I argee with the previous guy that Leroy doesn't speak very well english. Since he doesn't care about what the students learn, he is an easy going profressor on marking the paper. Somehow an unresponsible teacher is good when ya have heavy 5 subs in a sem

You never going to understand his speech. Not clear. this cours is self studing, but if you have question he is nice enough to answer you. His test are easy but sill you have to study sometimes he focouse on theory rather than practical.

I think that SMS311 shouldn't have any professors because all you do is go through the textbook then you have a test.. waste of money.. nevertheless.. Dacosta is fair marker

This prof really sucks. Don't waste your time with him. He doesn't really teach. His classes are tutorials and his job is to help you when you're stuck going through your tutorials. He's not helpful AT ALL. We're paying for assistance in his classes as they are tutorials and he does nothing...we're getting gipped.

Lazy teacher, does not really teach and gets angry when students ask questions. It is hard to hear what he says as he mumbles through his lectures and has a thick Jamaican accent. You have to teach yourself by reading the textbook and doing the Aplia labs

Terrible, his class is confused. However, the content is not hard so you can study by your self. He is a easy marker, so if he is your only choice, don't be affraid.

Worst teacher

This guy doesn't teach at all. All what he does is showing up and telling you that you need to read the book to pass. And all you need to show up is to feel secured. The class is a complete mess. You need to read and practice in the book to succeed. Life is tough. You're on your own. This guy is just an outsider whose only job is showing up.

That is wasting money to choose a person who will not teach you anythingjust buy a book and learn by yourself.

This professor is the rudest and careless prof. I have ever had in my entire life!!! he does NOT know how to teach, he mumbles to himself, and he speeds through everything, when you ask him questions, he rolls his eyes and makes rude remarks. Do yourself a huge favour and drop his class before its too late, or be prepared to teach yourself and fail

Had him for SMS online this sem, uploads blurry videos, when students asked to re-upload, he says "Get a better computer", can barely hear anything, 'DOES NOT REPLY TO EMAILS', is not flexible at all, super stubborn. I had no choice but to stick with him for the second half of my summer semester.

AVOID if you are taking his course online. He isn't proficient with technology, so he doesn't post anything on blackboad, and he emails tests and you email your answers back to him. Doesn't specify what time they should be sent back by in his email, and the test is riddled with mistakes. Doesn't respond to emails and fails to communicate w students

He is very rude, I took a class online with him and he does not know how to control the class. He did not answer any email and if he answers you he is so unprofessional. The information that he gives you is very incomplete and he thinks that you know everything already

He is the worst professor I have ever had. He doesn't teach at all. He doesn't post anything useful for you learn in order to study. He makes you download a program called Sage 300, but doesn't show or explain how to download and install it. You are forced to buy the book in order to learn and even then you are left so confused. He is just awful.

He is a horrible teacher and attending his lecture will quickly become a nightmare that you will never forget. His teaching methods are just the worst. You can' understand half the time what he says and he responds very rudely. Do NOT take him as your teacher, as you will regret it right away. Nobody likes him and he is there just for his paycheck

DO NOT select him as your professor. He doesn't respond to emails, and doesn't properly grade your work. You will have so much stress as you take his course. He doesn't teach. The work he gives you to do doesn't work properly. You will mostly rely on the book.

I will not choose his course again if I have other chance. His SMS315 course is the worst course I ever had. You have to use a software named Sage300, but my desktop could not access and print on this software, and he did not give me any helpful solution at all. No reply email usually when I ask for help. This course is nightmare.

One of the worst professors ever, never it was possible to get this bad of a professor. Absolutely useless and despite this being a technology course he doesnt even know how to operate it and mumbles in his lectures. His tests are so bad and expects you do it with unreliable technology. His lack of articulate speech makes it difficult to understand what he is saying. If you ask him a question, he will impatiently respond to you. Every time he comes to class, he lacks preparation. He always mistakes the book's pages, making the lecture longer since he has to double-check the correct page.

Doesn't teach a thing, isn't helpful at all, laziest professor to date, if you take him get ready to learn it all by yourself because he will not teach you a thing, he lets us cheat in his exams but nobody knows anything because he hasn't taught it. Heavy Accent, do not take him unless you have all the time in the world to learn SAGE 300 alone

I would tell students to study by their own. His videos are not clear and helpful. If you want to pass you need to get the book, sit and do a lot of practices.I would never take him again. He is not equal for all students. I have no idea how he gives to a student 50 mark when their is nothing to grade. Just disappointing. I was so stressed out.

There is no actual teaching being done! Why is he still employed? Hard to navigate for the class

Probably the worst professor ever. Whenever we try to ask him something, he pretends like he never heard it and just continues on with the lecture. Also, it's really hard to hear what he's saying. I highly recommend using the textbook and self studying the concepts of the software and doing so will help you pass this course.

Worst professor didn't hear anything and whole class is suffering. We don't know from he started and which topic he is teaching.

He doesn't know how to teach and no preparation before class. Please escape from him! Today is my first class, I was confused that what he contributed to the students who paid expensive tuition for knowledge. It is unethical, I just want what I paid for rather than sitting in the classroom for almost 3 hours and gain nothing.

This professor is highly disorganized and unhelpful. He never posts materials properly, burying everything in message links. His unclear lectures force students to self-study. Grading is harsh, with big deductions for small mistakes. He never responds to emails, showing no regard for students. AVOID HIM!!!

This professor is really nice that you would fail easily. This class 90% classmates got 50% and he will said its Seneca policy to make exam difficult to test your logical thinking. You don't expect to learn anything in class, and he will show you his favourite video in class. No teaching at all in-person class. You can get video online or YouTube.
