she was an amazing teacher. i had more fun in her class then i did in any other class that i have taken at com. she stories are very fun and she is easy going. her tests are directly made from her class notes.

I have taken Ms. E in three different classes and she is absolutely my favorite, her lectures are very detailed and she knows her material. Gives plenty of extra credit don't be lazy actually do it. Study the material on the review and you should be good. Attendance is mandatory or you will lose points.

Ennis really is funny and knows her pysc! She gives a crap load of extra credit. Tests can be tricky, but this class is an EASY A! She is respected and loved by even students who don't take her classes.

Ennis' lectures are full of real world stories and personal experiences to support the course material. She truly cares about what she does, and says so frequently. She can be quite goofy, once sending every student a picture of her pet cat at 3am to prove to us she wasn't exaggerating about how fat/fluffy he is.

Great professor, easy to talk to and gives you multiple chances for extra credit. She is really down to eath as well.

I took Miss E (now known as miss Maldonado since she got married) for both general psychology and for lifespan. I took both of these courses by themselves for summer 1 and summer 2. I got an A for both of these courses. Sit in the front of her class if you can, participate in conversation. Take the quizzes that are online IN GROUPS. easy A

Best teacher at COM by far. She tells great stories that relate to the class material. She is the reason that I stayed in school, very easy to talk to. I also took her for PSYS 1300 and PSYC 2307, Human Sexuality was the best. Very laid back and asking questions in class was so comfortable.

All i have to say is I love her! She was always telling us a story to relate to what we are learning and can honestly say it makes it 10x easier to understand! She gives plenty of extra credit! Any questions you have will all be in the syllabus. She is strict on deadlines. So if it says 11:59pm make sure its turn in about 2 your ahead!

Professor Maldonado was a great prof, very funny and can keep your attention from 8am-11am in a mini may-mester! Lots of extra credit, grades fairly, easy work. The only downfall for the class is that if you are planning on transferring to a university like I did, it doesn't transfer. I attend Texas A&M and they won't accept that class for anything

Best professor at COM. Makes learning the material so easy and does everything she can to make sure you pass. You will get whatever grade you earn, so just show up and do your work and you will make an A! Some people dont like the attendance policy, but she gives a butt load of extra credit in case you have to miss class.

Professor M was an awesome professor. She made it fun and relatable to real life. Her stories were great. The class work is easy if you listen to her lecture and review the chapters. Your final project is due mid semester. Easy grade as well, along you follow instructions and ask questions if you are unsure.

She is very laid back and down to earth. She will help you anyway she can, but she expects you to do the work. You will get exactly what you earn, but it's pretty hard to make less than an A if you just follow the syllabus. Super cool, so dont go in to class being a stick in the mud.

I came to rate the best professor at COM and seriously cant believe she has negative remarks. She is super cool. She gives enough extra credit so that if you miss attendance points you can still easily make an A. She really loves her students and teaching. Always at her office ready to help. Got me wanting to change my major!!

By far the best teacher I have ever had. Tells stories so that you understand whats in the textbook. Very nice and likes to laugh. She loves her job and you tell she loves all things related to psychology. Took her for another class and she is the same in all of her classes.

Just finished a great 5 week summer class. Will be taking her again for the second summer session. We had great class discussions, never a boring class and I really looked forward to going to class everyday.

I wish I had taken her when I first started college. Very motivating and encourages you to find your passion in life. She clearly has found hers. I loved going to class to hear all her funny stories. She is always smiling and you can tell she loves to talk about pscyhology

During the quarantine Mrs. M was very responsive when all my other teachers just ignored me. She had weekly zoom meetings and answered my texts and emails. She made the transition smooth and easy. Some of my classmates were complaining but they did not even attend the virtual chat sessions. She explained everything over and over again

Mrs.M is super cool and will do anything to help you pass but you have to do your work. Always available, like even at 11:00pm LOL! Dont be a lazy students who complains about everything and you will love her classes. She like wants you to make an A, but wants you to earn it so you proud

You will learn so much in her class. I have taken her for 3 other classes and loved them all. She knows her stuff and teaches in a way that everyone can understand. Funny too, which makes class so much more interesting

Taking her online now and best experience. Answers all my questions and has done these live lectures whenever we ask her to. I did not want to take an online class but cuz of Covid I had to if I wanted to graduate on time. Ms. Maldanado has made the onine class enjoyable and fun. I wish I could take her in person

By far one of my favorite professors. We had weekly chapter quizzes, 4 discussion posts, and 1 project throughout the course. Missing a discussion post or the opinion paper is an automatic letter grade since they're both worth 100 points each. You can complete her entire course early but will still be expected to attend class.

Many quizzes and she is very picky with how she grades discussion posts and other assignments. Pretty fast paced yet pretty easy class.

This class, and professor was really good she gave good directions if I had any questions she responded fast with a email. Do the discussion posts and answer back in the posts and do the quizzes and you pass the class. The one project that you do was very easy and straight forward. You do need your book which was free online.

This Professor is the best. Every time I come to class, we have an amazing time! she's very uplifting and very life related when it comes to lectures, we (classmates) get a better understanding through some events that's happened in her life. she is a very easy professor and I suggest you take her for your psychology course, you won't regret!

She's so nice! One time I brought Starbucks to class, and I only took a few sips when it accidentally got knocked to the floor. I was upset, as I cleaned it up off the floor. She asked me how much it was. I told her and guess what, She gave me a Starbucks gift card to get a new drink! She didn't have to but she did. It really made my day!

Very kind and funny lady. Use quizlet for her exams for answers and youll do fine. If you depend on the chapters youll do alright. She offers so much extra credit, and as long as you get your stuff sone she doesnt care if you go to class of not.

Anyone who complains about this course or professor is clearly not doing their work and think this is a high school class instead of college. She gives you everything you need to pass, you just have to do the work and do it on time. Very helpful, learned alot, enjoyed the class and cool assignments

Took the 8 week class. As long as you do the work, you will make an easy A. You don't need to buy the textbook for the class. Follow ALL instructions on assignments or you will get a low grade on it. 4-5 assignments each week. For all discussions you have to reply to another classmate.

Mrs. Maldonado was hands down the most cooperative and honest professor I have had in my college career. She was easy to find when it came to arranging her meetings and also has great insight on different careers that one can take!

I've taken a 5week, 8week and 2week with her and passed all 3. If you want to pass, make sure you READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. If you leave out 1 small thing from discussions she will take off points. If you do everything that is required you will make an easy “A” in her classes.

Very interactive class with a lot of great stories that helps you understand the material. I have taken her onlilne 1300 and in person 2301. I prefer in person because I like the interaction. Amazing teacher I would totally recommend. She gives a clear schedule for due dates for assignments and quizzes. If you pay attention to directions and pay attention in class you shouldn't fail. Attendance is taken and you are given points for it at the end of the semester. She tells very funny stories that tie into the topics talked about.

Enjoyed the class but all the whiny collegiate kids who refuse to take responsibility was very annoying. Like do your work this is college. if you want to be a baby stay in high school. It was crazy how these kids think they just show up whenever they want to and think they should get a A
