She's is an awesome teacher. You do have quite a few task to do but it really does help your grade. The assessments, test, are bad at all. Many of the slides cover all the material and exams and quizzes. I really enjoyed this class and the fact that she kept us interested on the subject. I would really recommend her to anyone she really is great.

She is the best online teacher I have even had. She always keeps up with her email, and actually talks to you throughout the course via the discussion forums. Plus she offered a FREE TEXT BOOK via online. loved it.

Professor McNight is awesome!! I wish I could take her for all of my Psyc classes. She responds quickly to emails & she is extremely organized. Easy A, just don't become lazy

I have mixed feeling about her. One thing she is bad at is responding to emails. It takes her days until she finally gets back to you. I took the class online so there was a special program we had to use. It was easy to use and all but there a lot of work to do in a short time. Overall, if you keep up with work you will get an A.

She makes it very easy to understand what is due & when--answers questions in class or via email quickly. This is not an easy class but if you do the assignments, read & study you will have no problem getting an A. Some people in the class complained because they had to do assignments & study but this is college...

She drops the lowest grades of your weekly quizzes. She quizzes over material written in powerpoint. Beware of the whole class failing bc she WILL make it harder for everyone. Gives extracredit and make up handouts. She talks too much about sex. But she is very nice and is there to help. I do not regret taking her.

Professor McKnight is an excellent teacher she explains wells and always stays in touch with everyone. She also answers her emails and then explains it to everyone. Would take her again.

This class was straight through McGraw Hill, was very to the point you do have assignments every week with a quiz but if you read and complete the learnsmart assignment while reading you will do well in the class.

I took her for 2 courses the first was regular psychology (In class) and the second was Lifespan (Online).This has been the BEST professor I have had. She is concerned about your grades and wants to see you succeed. Her online courses are made up of quizzes which she gives you 1 week to complete. Great Teacher

Take notes on the chapters ( know the key terms and italics) and you'll pass bottem line! She is a great professor, allows you to see your progress, offers extra credit and always replied to my emails within a reasonable time.

This is not an easy class but Mrs McKnight is very good at her lectures and relates material to stories or videos that makes it easier to remember. She took time out of her schedule to assist me with a problem I had. You have to do your part and study but she does a great job of delivering the information.

Absolutely loved her teaching skills; she is the best at what she does. This class was extremely easy and you learn a lot. You simply have to study and do the work and you will be fine; no reason why anyone cannot make an A. Strongly recommend her! Will take more PSYC courses with her :)

This was a very very hard class, but study do notes, read and you won't have much of a problem. Try not to miss out on classes you'll miss a lot. She's super nice and tries to make the boring material interesting. Hoped for a C ended up with a B because of how helpful and understanding she is

While this course covers a dense amount of material (I had 70 pages of notes by the course's end), the material is broken down into manageable sections with fantastic & energetic overviews from Prof. McKnight. The assignments & syllabus are clear & concise. There is ample extra credit & Prof. McKnight is happy to answer questions in & out of class.

The course was challenging, however I walked away with a lot more knowledge as Professor McKnight included online activities with each reading that made sure the students understood the content. I recommend this class as you'll learn a lot, however I recommend only taking this course if you're willing to work for your grade.

Ms. McKnight is a wonderful professor that cares for her students. I took her summer(online) course but work hard to pass. At the end of each chapter, there are learning curves, interactivity, and assessments that needs to be done. You must read the chapters to do well in her class. Take advantage of the learning activity because it is very helpful

Straight to point 4 types of assignments total: Interactivity 15%, 2)Ch. Quizzes 50%,Learning Curve: 10% and final is optional if you make more than 90 in all. If not then final is worth 25%. At start ch exams were though because 20 questions are done in 20 minutes. If u need help in notes, book or material then search for book in craigslist.

Easy A if you put in effort. Took summer online class. 15 % Interactivity, 50% Quizzes, 10% Learning Curve. She drops the lowest score for all three categories. Final is 25% but you are exempt if you currently have an A in the class. You actually have to read the book to do well on quizzes. This is an easy one, y'all. Sign up if you can.

A lot of work but easy class

Course entailed quizzes per chapter mostly multiple choice with an exam preview and a final multiple choice online exam Lots of reading involved, but do up study notes so you can look up the answers for the quizzes and the final exams within the minute allotted per question all in all an easy A

Read, Re-read and re-read. This class isn't difficult but it is alot of reading. Pass your quizzes, do the assignments and you'll be fine. The timed quizzes can get really specific which was irritating. DO ALL OF the Extra credit, it helps. I was exempt b/c i managed to do well on quizzes. If you need help, the professor is always willing to help.

I took this class in fall2016. The assignment on launchpad and the interactivies were pretty easy, but the chapter assessments were very tough.20 long and complex questions for 20 minutes, and impossible to return to the previous questions. I had to read the 700 page book word to word, page after page. I had to work so so hard to earn an A. Horible

As an international student, it was very happy for me to attend this class. I got a straight A after following the professor's instructions that include class attendance policy, quizzes, tests, and class-outside activity (for extra credit). I like the course. I like the professor.

Professor's Mcknight is pretty straightforward. She stuck to the syllabus and wants to know that students are learning the material. There are areas of this class where it was easy to breeze right through but this is not an easy A type of class. The tests are given in the form of 20 questions with a time limit of 20 minutes so you do have to read.

Professor McKnight will assist you to make a good grade, provided that you are willing to read, complete weekly assignments, and follow instructions. This is my first online class and I am taking her again for PSYC 2314.

Good class, online is much help for exams, just do your work. If you dont, youll probably get a C maybe a B if you have background knowledge of psych. I did all my work on time and got an A. Also she drops lowest hw and quiz, a real help. Take this professor, made psych fun in the morning

I took this as a hybrid. This class is an easy A if you have proficient knowledge in introduction to psychology . Though she's very entertaining, her lectures in class rarely show up on the weekly quizzes. It's a lot of reading, but homework is completion credit. Her quizzes are SUPER specific to reading and are timed (1min/question).

I took this course online and it was really easy. All that you need to do is read the textbook and you'll get an A. She stuck to the syllabus and you were given more than enough time to finish the assignments. Overall, it was a good course.

Took the class last semester (fall 2016) and I can say that it is an easy class if you study. Her online class was well organized and easy to follow. The key is to study and keep up with the due date of the assignments. I made an A

I ENJOYED her class. She provides all the resources for you to pass. you just have to apply yourself. she is very kind and will answer questions if you have any. Her lectures are all PowerPoint based, but very informative. TAKE NOTES or print out the "workbook", it will help out tremendously. She gives PLENTY of time to submit work. & she's funny!

This was my favorite class last semester. You do have to apply yourself if you want a good grade, but that is because she is a good teacher. Her lectures are PowerPoint based, with online access to them. THANK YOU. She's funny and very kind. Don't get me started on THE Crown Royale bag full of chocolate. Bless this professor!

I took this class as a mini 8 week course online and I would so take it again! It was easy if you just do the work and read the instructions. It is perfect for someone like me who works already in a clinical setting full time. You have to take notes on the homework in order to pass the quizzes! She highlights it for you though!

This is the first time I have taken an online class and this course is really easy. There will be plenty of reading throughout the semester, a test on each lesson and a writing assignment. Very easy! She provides PowerPoint for each topic. First week will be a test regarding the syllabus that you need to get a 100. I'm expecting to get an A.

This was my first experience with an online class, and I LOVED it. McKnight dumbs down the process, and I went into this class with total confidence. You'll read most of the book, and the readings can be long, but the quizzes are easy if you take notes! You have to log in once a week, but other than that, it's self-paced! Great class.

Her work is straight forward you get the online website that has the book and the class work. every chapter has a 20 minute 20 question assessment but they are easy you get the grade right away. As long as you do good in the assessments, you will do good in the class.

Professor McKnight made my introduction to the psych courses very interesting and easy to keep up with. I am looking forward to taking another of her classes.

You only have one test, which is the final exam. She gives assignments a week in advance before it is due. Nicest and funniest teacher ever. She has the greatest stories and is really understanding. Gives plenty of extra credit opportunities, and is an easy grader. She will never force you to participate, which is good for people who are shy.

Professor Laura Mcknight follows the syllabus and teaches with clarity.

I'm not gonna lie I thought this course & this professor would make my semester hard. Boy did I judge COMPLETELY wrong. Dr. McKnight's course was very enjoyable. You have to work, it's no easy A, but she helps and encourages you along the way (something online professors don't do). She is very clear, organized, & consistent. Thank you Dr. McKnight!

I took this class for the winter break. It was a lot of work as expected. You are going to have to read and read. I had trouble with one Test, my browser froze and it would not let me get back to the Test I emailed her immediately about it and she let me retake it. Make sure you read and do the assignments on time and it def will be an easy A

I took Ms. McKnight for psyc 2301 as a pre-requisite and I can honestly say she is a really good teacher. For the most part there are some notes you have to fill in outside of class otherwise, you won't know the information for quizzes, and you HAVE to attend every class. One more thing, turn in everything on time and study consistently.

Psych 2301 is a pretty difficult class in general, but Professor McKnight is ready to answer any questions that you have. The classes ARE extremely difficult, and you only get 1 minute to answer each. However, that just makes it so you can't cheat as easily. I would recommend her if you're ready to actually apply yourself to a class

As long as you read the chapters and powerpoints, you are good. You only have 1 minute to answer each question during tests/quizzes. Multiple chances on quizzes and takes the highest grade. Only one chance on tests. Recommend doing the questions in and after the chapters. Only bad thing about this prof is you cant review your quiz and test answers.

I can hands down say Professor Mcknight is the best teacher I've had all through out college she has helped me out to not just understand what I'm being taught but she is also very ubderstanding knowing we all have a life outside school. Amazing professor definetly recommend her. 10/10

Amazing professor, easy A just do all the assignments on time. Quizzes only have 1 minute per question just pace yourself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

She is a great lecturer and is very detailed with her explanations. The homework/classwork is straight to the point and she is very entertaining. The class that I specifically signed up for was a Z-class which didnt require a textbook but we still had online readings which- as long as you keep up with it- is not at all that bad. A GREAT PROFESSOR!

She is clear on her assignments, takes care of every student, gives extra credit not just useless points. emails you back faster than any other professors. She is the best professor ever. I got A

Well structured class with clear deadlines and grading criteria, textbook came with a built in study plan. Dr. McKnight regularly checked in with encouragement or advice based on your performance on the study plan and practice quizzes, and was prompt and funny in email correspondence. Class requires effort; if you put in the work, you'll get an A.

I just took her 8 week course and I made an A. Great professor and emails back fast, all of the instructions are very clear if you need this class and need a good grade take her but do everything even the extra credit and do it on time and you will do great.

I loved so much about this class. The Professor made everything clear from start to finish. You can never be lost or mix up due dates. Assignments are easy. The only thing hard was the final! 10/10 would recommend.

This class is super easy as long as you read, do the homework, and the assignments. Youll pass with flying colors. This professor went above and beyond during the storm HTX had a couple of weeks ago. I would definitely take her again if I needed to. I highly recommend her class. It is self teaching, but definitely not hard.

Sweet teacher who cares about her students success in her class & will drop your 2 lowest test & homework assignments. Will give you some slack for when "life happens".

Professor McKnight had all of the lectures loaded into these amazing PowerPoint presentations. Just the color scheme alone, made me want to learn the information in the PowerPoints. There was also video's, access to an online book and study guides. I had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to take any of her courses again. Loved the layout.

She is considerate, and care for the students. I recommend her.

Very upfront on expectations and due dates and the course modules are neat, which made the class easy to pace. Her exams have lockdown but students are not recorded, nonetheless, the browser is a pain to use. No essays or projects. homework is easy to do but requires a bit of reading. It definitely is not an 'easy A' but not too rigorous either.

This class is very much an online/anytime class. Which makes going to school more accessible for students such as myself. If you don't need a professor to sit there and hold your hand; are able to pace yourself and stay on top of deadlines. Then Professor McKnight is a good fit for you. Easy work load as long as you stay focused.

Professor Mcknight was an amazing instructor. I took PSYC 2301 as an online-anytime course. Her canvas course is well organized and easy to navigate. She is a fair grader, and a fair teacher. 10/10. I believe I finished with a high A.
