If you can't get an A in this class ... oh well, I'm sorry for you. Really easy class, and fun. The teacher is cool about everything. A very nice man. If you need a speech class, take him and have fun while rising your GPA :O)

Most resembles a flamboyant Robin Williams: He's funny, encouraging,and a great teacher. He brings a lot of comfort to all the students regardless of whether your an introvert/extrovert. Great guy but dont ****him off, that smile can turn into a scowl if he feels taken for granted

If you are nervous about taking speech take him. He is hilarious and the speeches are not hard. You can get an A in class if you do all your speeches and don't piss him off.

This man, is an easy A! Need to raise your GPA? Take him! He is a very funny man, and humorous as well. I don't recommend buying the book though, we only used them about twice.

Easy A. He's a really nice guy. He doesn't do tests. All you do are simple speeches. You can make it up 5 min. before you have to give it. I got an A, and actually had fun in the class. Don't buy the book, it's def. not worth it. Borrow someone elses for the 2 times you might need it.

omg this had to be the easiest 3 credits that i earned at st johns he is too easy i wish i had him all the time when u come to class its gunna be like comedy hour 5 speeches, no tests

Dr. Myers is an awesome professor! He has a good sense of humor and knows how to make his class interesting. I would say his class is an easy A. By the way, Do Not buy the text book, if you will, you are going to use it only once!

Dr. Myers is amazing, He is an easy A, all you have to do is give 5 easy speeches, and in my class this semester, he cancelled the last speech. He is funny , just dont yawn in front of him he hates that. best teacher, I liked him so much I took up speecg as a major.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM!!! He is by far the best professor at St. John's! i took him for Acting and now i am taking him for speech 1000c...he is the sweetest person and he is hysterical. He iS a 100% easy grader! just do the few easy assignments he gives and you will be guaranteed an A!! TAKE HIM!!! YOU WILL LOVE HIM TOO!!

Myers is such a nice guy and the class is super fun and ridiculously easy...you will get an A if your focused and mentally there! There are movies and the work load is nice for a SPE course. Mandatory for Theatre and Musical Theatre Minors, but w/e Myers is the greatest teacher here!

Great Professor. His class will make you laugh and you'll always be in a good mood. If your shy this class will truly break whatever shell your hiding under and grant you confidence you never had before, I'm not joking it is really like that. However, never ever yawn in front of him, he will get pissed.

I learned so much about life as well as the theater. Myers is always well prepared & cool. There are some really nutty types with smart kids. Myers' patience is tested. Anyone who doesn t like him has mental problems. He covers alot ina compelling way. He is a fair gradere & you want to work hard & get up and express yourself. HOT HOT!

MYERS should teach like 10 theater classes as they always fill up. I had 3 classes with him & would take a lot more. The School should understand they have like a celebrtity & accomplished theater genius & should let him do even more. People get As as they DO THE WORK & like it. He is not a pushover just thorough & engaging..

My friends who were in the speech class with me wanted to be able to take some theater classes with dr Myers but were told it s not an elective they can use. this needs to be changed as everyone LOVES THIS TEACHER & no one hears a bad things about him. You get your money's worth & learn stuff & are entertained too.

Did not get the A I wanted cause I mised alot of class. this theater class had everyting going for it & very nice students. I wouldn t say that Meyers was a particularly easy teacher as we all had to do alot of work but it was fun & enlighteneing. ven inspiring.

MANY MANY TALENTED THEATER ACTORS were in THISbut Dr. Myers worked very hard individually with each kid. He always positive & cool but very much into respect & discipline.Take a course with him as you learn really learn & hes not mean like too many others.

Has passion for his work. Great teacher really improves your speaking and keeps the speeches fun. I truly enjoyed this class.

Funny, great guy. He is a easy grader. I happened to do really good my first essay so he loved me for the rest of the semester. Still, as long as you show up and try you will get a passing grade. He was very leniant, would highly recommend

The more you participate, the more he will like you & the higher your grade will be. I loved his class, he's very entertaining and his speech assignments make you much more comfortable talking in front of other people. I loved his class.

Easiest professor you could possibly have. It's pretty much a chill-session every class, although he does have an attendance sign-in sheet each class. If you're dreading taking speech class, take him. You can give a 2 minute speech read directly from paper and still get an A. He will probably interrupt your speech to tell a story anyway.

Hilarious. Don't get the textbook, used it one class for about 5 minutes. The syllabus says 8 speeches, but we only did 5. They're not so much speeches so much as more like having words come out of your month in front of the class for at least 2 minutes.

Great guy. Goes off tangent alot so it makes the class interesting. Interact with him as much as possible, do your speeches properly and improve them based on his comments and its an easy A.

If there is a spot open for his class, TAKE HIM! IT IS AN EASY A! No homework, doesn't use textbook, and will help you improve your speeches. Speeches are usually every other week. I loved his class, very comfortable and lively class. Plus, if you start out with a grade lower than a B (highly unlikely) his comments help. Take him!

Funny dude he makes class fun just with his personality! Lets us out early alot too. Even though it's easy he gives great feedback!

By far the one of the most lively teachers I've ever met! He gives great feedback & never had anything negative to say. He's also really open minded. He made me enjoy public speaking.
