ONLINE CLASS: Laura was wonderful. The assignments were straight forward and she is totally reasonable (she postponed due dates for me for while I was at a conference). Class material is totally interesting. Excellent class to sharpen your communication skills, whatever your skill level is to begin with. Definately recommend!

Alot of info to take in for this class, but she does a great job in making it interesting and active. Good class. Recommend it as well as any class with her. I took two speech classes with her got great grades in both.

Class was very straight forward and easy to understand. The prof did absolutely nothing in way of teaching, students read and post about the section. Journals and essays were emailed and returned with limited feedback.

Okay..Speech/Interpersonal Commnucation...Online? What a joke. The assignments are easy, just don't procrastinate. There is a lot of reading to do and your tests are hard if you don't!! Limited feeback from the instructor unless you do something she doesn't like.

(ONLINE COURSE) I agree with what the others said. Strait forward. Do the reading (which takes some time) and assignments and you'll get the grade you deserve. Very little feedback from the prof. However, we had a HUGE class. So it's kind of unreasonable to expect her to reply to everyone.

Class was fairly easy. Just need to post your answers in the discussion questions and reply to one of your peers. Test are not easy (I read the entire book). I think the time is too short: 50 min for 50 questions. There were times when because of the time i just had to guess. I didn't do very well in the quizes, but I got full credit on the rest.

This professor is very good at what she does. She continually made herself available throughout the course and made sure everyone understood the class work. She is one of the best professors I have had this far.

Best teacher I've ever had. Very clear on what she wants done on all assignments. When she grades she allows you to understand what needs to fixed in order to get an A. Interesting class at all times. She is always there to help you succeed in all parts of your life. I STRONGLY reccommend Laura because she is on your side to get the best outcome.

(ONLINE SPEECH CLASS) There is SO much work in this class. The material is interesting, but there are 4 exams, 2 big papers and a project. There are also homework assignments due every day of the week. Not a bad class but be prepared to do a lot of homework and reading.

Small Group Communication (ONLINE): I really enjoyed this class. THE BEST online teacher I have ever had. Laura is totally involved in the class and interested in her students success. She is very helpful and quick to respond. There is a lot of work in this class so be prepared to study and do a lot of reading and writing but it's worth it!

Great teacher, I've to prove to her that I can catched up on all the assignments that I've already missed when I enrolled in her class late. She let me in and even though the class involves a lot of homework, and assignment it was worth it. The tests were really hard but I managed to get an good grade at the end.

Very good class ONLINE. Well laid out class and syllabus. I was hesitant to take it based on others' comments from the Rate My Professor website, but took a chance & was glad I did. Interesting Textbook,1 Discussion post/1 response/30+ readings of classmates responses. 4 Timed exams,2 major papers. Very applicable material in life and for college.

I'm completing her online course now. She has been extremely interactive with the students. She is also very helpful. Very instructive critics of my work. You can tell she really cares about subject matter and the students. There is a lot of work and you cover all 11 chapters in the book, but you gain an excellent understanding of the subject.

The best class I have ever taken! Laura always answered questions, the material was very interesting, and the class was relatively easy. There is a lot of reading and writing required and you have to study for the tests! Wonderful professor!

Took online. 2 discussion posts per week. Not too bad. I did mine ahead of time which worked out well because they can pile up on you if you slack. 4 tests total. Pretty easy, just read the chapters and take notes. Easy A especially for a 200 level class.

Ms. Nudelman utilized text, online lectures, and discussion boards very effectively. She provides clear and concise directions,course requirements and expectations. This instructor works very hard to make certain that the students learn the material that was outlined in the syllabus. This was an online class but Laura is very accessible by phone or in person if you need additional clarification. I could never say that she didn't go out of her way to make herself available.

This class was fairly easy. There was discussions every week, but they were all straight to the point and easy to answer by using the book. She sent emails often to let you know what was due, and directions were clear. Even though it was online it was pretty easy.

I needed this class for my degree requirements in the AAS-T IT track. It was online and it was not difficult to do well if you participated in the discussions and completed all the assingnments on time. Laura gave me all the information lectures and assigned readings I needed to get an A. She graded easy on the assignments but you do need to study hard for the test, that's the only thing that dropped my grade. She gives you lots of extra credit which was helpful and grades our work quickly which is nice. Her online class is an easy A.

Great teacher who communicated everything specifically. Same days of the week assignments or quizzes were due. If you put the effort on the assignments then you received a great grade. I have had Professor Nudelman for three communications class this year and each class has been great! She does powerpoint lectures which are extremely helpful and she is always very clear about what she expects from every assignment. If you have a question or concern she is always prompt about replying back to you on canvas. Enjoyed the classes!

Took CMST 250 for summer quarter, which is a shorter 6 weeks. Mrs. Nudelman did a good job assigning work and giving back assignments in a timely manner. She's very helpful and quick to respond to e-mails. Very good with announcements too - will tell you if a big assignment is coming up ahead of time. Excellent instructor!

This was the best online class I've ever taken. Laura was present, helpful, and very knowledgeable. There was a lot of homework, but it was worth it. I learned so much in this class.

This is a pretty easy class as long as you follow directions and do the work. She gives plenty of opportunities for extra credit and lots of lead time for assignments. Laura is also very helpful and understanding. On our final exam, Canvas reverted to an outdated version of the Quiz. When I asked about it, she quickly resolved the situation.

The class is not that hard as long as you do the reading and do the study guides; they help a lot. She has very clear expectations as well.

This was my first communications class so I cannot compare it to other classes, however I was pleasantly surprised by how involved the instructor was. She gave feedback on every assignment and had a clear and concise grading rubric. I enjoyed this course immensely!

This teacher was great, especially in online lectures and paper feedback. She does grade more specifically on grammar and punctuation, which really helped develop better writing skills. All in all I would highly recommend this teacher, she keeps the class and assignments interesting!

Super easy class. Laura responded quickly to emails and was really nice. Everything is laid out for you online and she made it available a few days before the quarter started too. You read the chapters, answer and respond to discussion questions, and have a quiz. There's 4 or 5 "papers" you have to write, but they are 500-700 words so really easy

She was awesome! Definitely recommend. There were 4 discussion questions, 4 papers (500-700 word essays), 4 quizzes, lectures in each module, no final. She gives you the grading rubric to help with expectations on all assignments and offers extra credit opportunities. Quizzes weren't easy, but if you study the material you should be fine.

I took this class summer quarter, and even though the workload was crammed, it was great! Laura really knows how to engage her students even though it is online -- she records lectures, the study guides are on point with the exams, and she offers extra credit opportunities. She gives great feedback to help you improve your future grades.

Has a clear rubric that is easy to follow and understand for all assignments. Study guides for each quiz are given in advance and there's lots of options on how to get class lectures (audio, videos, ppts). Flexible with due dates if you email her and willing to answer questions pretty quickly. Gives great feedback on assignments too.

She is definitely one of the best professors I have had at Bellevue. I took communications 210, it was amazing. She is great my favorite teacher besides Nicholas Price at Bellevue.

Prof. Nudelman has amazing, thought-provoking lectures. Easy A if you actually do the work and/or aren't a moron. Super fast turnaround when grading assignments, is quick to answer emails and such. Great teacher!

What can I say? Professional, precise yet caring and encouraging. It is tough to find a professor that both pushes for exactness AND provides supportive feedback. The context of this class is not very difficult and very useful, however, you need to understand what reading material, lectures say to get good score for quiz. You need to cover lecture, textbook and study guide to get a A. The instructor is very helpful and encourages us to get a good grade by giving a few extra credits.

Laura Nudelman is one of my favorite instructors at Bellevue. She is so understanding and really tries to do any- and every- thing she possibly can to make your quarter go smoothly. A "5" rating isn't enough. I honestly think that all human beings should take this course since communication is so important to interpersonal relationships.

She is FANTASTIC teacher. She really wants you to suceed and her class is extremely well structured. There is a lot to read but she gives you plenty of time and lots of announcements to remind you of what's going on this week. Weekly quizzes on text + lectures but she gives plenty of study material. No reason you shouldn't do well in this class.

I LOVE professor Nudelman. The schedule of assignments is light and easy to follow. She makes assignments available early on so that you can work ahead. There is one discussion each week where you respond to a question on a chapter and then you respond to your classmates... easy :) Also, there is one quiz each week. Also, extra credit available! :)

OH MY GOSH, wow!! I struggled this quarter a lot and the last month I messaged her telling her my struggles and asking for help. I would have never expected such a caring, helpful and encouraging response! I wish I would have gotten to know her more before the last month! plus she replies back fast to emails!

Laura was very organized in her online class. There wasn't too much homework which was nice and she gave tons of extra credit which boosted my grade so much. Basically have a test and discussion every week, tests are 90 min for 20 questions. There are 3 Journal Submissions which is basically a short essay which are super easy. Totally recommend

She was wonderful professor! She definitely practices what she preaches in that shes a great communicator. About one discussion every week. A test every two weeks. She incorporates a lot of extra stuff like tuition help or resources that will help you outside of class. She is the best teacher every.

Organized class, easy-going teacher, discussion and online quiz two times a month. Many lectures recorded videos helps you study and gives you a practice quiz which is helpful for the online quiz. Group discussions are not hard if you read the chapter. Textbook provided in her class. Plus some extra credits for some surveys and course evaluation.

This online course for Interpersonal Communication was harder than I anticipated, but also way more rewarding than I anticipated! Professor Nudelman is an expert in this field and a very talented instructor. Plan to spend a lot of time on the assignments. If you follow the rubric, you will get a good grade. Simple as that.

I took the healthcare focus CMST 250. There are 1-2 discussions a week that are appropriate for healthcare. You do use the textbook for the discussions, but there is an online version you can get access too. Two papers that I did last minute and got good grades on them. A few extra credit opportunities, and tests were the answers are in the book.

She was just an all-round an amazing instructor and I loved everything about her teachings! Everything was very nicely organized, super easy to access. The assignment instructions were very clear. Helpful tools for quizzes. She was very reasonable and friendly and responds super fast to email. Everything in this class was perfect.

I told this class in the fall and had some unexpected unfortunate events occur but I couldn't have asked for a more supportive professor. She's really there to see everyone win, goes above and beyond for her students. The course itself was very enjoyable & direct honestly don't think anyone could fail her class. I wish all my classes were with her!

A very kind woman with an easy class as long as you read the provided rubric. Just use Grammarly if you're not confident in your writing skills. This was a nice accompaniment to my Bio 160 class.

Laura was great! Im not that good with online classes but her course was put together well. Very organized, clear and she cares for her students making sure they understand. I wish she taught other classes! She does whatever it takes to help with any student questions or if something pops up she will help find a solution. Take her!

The class was very organized. Lectures, readings, discussions are due weekly. She offered practice quizzes before the actual quiz which was a nice resource. 2 application papers which were also doable. She always provides feedback for improvement as well as extra credit opportunities. Overall, an amazing class with clear expectations for success!

Laura's class was so well-structured and organized, it's insane! Plenty of work to do each week (2 chapters, a discussion, a quiz, etc) but she's very reasonable. Very knowledgable on this topic; you will learn a lot of useful information! Don't be afraid to reach out to her if you need it -- she actually cares about her students

Great Professor! Lots of work for example 6 quizzes, 6 discussions, and 2 journal assignments. These are all workable as long as you stay on top of your work. Would recommend to anyone who wants an easy class. Ps most answers are on Quizlet for the quizzes and they are open book too

Laura is the absolute best. Very hard to find a professor who is this caring, knowledgeable, involved, organized, and willing to work with her students like Laura. CMST 252 just launched, but the material is invaluable and instantly applicable to students' everyday and work lives. Please take her! No other can compare.

One of the best professors I have ever had! She wants all her students to be successful and get A's. She makes her grading criteria really clear so it's easy to get 100%. All her tests are open-note and you do most of the difficult work through discussions and papers. Not very time-intensive and super interesting material and lectures!

The course is as organized as you could ask for. She's very clear on expectations. This class has heavy reading however, if using the online textbook you can easily skim and notate. Three bigger journal type assignments but start early and you'll be good. 6 quizzes with generous amount of time. Overall amazing professor, highly recommend

This class had quite a bit or reading, not a ton of lectures. Pretty easy class if you just read the text and listen to lectures. I got a lot out of this class and really appreciated Prof. Nudelman's correspondence and reminders. Great class!

Recorded lectures no longer than 23 minutes, a calendar that she stuck with almost 100%, extremely clear expectations and assignment rubrics, good communication and exams/projects that encourage you to learn and understand the textbook and course materials. Not a lot of busy work, a fair number of extra credit options. She cares about you.

Highly recommend taking her classes. She cares about her students success and is accommodating if you communicate with her. Lots of reading and writing. Her quizzes are tough if you don't read I recommend you take the practice quiz before taking the quiz. She is genuinely nice and a pleasure to learn from. Provides lots of tools for your success.

Do all the work and you'll pass. Her lectures are very detailed and clear. Everything is also super organized. There was a lot of reading though.

I highly suggest any pre-health students take CMST 252 with Laura Nudelman. Do the study guides and extra credit assignments, and read Mrs. Nudelman's (very helpful) feedback. You can tell she wants her students to learn and succeed. Very accessible outside of class too. Very reasonable class with very applicable lessons. Mrs. Nudelman is a gem!!!

Professor Nudelmann's clear teaching and tips have been incredibly helpful. I'm grateful for the experience and plan on taking her other classes in the future.

Laura gives very clear outlines of what is expected, and she gives different ways of listening or watching the lectures (podcast, video, or the powerpoint) which is super helpful when you are a parent and working a full-time job. She gives great feedback on assignments and truly cares about your success. Highly recommend taking any of her classes.

Clearly, Laura is a travelled individual. She shares her experiences by pictures and having an open-mind and being an overall awesome teacher. It was a great class; I learned a lot and was able to do some self reflecting while attending.

Best instructor ever! She's super caring and understanding that life happens to students. Term consists of 5 quizzes, application assignments and discussions. Super easy!! Responds quickly to emails. She's amazing!!! I wish I could take all classes with her. ;(

Professor Nudelman is great - makes the material engaging and accessible. The class is manageable with reasonable assignments. I found unstuck ai really helpful for prepping along with the textbook.

Professor Nudelman is very kind and cares about her students. You will do well in this class if you read the textbook and follow the lectures. The majority of the assignments were weekly Canvas discussions and reflections. The material is helpful for the real world; take advantage of the different perspectives of your peers during discussions!

she has to be my favorite professor at bc. one of the kindest and most caring people i've ever met. her lectures are short & straightforward, she replies to emails incredibly fast, & her directions for homework were straightforward too. ALL assignments are also open to you on the first day of class, so you are allowed to work ahead. love this prof!

Prof. Nudelman is exceptional on a whole other level! Her class is well-structured and easy to follow; you'll learn so much. I now have a better understanding of myself and people from different backgrounds. Honestly, I didn't want the class to end. She is kind, inspiring, and beautiful inside and out. Just take her class - you'll thank me later.

She was super nice. She was always connecting with you when something was not right. An assignment per week. Really easy and cute!
