The homework isn't worth very many points, but doing it helped me to understand the material. I took this class in person. Lectures were ~20% material and ~80% example math problems. Professor Lee tries to be relatable and make the lectures relatable too, which makes attending class not boring.

As a student, you know what is expected of you and he will take the time to ensure all students are understanding the given material. After both ACCT 1080 and 1090, I've actually begun to like accounting and I give him credit for it!

The way Professor Lee teaches accounting is the ONLY reason I actually understood it and passed both of his accounting classes. If you have the chance to take either 1080 or 1090 with Prof.Lee, do it! You will be happy you did. The lectures are clear and helpful. I suggest not missing any classes and being there for all the lectures and quizzes. They definitely helped me grasp the material better. I also suggest doing all the extra credit. It really helps. My only complaint is that the exams are heavily weighted. If given the chance, I would 100% take Professor Lee again!

Highly recommend professor Lee. He really cares about his students and making sure everyone knows the information. Classes are structured similarly with a quiz and lecture almost each week. Do the extra credit!! And make sure you are submitting all homework.

Professor Lee made accounting 1090 a fun class, but although it was fun you still have to make sure you are on top of everything. Acct 1090 is not easy by any means but as long as you follow along in class and do what Professor Lee expects of you at home, you will be set up for success. This is the best professor you will take at Macomb Community College for accounting. He cares and helps you throughout the course. Accounting is a tough class so make sure you study the material through the PowerPoint and the exercises he gives to you after class ends. If you do this, you will for sure pass the class with a passing grade.
