Really nice guy and helpful. Grading is a little strict for a tennis class, but still fun and you know what you're getting into from the start. I would definitely recommend his class.

Took him for my lab in anatomy 1, he is very passionate about the material and makes it interesting and fun. While he has no power over the test or the grading he does a great job at preparing you for the exams.. also very willing to answer any questions you have even about the lecture material. Take Him!!

I had him for my A&P 2 lab and he was so great. Has powerpoints which really help prepare for both lab and lecture tests. I went to him throughout the semester for extra help and he puts the material in words that are easier to understand. Easily one of my favorite professors at Temple.

He and my professor combined sections and I can honestly say THANK GOD because he is so passionate about what he's teaching. He makes class fun and gives off a vibe that makes you want to participate. You must take him for any class you won't regret it

He does a great job explaining things clearly when someone doesn't understand. Makes sure everyone is on the same page. Teaches with passion. Lab is great with him. Makes a hard class fun to learn. Go to lectures even though not mandatory. Would definitely take him again!

Mr. Harris is honestly the most personable professor you will ever meet. His lectures are amazing, and he gets the class to interact. He doesn't bore you and relays the information to everyday life. I recommend him highly as a lecturer for 1223, he is always there for you and encourages you to ask questions and come to office hours. I respect him.

If you've ever taken Rooney, and failed, Kyle Harris is a god send. He's caring, passionate, and funny (well tries to be) and keeps class interesting. Lectures actually matter unlike Rooney where staying awake was impossible even at 230PM. 1224 is a hard class, Kyle Harris makes it easier by getting you more involved during lecture.

anatomy is a hard subject. if u dont study or put effort, u will fail. I willingly read the textbook and studied the powerpoints, and found relatable youtube videos on subjects i couldnt understand, and passed with an A-. not as hard as everyone says if u make the effort. Harris is a great professor, pay attention and take good notes& u will pass

I could not have asked for a better experience in Anatomy II. Being a student that had to retake KINS 1224, I was beyond nervous and anxious to start over. With the help and guidance of Harris, my second time taking the class was much better. Yes, Anatomy II is a difficult class, but if you put in the time and effort, you will make it!!

Mr. Harris is a great teacher. Obviously Anatomy is not made to be easy. He is always willing to help you and take time to really explain things outside of the classroom. Even though attendance is not mandatory, you should still show up because participation is part of your grade. I would take him again. He makes it fun

Mr. Harris is absolutely amazing and is the reason that I passed A&P I and A&P II. Mr. Harris makes himself available for his students, answers any and all questions and will explain and drill it into your head during office hours until you understand. I was the girl raising my hand in class if I didn't understand & he broke it down piece by piece.

Harris is amazing, with a real passion for teaching anatomy. His lectures are interesting and incredibly helpful. For anatomy 1 I had a different teacher and failed the first time. Anatomy 1 or 2 are both hard and challenging, but with Professor Harris, you will learn a lot and it will show in your grade. I definitely recommend reading the texbook.

Definitely recommend using the book to study for exams. Online homework and LearnSmart assignments are really helpful too. He drills the really important topics into your head and always answers questions thoroughly during lecture. Definitely taking him for Anatomy 2.

Prof. Harris was a really down to earth guy that's really passionate about what he teaches and gives good and honest advice to help you do good in the class. 1224 is more textbook-heavy than 1223 so make sure you read or you won't pass. Lab helps bring your grade up since it's mostly identifying so study for lab, you'll thank yourself later.

I love professor Harris!! He is very good at explaining all the material we cover and tries his best to answers everyones questions. He is a very funny guy and has a very friendly, outgoing personality. This was my favorite class and subject and I'm so excited to take him for Anatomy 2!!

I am beyond happy I was able to take this class with Professor Harris. I honestly don't think I would have passed without him. He made things extremely easy to understand. Just show up to class and NEVER forget to submit homeworks and LearnSmarts because they are such easy points. I suggest doing all the readings and attending review sessions

I took him for A&P I and plan to take him for II. he is an awesome professor for such a difficult class. He makes things easier to understand. The class is not easy but he does his best to make it as enjoyable as he can and wants you to pass. Its an extremely heavy content class, and exams are every 3 weeks, so get ready to study study study.

Kyle is awesome! Read and listen to him and you'll do great. Spend a few hours studying and you will get an A. TA's are great and have study sessions. GO TO them, they are very helpful!! Great guy, understands and knows what he is talking about.

Great professor. You will have to teach yourself a bit in this class, but that's only because anatomy is such a content-heavy course that Harris is unable to do it all himself. He explains everything clearly and wants to see you do well. There are also many opportunities to raise your grade (learnsmarts, hw), which is great because exams are tough.

Tries to explain things so that students understand them and will most likely go over things a lot until students understand. Prof Harris is really funny and helpful. You absolutely 100% NEED to read the textbook. It definitely helps to read the material before he goes over it in lecture because he teaches with the assumption that you already read. Tests are really hard for lecture. Lab is almost entirely memorization so I found it a bit easier.

Prof Harris is a cool guy. However, don't think you can do well by only studying his powerpoint slides. The tests are a lot better when you have read the text book. There are online homeworks that are easy points. Make sure you go to lab because the lecture tests are hard and you can use any points you can get!

Overall great guy. He does not budge when you are close to passing (which is good and bad). Gives equal opportunity to all his students and is always willing to help/better you as a student. The material is super difficult to understand so get ready to read!

He applies real-life examples in class to help you understand concepts, and is very attentive to students if they need assistance. Very understanding, kind and overall great teacher. I took A&P as a freshman and college was a slap in the face, especially this class. BUT Harris is an amazing professor and if you reach out to him in office hours he guides you on the right path. Mr. Harris is really one of the nicest professors and he is so funny. Lectures are pretty interactive. The tests are just unnecessarily hard. He simplifies the information so much during lecture but complicates it on the test which is the only thing that bothered me. But he is a great person to talk to.

I had Mr Harris for both 1223 and 1224. He is such a great guy and I met with him many times in office hours for advice regarding the class. This class is so challenging and is meant to weed people out of certain programs. With that being said, Harris teaches this the best he can. I will not miss A&P, but will miss the structure of this class!

Mr. Harris is a really nice guy, but for some reason A&P II was 10x harder that A&P I. I remember getting high B's on every test and in A&P II, I never got above a C on any of the lecture tests. Lab is also changing from multiple choice to writing in answers and spelling counts. I would feel so good after the tests and still do. Get ready to work!

Prof. Harris was definately one of my favorite professors last semester. He's very blunt and tells you straight up the difficulty of the course. His lectures are great because he uses real-life examples to explain the information. He made this hard A & P class into an enjoyable experience.

If you're taking KINS 1223 at Temple, this is who you want to take it with. Mr. Harris' lectures are engaging and he's always ready to answer questions. The lecture exams are very fair, as he's clear about what from each chapter will be covered. The lab practicals are also straightforward if you study and practice/ask questions in open lab.

Kyle Harris is the man. Very caring & wants to see his students do well. Explains concepts in ways that relate to real life, uses TopHat for review, and sent reminders about homework which is helpful. He's super approachable and really knows his stuff, I never even thought about skipping his class because I genuinely enjoyed being there! TAKE HIM!

I enjoy his lectures and feel like he really applies the information to real world scenarios that help for preparation on the exams. Harris is a great professor and makes A&P a breeze. he makes what the exam is going to cover explicitly clear aswell as making his lecture engaging. This may require you read the textbook but the exams are very straight foreward.

Mr. Harris tries to make lecture as interesting as possible. He makes jokes and great analogies to help your understanding of the topic. However, relying on his lectures will NOT be enough for the tests and you must read and take notes from the textbook. One con about him is he'll say something won't be on a test but then it appears.

A&P is NOT easy; however, if you go to every class and lab, take notes on not only the PowerPoints BUT ALSO the extra things he says, read the textbook, do your HWS and learn smarts, and study, you can do well. A&P is hard and contains a lot of work ethic, so you need to put the work into it. He has great lectures and offers extra help for his students. He makes sure to tell students in the very first class this isn't going to be an easy class. However it's not impossible and is quite manageable if you really work for it. Read the textbook, take good notes, utilize all the resources he offers, study and you should be good. He explains very well and makes it interesting!!

He's a great teacher and his lecture videos are very easy to understand. However 53% of our grade was weighted on the lecture exams and that sucks because it's hard to get a good grade unless you do well on those. It's definitely manageable as long as you do the readings, watch the lecture videos he posts, AND DONT CRAM.

Make sure you really try on homework they will either hurt your grade or help your grade. You will need to put a lot of effort into this class to get a good grade. Also the exams are hard but if you watch the lecture videos and ask questions in class then you should sit at leastttt a C+ B for exams. Also use all resources like office hours!!

Mr. Harris is a great prof. !! He teaches really well and he is clear with what is going to be on the test. The tests are all multiple choice and not too hard if you study. His lectures are interesting and he gives plenty of material to use and pass the class. I would definitely recommend!!

Prof. Harris organizes his lectures and the course as a whole very well. I find myself wishing I had more professors like him for bio. The way he utilizes poll questions and other learning resources is really effective. If you do what you are supposed to and study effectively you will pass because he sets his students up for success

If you're reading, doing the TopHat questions, watching the lecture videos, and showing up to class, you should pass; you get what you put into the class. Make sure to go over homework questions before the exam as they model what you can be asked on the exam. The in-class TopHat questions are similar to the exam questions.

Professor Harris is a great professor. The class is hard. There is a lot of material that you need to not only memorize, but understand and be able to apply. But if you go to lecture, watch his lecture videos, do the readings, etc, you should pass and have a solid grade in the class. I had him for 1223 & 1224 and wish he taught more classes in CPH

He is one of the BEST professors I have had at Temple. The class itself requires some time and work, but he is really clear on what you are graded on and what is on the exams. This class is hard if you do not put in the work. I strongly recommend watching the lecture videos on canvas and reviewing the in-class tophat questions. I did not do one reading and am ending the course with a B+. The lecture videos are key!!! Lab on the other hand can be difficult, but if you keep up w the material it is manageable.

Professor Harris is a must for KINS 1223 and 1224. Him and the TAs do a great job with the material and the pace of the course. He's great at explaining concepts and cares about how his students are doing. You could probably pass with just the textbook but his lectures are really worth while.

Prof. Harris is a good prof. 1224 is a really hard class to begin with but he and the TA's try to make it a bit easier. You will have to put a lot of hard work and studying in but that is how this class is. Reviewing lect. videos and tophat questions are a must before tests. The TA's also hold review sessions before tests that help a lot.

this class consist of 8 exams including 3 lab exams. If you re-read the book, re-do top-hat questions/HW questions, you will pass with a high grade. The material isn't difficult, most of his questions revolves around the same idea. If you can capture the main idea, you're good to go.

5 lecture exams and 3 lab exams. Be ready to be taking exams for this class every week. Keep up with the readings and lecture material, and review tophat questions before exams!! Try to stay ahead of schedule and this should be a fairly manageable class.

Professor Harris was by far my favorite professor at Temple. Hes super thorough in his lectures and makes time for students to ask questions and get clarification. When I first had Mr. Harris for the first semester I did not realize I would never have a professor like him again. He genunely cares about his students and tries his best to give us resources and review sessions to understand the information. Professor Harris is a good professor, but the class is very difficult. The lab section on top of lecture is so much to handle at once, it feels like two classes. There is a lot of material covered for each exam. Be prepared to spend a lot of time with this class.

I came from Montco and I have to say that he's such a breath of fresh air! His lectures are structured, we use TopHat (clicker questions) and actually go over things, he encouraged questions and really wants everyone to do well. His lecture exams aren't bad as long as you reviewed the material and paid attention. The lab exams are all memorization!

Take his class. He goes in-depth about the concepts he's teaching. It is very entertaining when speaking you won't get bored. He cares if you understand the concept. He uses Tophat which you do need to pay for but you will be using it a lot in class you will learn so much from having it. He is a great teacher overall.

This course is hard no matter what. Proff Kyle makes it a much smoother experience. He is so organized and extremely thorough which makes the class as smooth as possible. He is always engaging and energetic in lectures and responds insanely fast to emails. If you need help, you will get it. Take this course with and make your life 100% easier.

My experience with both the course and professor was positive; however, the work itself was difficult since I wasn't able to catch up as easily as I thought due to personal situations at the time. Professor Harris is always looking for feedback and has office hours open for students who are in need of assistance. Highly recommend going to him!

mr.harris is an amazing teacher, very attentive, tries hard to be available for as many office hours as possible. the class it self is time consuming and requires hours of studying and note taking. the lab that comes with it is an extra class in it self, if you are going to take this class be mindful of the time and energy you have to put in to it.

Professor Harris is a great teacher, however the class you will be doing a lot of studying. This class is more homework and reading heavy, than lecture. He encourages students to go to his office hours if you need any clarifications and want to go over material.

Not mean, funny, engaging. Do your readings and understand them. Lecture Exams are 50% and online with audio recording, but in my opinion Lab exams are harder, as they are in person and you get a minute per question. Dont wait last minute to study and go to lectures. You should get in the 80s if you try and if you go above, an A shouldnt be hard.

Kyle was great but his lectures were honestly just supplemental to me I was only there for the attendance and the participation bonus. I took lots and lots of notes on the modules, quizlets, top hat questions, and some youtube videos to prepare for exams. Lab required lots of memorization but if you really try all of it is not bad at all.

He is a professor that enjoys teaching and has passion in what he is teaching. Very attentive during Zoom and tries to explain as much as he can. There is a lot of reading, a lot of which he goes over during lecture, and quizzes/homework once a week. The final exam was also not cumulative. Overall great professor but be ready for a tough class.

Prof Harris is an excellent professor. Exams are not difficult but they're certainly not easy. Just make sure to read ahead of the lecture, review what you learned post lecture, and study for the upcoming exams as you progress through the course. You should be good to go. Exams are online and have generous time limits so it's not terribly intense.

As long as you know your stuff, you can get an A pretty easily. Just don't fall behind on course materials. Exams aren't cumulative. For advice, get an early start on studying, as soon as you get your materials for lab exams and lecture exams. For the book, it is provided since you have to pay for tophat to answer and respond to questions.

Make sure to do the readings before lectures because it can get confusing and the professor goes at a fast-ish pace. Lecture tests are online with microphone on. To get extra credit, make sure a certain amount of TopHat in-class questions are answered by the end of the semester. Very nice professor and will help you when you ask for it.

I had Dr. Harris online, difficult to pay attention during class, people that had him in person did better on lecture exams. Still, there are about 5 exams, study in advance, everyone in my class cheated, since the exams don't record your face but do record audio. Get the extra credit, extra 2% overall, you could fail lab and end with an A.

I think this class is difficult if you get behind and stop reading and paying attention but Dr. Harris makes the exams fairly easy. If you just learn the concepts from presentations you are destined to get an A in the class. Great funny prof.

I really liked the pacing of the lectures. He would take time in the very beginning of the lecture easing in everyone with updates and general questions, then started interactive teaching. He provides all the resources, you just need to put in the work. Up to 2% ec for final grade, Jolly man!
