this is the easiest math class i've ever taken. I feel like i'm in elementary school again. The teacher is crazy. She is so funny. She makes funny noises and talks to herself. Good class to take for an easy A.

She moves pretty quickly through the material, but is good about giving extra help. Quizzes are very easy, tests are reasonably easy. Overall a good teacher, I recommend her.

Dr. Stappleton is great. She explains things very well is always available if you need help. Her assignments are really easy as well as her tests. If you don't get it, just ask. You'd be crazy not to take her!

Went a little fast when teaching but was willing to discuss and explain anything with you. She was very helpful and her tests weren't hard.

I loved Mrs. Stapleton. She is such a good teacher. She explains everything to a T. You come out of the class having actually learned something. I would recommend her for anyone, especially those who are not good at math, because she makes it easy to learn. I got an A!!

Ms. Stapleton was very nice. I hat math with a passion and she made it a little easier. I came out of the class with B and was happy for it. I would recommend her to anyone. A word of advice do the projects and keep in mind each of the tests are worth 20% of your grade.I would absolutly take one of her classes again. Good Luck!

Stapleton is the best math instructor I have had since elementary school. She is wonderful at explaining concepts so that students understand. She gives projects which help your grade and her tests are multiple choice! I am retaking the class and have a B in it. I would recomend her to anyone who struggles is math.

Took the class online. Challenging for me, but I ended-up doing fairly well. She's not as involved as a lot of other professors I've had online classes with. Quiz and test on each chapter and final...3 page writing assignment.

I took the online class and it was fairly easy. Really its an online math class there is not a lot you can say. Either you understand math and pass the class or you dont. She is really nice and will try to help. She does offer extra credit. You need a proctor to take the tests with so you cannot cheat. All in all pretty easy.

Online class. Make sure you take the time to do the problems in the book. Tests can be hard if you blow this class off. Gives extra credit. One writing assignment. She is very nice and helpful.

It can't get much easier, you do the homework, you'll do fine. She always emailed back as needed, and I thoroughly enjoyed the class. Taken online, easy A or B, if you do the homework, do not wait until the last minute, just a warning, you need to pay attention to.

Recommend highly. Very good teacher. Willing to help a student in anyway that she can. Understands that math does not come easily for everyone. Extremely ood about communicating with you. Great about making up work for excused absences. Would tak again in a heartbeat.

Ms. Stapleton is a very understanding woman. She will sometimes let you correct your exams for extra credit. She will help you if you ask for it. I will be taking her for stats online this summer.

Mrs Adkins is an awesome professor. In, and out of the classroom. Getting to know her on a personal level is great because you can get help out of the class aswell. She is very clear, understanding, and will go over problems as many times as needed even if its just one person lagging behind. Best teacher i've ever had.

Professor Stapleton is amazing! She is very helpful, sometimes unorganized (but who truly is?) I would take her class if you want to learn and get help if you need it.

So I went into this class expecting it to be considerably tough. It's not the easiest material to grasp but Dr. Stapleton will help you if you ask. You get an easy 20% with homework so don't blow it off. No extra credit was given but she did grade on a scale so that helps. I would gladly take her again for any math class.

Professor Stapleton's class is very easy if you attend to all the class & if you stay catch up with all the homework assignments. The homework and the test are not hard to pass, so don't freak out. If you need any help with any of the assignments just ask....I'm sure she can help you with anything.

Laura Stapleton is a tough professor. Do not take her class if you don't plan to put in the work. She wants everyone to do well, so she explains things well.

Professor Stapleton is wonderful! Her tests were pretty difficult, but she did give extra credit wherever possible. She was pretty unorganized at times, and took a while to grade our tests. She was really clear when explaining the material, and told us exactly what would be on every test. Overall, really great professor.

I took this class online. I found the class a little challenging, lots of work but she gives plenty of time to complete it. I bought and used the textbook but I just like to have a book to look at. I did have to email her a few times with questions and she responded almost instantly! She was very helpful. I will be taking her for Statistics!

Professor Stapleton is one of my favourite instructors at Marshall, and hers is the first math class that I have ever truly enjoyed. She is incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. Her lectures and notes are clear, but she happily answers questions and works individually with students who are struggling. She's amazing; highly recommended.

LOVED PROFESSOR STAPLETON! By far my favorite professor I have had at Marshall. Lectures are very well organized. She's easy to understand, will answer questions. gives good examples. A good amount of homework, but its very helpful. Wish she taught more of the classes I'm required to take because I would definitely pick her every time.

Laura Stapleton reignited my love for math. I hope I can take her most semesters of my college experience. Very thorough, the homework isn't overbearing with plenty of time to do them. The workload may seem scary at first, but I assure you it is not that bad!!! I would rate her a 10/10 if possible, best professor at Marshall!!!

I absolutely HATE math, but Laura turned my worst subject into my absolute favorite class. Our class was like a family. Shes so caring and fun to be around. Highly recommend.

FAVORITE PROFESSOR EVER!!!! Show up to class, do your Hawkes and study for your test and you will pass. She is such an amazing professor inside and out of the classroom. HIghly recommend

Laura was not only a GREAT teacher, our whole class just bonded and she was super funny and genuinely cared about us and helping us with the material. If you take 127, take Mrs. Stapleton and youll have an awesome math class.

Best class ever , hilarious teacher who went above and beyond to make her students feel almost like family. Oh and she loves target and markers!

This was one of the easiest math classes I have taken. We used a new company for our online work so we didn't need to purchase an access code. Either replies super fast to emails or takes 2-3 days to respond, no in between. Overall, the work was fairly easy and I got most of my work done in a day or so.

Took STA225 online without knowing much about statistics, and was very pleased!! Exams were just like the homework. Professor Stapleton was always very easy to contact and was very kind! Easy A if you put in the effort!

She is a fantastic teacher. I recommend her 120% best math teach I have had EVER. Very helpful, understanding and just a wonderful person!

I'm not a huge fan of math but I enjoyed this class. I took this class over the Summer and the homework prepares you for the test, which made the class less stressful. She will post a practice test for each exam, the practice isn't mandatory. All material was posted on Blackboard and didn't purchase a book or access code. Homework due on Sundays.

Professor Stapleton is the best math teacher I have had in my entire life. Within the class, she not only has her regular lecture, but she also has subcategorized videos available to review the content more precisely. She is willing to help you whenever you need it. The tests in her class is the usual, and she provides practice exams to help you.

I did an all online class with her. The homework will let you try an answer 15 times and the tests aren't very long. She sometimes does not email you back very quickly, but most of the time she will eventually answer. She is a very sweet person!

Wants you to pass the class. She will email you back if you ask her for help or anything. She will go out of her way to help you when you ask.

I am not good at math at all, but Laura was so helpful and I did amazing in her class. We could use notecards on the tests this year which helped things a lot. She doesn't require a text book and the notes she provides are very helpful. As long as you show up and ask questions you're great.

Solid online class. She was helpful whenever I reached out to her, which happened only once. It was an easy online class.

Dr.Stapleton is nice, she is very easy to get ahold of outside of class hours, I took her STA225 class online and it was a pretty straight forward class nothing to hard about it. She posts tutorials, and the website she uses for homework is very straight forward. Just make sure you turn in everything on time she has no grace period with late work.

The best math professor I have ever had! She is detailed in her lectures and outlines the steps to take when solving. The class used an online homework platform that was phenomenal as well. If you show up to class, pay attention and do the assigned homework each week it's impossible to be unsuccessful.

Dr.Stapleton is a good professor and i would recommend her to a lot of people. But one thing i would say is that if you do not do your work it will screw you over and she will take 20% each time until zero but just make sure you turn in your work cause if not she wont take it for full points unless note so it can be difficult.

This class was a great option for STA225Online. There's about 2-4 asmts a week on avg & you can keep answering the questions until you get the correct answer on them. Other than that, there's just 3 projects (by yourself) & 4 exams. The exams are pretty easy bc they're just like the asmts. She does not grade tough on the projects. Great experience!

This was a great class! She is super sweet and easy to reach if you need help. Sometimes, the work was time consuming, but Professor Stapleton provided powerpoints and videos to help understand the content. I would definitely recommend taking this class online.

Dr. Stapleton is a phenomenal professor. She allowed us to all use notecards for tests and exams. As someone who has always struggled at math she can teach it well. I expected to end off the class with a low C I ended with an A. She wants every student to succeed, she never takes up the full class time, and answers questions well. Take her for 127.
