CondL: My FAVORITE CLASS SO FAR!!! Prof is understanding and warm. Classes are interactive and stray from traditional passive lecture! Uses his own notes to teach much of the material, and all notes are posted online. Not sure how tests are, semester has just begun, but TAKE LARRY whenever possible. Easy, fun, and inspirational! HIGHLY recommended.

Professor Jacobs is extremely nice, entertaining and helpful. But this class is just silly. You barely need to touch the textbook, he posts all his notes online and the test questions come directly from the notes. His lectures are just motivational activities, nothing really Psych related. Nicest & easiest professor you will ever have at Rutgers.

Professor Jacobs is one of, if not the nicest professor at RU. He is so motivated and inspirational and really defines what a good professor should be all about. Classroom learning should be about life lessons at well as academic teaching and his class is exactly that. Plus, you don't have to buy the book. Recommended 100%!

I'm a junior and took this class to boost my GPA. It was a solid class. It was easy, still I learned a lot. Prof Jacobs is the most inspirational prof I have ever seen. Studying slides was enough to get an A, but I went to his lectures to enjoy an amusing, educational lecture with so many activities. Don't buy the book. Jacob is awesome!

He's such a wonderful human, he really cares about his students and wants everyone to pass. He is so fun and really enjoys life which I loved about him. I never really showed up to lecture but I was like a point away from an A and he bumped my grade to an A. You just have to remember the materials on his slides and you'll be fine for his exams!!

One of the best Professors Rutgers has to offer. He is just the sweetest thing you will ever come across. The lectures are actually interesting and the exams are easy if you review the powerpoints he posts as well as the study guide. It's an easy A, but some work is still required. I would study the day before the exams and got an A on all of them.

I absolutely loved this professor! He was super enthusiatic and very prepared. We had access to all the notes and study guides from the very first day. His TA was super nice too. The only assignments are 4 multiple-choice tests and there is tons of extra credit options. Attendance isn't mandatory but definitely helps and classes are fun.

THE BEST PROFESSOR AT RUTGERS! Professor Lawrence/Larry Jacobs is so upbeat and inspirational. We start every class yelling "Helloo Happiness!" together and it sets the mood for each lecture. Going to the online lectures aren't mandatory, but highly recommended. Quizlet will be your best friend for the exams for all the psych terms.
