Very very easy class but a lot of busy work. Everyone got an A or B and Dr. Lambdin has the sweetest personality and kept us laughing all the time. It was really a great class and she was a great professor. Take her if u get the chance!

Dr.Lambdin is fun, but sometimes a little strange with the jokes?! Anyways, there weren't many tests and the assignments were pretty easy. Just make sure you keep up cause somethings always due! She's good to remind you though, so don't worry! I'd recommend her, but I hear her husband's better.

Funny, interesting, makes you want to come to class. Taking another professor would be a mistake. She knows what she is talking about, and you learn things without really having to try too hard. One semester long project, but grading is done by the class. Take her!

There is an on-going debate between Laura & Robert Lambdin arguing who is a better teacher. My ? is how do you know who's better if you have only had one. Laura is so nice, funny, full of energy and has a wonderful fun way of teaching the required material. What ever you do take MGMT from either one of them. (However, Larua is ALWAYS better.

Great class, she makes learning the information fun and easy! There are alot of assignments but they are all really fast and easy to complete. Not taking her would be mistake.

Why did the chicken cross the road? Do you like jokes, so does Dr. Lambdin. Tell jokes and you will get an A. Not really. Shes a good teacher. Its a lot of work initially. But would you rather have a boring class with no work, or a class with a good amount of work thats a BLAST!

This is the best teacher I have had here at USC. She knows her stuff, she's funny, and her class is interesting!! Cool project, fun speeches, and the class is an absolute blast. I haven't missed one class because I enjoy going! Take her, you'll be happy you did.

Dr. Lambdin is a great teacher. She made sure to get to know her students and was concerned with our understanding and interest. Probably one of the best teachers I've had at USC.

She tries to use comedy to lighten up the class all the time. Projects EVERYDAY. LOTS of work. She grades with a C as the class average so it's not easy at all. Helps you along when doing projects. Tough teacher, but easy to talk to and helps you along. Too much of a workload.

She is fabulous. There is never really a dull moment. She lets you out early everyday. Don't buy the book, I haven't cracked it all semester. She assigns one major group project that you work on all semester and a few individual presentations. Study the notes and you will have no problem on the 1 test. The final is take home. Take her if you can!

Very understanding. Only favors who takes her class seriously. She is funny and always perky. Alot of work but I bet you will learn something. Great professor. P.S. she loves a good joke.

Awesome. She made the most boring things fun, and always made us laugh. MUCH better than what I've heard about her husband. A lot of work at first, but after the first half, it isn't bad. Just put an effort (or make it look like it) and you'll be fine.

Very enthusiastic. The class is pointless but required and she made it not so awful. DO NOT BUY BOOK. GO to class. If you don't, you won't do well on the midterm. Tedious workload...not for the lazy. The project may seem dumb but because it's a lot of work it's something to brag about and gives you a good experience. Do the work and it's an easy A.

Dr. Lambdin is a wonderful teacher. Take her and give her some time to prove that she is a PhD and has earned it. She has a doctorate in old English literature and has published several books with her husband. If you take the time to know her and work in her class, you'll learn lots. That said, it's not a very difficult class if you do your work.

The first day of class when you read your 11 page syllabus you're going to freak out. However, this class is really not bad at all. The investor report seems much harder than it really is. Little parts of it are due throughout the semester so it really is not that bad. This class taught me a lot. You should take Dr. Lambdin for MGMT 250!

There's a big group project, but she breaks it up and keeps everything in manageable pieces. Kept class interesting and everyone engaged.

This professor is sassy, fabulous, and witty. She's friendly and good at encouraging students to work hard. Although U101 is kind of a useless class, I've heard she's just as wonderful in all her other courses.

Best teacher and class I've ever had. It just ended today and I have to say I'm sorry the class is over. The project the other rater talked about is definitely the major focus and hope to get a good group cause it'll keep you busy. But all in all it's an awesome class with an awesome teacher. Enjoy it.

Dr Lambdin was harder than these ratings say. One class you could have 5 pages due, the next class could be a full presentation. So much busy work, it was hard to keep track of it all. It wasn't boring because she had good powerpoints, but overall Dr Lambdin's class was hard and not a fun class at all. Worst class of college career

This class is very involved and requires a lot of participation. All of the assignments were annoying to do, but she does it to prepare you for anything because she wants you to do well. If you are lazy, don't take this class because you won't do well. You have to be prepared, know your syllabus and schedule, and do things ahead of time.

Good teacher, requires a lot from her students, its a fun course and you get to know everyone else in the class, a black business suit is required, theyre are definitely easier MGMT teachers but shes not bad, just A LOT of work

I loved this class! She was very dedicated to the students and encouraged us to step out of our comfort zone. She taught me many useful business tools throughout the semester. The class is very involved and tends to have a ton of work, but if you keep up with the syllabus then you should be fine.

Lambdin makes this class an easy A. Homework due in class is extremely easy and takes 5 minutes to do. You have 3 speeches to give and the one test you take in this class is a piece of cake because she gives you all the questions weeks in advance. There is a team project that is done throughout the semester. I had a normal class so it was fun.

Dr. Lambdin is the best! The class is basically based off of one big group project. All the work she gives you seems like a lot but it builds up to the final presentation so it helps in the end with not having to do as much. Super helpful and will let you use her as a reference!

Mrs. Lambdin is the bomb, plain and simple. She sincerely wants all of her students to succeed. Most of your grade is determined by your big team investor report. It takes quite a bit of work but is really valuable to do. As long as you do what you are supposed to do, there's no reason not to make an A, yet the class is still awesome.

This class is interesting and really helpful but she makes you go to careerfest. she takes attendance. All assignments are busywork and all presentations are graded by classmates too. this class if fun but if you don't want to come to class and don't want a lot of work outside class then don't take her.

One midterm, one take-home final (VERY EASY SINCE SHE GIVES YOU A STUDY GUIDE WITH THE QUESTIONS THAT WILL BE ON THE EXAM). A lot of busy work for an on-going semester project, but she is very easy grader. She offers MANY opportunities to extra credit. DO NOT BUY THE TEXTBOOK, but you will need a suit!

Dr. Lambdin is a cool lady! The whole class is based off of a group project though, so make sure your group is on point. Overall, there was a lot of busy work on top of huge assignments but it was pretty easy. No textbook, gave us a study guide for midterm, final was take home!

Besides the semester long group project, the class is a breeze. May seem like a lot of busy work at times but it all pays off in the end. One super easy midterm and a Take Home final that consist of a few memos. She made life easy. The only class I look forward going to on a Friday!!

This class is pretty simple, but does take some effort on your part. There are memos everyday, these take 10 minutes max. but it is still something you have to do. There are 3 presentations. You work with a group the whole semester for a final one. The class is very laid back. You will have to wear a suit at least 10 times though. Easy A overall.

This class really teaches you to take responsibility and initiative with your schoolwork. Most of the time you spend on this class will be working with a group of students on an investor report--get started EARLY! Daily assignments are not hard at all. Do your work and you will be fine. Professor is super laid back and personable--will help you.

Lambdin is very sweet and cares about your success. She basically gives you an A on everything but it's a lot of work. We definitely did more work than other classes. Everyone does at least 3 presentations while wearing a business suit. No textbook but you'll end up spending a lot of money on supplies. Take someone else if you hate busy work.

This class was more work than I thought it should have been. You have to give presentations in front of the class and as a group. Group project was cancer because my group was straight ASS. MGMT 250 is the course every business student has to take, but none want to. Dr. Lambdin delivers the course much better than the other instructors, and as such, I recommend her as the top choice for this class. She maintains a positive atmosphere and keeps the assignments meaningful.

Dr. Lambdin is easily the sweetest and most caring prof Ive had at USC. Shes very lenient with class work and as long as you turn in assignments, youll do very well. Her instructions are sometimes very vague and the semester long project is a lot of annoying busy work, but shes def the best prof to take for this class.

One of my favorite professors in college (my entire education). Not many teacher's care about their students as much as she does. She is very supportive and easy-going. She handled COVID well when it first hit too. I loved her and would highly recommend! There is one big group project that took a lot of time, but it wasn't crazy difficult.

Super sweet lady. There are a lot of homeworks and projects, mostly all busy work so not hard. Literally had one exam and the final project was worked on with my group throughout the semester and was fun and easy. Taught me things that I will use outside of college.

Lots of busy work assignments, usually one due before every class, however, I spent about 10-15 minutes on average per assignment since they're usually just memos. Besides this, Dr. Lambdin is such an awesome person and a fantastic connection to have at Darla. She is super intelligent and knowledgable about the business world. I highly recommend.

In the beginning I felt like I was drowning in work for her class but she is a super easy grader and by the end of the semester I was excited to come to her class, which I can't say the same for some of my other classes in Darla. She genuinely cares for her students and towards the end it felt very similar to U101.

Dr. Lambdin is really sweet, she is one of the nicest professor in Darla. The Class mainly consist of group projects, individual homework and a really easy exams. The only thing that I don't like about the class is the amount of workload that you have to do, it's insanely a lot, however she is an easy grader, so you'll be fine. Take her class !

She gives a lot of work (an assignment due every night before class) along with a huge semester long group project, but she gives a 100 on pretty much anything as long as effort was put into it. Dr. Lambdin was one of the best professors I have ever had. She had engaging lectures on things you never really thought about, like shaking hands or eating during a business dinner. She gives homework for every class, but it is super simple and you can follow the example to figure out her expectations. I am super sad she is retiring this year!
