One of my favorite teachers. She is sharp-witted but also so flighty it's cute. She is also very attractive. Classes were fun and easy, she goes at the pace of the students. She has a love of European culture and explores that in her classes.

Class discussions can be fairly interesting, although I thought things got a little too far off topic than they should have. She is indeed very flighty, but she's nice.

Professor Lev has got to be the best teacher on all campus. She is so captivating to listen to and very odd in a good sense. Her papers are easy and her tests are self-explanatory. I reccommend Professor Lev for any class she offers and want to take her again in the future.

Dr. Lev is probably the best professor i had during my four years at Bridgewater. Lev is totally unselfish and devoted to her students. Some say she is "flighty", but honestly Dr. Lev opens your eyes to the world around you. Why stay on topic when there SO MUCH in the world to talk about? Her classes are always enjoyable.

This class is awesome and Prof Lev is a very good teacher. She does tend to go off topic but I have never found it to be a huge problem. Shes easy to understand and is very passionate about the subject. Her class is interesting and easy and she really cares about her students.

fantastic teacher, when i went to spain thanks to the class i knew all about the culture and artwork we'd gone over. She is so knowledgeable about the material and truly makes it interesting, loved the class, also understanding teacher and will help if you ask for it

She is a brilliant woman, but also nice. A little hard for this school but the class is so fascinating. She went into how the people of the day thought and helps you to understand the different perspectives of what the vampire meant. I will actually miss having her this semester.

My favorite class and professor. Awesome discussions and the quizzes are so easy, just do the reading and you'll do fine. She even gives ec each time. Respectful to everybody's ideas,sometimes hard but if you go to her will explain, spent a lot of time going over material in her office. Take her!

Profesora Lev is one of the nicest professors I've met, is incredibly knowledgeable on a wide range of subjects, and really cares about student progress. You need the textbook but the workbook hasn't been used too much. She's awesome and has a quirky sense of humor.

She's adorable despite the fact we have to discuss such morbid topics for our vampire seminar. She's very cultured, always making connections to European phrases. The only required reading is the novel Dracula which, when it comes to quizzes, it very easy. Essays are not difficult, despite being an honors course.

Wonderful women. Really passionate about what she teaches and extreamly intelligent. Takes a long time to get to the point of her stories, but still enjoyable. Her seminar quizzes were extreamly easy. The papers she would read and hand them back for a rewrite before grading.

Prof. Lev is soooo nice and sweet. Her vampire seminar could definitely get a little weird at times but overall I loved it!I never felt like she behaved like a no-it-all. She's so laid back and fair.

Such an easy class but so boring. All the movies are online and she sends them via email to you. Short quiz on each film's plot and we only did two speeches along with a final paper. Not a fun class to be in but she's easy.

leora is absolutly wonderful. I took her for a study abroad in France. Her knowledge of culture and art seems endless. She doesn't make quizzes too difficult. She just wants to know if you're paying attention.

I love this class! A lot of information, so take notes, but it combines everything from history to art and she manages to connect it really well. Also, doesn't hurt that she's wicked nice and always willing to help! If you do the work you'll def get an A.

On the 1st day of class Professor Lev conjured a dozen monstrous birds, real anomalies, with enormous, fantastic beaks. Peacock, pheasant, grouse, or condor- I knew the moment was imminent when the tension of mystery would reach its zenith and the swollen skies of the curtain would burst open to reveal incredible and dazzling language. Fair Grader.

Loved her class! She talks A LOT but it's always important/ informative. She's so nice and will stay after class to explain anything to you or to just talk! Love her!

Professor Lev is honestly the best professor I've had at BSU. She's very understanding and cares deeply for her students. She's interesting and has such a lovely personality. If you keep up with the assigned material--which isn't an unrealistic expectation--it's pretty easy to pass her class.

She is one of the best teachers at BSU! She is the nicest lady and a really easy teacher. She is very knowledgeable and super helpful. However, she can sometimes go off on tangents during class, but other than that, she's awesome. Definitely take a class with her if you have the chance.

I am taking her Vampire and Monster Desire First Year Seminar and I love it. The only required book is Dracula which I read before. If you keep up with the readings and watch the films it is quite easy. Some extended answers to go with the films. The quizzes are only 2 questions and not difficult. She wants you to well. She does go off on tangents.

Dr. Lev is an absolutely brilliant and kind professor! She is passionate about what she is teaching you and really tries to let you express your own ideas on what you're learning, keeping you interested in whatever you're talking about. Do yourself a favor and take her classes!

I recently took this course at the suggestion of my roommate, who had taken Prof. Lev before. I was a bit unsure at first as I didn't have a strong interest in monsters, horror, or the occult. After some additional prodding, however, I enrolled. I'M GLAD I DID! Prof. Lev is BEST teacher I've EVER had. Everyone should take this class. Super nice btw

Sweetest and nicest women. Class was so fun and interesting. Class discussions are fun. You can talk about anything and share stories that relate to the class topics. You read Gothic literature and give a few speeches, some short quizzes, not bad at all. Class is laid back and she is an understanding professor. One of the best classes I've taken!

Great Professor! She is extremrel nice and doesnt assign much work. Throughtout the whole semester you just read Dracula talk about it them watch films based on the novel. There are many pop quizes but are extremely easy, you choose your own questions. For a final its just a 4-7 page paper (first and last paper)

I took Professor Lev for LANG298. She was very caring and accessible to students after class. This class required buying or renting Dracula, we were quizzed almost every class. However, I missed a few quizzes and still ended up with an A. We wrote one paper and did a presentation. It was a very manageable class.

Took her honors course, but such a sweet woman! You read one book, do a film portion of the class and have a final presentation just for a few minutes. Super caring and understanding about the pandemic and your personal life. Definitely recommend taking the honors or regular course because she is so kind and the material is very interesting too!

She is such a kind woman. She is one of the only professors I've had that cares about her student's health and mental health. Her HW assignments aren't bad. Class is mostly lecture/discussion and she loves to hear the students' thoughts and opinions. She will respect you as a person, not just a student

Professor Lev is the perfect person to teach a seminar about vampires. Her lectures are very interesting, she brings real-world problems into the lessons. We read one book and watch a few films. There are some discussion boards and one 6-8 minute final presentation. She's super accomodating and wants everyone to do well.

super nice woman! you can tell she genuinely loves film and her students. she doesnt require attendance but the kind of professor where you just feel bad skipping class. the only grades we had were to write a discussion post for each movie we watched, which was about 7 and then one final presentation which ended up just having us turn in online!

In her online class, there was one discussion post every week with a lecture to watch on your own time! Read Dracula for the first few weeks, then watch movies! No quizzes, just one final essay. Prof Lev is very helpful and responsive when need be, she is also very passionate about the topic of Vampires and gothic literature/film! Highly recommend

Prof. Lev is such a kind genuine person and her SYS Vampire Honors seminar was very easy. However, I just do not know my grade because she has not posted any. We had a couple blackboard posts and a final paper and that was it, just talked about Dracula and watched movies. Great person and very knowledgeable, but be warned lots of lecture.

She was sweet and replied to emails within a few days. She posted 1 online lecture a week which you have to post a discussion about it 200+ words. The final is a double spaced paper minimum of 3-4 pages. I did not get into the honors version of the class but found out if I emailed her I could have. Lectures are longworded and boring.

This was a really good and unique class to take. Very simple layout, videos and a discussion post about things you found interesting within the post. Was also very flexible when it came to the final paper and was willing to work with me to get an extension on it. Cares about this class and it shows!

She is one of the sweetest and most intellectual individual's I've ever met. Extremely well educated, understanding, and overall just a good professor. She talks a lot and doesn't give a lot of assignments except for reading. She's crazy in the greatest way possible.

Professor Lev's LANG298 class was really engaging. The readings and discussions on Gothic literature and films were super interesting. For study prep, unstuck ai and the free textbook were both super helpful.

Just show up do the work and youll get an A

Took this class for my Second Year H Seminar. This was by far the easiest & chilliest honors class ever. Only a few easy DB posts & the final is a 2-page reflection paper about anything from the course. She also cancels all the time. 10/10
