Professor Valverde is one of the best professors I have ever had.He is professional and organized. He is also very enthusiastic in what he teaches, which makes it fun. If you need help he will help. His class is a bit hard, but what can you expect from college? I have learned a lot and I recommend him and this class as well.

The professor was dedicated to his job, and it made learning the subject easy and entertaining. He was passionate and had a great sense of humor he was not strict like most professors but he was tough and strict when it was needed. It would be a pleasure if I had the opportunity to take another course with him.

My professor is Leo Valverde and he is extremely difficult professor to pass with an exceeding grade. However his strategies of teaching are absolutely outstanding. One of the best teachers I've ever had. Can honestly say this is the first class where I learned something and had fun doing it. It was not an easy class but was very interesting and it gives you a whole new meaning to life.

Class time was fun and interesting. Sometimes it will get boring but we are in that class for over two hours. You will a helpful teacher and you explain everything clearly if we didn't get it. I like how you gave us hints and study guides for assignments and exam. Also the only think you should improve is to add more assignments to the class.

He is a teacher with a lot of enthusiasum in what he is teaching. Most of the things that he taught we really interesting, there was only a couple that weren't. He takes his time to thoughly explain the topic he is on. He also takes his time to describe anything that you many have difficulty understanding.

It isn't a difficult class if you pay attention and do the work the only thing that I didn't like was that when I asked the professor a question he wouldn't give the answer straight I understood that he wanted me to figure it out myself but I find it a waste of time for me guessing until I get the correct answer other than that the class was great

I like how you use life examples to compare to class topics. I don't like how you take off points for simple things such as the date and names when you didn't clarify it before we completed the assignment.

He paused when asking questions so instead of giving you the answer you'd get there yourself. I found it much more beneficial because when I took the time to figure it out I actually learned meanings and philosophies rather than just inanely memorizing discarding later. What I learned in this class will stick with me thanks to his teaching method.

Overall, HIS103 was homework heavy but did not take up too much time after school. The tests were writing intense but reasonable given the information that was given. This was definitely a class I could not miss without being lost the next day.

Professor V was an amazing teacher. What I enjoyed about his class is that he made the topics relevant to real life and interesting. His lectures were quite detailed and made clear. An improvement that can be made is adding a combination of assignments and tests instead of only tests all the time.

If youre someone who likes to do light work and do the bare minimum and expect an A, this class is not for you. Its not a hard class to pass. There arent that many papers or exams but you cant bs them and expect an A. Do the reading and take good notes and youll do well in the class.

At first i thought i would not enjoy this class, but he was interactive and had all of us engaged. he was not that boring teacher that just fed us information. he actually had us read and asked us questions. all the information was in the textbook, and he gave us study guides weeks in advance.
