Fairly easy test, except she didn't tell us what to study from the textbook and she didn't put her lecture notes online. Thus, many students went into the test not really knowing some of what to expect. The pre-lecture Shake Your Booty has got to go.

She's a good professor, you can tell she's very passionate about what she does. She's very approachable and would welcome me to each class. I also find her sense of style awesome! My only critique is that the journals that we would have to do made me feel like I was back in High school and I didn't really enjoy that.

Leslie is an amazing lecturer that keeps her students engaged throughout each class. Pay attention and you'll do fine! Everything she taught seemed as if she had experience to back up her thoughts. She is definitely where she belongs in the university and she is passionate about what she does everyday, even in a summer course like this one.

She really cares about each of her students, has clear grading instructions, great lectures and assignments that kept me engaged and interested, was very quick in responding as well as understanding if personal matters came up so make up work is possible. Lots of work but it is interesting and manageable if you space out your time. Would take again

This is how ALL online classes should look! This class is informative, engaging, consistent, and clear. Leslie and Mark are fantastic science communicators and outstanding educators. I've not come across a teacher more proficient at teaching on an online format than Leslie and her partner Mark. I wish all of my classes had been this great.

So refreshing to have a remote class that I am actually learning from! This professor makes it really easy to absorb complex subjects, and as someone who has really struggled to grasp basic science concepts before, I am finally actually having fun with science! I never thought I could feel 'smart' in a science class, but in this one I do.

There are so many wonderful things I can say about this teacher that won't even begin to describe how well-rounded, knowledgeable, and awesome she is. The work is fairly simple, almost like an art class. The best part about it is that she makes personalized websites and videos so a lot of times you don't even have to go to class at all.

I really liked her class, it was very interactive. I took 2 bios with her and I would take another if I had to. there is a lot of work but once you get used to it's not that bad. The work is very easy just A LOT. there is no midterm just weekly quizzes and a final project. if you just do the work you will probs get an A

Leslie Blair is an EXCELLENT Professor. She is incredibly knowledgable about Biology, Animals, Science, etc. but she breaks the concepts down so students can understand. (BIO 102) It was fun and the assignments were not difficult if you put in the work. There were also opportunities to be creative. It's a fun class!

Take this class if you need bio bacc core!!! Her notes for the week are posted online and are so detailed that you don't need to show up to lecture or even the labs. Lab attendance in optional but it essentially gives you the answers for one of the weekly assignments, you can just take pictures and then leave. Can't recommend this class enough!

Professor Blair is well-spoken and I loved the structure of her class (I'm still in it as of now) BI103 is a great class that will teach you the basics of Human A&P, and I wish there were more teachers who structured their courses like this. Using her own website that has a great UI and all lecture info is available there.

Leslie gave amazing lectures that I felt enhanced my learning of biology. Having the course material available on a website that they developed helped to add an extra way of learning and understanding. Grading guidelines were clear to understand and the feedback that the TAs gave was very insightful. Slightly easy course, but it's one worth taking!

BI101 was my favorite biology class I've taken. Leslie had entertaining lectures and the material was very easy to access outside of class. The workload was light, with notes, 2 media pieces, and a short open note quiz due each week. There was no midterm or final quiz, but instead, a final portfolio of the work you made during the term.

Fantastic course and instructor. This is the second course I've taken from her. Her lectures and the website are well organized, the content is fun, and she is very kind and demonstrates a clear desire to help students learn and understand the material. One of the best at OSU. If you have a chance to take one of her BIO courses, please do.

She taught this class with her husband (Mark). She didn't do any of the grading but she was the face of the entire class. Her videos are in-depth, interesting, helpful and honestly just fun. I've never learned/understood more in a BIO than this one. It's so well laid out. 10/10 recommend.
