This professor is a great teacher who is understanding and listens to a disruptive classes feedback. She was the most understanding professor i have ever had. She is at best when you ask her for help in math during her office hours. She is also very hot!

I have to agree that the class started off a bit unnerving; however, it was probably caused, which she alluded to, by her inexperience teaching the subject. By the second half of the class everything started to click with her teaching and my understanding of the subject. She's one of the nicest teachers I've had and definitely the most beautiful.

I really liked Lele a lot. She was prompt with her emails and helpful when I got stuck when I could find her... but BOY does she have motor mouth! You've got to take fast notes or you're done for. Oftentimes my hand hurts when I leave class. I can't compare her to anyone cuz she's been my only instructor. She only gives a few quizzes and 4 tests.

Ms. Trieu is a wonderful algebra teacher, but I have to say the students were among the rudest bunch I've ever encountered...always talking in the back of the room! I had not taken a math class is 19 years and was able to succeed with A's in her class. Great teacher, I just wish her class had shown her the respect she deserves.

Lele was so nice she was willing to bend over backwards for you to make sure you did well. She acted so nice almost like a friend.

Good professor and extremely helpful if you have any problems. If your willing to put in hour and hours of work you will get an A. MAKE USE OF HER OFFICE HOURS!! I cannot stress this enough.

LeLe was by far the coolest teacher i've had. She was very helpful and did whatever she could to help us understand the subject at hand. When she stresses to use her office hours LISTEN! She may be young but that makes her more fun and kind of puts most students at ease that they can relate to her more. BEST MATH TEACHER IVE HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great math teacher. She sometimes lets us take a group quiz or have a take-home exam. She explains things well and wants to make sure everyone understands the material. She's great at responding to emails and will give you lots of hints as to what's on tests as well as extra credit problems on practically everything. I definitely recommend her.

Prof Treui is so sweet. I don't know how anyone can give her a bad review. The class calls for a fast paced lesson and lots of homework but that's why it's five units. She's young, duhh she lacks experience but she's still open to help a ton of people as much as she can in anyway possible. Take her class, she's the best!

Aww my dear Lady Le Le Trieu <3. I agree with the comment below, I don't know how you could give her a bad review. She is EXTREMELY helpful, and teaches well. She sends out like 5 emails a week with help, updates, solutions, all that. She really babys her students. She's awesome, and I also have a crush on her! I wonder if she feels the same...

she's a good teacher, she will explain things over again if they don't make sense, and she's not hard on the eyes ether. don't know what else you could ask for in a math teacher. if you can take her class, there is no reason not to.

She is a very good teacher and is extremely helpful. She will take the time to go over any questions that you have. I would definitely recommend her and I wish she could always be my math teacher!

Ms. Triue is amazing! She is ultra helpful, patient, easy to understand, teaches at a comfortable pace and is completely fair. I am not a math person, but it has been the first hw I want to complete since having her as my prof. People were begging her to switch classes for next sem. so they could have her again. Wonderful!

Professor Trieu is awesome. Her lectures cover everything in the homework, test and quizes. She's always willing to help you and answer any questions. Her classroom poilcies are strict but completley understandable. Show up to class everyday, pay attention during the lectures, take notes everyday and complete all of the assignent and you'll be fine

I thought this teacher was a pretty good teacher i got a B in her class and i was absent a lot.Shes pretty easy and she tries to help a lot she was definelty one of my favorite teachers. I highly recomend her. especially if u dont like math. like me

I hated math and algebra until I took her class. Finally someone who can exlplain things clearly and logically and someone who leaves out all the info you DON'T need. She expects a lot in return, but if you attend and pay attention, even if you have never been good at math, you will do well in her class. I highly recommend.

She is a verrrrry FANTASTIC teacher! She goes over everything clearly, if you ask her any questions...she'll explain it step by step for you! This is my second semester with her, and I LOVE HER! She has rules, but their simple. If you follow them, study and stay on top of your homework, you will do great in this class! I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

She is a very hot teacher and makes you want to go to class, half the time I didnt pay attention I just starred at her. She will help you out with anything you have questions on and take time to explain things over.

She is a very nice teacher and very helpful. She does give a lot of homework, so be prepared. The one thing I did not like about her though is she sometimes does not stay on one example and finish it, she tends to jump around to different problems without finishing them.

Lele is such a great teacher! She is so helpful and dedicated! I found her lectures very clear and to the point, however, her test ARE hard, but if you do the hw and study, you will get an A! She is not treaky and she is always there to help! Very understanding too!!! Loveeee her! Would recomend her anytime to anyone!

This teacher is a Babe! /cough, anyways, if u want to learn about math, this teacher is the way to go! she is absolutely helpfull, if u have any questions she will spend time with you. she answers emails like a knife that cuts through butter. she is awesome! highly recomend her! and did i mention how Gorgeous she is?

Professor Trieu is a wonderful teacher. I hate Algebra and she made the class tolerable. She is funny, cute, and extremely helpful. I would take her again, but my schedule doesn't match hers. Lot's of homework, but extremely fair. I highly recommend signing up for her class.

Took her for both Math 100 and Math 120. Amazing teacher! Extremely helpful. Very organized. Gives both online and written hw, but if you do it you are well prepared for the test. Tests on what she lectures and assigns for hw. And, of course, she's very attractive :)

This is my 2nd class with trieu and am SOO disappointed shes not teaching higher classes next semester! She wants and makes sure everyone understands. She doesn't just tell you and expect you to simply memorize it, she will show you why it is a certain way and make sure you understand. She's always available. She's very responsible and organized.

I have never understood math before I started taking classes with Ms. Trieu. She is an amazing teacher, and she makes sure you understand what she's saying before moving on, and if you don't, she's happy to answer questions to clarify and she arranges study groups during her office hours for extra help.

She's awesome. If you have a problem with attendence then you won't want to take her. She structures the course to where you have to be there. Gives study guides for tests. Also gives a boat load of homework but it's good because once you finish it all, you have it burned into your brain. Oh and did I mention she is HOT!?Helps the boys stay focused

She explains things very clearly, you need to pay attention though because she moves fast. There is a lot of HW/quizzes but if you keep up with the homework you will ace the quizzes and exams. I would take her again but she isn't teaching Math120 this semester =[ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I love this woman. MUCHO CALIENTE! Not only do I love her for that, she's one of the top math professors in the district. She explains things in her way which anyone can understand. She routinely gives quizzes to ensure you show up to class. TONS of homework tho. And moves super fast! Extremely helpful. HIGHLY recommended if you stink at math.

She's great. She actually genuinely cares about helping you whether you hate math or not. She wants to see you succeed. I wouldn't skip class because honestly, you probably won't make it through. Gives a lot of quizzes and even more homework. So much homework you might have to quit your job and everything else going on in life=) and yes she's HOT!!

This is the best teacher I have ever had! She is super specific on what she wants. She is the type of teacher that mirrors what you put into the class, if you work hard she will help you every way that she can! She is the best and I just wish I could keep taking classes from her! Overall fabulous teacher! I made it by without having to buy a textbook. All of the homework was done online, and notes were in the form or packets that she handed out as she lectured. Made sense of concepts that was was fuzzy on. And her lectures aren't boring!

She is awesome! I am terrible at math but she has such a fun personality and makes you WANT to be good at math. She covers everything that is on quizzes and exams. I hope I can take another math course with her!

She is honestly the best math teacher that I ever had! She knows whats shes doing and she is super accommodating if you need anything. I'm not a big fan of math but her classes were actually fairly interesting and I took her two years in a row and was sad when I couldn't take her again. If you get a chance definitely take this class!!

Mrs. Trieu is amazing! She is one of the best teachers I have ever had: she is extremely helpful and wants you to pass; she will put in the time if you do. She is very organized and structured, which is awesome! She gives you study guides for every test and if you follow them, you will do really well. Take her if you have the chance!!!!

She's super sweet and approachable. As a person, I love her! In class, though, she is SUPER fast and by the time you finish one problem on the notes, she's five questions ahead. But, DEFINITELY go to office hours, she's super helpful and the exams are mostly questions from the quizzes. It's not an easy class but who said math was? Overall good :)

I have to say that last comment is completely FALSE.Prof would never tell a student that/ she isnt on a power trip. She is hard but it's a 5 unit class.A ton of hmwrk but she gives you a study guide for exams.USE IT! I recommend you go to class or you'll miss one of the 7918 quizzes she gives.Don't hate on her if YOU suck at math. She's fantastic!

ALWAYS available to help you via email, office hours, after class and gives chances for extra credit.Goes VERY fast, tons of homework and long exams.Homework is to give you practice, and if you miss a day its hard to get back on track. But she will spend time with you if you ask. Overall, I recommend her.

I got an A. Very easy class and I kept placing in pre-algebra before and after 2 tries finally tested into 100. Very organized teacher who is always ready to help you if you need it. I will try to take her for precal in the spring.

Thought she was a great teacher, then when I got to calculus I realized just how great of a help she really was. Had super clear understanding of many things most others who had different teachers did not understand.

She is an AMAZING teacher! She explains everything so clearly and is willing to help you any way she can to understand math! If you can get into her class, you're golden! There's both textbook and online homework, but she explains it so well that it doesn't take too long to do.

Prof Trieu is a great teacher! She does assign a lot of homework but you can't say you don't learn in class. Her lectures are a bit speedy, however it doesn't mean it fails teaching the material. Great teaching style by the way. She is funny and positive! Helps her students when they need it. If you want to learn and be challenged, DO take her!

Great teacher! She's not easy and makes you think. However, she's always there to help whenever you need. She forces you to think outside the box for the solution on tests. She definitely prepares you for Calculus I.

She is really nice and helpful. I hate math and I'm horrible at it. She was willing to work with me and explain things. I ended up getting a C in the class (which is a miracle considering I bombed a lot of the tests). She gives a lot of homework. This is NOT an easy class, you really have to put in the effort to get a passing grade.

She is not an easy teacher by any means. There is A LOT of hw and her tests are hard. But that does not mean impossible. I am terrible at math but got an A in her class by being dedicated to showing up, going to tutoring, doing all assignments, and taking extra credit opportunities. Her lecturing is very clear. Shes so nice. And loves her job, truly cares about your success. BUT the amount of homework is ridiculous. Tests were incredibly hard. A lot of quizzing. If you have other classes to take at the same time-choose a diff prof. Difficult to juggle this course with others due to amnt of work. Shes sweet but take it from someone else if you want to pass

Professor Trieu is super duper nice and is really good at teaching, but she is very fast and also assigns A LOT of homework. She warns you the very first day of class and she means it. If you don't have the time to do all the online & textbook homework, I don't recommend her. But other than that, she's great.

She is so nice and if you ask for your help she gives it. she ia 100% devoted to her students! she does assign quite a bit of homework but most of it is online and she almost always exceeds the deadline if you need it. I highly recomend!

Ms. Trieu is one of the finest teachers I have yet to encounter. When I first began this course I was hopeless at math. I met with Ms. Trieu and she was empathetic and empowered me with the tools I needed to succeed. Study hard, remain open and listen to what she recommends and you will find success in her class. She is literally one in a million.

If you tend to struggle with math she is the professor to take! She is genuine and very involved with her students. I strongly encourage going to her office hours, she is very approachable. This is my second class with her and I will continue and try to get her again in my higher math classes. She has my highest recommendation!

Awesome teacher who is young enough to relate and explain complex things in a clear and concise manner.

This was a hybrid class.She really cared about us succeeding now & in the future.If a concept is easy & then later addressed is confusing-she takes the time to re-explain so everyone understands.She's very easy to talk with on concerns. However,she expects all work to be turned in.There's no make-up on tests but will allow to them prior to due date

Great professor! I had her for summer and she was helpful. I received a B in her class (would've been an A had I not been taking 3 summer classes). She did make mistakes, but then again it was summer. She helps if you need it and responds to emails quickly. She also sends study guides via email prior to exams and grades fairly. I do recommend her!!

Took this as my first math class after coming from HS and OMG! I thought I just wasn't good in math, but I took her class and received a B+ I believe, but she is just a great teacher. I definitely had to work for it a lot, but she was always willing to help if I needed it. She moves VERY fast, so hold on and be prepared to do tons of online HW!!!!!

Le Le is a great professor. She is clear, concise, and strives to get you to pass. However, while she is easy on the eyes she is not without faults. She moves much too quickly to fit the lessons within the time frame she has with her students. She gives out a lot of assignments in addition to the bookwork. Be prepared and pay attention.

Le Le is awesome! She is one of those teachers that makes sure that you not only are prepared for this class, but for 120 and beyond. She teaches for understanding, sends email reminders and exam hints, and answers any and all questions in depth. I will say it's a lot of homework. MyMathLab, book work, and packets. But it's manageable and worth it.

The best....

Trieu was HARD. Especially for someone who struggles with math. But she was also extremely helpful and didn't let you sink if you took initiative (office hours, math lab, etc). However, I ended up with an A in math 120, and I truly felt prepared for the class. I believe Trieu's difficulty truly prepared me for math 120, and am so thankful.
