If you are taking statistics, make sure you take Les' class. He is very patient and doesn't mind spending extra time of something if you don't understand it. He's very flexable with his office hours, and always makes time to help. Great Professor!

I am a horrible math student, statistics was always a difficult subject for me. Les was very helpful and did not mind taking an extra minute out to make sure I understood things. He was also extremely flexible with his office hours, readily available.

His tests aren't easy. They just seem easy because he's a great teacher. He covers lot of material from a huge textbook, and some how teaches it to us in a way that makes us understand it. He always makes time to help students when they ask for it, has flexible office hours. Highly recommend him.

I realy enjoyed his class. He had a clear way of teaching and following what he did in class got me a 98.0 average in his class. As long as you take good notes you will pass the tests with flying colors. He allows one full front to back cheat sheet for tests so take advantage of it.

Les is the coolest most down to earth professor ive had thus far, my first semster in this school was enjoyable b/c of his personality and his traching style. I really would recommend him to any other student.

Frimmer knows how to teach! No curves, no hidden tricks, no confusion. Just solid straight up teaching of fundamental cirriculum. Our class was told that we went over and beyond the cirriculum. Tests only require for students to be prepared. I would definitely try to take another class of his.

I just took math 100 this semester with Prof. Frimerman and I could not be more satisfied. He is extremely helpful and does not pressure his students. On top of all that he is a really nice man. Definitely take ANY math calss with Les.

He teaches this class from the students side and doesn't make it like taking a class at MIT like some professors do. However you will have to do homework. He explains everything clearly and many times, and makes you well aware of what will be on the tests. I'm glad there is a professor at NCC like him in this dreaded department. Thanks Prof Les!

I am not a math student at all, i took math 101 with a different professor and pulled a c. I took 102 with prof. frimmerman and got an A!!! just do the assigned home works and you will get an easy A!!!

I took Les for 2 different math courses. I got a B+ and a A, and I am not that good in math. He is the greatest. I disagree with the student who said he has no compassion. He cares a lot about his students.

Les is the man, take his class for statistics. IF you pay attention and do the HW you will get an A or B+ I guarantee it. He is very helpful, made statistics seem easy. He allows you to bring in a review sheet with anything you want for the tests. He will answer any questions that you ask. I recommend, take Les. You wont regret it

Prof Les is the best math teacher I ever had. I took this class twice before with two other instructors and failed. So far, i have a B average with Prof Les and I enjoy his humor a lot. Great overall person who cares for his students.

honestly i took les (thats what he likes to be called twice and we turned out to be friends instead of a the classic teacher-student thing... this is coming from a male so dont think negative about that statement but yeah not only is he great teacher he is also and person and one last thing do the hwk which he doesnt check and u will get a easy A!

very knowledgeable and clear. is a statistical genius, and wrote the calculator handbook - which is extremely helpful. tests can be very hard, though you will be able to bring in notes and use the handbook

Prof. Frimerman (Les as he likes us to be called) is a great professor for Stats! He goes at a good pace to make sure everyone gets it. Do the HW's and you'll do good in his class. The class is 4 tests based on the HWs. Lets you use the Calc handbook and a cheat sheet for test. Very fair and really nice guy. Take his class, you won't regret it :]

Math is hard for me, but Les really made it easy to understand. He is always glad to help and explain anything you have trouble with. Spend the extra $15 for the calculator handbook - just follow the steps there and you'll do well on his test. He's also a nice guy, and likes to help his students.

Les is great, he makes the subject matter very easy and understandable. Just use the notes he gives you to practice on the homework questions and you will get an easy A. Just pray that you don't have a class full of morons like I did which forces him to teach the class very slowly.

Excellent,kind teacher with years of life experience and wisdom. He is methodical, patient, slow, and seeks to show the practicality in what he teaches. Drink a bit of coffee before you go, pay attention, ASK QUESTIONS if it gets confusing and he will gladly go over it. HW is not graded, but do it! Also he lets you use one sheet of notes on exam!

Not only is Professor Frimerman a great Professor but he is also a really nice guy. He wants his students to succeed and give many chances for extra credit. He even wrote a Statistics Handbook, which he allows you to use on his tests, along with a sheet of notes. Like I said, he is there for his students, he is an awesome guy!

Prof. Les is awesome. Math is so not my thing and I needed this class to graduate. He is very generous with partial credit and lets you have the handbook and a sheet of notes with you for an exam. He shows you the least painful way to do and learn stats. take him, you wont regert it.

PROF: LES IS THE MAN. He very nice. Buy the handbook is useful you can use it on the exams. He also lets you a front and back notes for the exams. He gives an extra cridet project do it is wroth it. Attend class. I myself missed a lot of days "sick" but he gave me a C but if I would of done the project I would of gotten a B. Ask questions. Helpful

If you pay attention in class and do the homework it was a very easy class. Plus you are allowed to bring a sheet of notes during test. But I will admit, he was a little boring.

Professor Frimmerman is a great man and a class act. He's very clear and is always willing to help his students. I have an A average even when the average is about a 66 in the class ( I don't know how)...He allows us to have a double sided page of notes on tests, has a 20 point extra credit project. I would very highly reccomend him to anyone.

You get out what you put in. If you show up and do the HW it is not possible to do bad. You don't and you do poorly or fail. Easy as that. He takes the tests right from the HW and lets you have a cheat sheet during the tests. Extra credit assignment ups your grade, but I don't even need it.

He's a good guy. I had him for statistics. will go all out to help any student who tries. U must do the homeowork. Test questions are like homework questions. he's a genius with the calculator. You will enjoy his class. sometimes he is very funny. He's good. go for it.

Been wanting to write this last semester. Had professor Frimerman for two math courses. Great teacher. tells funny stories during the lecture. He is very well organized. Always willing to help a student. DO THE HOMEWORK. Test questions are like h/w questions. Highly recommend.

At first I was annoyed at his low monotone. He reviews homework which is good because tests questions are usually similar. He gets impatient if you ask questions without trying or being prepared. Overall he is a good professor. The onus is on you to do assigments.

The best math teacher I ever had! He gives HW, but you don't have to do it; however, I recommend doing it. The tests are super easy if you understand the HW. Professor Les made Statistics a breeze. If you want to get an A all you have to do is do your homework because his tests are based on the homework. He is always more than willing to help his students. I am definitely taking him again. He's the BEST!!

It is impossible to do poorly in this class. You're given everything you could wish to receive to pass. Tests are from the homework, and you're allowed a double sided cheat sheet for EVERY EXAM! First exam I had a both sides filled out and didn't even look at it because I did the homework and found it all too familiar (95 score). Good class/ prof

I took statistics with this guy, and he was extremely helpful, and clear. He even allowed a double sided cheat sheet for every exam. He also offers full attention in his office hours, and answers any questions if you email him. If you do your part, there no way you dont get an A.

Professor. Frimerman is the most understanding, caring, and trustworthy professor any student could ask for. I was never a wiz at mathematics, especially statistics. Just finished Algebra with him. Gotta B. Good guy. Tells jokes during lecture. Some of them are funny. Always asks class if they need assistance or have any questions before going on to next topic. He doesn't collect HW but goes over some HW questions in class if you ask. Not a hard class if you do the HW. Wish I had Prof Frimerman in HS.

Good guy. Moderate pace. Not a hard grader, but not easy either. Gives partial credit on tests for partially correct work. Reviews homework in class if you ask. Would take again if I need another math class (but I hope not).

Great stats class/prof for anyone who's afraid of math. Most of the stuff is in the calculator so it's not hard. 4 tests & the final isn't accumulative and he allows 1 Cheatsheet per test. If you do a thourough Cheatsheet you'll get an easy A. He values participation. The Calc Handbook is optional but BUY IT because he lets you use it during tests.

Professor Frimerman was a great professor! Tests get harder and harder, 4 in total. He does give partial credit on test and he does care about your grades! Take him! He's also very motivated to teach and help you understand the curriculum. Loved him.

Les was a good professor because he was very understanding, straight-Forward, everything you need in a math teacher. The HW wasnt graded, but it is by far the most important thing to do to fully understand the topic, which you will once you do the hw once. 4 test, no final, one page cheat sheet is allowed. Lastly you MUST get his handbook !!!!

Took Algebra and Trig with Frimerman. Amazing guy. Lot's of real life examples during lectures. Grades on tests only. No extra credit. Probably the best math teacher I ever had. Take him

A solid math professor. Take the notes and do the homework and you'll pass by a mile. Allows a one page "cheat sheet" to be used in each test. Also, the tests weren't cumulative, which was a big help. My only complaints would be he's hard of hearing and goes a little slow in his lectures, but otherwise he's great.

Goes a bit slow for my taste but otherwise follows a standard "teach then do examples w/ class" style of teaching and allows cheat sheets on the tests. Has a hearing impairment where he has trouble hearing high frequency sounds (like women's voices) so if you're a girl that asks a lot of questions save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Teacher is outstanding. Tough material but if you do the homework every day and ask questions you will do fine. Allows a cheatsheet front and back and gives partial credit. Would definitely take this professor again.

A really nice guy, and a good teacher. He explains everything really clearly, and helps all his students. He loves participation, and will make sure you benefit if you do. His tests are all open notes, which helps, but its important to do the homework. Theyre short and quick, and theyll really pay off.

Awesome professor. Exams are similar to homework assignments. Go over homework questions in class if requested. Calculator handbook, tables and cheat sheet can be used in exams. if you do assignments you will get an A in his class.

pretty good teacher. He's straight forward, but a boring teacher. you don't have to study that much, but the little you do is very necessary.

If you get bored easily or are lazy, don't take it. It's not a hard class, but if you put no effort you won't pass. Though I literally cheesed my way for the literal minimum for an A, I learned from this experience to actually put effort in my classes and became a better student from it. Overall, his teaching method is fair if a bit dry.

Guys prof L is the coolest guy ever. His class wasn't even hard. He is very sweet and caring and easy going. Don't hesitate to take him I definitely recommend him. He is mad chill I miss him :(

Professor Frimerman is absolutely amazing, he really chill. Once you show up, participate and do your home assignment you should get that A you deserve. Very nice guy and hes really humble. I messed up on the 1st exam I received a really low grade and I was determine to bring my remaining scores higher, I finished with a B and I was satisfied.

The best decision I ever made in college was take his classes. He is very clear, answers any questions you may have, makes math seem a little easier to understand. His HW assignments are the same as exam questions so if you do the homework and take good notes youll do great! HW isnt checked, do it because you want to pass. TB only for HW in 109.

Professor Frimerman is a very kind person who clearly wants his students to succeed. His lectures are very well-organized and if you do the HW and come to class then you will likely get a decent grade. Do the work and listen to his instructions because he generously provides exactly what you need for a good grade, and you should be fine.

He's a really nice guy and is very patient with his work. If you need help he will go over it until you understand. I was terrible at math and his teaching methods helped me understand a lot of things. He only gives 4 tests so make sure you do well on every single one. Gives homework that he doesn't grade but if you dont do it you wont pass tests

Professor Frimerman is a great Stat professor. His lectures are clear. best part of his classes is that there is very little math. Almost the entire course is taught using the calculator. Buy his calculator handbook. It's like a real big help in using the calculator. He is really cool on zoom. Tells funny stories during the lectures.
