Amazing teacher, by far my favourite. Look forward to going to classes. Classes very well planned, has a story relation to nearly every topic. Excellent notes. Tests are great, if you study. Talks to the class like an equal and has interesting assignments.

Fun class to be in...I actually look forward to going. She really knows her stuff and has a ton of examples at her disposal. Tests are sort of difficult, so study well.

This teacher makes my day! She makes the content very enjoyable and easy to learn. She gives hilarious examples about her own life, and gives bonus questions based on these examples. She puts her notes on WebCT, with blanks missing, so going to class is worth it. She will reference the text, but mostly tests on class notes.

AWESOME teacher who really knows her stuff. She posts her notes on WebCT that are fill in the blank. Make use you are there though, the bonus questions are straight from her stories she tells us (easy marks!) Tests are pretty easy if you study! I dropped my other psyc 105 just to be in her class again!

She's probably one of the most down to earth profs I have ever had. Her class was always interesting and this is partly because she is truly passionate about what she is teaching. I would strongly recommend her. She is hilarious and you will love her class.

Kristine was amazing! She made going to class fun and interesting. She was very personable, had great PowerPoint presentations, and gave the best examples for almost every concept. Her exams are quite easy (almost all multiple choice with a bit of short answer). I recommend her for any class. She was great!

I really like Kris. My only problem is I wish she would try a different approach to notes on papers. Whenever I get a paper back it's always littered with notes about how I did (by the sounds of it) everything wrong. But I still get a decent grade. It always leaves me so confused, because judging by her notes it sounds like I did nothing right!

Kris is an awesome teacher. She speaks fast and sometimes zips through her pp notes, but her examples are very helpful. Midterms were easy, final exam was haaard. She writes notes all over assignments.. sometimes wondered if her expectations were too high.. all in all, I do recommend her.

KP is a good teacher, she can talk pretty fast while trying to take notes (her notes are like fill-in-the-blanks) and her test are good (reminds me of L.Honey). NoT very understanding or humane though unless she really likes you. She is def. the APA nazi. Would take a class with her again.

omg she is hillarious n thats what makes the class enjoying. her midterms were a piece of cake if you read your stuff but her final is a little bit hard becoz there was alot of info to learn.its cumulative thats why. overall worthwhile taking this class, what can be better than getting an A in one class all becoz of the teacher.

K.P is very nice teacher, she is very clear when she introduces psychology for her class. Her exams are straight up from her notes, and she never goes by the text book, so you don't have to purchase the text book at all. She also gives hints on what will be on exams. Goodluck!!

KP and this class were awesome. If you go to class, then you'll do well. Notes are pretty similar to textbook, but there will be things in class that she'll mention that aren't in the book. VERY anal about APA, make you sure you get your hands on a manual when writing papers for her. Don't use cell in class. Overall, would take a class w/ her again

KP is one of the best professors I have had. Her lectures are always interesting, her exams are straightforward and are a direct reflection of the class material. Class attendance is mandatory as her pp are half complete (you need to fill in the remainder). Overall I would most definitely take a class with her again.

She is by far the best prof I have ever had, her class is enjoyable since she is hilarious and made my 8 am class really entertaining. She tests straight from her slides, I didn't even use the textbook once and I got an A in her class. You have to attend class though or else you will miss important notes but class is fun so that will be problem!

Very interesting class. Very interesting lectures. KP is great at lectures. As a person she is very rude, and I honestly believe she does not realize it. On my paper I got a very good mark but did not receive any comments other than very discouraging ones. Claims I did not get approval for my essay but I did and had a witness. Weird stuff.

she is a good prof her exams are not hard if you attend class regularly, but she sure has a bad character and swears alot.

Made every test harder as the course progressed; not sure if this is something she always does, or because it was her way of curving the grades. Either way, it was annoying that we weren't told that. Really helpful in office hours, but gets off topic in class and still makes you responsible for what she didn't cover.

Thanks to Kristine Peace, this class was my favourite. She is super funny and relates her examples to everyday life which made the concepts easier to relate to. She goes through some material that is not provided in the text so come to class. If you pay attention in class and review her powerpoint notes you should do well on her exams!

Kristine is very funny in class and uses forensic examples which really helps if your going in that direction for schooling. She doesn't give out any assignments and her tests are very hard. Don't miss class, her short answer require examples she uses in class. Be sure to listen when she babbles about herself, she has bonus questions about her.

Kristine is hilarious... People may think she has a rude or inappropriate sense of humour but she killed me. It made me wanna listen because she gives you all these great examples. She's really passionate about psych too so that helps. She hates phones though, so don't use them in class. Doing well on her tests means going to class.

Her sense of humour made class exciting and I never fell asleep in her class. She provides great, relatable examples and her exams aren't too difficult. Attendance is necessary because for short answer and/or bonus questions she asks you about stuff she's said in class.

KP is so far the best prof I've had. She makes the material easy to understand and her lectures aren't boring. I would definitely take her class again. Just make sure that you read the textbook because she will ask questions on content from your readings on tests. 100% loved this class!

Very funny and goes through expectations clearly. No homework! Enjoyed the first half of the course, but the second half was rushed and we were expected to learn the material on our own.

Overall, great prof. Went through the material well through power points. If you hand write your notes, learn to write fast and concise because she goes through them well. Gives hints on important topics, and gave a bunch of examples for further understanding. PUT AWAY YOUR PHONES! KP gets really ticked off when phones are being used.

Super funny, easily approachable and makes class enjoyable. Has slides before class that are fill in the blanks. Bring a laptop to write notes or use something that will fill in the blanks. She doesn't like students writing notes on paper, unless its the slides. Tests are straight forward and if you study all the notes and the book, test is easy.

KP makes this class so interesting, she is funny and clear. Easy to understand without having to study a ton, however still recommended that you ready text as she tests some stuff from the text. Pay attention, make sure you understand everything even though the info may seem easy. Tests are a little tough, just know your stuff :) Great prof!

KP makes class interesting, and if you are consistently listening and following/filling in the notes as she teaches, you will be good to go. The tests are straightforward to her notes, but are difficult. She will NOT let you have your phone out during class - she will call you out! All in all, wasn't AMAZING but was pretty good!

KP is probably the funniest prof I ever had. You should come to class because she writes extra bullet points on the board and says important things aloud (such as hints to short answer questions). She is an easy marker for papers and her exams are straight-forward if you attended class and put in a reasonable amount of studying. I recommend her! :)

I loved this class! I prefer more science psychology, but she made Social Psyc really interesting! She draws a lot from real life examples and gets into the material. Don't bring a phone to class, she will call you out in it. Prefers hand-written notes to lap tops. Great class and prof! :)

She really cares about you and wants you to do well. She is so funny I honestly enjoyed taking her tests because she made them so funny. She keeps you engaged and makes you passionate about the material. I can't think of a single bad thing

KP is the best professor out there! If you can imagine Melissa McCarthy teaching psychology, thats her! She is very lively and hilarious in class which I looked forward to everyday and made everything much more memorable. Very fair grader, but don't use your phone. Show up to class, you won't regret it!

KP is one of the best professors you can stumble across in Uni, she cares, she's funny, and she loves the material she teaches. She's a tough grader when it comes to using APA but other than that her class average for our papers was above 80%. Her exams are fair and she uses a variety of question styles to try to hit everyones unique capabilities

Very entertaining to listen to! very funny and examples are relevant and make sense. crucial to attend class as she only has about half the notes online.

2 midterms (22% each), final (36%), a 7 page essay answering 4 questions on a TED talk (20%), and a 3% bonus for overall grade If you complete 3 psychology online or in person studies. Great professor and her lectures are amazing (very knowledgeable and helpful examples so attend class). Dont use your phone and I recommend printing out the slides.

Loved this class! KP is funny , personable and truly passionate about the content. I really enjoy her teaching and will definitely take her class again. Important to go to class because she does test on anecdotes she discusses and not all of the slide information is available on Blackboard.

Kristine is a real gem. She's probably my favourite prof. She's super knowledgeable, inspirational, passionate, hilarious, honest, and caring. Her lectures are out of this world! Kristine Peace is an amazing prof! I did well in her class by studying mostly from the textbook before exams, although her lectures are hilarious, informative and helpful so I would recommend attending them anyways. Her exams are a mix of MC and short answer and are straightforward, not really any surprises. I would definitely take her again!

Kristine was an awesome professor. Very laidback in her lectures and overall approach. She is also HILARIOUS! We had 2 Midterms and a Final plus an assignment with the option to redo it if you did not like your mark. She gives you every chance she can to succeed.

The class was a hybrid so class was once a week. But that class was still entertaining. Shes funny. Every class you had to get into a group so no socializing is not an option and you have to show up to each class. There is alot of reading you have to teach yourself each chapter and in class they just go over the important topics. I wasnt a big fan.

I really like Kristine. She's super accessible, kind, responsive, relatable, and is really willing to help her students. That being said, this is her first online course and I think it shows. Way too many assignments. Weekly discussions, weekly exams, midterm, final, biweekly documentaries/questions, a case study project, and a final paper. Brutal.

KP is one of the coolest greatest professors out there. She goes into great depth of course material and uses many life-related examples. She is hilarious, and made forensic psychology sooo fun and intriguing! She is super passionate. She has clear grading criteria on research paper. There was also two midterms and one final.

Kristine was a great teacher. She explains in depth all the material so you fully understand the concepts and have real-life examples of how they can be applied. The in-class activities are easy and there is only one essay in which you get to watch a movie. Midterm and final were not easy but not really hard. Study and you should do fine.

KP is a really good prof! She really knows how to explain stuff. There were weekly activities with quizzes (that were straight from the textbook) and a final. The final had two parts, one multiple-choice (quite hard) and the other written; however, she figured this out and fixed it. I recommend getting the textbook for this class, it helped a lot!

Overall the course was very straight-forward, but I mostly dealt with the TA if I had any questions unless it required input from the Professor, like if you could re-take a quiz that you missed. It's important to complete the quizzes and activities in time before the deadline because extensions were hard to get.

The class was extremely easy and she made learning outcomes + expectations very clear. Would take her again, she made psychology a breeze. Lots of textbook readings, but they are very interesting.

I really loved this class with KP! Most of the class was based around group discussion but she made sure everyone could be comfortable voicing their opinions. Very helpful and understanding with the partnered project as well. She was also always willing to help with any issues surrounding assignments. Loved her!

I absolutely LOVED KP!!! She makes her lectures very informative and engaging. Attendance is absolutely mandatory, as it counts towards your grade. Also, textbook is mandatory. Topics are interesting. Her exams are fair but go into detail. If there are questions she notices the class collectively did poor on, she will remove them. Great prof!!

If you're looking for a GPA booster this class is it. Kristine Peace cares for her students and wants them to succeed. She gives a lot of opportunities for bonus marks. Just show up for class and study the concept checks and lectures and you'll ace the exams.

Truly, I really like her! she links practical examples to the lessons makes it not boring, and easy to understand the lesson, she also helps students to preview chapters before exams .She is always willing to answer student questions and also providing details slides for students. Her class is always interesting and not boring!

IDK what all the bad reviews are about. She is so nice and entertaining. She gave bonus questions on every test which were a lifesaver. You did have to go to class, but the assignments were easy to get 3/3 on. Major GPA boosting class. Love KP

KPs an absolutely amazing professor. She is really passionate about what she teaches and is very approachable and funny! She honestly reminds me so much of the good high school teachers that will stick with you for life. It was an incredible experience being in her class and I look forward to taking her again for my other psyc electives!

made the class decently engaging considering a ~200 class size. Seems like a real human who cares about her work, cracks (decent) jokes almost every class. Unit Exams aren't too hard but definitely study. Basically get what you put in.

KP is a great prof, and has amazing lectures, however I really struggle with her tests. They seem a bit unfair as they basically pull direct quotes from the textbook. A question on our last exam related to percentages from a random study...
