In all seriousness, his quizzes are outrageously easy, so much so you'll think some are trick questions. Test essays are 2 pages. Its a lecture course and very interesting. He's passionate, engaging, and wonderfully outrageous.

Professor is very funny and makes learning the material extremely easy. Has a very funny sense of humor that he uses everyday in class. Tests are are short in length but cover the most important material. Great Professor, I would recommend to anyone!

Great instructor, very entertaining! At times his class resembled a standup routine, but politics can be ridiculous so he enjoys making fun of it. He told us at the beginning of class that we wouldn't need our text book. He had all the notes we needed up on the Smart Board during class. He talks fast so get ready for hand cramps!

Keneally is probably the best professor to have. This is my second class with him. He doesnt require use of the book and pretty much tells you whats going to be on the test. He's so funny..discussions made class fun to go to

I love this man!! He makes you want to come to class just to see what he says in lecture. The notes are on powerpoint and the tests and quizzes are directly from the notes..So if you fail, that is just because you are lazy. I would love to take Keneally again!!!!

Knows his stuff but lacks control of the class. I paid to take this class from a professor, not from a classmate. Discussion is fine when it relates to the subjet matter, but usually gets off topic. Wish the professor would gain control over the class.

he is the BEST teacher I have had at thomas nelson. it was my first class of the day and i always enjoyed going. hes funny and keeps you interested in the topic at hand. i would def recommend him to anyone. im taking him again next semester. his tests are not hard at all and theres never any homework.

Prof. Kennaly is fricking hillarious! He keeps us entertained and informed. The tests are multiple choice right out of the notes so if you do poorly you have issues. He is not just a stand up comic, he is knowledgable and has lived everywhere. He has tons of stories relevet to the lessons. Take his class if you have a chance!

You will not want to leave his class it's over. He says "Alright I've bored you guys enough", but he never has a dull moment. He keeps the classes always very interesting, I don't think I've had a prof done it better yet! If you study the notes and take extra notes, you should not have trouble getting a good grade.

BEST PROFESSOR I'VE EVER HAD!!!! Funny, Relevant, (EASY A) doesn't rely on the textbook and instead relies on other professor's inquiries (as well as his own understandings of the situation). Just make sure you take notes in class, study them, and you'll pass the test. Only hard part is the paper. (DON'T USE WIKIPEDIA! HE KNOWS!) Awesome professor!

Professor K is very funny. Try to participate in his class as often as possible. Learning this subject was very fun for me and his quizzes/tests can be easy if you study his notes and read the book. He is also great at helping you if you do not understand. I asked him questions all the time. He is quick at replying to emails!

He is very helpful, simply awesome.You need to study, especially for the in class essays, he will give you the topic before the test, read that chapter and practice what you want to write about before you write the essay. It is not that easy but you can do it for sure. He is funny, very intertaining, and easy going person =) He is amazing!

I LOVE this teacher. He made political science so fun, interesting, and engaging. I took him for two semesters and I would have loved to take him for a third. He will help you if he can and he really wants you to succeed. The only way you can do badly in this class is if you don't do anything at all. Study, study, study (but not too hard)!

I really care very little about political science. But Mr. K kept me interested in class. The way he views politics is entertaining, and in my opinion accurate. He is very fair, and helpful if you have questions. TAKE GOOD NOTES. You do need to study for his class, but questions are straight forward. Not "easy". Challenging but no surprises.

He works with you. I missed several days due to my children being sick and he was very understanding. It was easy to learn. Some material isn't for the faint of heart, but he warns you before presenting the material. He tells you what to study and what written portion needs to be. You can only fail if you don't try.

Mr Kenely was a fantastic teacher. I loved every minute of the class. He has a lot of experience with the subject as he has lived in many places. He loves to lecture and his students lived to listen. He gave off the impression of a fun uncle. Awesome guy, will be looking to get classes with him in the future.

A master professor of political science; he kept me engaged with reflective commentary despite my setbacks; provided desirable comments on tests and paper; employed many National Public Radio features to bring home understanding of weekly subject topics related to international relations.

Mr. Keneally is a phenomenal teacher! He knows Political Science and loves to talk about it. Class surrounds taking notes, watching videos, and relating what you are learning to real world events. I've taken all three classes he offers at TNCC and I just wish he taught more.

Prof Keneally is hands down one of the greatest professors I've ever had. As a Political Science major, I found this class extremely interesting. He helps students relate to current political situations by showing videos and looking up articles. I would definitely recommend this professor to anyone!

This is one of the best classes I took at TNCC. He is an awesome professor who makes world politics less boring. He tries to keeps the topic interesting through humor and life experiences while still giving students an opportunity to learn the topics in his course. I highly recommend this class!!

Mr. K was awesome. He is hilarious during his lectures and makes learning about what can be easily a touchy subject into something you look forward to going to class everyday. Mr. K is a big reason I am majoring in Political Science now.

Professor Keneally is overall a stand up guy and you will leave at the end of the semester with beyond useful knowledge. Lectures are a good, he answers your questions clearly, and he relates it all to current events. I suggest you choose this Professor (I had him back to back for two classes) but you MUST attend class and study the notes.

I have taken Professor K for 2 different classes and he is by far one of my favorite professors! He posts all notes online, but he does take attendance.

I took Prof K for 2 of his classes and I highly recommend him. The best professor I've had. No book needed, everything you need to know is in his lectures. He puts the slides on blackboard, which makes it easy to print out and follow along and makes even the most boring topics interesting by using current issues as examples. Take him if you can!

Taken Professor Keneally twice at TNCC. His classes are interesting and enjoyable to learn. Does not require book most topics for tests are in his lectures and on BB. I have two essay questions within the semester usually during midterm and final exam always provides examples. Overall highly recommended.

Professor Keneally is truly a well-rounded, down to earth teacher. Makes lectures fun and interesting. Grade based mostly on exams; make sure to take good notes to study. Took him during the 2016 election and there was always something to discuss in relation to the real world. Multi-faceted teaching aspects including video, lecture, and laughs!

He's a really nice guy, he's smart, his lectures are interesting, and he's funny. Don't even buy the book, we literally never used it. There weren't that many graded assignments but the assignments weren't overly difficult if you studied.

Great professor. If you want this class to learn the subject, maybe not. He digresses often and it's like learning from an op ed piece. (a non biased one) But you will get the basics on the subject and it's a wonderful break among tedious classes. It's a fun class, easy to pass, and very relevant to the world around you no matter your major.

Leo Keneally is one of the best professors I've had in a while. He has a very clear grading rubric and tells you what he expects straight up. There are only 2 tests, 2 quizzes, 1 paper and attendance for your final grade, so that means no wiggle room. He uses his notes on his test and quizzes. Overall a true gem. Score 9/10

Can this man be my professor for every class???? The ratings say it for themself. He is the best. Quiz's and tests come from the notes and they are supper easy to memorize. Very laid back and chill but only if you do what you're told. Only two quiz's, two tests, final paper and attendance points for the whole semester.

Professor K is by far the best professor I ever had. Hes able to break the government down Barney style and he makes sure the students understands. He likes to match the energy of the class so the more enthusiastic you are the better the class will be.

Took this as a synchronous class, slept through all lectures and still got an A (course material comes naturally). The few lectures I did watch, the professor was super funny and entertaining and was always super nice when I reached out. Anyway, easy A with lots of humor!

Pretty solid, class was really easy and straightforward and he does a good job of explaining concepts. There isn't a lot of assignments, and every assignment is very straightforward and it's clear what is expected.

Professor K is the best teacher! I had him twice as a professor and he was great. He enjoys what he teaches and you can tell. If I could take him again I definitely would!! Since I was in person attendance was mandatory but if you could not make it he was very understanding!

Hands down the best professor I've had at VPCC. He makes the material make sense by using current events as examples. He always answered questions in a way that really helped me understand them. He's very animated and passionate which made his lectures very easy to pay attention to. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to take a gov class.

Easy to listen to, made boring concepts interesting and wanted students to understand concepts. Only complaint seems a little slow with online matters, however 0 complaints everywhere else.
