too many hw assignments that has nothing to do with her "notes" and she her lecture that she does not even have. Very high expectations with low quality teaching (during a pandemic on top of it lol.)
Sweet professor with a passion for helping students. Prof gives good feedback and provides MULTIPLE resources for learning (lecture vids, practice tests(mml/paper), and live lecture(Q&A). Very accessible out of class and is willing to help students. 100% recommend if you are scared of trigonometry. During covid she makes math a lot easier to learn
She is the best math teacher I have ever had, she explains things in depth and has printable notes/worksheets to go along in class to fill out together. There is a lot of homework, but it's miniscule and it shouldn't take more than an hour. Tests are extremely easy, and she is super helpful. She even drops your lowest quiz and hw assignment.
Very note heavy. You will know what the functions mean when she is done. Has lots of little quizzes and homework to do. Not a bad teacher just very time consuming doing everything.
Ok teacher. The only thing that bothered me is her notes and videos ,most of the time had nothing to do with what we were learning. It looks like they were notes for her in classroom not for online. But thanks to youtube I was able to get back on track.
I like how she does the lectures. I took this class online and she will answer everyone's questions by doing the HW example in class. There is a good amount of weekly HW but she gives you a week to finish. Im not the best at math but after doing the HW and watching her example videos each week I did well on the 3 exams and 1 final.
She was the best teacher I have had in quite a bit. Her class was fairly fast paced, but it had to be to fit all the information in it. She taught through both lectures and online videos, which helped a lot since I could rewatch the clips on anything I was confused on. This class was something I was quite worried about, but with her it wasn't bad.
pre-reviewed and couldn't be happier, Pro B is amazing. Online code needed for all work, Horner lock used on exams. multiple chances to pass, extra credit given, & 1 written report. She replays well to emails & has lots of helpful material. Take her class promise you wouldn't regret it. Truly appreciate her.
TAKE THIS TEACHER. You wont be disappointed. She actually wants you to pass. Ask questions and schedule private zoom meeting if you need help. Only 4 test and the final is optional. Passed class with 93.
Lectures are great. Feedback quickly. So helpful.
Prof B is super nice, and she is a great teacher! The class content itself was difficult, but she makes the class easy to understand. She is easy to contact and will offer any extra help needed. Lots of homework, but it is definitely do-able.
Takes WEEKS to grade tests. Final is worth 20% of your grade. Test are 50%. Homework barely counts and take HOURS. Weekly quizzes. NEVER REPLIES TO EMAILES DO NOT TAKE HER!!!!
Professor Buddemeyer is a great teacher and her video notes are very helpful! Her video notes are very self explanatory and basic which really helps you understand the material. If you want to pass you need to put in the work/time to practice and study because the material is tough.
Professor Buddemeyer was a kind person but she wasn't the professor I needed for this class. If you're taking this class online you will either do amazing or not do the best. Lots of homework, quizzes, 3 tests, and a final. Overall, this was a difficult class and this professor did not give me what I needed to succeed to my full potential.
Excellent video notes and concise videos. She gave extra credit on exams for high quiz scores, which are done at your own pace w/ deadlines. Math lab homework has unlimited tries, but many hours. Extremely difficult class with super fast pace. Only take with normal length term! Recommend splitting trig and precalc unless already familiar.
Very good teaching style.
I really enjoyed this class. It was easy, she just uses mymathlab for homework and had weekly participation "quizzes" on the material learned each week But she gives you unlimited attempts for everything. She posts lecture videos each week that are in great detail and are very easy to understand. if you get the chance i'd take her.
The class is easy for the most part, my problem is the program she uses 'Mylab' is not user friendly. She gives you videos of how to work the homework problems but then the questions you get asked are not the same and the program doesn't give much feedback on how to solve. If you can take a class with the program ALEKS instead, so much easier!!
She was really helpful and supportive. The course had a lot of homework, but she made it easier for us.
This professor is the best professor I've ever had in my lifetime. Very lovely, the lecture videos are super helpful and don't feel like a waste of time, as well as the time in class, felt useful.
Best professor ever, her notes are extremely useful and extremely lenient in her grading with many extra credit opportunities and allowing you to correct your work.
Took this in summer 2022. Prof Buddemeyer was an amazing start to my beginning at SSC. She was very clear in her video lectures about the material and her example problems reflected the homework as well as the test really well. She is very understanding and helpful if you are ever having problems understanding shoot her an email and she'll help.
Only take this class if you have the time, like A LOT of time. The deadlines are tight and you have 3-4 days to do a large amount of assigned work. What's makes the class difficult in my opinion isn't the work itself, but the sheer amount she expects you to finish in the amount of time that is given, especially if you have to work or other classes.
Dr. Buddemeyer overall was a great professor. This course is A LOT of work but that is to be expected with a 5 credit math class. There is a chunk of work due on Thursdays and a chunk due on Sundays but she allows Monday grace period. Her notes are very helpful and her emails if needed help. Overall a great professor just be prepared for the work.
Great teacher if you want to learn actual math. She is great at explaining. I have no complaints other than her background noise in the online lectures. If you want to hear every click from her computer mouse as she's drawing out the class work then go ahead and take this class.
Had a great semester taking this professor's online Pre-calculus class. The grading rubric is fair and balanced; there are multiple grading criteria. The homework is 20% of your grade which is nice because you basically have unlimited attempts, for the week that it's open. Just keep up with the course work and you'll be fine.
Professor Buddenmeyer is amazing. She's very flexible, and her assignments have unlimited retakes. The exams aren't too difficult either. Plus, her lectures are incredibly informative and digestible.
This is probably the greatest professor of all time. If you have any questions about anything she will explain it as many times as you need. There is a lot of work but its all very useful and helpful. She also responds really quickly to emails if you have any concerns. Overall great professor, made precalc and trig seem really easy.
PreCalc/Trig Combo - Fast-Moving In-Depth Well sequenced topics Instructor produced video notes Particularly challenging, but fair Rewards at the end of the course for full participation Highly competent instructor Awards partial credit so grading takes time. Give her room and time to work for YOU on the grading. Especially important.
Proff B does such a good job of teaching difficult concepts to her students. She is always helpful when you need it. if you are good at math, this class will be a breeze, if you are not good at math, she will make it as easy as possible for you to learn. grades on tests usually take a few weeks. There is lots of extra work outside of class to do.
Incredible at teaching and cares about you. She will always help if you have trouble understanding topics/hw. Only concern is that she takes a while to respond to emails and grade tests. Difficult class, but if you MAKE SURE YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND THE PRACTICE TESTS you will do well on the 4 tests. Lots of work, ~3 lectures, 3 hw, 2 quiz every week.
Professor was great, the classes were organized and published the assignments ahead of time before the class for that day. There is a lot of homework, quizzes, tests, MyMathLabs, but apart from that the class was good.
Took prof Buddemeyer's B session. She gives a lot of assignments, so it was a lot to take on the first week, but you eventually get used to it. Make sure to understand the video notes, quizzes, and practice tests as those materials will help prepare for each exam. The only thing that annoyed me was that she takes very long to grade stuff.
Despite being an online class you have to upload your lecture notes as a participation grade. I took a summer semester so it is accelerated but I felt like the work load from this professor was more than my accelerated trig class. It was a lot. Nonetheless, if you get everything done you're exempt from the final.
I took the summer online class, and she was overall great. You have to take notes and upload them. Just go over your notes and pay attention to the quizzes. There were also some extra credit opportunities. The final exam was optional if you were cool with your scores.
She's a nice professor. There is a lot of homework to do. I felt that I learned a lot from this class, but had trouble from exam 2 onward. Brush up on your Algebra. When I asked questions, she usually replied not long after. The only thing I didn't like was that the quizzes were graded too close or after the exam.
Professor Buddemeyer's MAC1147 class is challenging but rewarding. The lectures are informative, and she's always willing to provide extra help. Using unstuck AI and the free textbook made preparing for exams a breeze.
I took this class in the fall of 2023 and I'll have to say it was a fast going paced and challenging all at the same time. The assignments the professor gives you is a huge amount which is normally due on a specific day instead of the week. There are a lot of notes from the lectures to do which is a grade but can be very boring most of the time.
She was absolutely amazing. However, if you're taking this course, you might as well take it online because most of the course is online anyways (lecture, hw, exams). She talks a bit fast, but it's like the perfect speed for my brain to understand.
I really enjoyed MAC1140 with Professor Buddemeyer. She's very organized and clear about her expectations. Weekly homework and quizzes help you stay on track for exams. She drops your four lowest quiz grades, and the final is optional if you're passing. She makes precalc easier to learn and understand. I highly recommend taking her!
Flipped classroom but the videos aren't long. She reviews everything in class and then you do classwork in groups. Quizzes are done at home, open book. Exams are online and proctored but they're similar to the review done in class. Extra credit on all exams. Final exam is optional if you're passing the class and submit the last two quizzes on time!
I absolutely loved this class and this is from someone who generally really hates math class. Professor Buddemeyer is very clear with her expectations and she does her best to make everybody succeed. Her video lectures before class paired with group classwork during class makes learning the concepts so easy especially in such a hard class. TAKE HER
This was the worst semester of my entire life. I'm sorry but this class is already hard but taking it online is worst. Lecture videos were too long and a lot of homework every week. I had to study everyday if I wanted a passing grade, please make sure to study. If you want to fail this class go ahead and take it. Good luck!
Super great at explaining complex concepts. This was a hybrid course because there was lots of material but it didn't end up being that difficult. Make sure to watch the pre lecture videos so your not lost in class.
Got a C due to difficulty of the math not them, probably would have failed with another prof. Great lectures with helpful optional video notes to preview before lecture saving everyone time. love the classwork where you get to work with new people every class to solve problems and tests are well made and easy to understand. nothing but good to say.
Lots of homework and exams in this class. Overall there is a lot to cover since it is a 5-credit course but I feel that her lectures do not cover all the material and you have to study a lot of the material not covered. I'm not the best at math but after weeks of studying I averaged a C+ on each exam. She drops 3 quizzes so you can get a good grade
Professor Buddemeyer was a good teacher. I took her class online and although it was homework heavy (at least 4 assignments and 2 quizzes every week) she provided detailed videos and good feedback.
