Gives lots of useful material, study guides for exams, and does a review before each exam, where she goes over everything that will be on the exam. Very difficult subject but good professor, and she's very friendly.

She is one of the easiest teachers I've even had...esp. for A&P! If you have a question that isn't covered in the notes, don't expect her to know it. But all you have to do is study her reviews and you will do fine on tests. If you are just looking to get through class, and sacrifice some info...take her.

Study the review handouts and you will make an A on all of her tests. Take her evening course cause she seems to be happier and more helpful (Probably cause of smaller class size). I think she is a great teacher and very chipper and nice. She helped me when I was in a tough spot when she didnt have to. Loves to draw so visual learners take her!!

She is a very nice lady, yet a bit young and inexperienced. However, if you're not a complainer and take this class seriously, you will make a high A. There just seems to be alot of whiners in her class, like the person who posted before me.

excellent teacher. will do everything to help you pass. test were ok but included difficult essay questions that that weighed up 20% of tests

I think she was wonderful. I took her class along with 4 other classes and I managed an 88 in the class. I put 80% of effort into the class. Test are straight from the notes, I didn't need my book. The labs are super easy. The essay questions on the test are a little long BUT...she if drop hints to what they are in class. So funny!!!!!

Very good instructor. This is a tough class. She does a good job explaining it & provides a lot of visuals - in class & on blackboard. The book is absolutely necessary. So much info you need to use your book for further understanding. Provided good test review info & always gave partial credit for essay questions. She was great help in the lab

I won't lie, her class was hard. She assumes that you already know a lot about biology and therefore speeds through a lot of things. Science is not my strong suit, but I still ended up with a B+ in her class. Spend a good amount of time studying and you should be fine.

I took her for Zoology. It was too late for anything normal. She is a very good teacher. Her class was actually not that bad, and the lab was small so she helped a lot there too. I made an A and I studied a couple hours for each test. That's all. And of course, pay attention.

I took her A&P I hybrid class spring 2008. She is awesome! Her tests are really easy, and she provides plenty of resources for you to do well. I delivered my baby a week before finals and I still passed with a high B. I would have received an a if I wasnt so distracted, but she is very strict about missing tests (even for me!). Very good professor. She types all her notes and puts them on Blackboard for students to print out. She all puts huge hints on the notes what will be the essay questions on her tests. Like her so much I made sure I signed up for her A&P 2 class. Class was definitely difficult, I took the 5 week summer class, would of been much easier in 16 weeks.

She is very helpful but her tests are very difficult. When we started we were around 30 students and last only 18 students were left, so you can think about it!

Get to know her, she's one of the coolest professors you'll probably ever meet. She gives study material online (usually gives you lots of extra links to help you study, if needed). Provides a lot of resources and tests consist of 75% multiple choice, 25% fill in the blank and essay. Easy; if you don't understand the material, go to her office.

The material is detailed and so is she. Gives you complete outlines so note taking is minimal. Everything on the notes is fair game although she gives big hints about what the essays will be. This is a no study, no pass class - the material is hard. Gives bonuses and extra credit - wants to help you pass. A stickler for attendance and rules.

She is a great teacher to take for A&P 2. If you need an A for nursing school it is doable. You do have to work for it of course because it's A&P. I'm currently signed up to take her for A&P 1. Great teacher. Definitely recommend!!

At first she scared me!Her tests looked hard:w/essay Q's and m/c, but she teaches so well they were not as difficult as sounds. Tests R from her notes review sheets. A&P is a no joke class. It's tough but Mrs. Nicopoulos is such a great teacher she'll make it that much easier. She really knows how to teach so that students understand what is expected of them. I've taken her for 1 and 2 and would highly recommed her. Study all of her notes on blackboard till you know them backwards and you can make an A.

She is a great teacher that is always available in her office or through e-mail. She is not hard at all if you go over your notes for the tests. I had her for a hybrid course and looking forward to taking her for A&PII!!

She is super sweet and a great teacher. All of her test come from her notes and she does give hints about what to study. This class is an easy A but you have to at least study. I definitely recommend her above the others.

I took her Hybrid class for AP 1 and 2. She's a great teacher. It's one of the hardest subjects taught at San Jac but if you work hard and study your notes you will make an A. I made about 400 flash cards per test and made a high A. I defintely recommend her. ~Hybrid students~ her printed out notes cover 99% of each test. Know them all!!!

Prof is HARD but has great blackboard notes; great person & always ready to help. I Took AP2 summer 5 wk. CRAZY:16 wk course in 5 wks, Hardest 5 weeks ever. Each wk had 1 lect test & 1 lab test. Overwhelming amt of detailed material. Count on NO life outside of studying & this class if U do the 5wk. Would have loved class if 16 wk. But got an A!

Ms. Nicopoulos is an amazing professor. She truly cares how her students do and will do anything she can do to help. Study her notes and know that the processes are where she gets her essay topics.

She's very encouraging and one of the most helpful professors I have ever had. She's also pretty fun and will do just about anything to help us stay awake in the 7:00am class!

teacher is hard. she likes essays and short answer questions on every test. u must study all the time to do good. lab is easier than lecture but notes are given for lecture and the test reflects them. go to class and pay attention.

Ms. Nicopoulos is one of the best professors I have ever taken. She is prepared, thorough, and detailed in her lectures. She loves to have people go to her office hours for more detailed and one on one instruction. Definitely not a blow off course, but you can do as well as you want depending on your effort level.

Best teacher I've ever had! Should give classes to other professors about how to lecture clearly, prepare your students 4 tests, b organized, professional etc. Her bboard notes are gr8, she cares about her students & makes herself available for help every spare minute she has. Wonderful teacher! Very clear about expectations. This is a very difficult course, HOWEVER she makes it much easier to understand. You must come to class, fill in the notes, and study to pass. She will help you as much as she can. Her notes and online links are so helpful. She also gives clues about exam essay questions. I would suggest her to all!

Let's be clear, A&P is a difficult class and not for people looking for an easy A, period. Professor Nicopoulos, however, is a FANTASTIC teacher (especially if you actually want to learn the material *shocking*). She is clear and consistent and always always always willing to help or answer questions. Tests are not hard if you actually study.

She is a great professor. Anatomy and Physiology is tough. It is a ton of information to squeeze in every week. Don't expect to come in this class and think it's gonna be a walk in the park. You have to study alot outside of school. S.I. sessions are available. This class in my opinion is equivalent to taking 2 classes

Awesome teacher! The best I have found at a community college. Really, she should be on tenure track at a four year college. Definitly take her classes if you have a choice. She is not easy, but she makes it easy to learn difficult subjects. Her notes are wonderfully organized, and helpful. Gr-8 professor!

Awesome professor. Really cares about her students and wants to make sure they learn the material. The subject matter is hard (you can't get around that) but she makes it interesting and tests are fair.

Truly outstanding instructor. Finished her hybrid class- so glad I took it. Hybrid is MORE DIFFICULT than reg. class, but flexible for parents, ppl w/ jobs, or independent learners. A&P is VERY difficult but she makes it easier to understand. You HAVE to study to pass. She is always so willing to help & wants her students to succeed, but she will not just give it to you, you have to work for it. I HIGHLY recommend taking her! Hang in there & study, study, study! I wanted to give up many times, but hung in & passed w/ a B!

To comment on the one below this, people were falling a sleep because they have a I don't care attitude. if you would pay attention to her notes and follow her you learn a lot. she give great notes, but of course you must do readings as well she doesn't hand the class out to you. do your part as a student and don't expect things to be freaking easy

There is so much in this class but she does a great job covering the material in the notes. The lectures can get sidetracked often which then pushes material for you to do at home. She is very helpful though. You HAVE to read the book.

Took her hybrid BIOL 2401 & 2402-- best decision I made at SJC! Her lecture notes are excellent & she is truly the most helpful instructor I've worked with. Highly recomend her class for motivated students. Keep in mind, though, A&P is tough to begin with- but she has a TON of helpful resources to offer! And show you're serious-- she'll notice!:]

Professor Nicopoulos is amazing! I would take her for A&P II but she is only teaching hybrid :( if you like A&P like I do you will breeze through the class. Even if A&P isn't your forte she makes it very interesting and easy to understand. Basically, I love her!!!

She's pretty nice when you have questions & show a general interest in class & doesn't mind joking around. Can have a passive aggressive attitude. NOT a good choice if you haven't taken any bio courses prior. Only need book for reading assignments. If your good at memorizing and pretty good at pay attention its an EASY A/B.

A&P is a hard class in general, but it helps if you have a good teacher and the professor is good! She explains things very well and even comes up with stuff to help you remember it better. You definitely have to study alot for test, but she posts all the notes all you have to do is fill in the blanks. Definitely recommend this professor!

Ms Nicopoulos is a nice lady and a great teacher. She made a Facebook page for us to post videos and pictures from the lab. That was really helpful because it is hard to see her lab demos when there are 25 people crowded around her. I would recommend her class.

I took this class in the summer 5-week. This class will be very difficult if you do not exert the time and energy to study. There is a total of nine exams which the professor does an EXCELLENT job of preparing you for and giving you the tools to prepare for (awesome lecture, good printed notes, online links). Take her if you can handle the work.

While she is an amazing professor who makes the material crystal clear as well as her expectations of you - this class is 100x more difficult than A&P1 with her. She is very detailed, very tricky and very picky. Do not take her unless you have time to study and work EXTRA hard for the A you probably want. First exam had 10 F's out of 27 students.

She's a great teacher and explains things very clearly. She makes herself very available and gave extra credit every test. Don't take the HybridOnline class if you need the lecture. Mrs. Nicopoulos is awesome! A&P is hard no matter who you take, but she makes the material very clear. She puts everything on blackboard and has amazing notes. You have to read!!!! Have to go to class!!!! The lowest test grade is dropped, each test has extra credit offered. I recommend her for sure! Textbook is online and free.

Professor Nicopoulos is a tough teacher but she makes you really try to understand all the material. Lecture and Lab test dates are given to you DAY 1 so study ahead! Bone labs are hard so take time and go to open lab! It helps a lot. Do not miss lecture and ALWAYS COME TO CLASS WITH YOUR NOTES!! They save your life. *Book is online for free!!

She gives clear and highly detailed notes in great amounts, some would say exceeding expectations of what is typically a general A&P course. Her lectures are always drawn out, expect to listen to her throughout her class time. Her tests are quite extensive as well. This course isn't to be taken lightly, you will need to put in extra effort to pass.

Professor Lambrini was hilarious, she gave hints and told stories that would help you remember the concept. Had her for A&P 1, the class itself is very hard and requires you to study on daily bases. Her test are hard and she doesn't give much extra credit opportunities, but she posted a lot of extra help and videos.

Professor Nicopoulos is an AMAZING professor. She really cares about her students and is wiling to help any way she can. However, she does make you work for your grade. If you show to class, print out her notes and read through it every day you'll pass easy. I loved her. she does give assignments but its not too difficult.

Prof. Lambrini is simply awesome. Her lecture notes are enough to ace the test. She is very structured and super prompt! You'll get the grades posted within 2 hours of the test, literally. Come to the class prepared, participate, she'll definitely appreciate your effort. Tests are not so hard if you read the notes properly. You'll learn a lot :-)

She is clear on what she expects. Her tests are hard but she gives you everything you need to pass. All the information is in your notes that she has on BB. She is strict but if you put in the effort you will pass. Lecture is very dense and she does not waste time going through any material.

A&P is a difficult subject. You will have to study no matter what professor you have. She is very clear on the material and what she expects. If you actually talk to her and make an effort to participate she is the best professor. She is organized and neat. She offers a lot of extra credit. She moves very fast but makes sure to cover all material.

Mrs. Nicopoulous is a great and engaging professor. Her lectures are always fun because of her sense of humor, and she's very good at explaining difficult concepts. During lab she also will go around and help each person, and answer any question. A&P II was hard, but in her class you'll definitely learn the material well if you show up.

Ms. Nicopoulos is a great professor. She goes into depth with her lectures and relates class concepts with real world concepts. She offers bonus questions on lecture and lab exams. There is a lot of material but her grading expectations are clear. She is personable but a stickler about being professional and following rules. The book is not needed.

Prof Nicopoulos is pretty strict in her rules, but if you follow them she is very sweet. A&P was absolutely the hardest class i've taken so far & lectures were extensive, but she gives you fill in the blank. She goes into alot of detail specifically for NURSING. There is no review for lab, you need to know whats on the print out. 4 exams and final

Professor Nicoupoulus was an amazing teacher. Her lectures were interesting she teaches a lot of things that are very essential in the medical field. She gives some homework but it does help a lot when it comes down to understanding the material better. She is always available when you reach out to her and always answers any questions or concerns.

Professor Nicopoulos is straightforward and truly excels in her career. She puts in as much effort and dedication to helping her students succeed but she is definitely NOT lenient. Plan your studying hours ahead of time before an exam, and you should do well in the course.

Her notes are all you need to study besides the few areas in the book she asks you to read (which is usually just a paragraph or two). They contain everything you need to know for her exams. Make sure you retain certain processes where she explains them step by step (they make for good free response questions) She's a great professor!
