Mr. C is not only a great teacher but has related everyday subjects into this class. A lot of information for Maymester, be prepared to work hard if you choose this route. Take his classes you will not be disappointed. If fact you will thank me!

The class is a joke!!! He makes it so easy when it could be so hard. We stayed in the class about half the time everyday because he really doesn't care. The final exam is a "copy and paste" off of the old test. If you don't make at least a B in his class then you shouldn't be in college...

I loved him. He is very easy and very clear. You go to class he goes over homework only if you have questions and then teaches the next section and your done so your only in class for like 20 minutes i love that!!!!!!!

Absolutly amazing teacher, I highly suggest that everyone take him for statistics! Not only is he a great teacher but he has a story to tell every class! He make math simple by breaking down formulas into much easier forms! Make sure you have a calculator and you will do great, hint his nick name "Mr. Calculator"

This was a very hard class for me, but Mr. C made it interesting. He's got a great personality and tries to be as clear as possible with the assignments. I worked hard and was pleased to get a B+. If you are lazy, you will not do well in this class.

This is my second time taking STAT. I droped out of the previous one because I couldn't understand a word the teacher said. Prof. Clendening made STAT seem so easy Aad he is laid back and loves to tell stories. Hint: read the daily newspaper

I hate math, But he made it fun. He always put jokes into his teaching. However, his voice can be a tad bit irritating early in the morning. lol Sometimes when u ask him a quesiton he wouldnt underdstand what you were asking even when other people around you did and you would have to rephrase the question for him to get it. Because of this fact, make sure his class is the last one for the day. Does on occasion miss grade your exams so always ask him about it! I got an A.

Took Calculus. Very upbeat and keeps class entertaining even at 8am in the summertime. Helpful and will work with you if you need to take test at a different time than in class. Will explain as many times as needed. Tests are just like reviews. Great teacher!!!!

This is the best teacher that I have ever had. He explains everything very well, and he cares more about his students than himself or time. His test are extremely easy, if you miss a test, he will let you make it up whenever, he is great!!!

Mr. C is a nice guy, and he is always willing to help his students, but he sure isn't easy. I worked extremely hard all semester and had a B average, but his final was really hard, so I ended up getting a C. If you want an easy math class, don't take this professor.

He makes the notes very clear and if you dont understnad he has no problem explaining it in more depth. if your tardy he doesnt care, he unsderstands we are busy college students. Really laid back, chill guy. He makes fun of himself alot and goes off on random tangents but they're always interesting. Its nice that he doesn't count tardies. He's a really quirky guy and always willing to help.

I took the short summer class in STAT, it is A LOT of work, but he makes the class fun. Very good and fair teacher.

He is a ggood professor. Had him for pre-calc (MATH 1113) as well. He doesn't make you memorize 100 formulas like other profesors do. He gives you most of the tools and expects you to learn and know how to use them instead of spending all your time trying to memorize them. TAKE HIM!!!

Mr. C was a great teacher! Really enjoyed his pre-calculus class. He gives you a study guide before each test that has similar problems on the test. Make sure you aren't just BS'ing on the tests, because the final is cumulative. I will definitely be taking him for Calc 1&2 if available. He is quite humorous and easy-going. Definitely take him!

Mr. Clendenning is AWESOME! By far the best math teacher at GSC. He is so helpful and is willing to do anything he can to help you pass. His tests aren't too hard as long as you do the study guides he gives you and go to him for help. EXCELLENT teacher! Recommend him for anyone who struggles with math!

When I signed up for statistics, I was worried it would be really hard. However, Mr. C made it easier than it seems. Don't make the mistake of doing all your homework the night before the tests like I did. You'll definitely need the textbook for homework purposes. There are 5 tests and the lowest grade is dropped!

Although I had taken Statistics in the past at different universities and I was auditing this class as a review, I found Mr. C's explanations clear and concise. Many concepts I now finally understand. He found new and relevant ways to make Statistics actually "mean" something. Be sure to register for this professor for all your math classes.

Prof. C makes boring Statistics actually enjoyable. He clearly explains everything so you can understand and relates it to real life examples. He breaks up the monotony with interesting stories and his fun personality makes up for the complicated, boring material. He grades tests quickly which is so nice and is there for anyone who needs help.

i was dreading taking this class because i'm not the best in math but luckily there are teachers like mr. C who actually care about students. 4 tests lowest test grade gets dropped, 2 projects (very easy), 1 lab (done with M&Ms) funny guy, with real stories relating to stats. would defiantly recommend him! book is only used to do hw not in class.

I took Calculus 2 with him over this summer semester, and he's easily the best math teacher I've had in college so far. Got an A without even trying that hard, though I am a math major, so that might have something to do with it. Really funny guy. I recommend him highly if you have a hard time with mathematics! Wish I could have him for Calculus 3!

Mr. C is an excellent teacher. I HIGHLY recommend his summer Stats class. He goes straight to what you need to know and skips the "hard, stupid, long way" (his words). I am terrible at math of all kinds, but I pulled an A and he made Stats suck less. Get the book, do ALL the homework, ask questions if you need to, and you're golden.

FOURTH time taking a 1001 math class, trying to get a C... I ended up getting a high B. Math really sucks for me, but he made it bearable. Funny dude, just do the work and keep up, youll be just fine ^_^

He seemed to cover a minimum of material. Easiest math class I've taken. That isn't necessarily a good thing, if you need it as a foundation for another class or an occupation.

Mr. C., as he likes to call himself, is very entertaining. He explains concepts well but doesn't always cover every type of problem that shows up on his tests. When grading tests, he only checks your final answer, but if you take a test back to him afterwards where you worked part of the problem correctly, he will give back partial credit.

Mr. C is fantastic! This course is incredibly easily as taught by him. Just pay attention and attended every class and you're set! His tests were really simple and strait forward.

Can't imagine a better option that Mr. C. There are 5 tests, and you drop your lowest grade. He usually gives an in-class problem the day before the test - if you get it, you get bonus points. He jokes a lot and does a good job engaging the class. He won't move on until everyone's got it. Partial credit on tests, which is great.

I deeply enjoyed this class. I have been out of school for six years and have two toddlers at home so time is not on my side when it comes to studying. I am not going to lie , there is homework everynight. He does not take homework up everyday but if you do they homework it makes the subject much easier to understand not to mention when you do not end up with a weeks worth of homework to turn in on the day of the test. The homework can be hard but as long as you get the practice in and do the review then you can pass the tests that are usually easier than the actual homework. Mr. C is funny and is there to help during or out of class so there is no reason that anyone should fail this class other than not showing up or trying. I am taking Mr. C for my Math 99 and Statistics!!

I'm not the best at math, but Mr. C was able to help me out when I needed it. DO ASK QUESTIONS! He will try to make it as clear to you as possible and it's possible that someone else is have the same troubles but is too nervous to ask. It's okay to be wrong! Just ask for help it's not going to kill you and he's more than ready to help!

He will go above and beyond to explain the concept in various ways so that you can understand and succeed. I would most definitely recommend him. Prof. Clendenning is one of the best. He finds time to go over statistics, and tell stories, involving statistics of course. This class may have seemed very easy to me because im good at math but even if your not he makes the material easy to understand. Book is only used for homework but doing the homework help you understand the problems better.

Mr. C is a character! He is so funny, and makes the course material fun to learn. He is clear as to what he wants on tests and projects, easy to understand, and always willing to answer questions about HW, tests, etc. I had never taken a statistics course before but I enjoyed it, show up, do the work, ask questions, you'll do great in the course.

Statistics, in my opinion, is a pretty tough class. I barely made a B in the class, but that was my own fault. This class requires A LOT of studying and preparation. Professor C was a great teacher and really tried to explain the concepts as much as possible. The tests were a little tough, but it's crucial that you study before them.

This is one of the hardest classes I have taken! But that could be because of my lacking skills in math. Of course this man is brilliant! and will be more than happy to explain anything you need.... if you ask for it. If you do not ask or speak up in class he WILL move on and you WILL get left behind! Professor Clendenning has a great teaching method. He is very knowledgeable in mathematics, and knows how to explain concepts in a simple manner. I enjoyed his class very much. I took Dr. C's short summer Statistics class and loved it. I was really surprised by how much I loved that class and I know it's because he makes the class fun. He is a laugh riot. If you're easily offended, you might not find it nearly as fun as I did. Come to class, do the homework, practice the formulas and you're good to go.

Professor Lee is an amazing professor!! His lectures are amazing!! His tests review are very helpful! The test review prepare you for the real tests!! If you do the homework and do his assignments, you will be in a good shape!

Cool guy, but gets off topic ALOT. He teaches directly from the textbook and assigns a good bit of homework from it as well. Pretty sure he curved my final grade cause I have no idea how I got an A.

He is the funniest professor alive. He keeps the class VERY entertained. But just like any other math, you're either good at it or you're not. It is harder for me because he lectures VERYYYYYY fast. But if you're pretty solid at math, the class will be a breeze for you. BUT, there is TONS of homework.. But other than that, he's great, just speedy.

Mr. C is definitely intelligent and knows the material well. He does a good job at presenting new information most of the time. The only issue I had was that he was fairly disorganized and often seemed distracted. He is quite the character.

Calc 2 was much more enjoyable with Mr. C as my professor. He's pretty funny, all class notes get posted online, and your final replaces one of your test grades.

6 tests, many homework, lab, and a final exam. No access code. A textbook is cheap. I recommend taking his class.

He understands this is a tough class and he works with you throughout the semester. He provides a study guide for all the tests except the last one and he spends up to 20 minutes before the test reviewing. Gave homework every night but it isn't due until the next test date. Plus all the homework answers are online at CalcChat. Highly recommend him

If you havent had an algebra or trig class in a while, you might wanna brush up before jumping into this one. Mr. C will give you all you need to succeed, but you have to study. Dont miss lectures (which are actually a lot of fun), & stay current on the HW. Exam questions comprise the final. Dont hesitate to ask questions & utilize office hours!

He is hands down the best professor I have ever had. His lectures arent boring and he provides plenty of assistance if you are struggling. Mr. Clendenning is an experienced, respectful professor who wants to see everyone succeed. If you make an effort to learn and practice the material, then you should do well in 1001, and perhaps in his other classes as well. He's also really good about going over any problems you have difficulty with so that you can better understand the material.

Mr.C makes math classes as painless as possible. He's got a sense of humor and every so often he will get sidetracked and start telling the class a story. However, he really does care about making sure everyone understands the materials and will spend the time writing everything out and explaining it.(Plus he would let us out of class 15 min early)

Mr. C is great. I took him once before and both classes were good. He does a good job of explaining the concepts and not making the class harder than it needs to be. It is still a hard class, so do not expect an easy grade. No test drops or extra credit, but he is a soft grader and will work with you within reason. Overall great professor.

6 tests worth 12% each for a total of 50% of your grade. Final exam is 25%. Textbook needed as he gives homework out of it. He goes over homework that he gave the class before to make sure people understand. Keep all the tests as its helpful to study for the final exam. He is a very caring and kind professor! I would definitely take him again!

I'm a fan of random interesting facts and this teacher gave us lots of them. Statistics was kinda fun because of him. You'll need to practice a lot if you want a good grade and make sure you ask questions. His tests are short and include some vocabulary questions.

He gives lots of homework, but he tries to make the lectures funny. He usually lets out of lectures early as well. The content in his class wasn't difficult, but he could have spend some more time extra explanations and could have made some content more clear.. He doesn't give any options for extra credit. His tests are not very hard either.

Did it online and if you want to literally do the bare minimum and get an A, he's your guy. All tests and quizzes are google doc True or False based off problems he does, you can retake until you get an A. Same for HW on the WebAssign website. Super kind and flexible, honestly a great guy. If you want to learn you will, if not you won't.

Honestly SUCH an easy class!! Had a few weekly homework problems & a simple quiz each week, but every quiz was true/false & could be retaken multiple times. Responds to emails very quickly & even allows late work for no penalty. Definitely recommend!!

Mr C is an amazing professor! One of the few math professors that I genuinely love & find very easy to get along with. He's very sweet & super lenient with grades, especially since the class is online (covid). I took Calculus II with him & it was a breeze! Strongly recommend calc with him. He takes the extra work to do live zoom meetings w students

Professor C was super nice and if you forgot to submit assignments he would allow you to redo them for full credit. I took Math 1111 with him and it was super easy and if there was ever any confusion, he held zoom sessions with groups and individuals within the class.

Mr. C was probably my favorite professor Ive had at UNG. Hes a really sweet guy that just wants to see you succeed. Ive always struggled with math, but hes more than willing to help you out. Definitely recommend taking his class!

He's a really funny and caring professor. If you do your homework and study guides you should have no problem with the tests. I'm bad at math and I got an A. If you get the chance to take him do it.

Mr. C gives very clear lectures online that explain everything that is needed for tests and quizzes. I wish I could have taken him for more classes. It doesn't matter if you're a guy or girl, he shows the same care & time for anyone that asks questions. great guy & a great math teacher, I have learned a lot. Choose his class!

Since I had to take statistics, I'm glad that I took it from Mr. C. He really taught it and put forth the tremendous effort to make himself available despite personal issues he was having. He religiously lectured via Zoom and posted them to YouTube whether or not he had participants. The lectures were much more helpful than the book. Thank you!

Awesome class, awesome professor. Materials were ridiculously easy to understand and the grading process was beyond simple. 1 quiz every week, unlimited chances & feedback at the end of each google form quiz. Exams were also clear cut and easy to navigate. I'd take him again in a heartbeat.
