Take her class if you need to pull up ur GPA. Very easy. Just gotta show up to classes, and do simple assignments. Gives extra credit as well.

Took this class over the internet. Class was super easy I recieved a 100 on everything. Teacher is very nice and I highly recommend taking her.

Super easy material to learn for this prof's exams. I don't thinks that I did more than 1 hour of studying for the entire semester in an online class and I still got a high B. She does give alot of assignments which you must keep up with , but the tests are really just common sense, and require almost no study time.

Loved this class. It was fun, easy, and enjoyable. She gave out extremely easy assignments and tests. Highly recommend this teacher. You will learn something out of this class.

Love this class! Professor is great! I recommend this class for any student who has not been to school in a long time. It will give you what you need to do well in college. Not to mention this teacher is great. If she only would teach some other subjects that would be awsome.

Mrs. Kauffman is a excellent instructor, she is very clear and straight forward about what she expects of her students. You have to work hard and stay on task, but she will get you organized and place you on the road to success. If you need guidance and a plan this is the class for you!

Mrs. Kauffmann is a very nice person and the class is not too hard (I took it online). The assignments are frequent but not intensive and it's easy to see what is due when. I'd recommend this course if you're thinking of trying an online class for the first time. You learn a lot about yourself and how you learn things in this class. I recommend it!

SLS 1101 WAS EASY COURSE. BASICALLY TEACH ALL THE FACTS THAT U NEED TO KNOW WHEN FIRST STARTING COLLEGE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COURSE FOR NEW/RETURNED COLLEGE STUDENTS.

I really enjoyed having Professor Kauffman. She's an excellent teacher. Unlike most lectures, you can stay awake and get a full understanding of this class. This is a great class with a great teacher. I recommend her for anybody!

Very nice lady, caring and helpful. I took the class online and really regret it. Everyone that talks about how easy and fun the class is took it on campus. The chapters are hard to retain and the exams are close to impossible even being open book. Strangely worse grades i ever got. Test reviews woulda been helpful. I recommend her not online class

WONDERFUL INSTRUCTOR! I am a returning student and have had past success, I took this class only because it was required for my program. It teaches young people great skills to succeed not only in college but life. Every student should take this as it teaches some very important lessons you can begin using immediately. Highly recommend!

I took SLS1101 online and I loved it. She is a great professor and she helped me open my eyes to knew ways of learning and studying. Her class was very helpful and she is great with communication and responding to emails in a timly manner. I would definitely take her again recommend taking her for this class.

I took this class because I am entering a Selective Admissions program, and wanted as many points as possible. This class was listed as "preferred", so I took it. I thought it would be a waste of time, since I am 40 returning to school. NOT! She was helpful and gave great feedback. Opened my eyes to new ways of learning and listening!

Mrs. Kauffmann was a great teacher! She was helpful and really funny. Her lectures weren't boring and she also told little stories about her life. She always tried to keep the classes attention. I loved Mrs. Kauffmann. She grades things fairly and will explain why you got something wrong. Thanks Mrs. Kauffmann!

This class was easy...Its a pretty much pointless class where you learn how to read and study and not to procrastinate..I wouldnt recommend taking it unless you have to, waste of money. The teacher is wonderful though the class is just useless

Mrs. Kauffmann is a very amazing, creative instructor! She's always interested in her students and loves hearing about everything you've learned in her class. She's real and connects personally with all of her students. Although her tests are very difficult, the homework is easy. Do all of the extra credit and you'll end up with an easy A :)

I resented this class at first and then was quickly humbled! She is wonderful! She helped me grow and I have a new positive mindset for the future! Her compassion is rare as she wants her students to achieve. I got an A. Tests are hard as you have to actually think and apply what you've learned. Study. Don't slack.

I would recommend Mrs. Kauffman for those who would like to have the "real" college experiance...She's very blunt and somewhat funny, but be prepared - she can be very intense! Unfortunately, for me, all I gained from this class was stress and frustration. Don't get me wrong - she's sweet, just a little on the tough side, if you get what I mean :)

I had her for Student Success online. The grading criteria was not always specific, the class is mainly busy work, and there are quite a few assignments.

Mrs. Kauffmann is one of best professors I could ask for. Her teaching is good and hit the key points for each chapter. Most of work is grade online. She goes over everything need to be done. As long you get work done and work hard, for you can pass the class with A. Doing the extra credit is important and always show up to class. The points counts

I wasn't a fan of her at first but she definitely grew on me. She is nice and very understanding, and she definitely gives out the grade you earned based on the work. Attendance is also part of the grade. But the assignments are pretty easy as long as you follow the directions.

Very enthusiastic about the topic. Many assignments about one a week, theyre not difficult just a little time consuming. Very accessible and open to help you if needed. My favorite professor so far. Easy A if you do the work and turn it in on time. Fair and easy to get along with as long as you meet her expectations.

I took the class online. Everything was laid out very nicely and easy to understand. She includes videos to explain how to turn in work, which was great for someone who doesnt take many online classes. She was also easy to get in touch with if you had any questions. She's a good teacher, but at times the work can be extraneous but very easy. She doesn't have any test just open book quizzes occasionally.

She is generous with grades and is a fun person to talk too. sls isn't the most fascinating class, but I really didnt mind it with Mrs. K. she is that teacher you can go to with any problem you have in or outside of school. she was also an high school English teacher so she can help you with your essays, and will catch any and all grammar issues in any of your work. she is one of my favorites teachers ever

She knows when and how to catch everybodys attention! The assignments are easy as long as you come to class. She tells you every detail and makes sure you understand.

If you do the assignments, it's an easy A. Mrs. Kauffmann was always happy to help me. You have to take the effort to reach out and she will help you. She always got back to me within a few hours. The only thing was her instructions were sometimes confusing. Overall, a great professor!

This class was fairly easy regarding the work. When you email her she responds in a good amount of time but for someone who emailed her late at night, I doubt she would email you back fast enough. The work in her class is based off of a few sources that you have to read and then do assignments on. So if you take notes, you're good to go!

She great. A very kind proffesor, I had her online. She would interact with us a bit and try to send in messages to let us know to turn things in. Workload was about two assignments per week. And if you want the A for each assignment it will take you about an hour. Exam/quizzes was easy, just make sure to go over the modules. 100% recommend

I took this course online during summer A and received an A. The class is easy and the professor doesn't make it difficult. She is caring and is reachable if you have any concerns, she also gives good feedback on work.

The professor answered emails fast. Provided feedback. The layout about when things were due could be confusing at times. If you reach out she is fast to answer questions.

she basically the awesome grandmother at the college. Super kind and understanding. just make sure to do your work if you miss an assignment it will hurt your grade. Don't be to weary of that though, the assignments are really easy there is just alot of them.
