She is soooo funny! You're on your own for the exams but, the class is definetly interesting

She is a really good professor and very entertaining as well. You'll enjoy her class so if I were you I'd sign up for it.

Yeah she's a little crazy and talks about her personal life often, but overall she is entertaining and easy. She gives good practice tests to you before you take the actual test, and they are right out of the book, no hidden agendas or definitions. Overall, she is okay.

i there r misconceptions about her.she has strong views & guys r intimidated b/c she's not a pushover.she DOES include her personal life @ times, but its only 2 show she can relate 2 people on a social level.the books she has u read r what the tests are on, & people try 2 find an easy way out by not reading them.i liked her-very nice & entertaining

Wonderful teacher. It is like going to a stand up show every class period. This is not a normal class. Instead of learning something that you will forget after the test, you will learn life skills. She is very helpful. If you dont get an A or B then maybe you aren't smart enough to be in college. She gives you the answers.

Yes she does talk alot about her own sexual encounters, but that just shows that she is a comfortable person with herself and her body. shes a good person as well as a good professor.

Goes off on tangents a lot. Don't need to go to class like, ever. But overall, it was an easy class, easy tests and only 1 3 page paper.

the best professor i have ever had. she has the guts to say what she feels and that is what its all about. so what if she adds too much personal info. if people dont like that then they shouldnt take the class

i think its great that we have a professor that is able to speak her mind to the fullest. just for that i give her 5 all around. im aldo and im a senior, she might not be liked by many but if they dont like her then they should drop the course or deal with it. in life there are a lot of people who have different opinions and that is that. she is honest and that is more than i can say for a lot of people.

She is the type of professor that every university needs! I love her class and look forward to taking her again. She is definitely open about her personal life, but the class puts me in a good mood so I don't mind!

great prof, one of my faves. very interesting ,funny, easy tests, good reviews in class, interesting subject matter. makes time go by quick.

I did not learn anything from her, i read the book and did good. She is easy, but very unorganized. Classes are always interesting, she is very very open about her life-she is very out spoken.

Interesting to say the least. Exams are average in difficulty. Study the practice exams and won't be as hard.

If you take a class about sex and proceed to call it and the professor "gross" and "nasty", you're immature little dumbass kids. Grow up. I'm taking this class in the spring and glad that none of you idiots are in it.

Loved going to her class, her stories were out of control. Loved her class she made it so interesting and no attendance policy. Definatley take her psych class.

She's a little crazy but take her, its an easy class..you don't need to go to class, she takes attendance the 1st week, and then maybe once a month after that. She does talk about herself, and her daughter, but its really not that bad. Her exams sometimes identically match the study guide she hands out the class before!!

please remember CCSU is a mans university she is working in a non feminist environment she is real down to earth and had a hard life which is real

GREATEST TEACHER AT CENTRAL, if you like easy exams, funny ass classes, and a teacher who will be late more then you then this is the teacher for you. anyone who disagrees is an imature prude pansey...

She was different..that's for sure. but i actually think she deserves more credit than what people say of her. shes nice, and her exams are fairly easy. however, my one gripe is that you have to teach yourself the material.

Wow! Absurd comments and discussions! Lets just say, boredom is never the case in this course. You will hear some things you never wanted to know. Kick ass class over all! No stress involved!

Fun class, very very easy. Doesn't take attendance, talks very openly about sex and her sex life and partners. Definitely not for the prude. Learned a decent amount, instructor cancels class and is frequently late.

She is kind of spastic. The class is easy and she tells you exactly what is on the exams. She took attendance the first day only. She is late a lot and cancels without an email or anything. I would recommend this class if you need to get your gpa up. Easy A. Somewhat interesting but you don't really learn much about the subject. Just her life.

As long as you can deal with a professor who isn't as professional than others, then you will love her. She is easy, entertaining , and you do learn. Easy grader.

Says some shocking things but she is great. I enjoy the class. Learning is most fun when it's told in a story. She does that I remember almost everything she says. I would take another class with her any day! You actually do learn something. Just be ready for some crazy stories! :)

Took her class this Spring. I would take another class with her again. I enjoyed learning from her. She made the Social Psych interesting. She's not boring.

If I could pick a professor to teach all subjects in psy it would be her. She is hilarious, super smart, and very helpful teacher. I was in a terrible head on collision and she made making up the work so easy and obtainable!! <3 Her!!!!

I had her for Social Psych and Human Sexuality and I am also her research assistant. This woman makes class fun, she is passionate, and gives you life lessons as well book smarts. You can talk to her about anything and everything. She will always have a place in my heart.

Went over information well and was very active during class. She goes deeply into her sex life and problems that are going on within her life. Its an easy A, but sometimes the class is not even on the information you need to know, but about her.

Perdue is 1 in a million. She is funny and you will never forget her laugh or stories. The crazy thing is I learned a lot from her. Exams are easy and usually take home essay. I took her for 448, 390, 372. Some might find her unbearable with the language she uses but i suggest you get your head out of your ass.

Dr. Perdue is one of the only professors in this school who care if you succeed. Talk to her, get to know her, tell her about your issues...she will accomodate your needs.

I enjoyed her class. She does get off topic, but I didn't mind because it made the class and material more interesting. I don't understand why people write so negatively about her, all I have to say is: it's college and we're adults. She's very knowledgeable on Social Psych and I overall liked this class!

Great Professor! Best class (Psych of Women) I've ever taken throughout my entire college career!! I wish there was a "Part 2"! It is Dr. Perdue's delivery of the material that make this class so great. REALLY,REALLY SMART, great sense of humor and a kind heart, take her class, it's a great experience! Yes, I sat in front, no she didn't bite me!

Great teacher that makes you actually think, not only about the lecture but about what's going on in our society and the world. Can be a bit boisterous at times but I think she's doing so to get people's attention.Come to class, take notes, read the text, you'll walk away learning alot.

I took her for social psychology she is sweet and outgoing. she'll help you a lot if you need it, but get ready for a weird, but awesome teacher her class is easy i barely opened my text book. whatever she goes over in class is on her tests and she'll let you know whats on it the class before. TAKE HER!!!!

Dr. Perdue is a real person. Very honest and interested in making sure you understand that life outside the classroom isn't gum drops and lollipops. I love her grit and her approachability. She gives many first hand examples and her laugh may startle you, but she is fabulous. A very very smart Professor.

Very easy class. Attendance is not mandatory but if you sit in the front row and are absent she will remember your face and wonder where you are. She's very accommodating to those with disabilities. Gives a make up exam session at the end if you miss the one in class. Get ready to hear about her own sex life..
