Very good teacher. She's engaging to listen to, fun to talk to, and always has something interesting to say. The class is not overly difficult. The lectures are insightful. Take if at all possible.

She is a very friendly, approachable instructor. She loves what she teaches and makes her classes very interesting. Her test are easy since she gives a study guide. Take her. I got an " A" with not too much struggle.

Excellent teacher. Took her during Spring 2004 semester. Overall her lectures were good. Many video watchings and she gives out a study guide before the test. She also offers extra credit which is a bonus in ANY class. However, she was absent many times, which may be good and bad at times.

Great prof. Great attitude, very helpful. You can tell she loves her subject and cares about her students. She's also and underwater archaeologist! Way cool!

The easiest college class I have ever taken. Study guides are all you need to know, and she gos over everything on it, including essays. We even had a take home test, interesting too.

I am transferring to USC and this looked like the easiest requirement to fill. As Long as you show up to class, she will give you information to put on studyguides that she may let you use on exams(or hand-in in place of them). Well spoken, and an expert in her field, she made the class tolerable.

One of the easiest classes I have ever took. She is a very nice lady, and the class is pretty interesting. All you have to do is show up and study a little bit before the tests. Just write a lot of vocab on the tests and you'll get an A.

Excellent teacher. I would take her again in a heartbeat. She's so nice and very sweet. The class is basically lecture. Her test are easy, she basically tells you whats going to be on the test, and she will also let you use your notes from the video on the test. I highly recommend you taking her if your planning to have a great semester.

She is an awesome teacher. She isan actual Archaeologist and that really helps. She jumps around a lil' with her discussion, but if you have any questions about anything, she will def. help you. I'D DEFINETLY RECOMMEND HER!

the easiest class u will ever have, shes simple, easy notes, can use them on tests...which is awsome. Only thing is that u should take it over the summer for ur GE requirments and take the harder courses in the regular semester. Oh and the subject matter is intresting, the terms u learn from her and the history can easly be applied to other classes

Easy class, extremely nice and helpful teacher, attendance not always necessary. Lectures pretty interesting...take notes and listen in class and you'll do fine on the tests. Some tests are open notes. Recommend you buy the book, it helps. Overall don't stress for this class! :D

She is a cool teacher, the class was pretty easy, the only somewhat hard part is the essay questions on the test, but she gives extra credit, on the test, as long as u watch the videos, u'll have the answers for the extra credit.

the best anthr teacher on campus n has real world experience in field. treats you like you are in college if u act like it. dont' interupt/fall asleep and u will do fine. tells u everything u need to do well in class. test are mc/essay study guide given. very nice and understanding talk to her if u need anything. highly recommend!!

One of the best teachers I've ever had. She's the reason I choose my major! She has real life experience and her lectures are interesting. You don't really need the book but its always nice to have. She is a good lecturer. She has lots of anecdotes to tell that make the class interesting. The exams require studying but are not overly difficult if you take good notes in class. Shes a really good teacher. take notes, comparte your notes to hers and your passing the class. did not have to take the final coz my attendance was perfect. lets you use your notes in some oof the exams too. was never intreasted in anthropology but i really loved the class.

This is the second class I've taken with her. Best anthro professor at LBCC, possibly one of the best professors there. Her classes are interesting and with anthro 2 you can use notes on test. Tests are based on lectures and videos, don't miss the videos! Textbook not needed but always nice to have. Take her!

The class is pretty easy. The videos were hard to watch because the cultures killed animals. The class was boring, I didn't like it. I got a B, you can use notes on the test. As long as you go to most of the classes and open the book before the tests you'll pass easily.

I loved this teacher. When she teaches, she actually teaches you. She uses her personal experiences, the personal experience of others, and visual learning techniques instead of expecting you to sit and read your textbooks 24/7. She's very easy to comprehend, down to earth. It was by far one of the more interesting and enjoyable subjects for me.

Wonderful teacher highly recommend anyone to take her. She explains the material thoroughly and only sets u up to pass never fail. There is reading but the book is custom made so its not hard or rather much reading. She will definatly give u a spark interested into the Anthropolgy Field. Very lovely teacher. Not only is she passionate about what she does, but she is very kind-hearted. I have never seen her not smile. She's very easy. If you need to take Anthropology, then you need this teacher. The class is fun and really educational. I am surprised if people cannot do well in this class. If you are an Anthropology major, even better. See is helpful with even student transfer possibilities, and professions. All around great person, who actually cares about her students.

I love her. I took Archaeology just as a GE and fell in love, now I'm an Anthro major. Yes, she is easy. No, theres never homework. But this is not a mindless 'easy A' class. She is passionate and captivating and you come away with understanding and appreciation of the subject, and yeah, an A. If you don't get an A... wow.... (She's also funny.)

The class is easy breezy. There are five exams and that's it! Go to class and take good notes. Plus, she's very nice and passionate about anthropology.

I was not looking forward to this class (I had to take it for a GE credit) but after the first class meeting I knew my mind was 100% changed. Show up, TAKE NOTES, and go over the definitions. Mrs. Breece is amazing! You can use your lecture notes on tests and you watch lots of movies on different cultures. The tests are a bit confusing, and she kind of tough with grading the short answer responses. I got an A and I was never bored in the class.

The book is slightly required but you don't necessarily need it; just go check it out in the library and copy the notes you need for class. Although her tests are open notes, they are easy. She made this class so neat, would definitely take her class again. She is friendly, interesting, and clearly knowledgeable on the subject. She is also understanding of her students' situations and gives out a lot of transfer information and advice on your academic/educational goals. This class is very well-rounded. TAKE her!

One of the few professors remaining who actually teaches (rather than just reading slide after slide)! Her lectures are always engaging and interesting. I actually learn the material.

Show up to class, pay attention, and take good notes because the tests are open notes. I feel like I actually learned a lot from this course due to the amazing lectures. Dr. Breece does a great job at making the lectures very interesting and engaging. If you come in late or youre lazy DO NOT take a picture of her writing on the board, she hates it.

Reminds me of Ms. Frizzle! very charismatic and keeps the class engaged with jokes and her deep knowledge. Always positive and truly loves what she does.
