HORRIBLE CLASS: I did not know I was signing up for a writing intensive class. You have do a written assignment each week which equals 12 papers. Plus a 4-6 page research paper. That is on top 4 exams and a final. Her first test was so poorly written she had to credit 9 questions back to the students. Most scored 60% or below in both classes.

Great Professor!! I don't know what this other kid is talking about!!! Her little essays we have to write are SUPER easy!!! I got 100% on all of them! Her tests you have to study for but they are not hard! I got an A barely studying! She is so fun and understanding. She doesn't count attendance as a grade. I recommend her if you want a fun class

Prof. Bartley has done a great job in keeping the class interesting. Yes the writing can be intensive. If you do the homework properly it will take 100 to 200 words each week. 4-6 page essay is required as well as 3 exams and a final. Yes, a majority of both classes scored avg. 60% on the first test. She has corrected that. Would take again.

Professor Bartley was awesome. One of the best professors I've ever had. She made the class interesting and funny and it was really fun. There's only 4 tests the entire course, and you can use 1 note sheet. Plus she gives you a study guide. She is very helpful and is quick to respond to emails and questions. Very funny with her lectures keeps it a 100% real with you. You can use notes on exams but you need to work at your notes. You don't need to bring textbook to class but you need it for your notes on the exam. She gives you plenty of extra credit opportunities. Awesome teacher and I will surely miss her class.

AMAZING professor! She is so easy...Easy going. Come to her class and do the work required you will pass the class. She only gives two exams so its important to do well on them. You will have to write a term paper 8 pages which includes the title and cite work page. She makes the class fun and you really get involved. I recommend taking her class.

Attendance is a part of the grade, but I would have shown up regardless because the class was just that fantastic.

I loved Professor Bartley so much I took her for Dep too. She was always so much fun in class, Made a long lecture interesting. Took Dr. Bartley for CLP 1001 and MAKE SURE YOU READ THE CHAPTERS! Dont even bother searching the internet for the answers because you wont find them. Read the book!!! Trust me, its a much easier A than searching for the answers on quizlet with a time limit. This class was overall amazing, you learn so much about yourself. I enjoyed it!

Doctor Bartley is a gem of a professor. I took her Lifespan class online and she truly did everything she could as a professor to make online learning worthwhile. You have assignments due weekly and quizzes every other week that are very easy and you will pass with an A if you do your readings and keep up with the work. THANK YOU DR BARTLEY!!!!!

One of the best professors I have ever had and an absolute joy of a class. She can be very lenient on grades and gives you many chances to make up work. Her lectures are hilarious and make you enjoy learning the notes. The work is not very hard with only one assignment and one quiz a week (the quiz has a practice quiz with questions from the quiz).

I absolutely loved this class! Dr. Bartley is so kind and allows you to make up work with only a 10% deduction. What I loved about her late policy was that it was a solid 10% deduction off instead of 10% off every day or week it's late. The discussions are due every Thursday and 20 question quizzes due every Sunday. Do the work and you'll pass!

Dr. B is an excellent professor. The class was interesting and life relatable. I was an older student so I have faced many of the issues that today's youth are dealing with. She wants and expects participation to get a decent grade. She doesn't grade hard but wants you to put in the work. Quiz every week, not hard, notes allowed, Great Class!!

Although I am not done with this class, I can honestly say that professor Bartley is one of my favorite teachers. She is hilarious in her zoom lectures and ALWAYS makes sure we're comfortable with lesson topics. She is GREAT at communication and always gives us a safe space if we need someone to talk to! The quizzes and assignments are also easy.

Not too hard on the work, one online assignment and test per week. She posts practice tests for each quiz with the questions that are going to be on the test.
