I loved her as my professor, shes super kind and patient with you and if you miss one day she wont be upset, you have to communicate with her! i didnt want this class to end.

I loved my fist semester in college because of Ms. Tish. She gave me so much hope that I really appreciated. Since day one she has been so understanding and truly cares about us making something out of ourselves.

Shes very funny, super understanding, compassionate and gives multiple opportunities to do work. Entertaining class which didn't even feel like it was a difficult class at all, overall an amazing professor.

Mrs./Ms. Alexander is real cool! She identifies with us and makes sure we are okay in both her class and the other classes we take. She took time out to show me things I needed to know in order for me to complete my paper that was due in another class. She gives you her personal cell so you can reach her anytime. I was struggling and she was there!

I found her to be a prime example of the idea student as well as teacher. Which made an impression on me as a student. Her flexibility mixed with a patients is one of the things people can grasp intellectually. She made it very clear that she can understand what a student can go through by example. She also spared no details any questions.

Professor Latesha is so inspiring and nice. She would let you leave early if you finish all your assignment and also she would keep reminding you if your assignment pass the the due date and she can give you a second chance to finish it. She is always there when you need a help with assignments and very supporting, she won't give you any stress.

I have taken previous classes with her and really enjoyed them and came away with different takes on social work to think about. There were different projects to complete to show the many sides of social work as well as guest speakers and fun get togethers at the Idea Store with Pizza. She is very accessible.

Professor Tish is truly an amazing professor! She's very accessible via texting whether it's before, after, or during typical school hours. This Professor cares about all her students old and young. SARS students are helped out and have some additional time to finish assignments in her class she is Professor that cares about her students and how things can in pack their life. I would love to take her again in the future.

She is very attentive and responsive! She cares what you have going on not just in her class, but with you as a whole. She believes in the "holistic approach" and does a temperature check with all of us. She would ask us how all of our classes were going and was available to help us if we were stuck. She desires to see everyone graduate.

I took this class in the summer and didn't get what I wanted out of it but in a regular semester I would 100% take her again. Her assignments are easy and don't require much time. She's also very chill and cares about her students and their success.

She really gets your attention when she talks and is also very passionate about what she does and teaches, It was always a good class and will make the whole class conversate and laugh.

Overall the class was really easy. Would have preferred to learn a lot more about social work for my major but she was a cool professor.

She is a very understanding teacher who understands things happen in the lives of other people that make school hard. She will always be willing to help out with any assignments or advice in your major. It was a great class that honestly cleared up so much confusion on what to do with my Social Work major in the future.

This woman goes over and beyond to make sure everyone's part of the learning atmosphere. No matter how many students came she still made sure that the ones of us that were present still learned. She's hands on and very involved. She lost her spouse during the semester, but didn't shortchange us and flexed the schedule because so many people missed.

Ms. Alexander was a very good professor. Class was very laid back and easy. She did not teach from the textbook as she believes that there are many other ways in which we can learn about the social work field. The class gives only a slight intro. We only met a few times through the semester and assignments were easy and EC opportunities were given.

Tish is a really caring professor. I took her for both classes that she teaches and there were no regrets. Book is NOT required. for both of her classes she pulled stuff from the book herself and made discussions out of topics. There is one group project for each class. No syllabi, or Quizzes. Overall both classes felt personable

Ms. Alexander was honestly one of my favorite teachers! She catered to the whole class! She made sure we understood material and information that she was teaching. We had people that we have so many excuses as to why they were missing and she never judged (me, too). Instead she would make sure we caught up & she gives you her number so no excuses!

Easy class and good professor. She talks about her experiences as a social worker so we get to understand a bit of how this field is. She gives us plenty of time to finish assignments and still gives us a chance to turn it in late.

Man, I would have failed with any other teacher!!! She reminded us of assignments, and we did videos for some of our assignments in which I really liked. Other people want a lot of writing, but not her.

The Group Project (2) we completed was fun and they were easy! I took her for two different classes at the same time. If you get lucky to get her; do both classes. She is awesome! She cares about you and goes the extra mile in making sure you have time to get your assignments in. If you are going to miss class, just reach out to her; for whatever.

I have never completed a class so effortlessly! This was the easiest class ever and I did two classes under her. The grading and assignments were clear. She has everything there so you dont have to worry or wonder. She is ALWAYS available. I called her at midnight one night because I was panicking and she picked up. She loves her students.

I had the honor of taking her for two classes and it was worth it! The lessons were easy and simple. If you didn't understand something she was there to assist, but she never blindsided you! The final was easy!! We did a video for the final (I wont spoil it), but man I walked away knowing I have a lot of potential in me; it's only 1 question,tooo.

I served 20 years in jail coming back to school was a lot. I was stressed and worried that taking this class would be hard and a lot to do because it was social work, but boy was I wrong! The assignments were simple and when I didn't understand something I called her or texted and she was there to give me guidance. I would take her again!

Please understand me getting a B is no one's fault, but mine. This woman practically begged me and came up with different ways for me to complete the assignments but was being lazy. just the truth. She texted and called, but life was happening, and I refused to step it up. She really cares and goes the extra mile; she didn't even judge me.

Professor tish is amazing she caring and there if you need help! Shes admirable and respectful, and values participation. We had 3 group projects throughout the semester and they were great!

Professor LaTesha has been one of the most patient and kind professors I have ever had. She knows life gets hectic and is willing to work with you through it so you are able to get your assignments completed. All discussion boards are 25+ words and very personal responses. We also worked a lot on group projects, which she gave plenty of time for.
