I HAD to post when I saw these rotten reviews about Mr. Lee. Let me start off by saying that yes, he can be a little over bearing. But he is a conscientious instructor, and for that I am thankful because I feel prepared. He is a little 'extra' at times, so be careful that you don't get on his bad side, or he will flag you. Over all- he's human.

Took Mr. Lee Fall 2014 and he was great!!! If you are looking to just become a CNA then take another Clinical Instructor who do not care. Mr. Lee goes by the book. He truly prepares you for the state exam and for the Nursing Program. He runs around clinical helping all of us and is very hands on. He makes the program fun and you truly do learn.

after reading the other reviews I couldn't help myself to comment that any negative comments about him must have been from some students who were considered bad students that want to be in the medical field for the pay and not because of compassion. Mr. Lee is a compassionate teacher. You will succeed thanks to him. He is a thoughful professor

Mr. Lee is an amazing teacher if you are thinking about getting into nursing. Very hands on and professional. Not only that, he is hilarious and you will have a fun class. I suggest him as a teacher if you want to learn the material well. Him and Mrs. Mcutcheon are a great team! For people saying that he isn't were probably not the best of students

Mr. Lee is by far the best instructor I've had in college. He's by no means easy, but he is definitely there for you in any way he can possibly be. He answers any & all questions. Absolutely hilarious! I've never had another instructor who would go to such great lengths to make sure his students succeeded. Wish all my instructors were as helpful!

Absolutely phenomenal instructor! Took the CNA program over the summer & I wish all instructors were like Mr. Lee! Not only is he extremely helpful, but he truly cares about his students. People may claim that he's "tough" or "too strict", but what do you expect?? If your serious about working in the medical field, he's the best instructor to take!

Mr. Lee provides all the information necessary for his course. From day one, he lets students know what he expects from them. There are no curve balls. May come off strict, but what do you expect when you are entering a direct patient career. A professor that is detailed and organized; there should be no reason for failure. Highly recommended.

Mr. Lee is the best professor I could have taken for the CNA program. He is a bit tough but it's only because he wants you to pass the exam and be able to work the job if you are making it into a career. By the time I took the test to receive my license, I felt ready and calm. He is better than the other CNA clinical instructors. Take Mr. Lee!

Mr Lee was a bit scary at first but as the semester went along i realized it wasnt him its the amount of material to learn was scary not the instructor. If you seriously want to learn Mr Lee is the instructor you want. I wish he taught some other courses i need. TAKE his course!!

I cant imagine taking this class with another clinincal instructor. He obviously knows what hes teaching. If you take his class you will not have a problem passing your state test bexause he does an excellent job of preparing you.

I took him for CNA and Homehealth. Mr Lee is very clear, understanding, caring, and very passionate for what he does. He definitely goes out of his way to help as much as possible and make sure you understand what you're learning. Just do your work and ask questions, this class is an easy A.

I had Mr. lee as a clinical instructor in Fall 2014. He was very helpful, full of knowledge, and loves his craft. Come baring with questions because if you need any clarifications, he is there to clear up any confusion. There is no need to be intimidated by him what so ever so ask him questions if you want to excel and pass your CNA clinical exam.

Mr Lee is a great instructor. During clinical he was always there to help! He was constantly working along side of us. You can tell he is passionate about teaching and will do his best to help those who are struggling. I would definitely take him again if he taught other classes! The funniest instructor I've ever had! I had him as my clinical instructor and he definitely cares about his students! He is very passionate for what he does and wants you to succeed! Awesome teacher! I really enjoyed this class. I learned so much. Gives really good feedback and is always honest. Homework wasn't difficult, but there is a lot of homework. If you skip class, you won't pass.

He was my lecture professor for CNA program. He is the funniest professor but if you skip class you missed a lot of material. He made sure he covered every material and made you ready for state exam. Be ready to read and this class definitely a stepping stone in nursing field

Fantastic teacher! Really knows what he's talking about and is great at explaining the everything in the book in a way anyone could understand. Nothing bad to say, you just better leave your drama at the door. Get the books, be in class, and pay attention and he's an easy teacher to have.

By far my favorite instructor at Delta. It was his first time as a lecture instructor and he did an amazing job at covering all material from the book. The tests are easy and he makes it CLEAR FROM THE BEGINNING of what he expects from you. Attendance is important. Very funny and passionate about nursing and his students.

Mr. Lee is an amazing instructor he makes sure he covers all material during his lectures We have weekly HW, test. It is very important to keep up with all the work. He gives study guides and quick reviews before test which make it easy if you pay attention. Attendance is very important! Overall amazing instructor there is so much to learn from him

Mr. Lee is very clear on what he expects, so there are no surprises. There's a ton of homework, but he gives you plenty of time to complete them. There's a test or quiz almost every time you come to class. If you do your work on time and study then it isnt really hard. There are also no stupid questions, so ask if you don't understand something.

By far the BEST Professor I ever had. You are missing out if you haven't had his class yet. He is hilarious and amazing at instructing. You will learn a ton and he will make class worth sitting.

Best teacher! Do your homework and read it will help alot and take notes. He breaksdown steps listed on the textbook to where anyone in different learning styles knows it. He is funny and nice, but leave your drama at the door. He keeps it professional when a student has an attitude or is being stupid. Show some respect he is here to help you.

He is a great teacher . The best teacher I have ever had . This class is easy if you follow instructions and do all the homework and do good on your tests. Just like any class, if you do your work you'll pass if not you're gonna have a hard time . But overall he is a great teacher and he helps you alot

Most amazing professor hands down. I feel honored to have had the opportunity to learn from Mr. Lee and listen to his words of wisdom. Mr. Lee has the best of both worlds with teaching clinicals and now teaching lecture. Mr. Lee makes you work for your grade but makes you want to learn every day. Mr. Lee was easily one of my favorite professors at Delta. He cares so much about his students and wants them to succeed. Complete all homework, study for abbreviation quizzes, and come to class on time. The class was easy but had a lot of work to keep up with. Mr. Lee is a really solid teacher and makes his expectations clear from the get go. Come to class everyday, turn in all homework and you're golden. On a side note- some of the homework is simple but tedious, like multiple choice and crossword puzzles, so if you're really in a hurry just put any answer.. Literally. You'll most likely get credit ;)

He is a master of the subject matter. He really means business inside the classroom so he really wants everyone to get the expected outcomes or learning as planned for the day. If you really pay attention to his lectures and do your homework you'll do good in your test. I even miss this class thats how good it is!

Mr. Lee's lectures are informative and carry real life relevance. Some topics are hard to digest but Mr. Lee still finds a way to make the class enjoyable with his humor (mainly jokes as bad as the ones your dad tells but hey they are still funny.) Complete ALL of your homework, show up, and study the study guides and chapters and you will pass!

HE CARES. It's rare to find professors that would go the extra mile for. Mr. Lee does. If you have a question, feel free to contact him. If you need extra practice, he will dedicate his time for you.

Mr. Lee is such an awesome professor. He cares and pushes you to do your best. Lectures are ridiculously long, but he makes the class go by so fast! Go to class, do your homework, study, and you will definitely pass.

He is a fantastic professor! He knows what he is doing and he will prepare you for the real world. You must read the chapters to do the homework which takes 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete a chapter. He provides comical relief when his lectures drag. If you prove to him you are serious about the class, he will go out of his was to help you!

Mr. Lee is definitely an awesome teacher! Lectures are easy, homework is easy as well. For homework i recommend staying on top of everything because there is a lot of homework. Super easy though! Mr. Lee makes the long lectures very bearable and very entertaining. He wants everyone to succeed so always attend lectures and do your homeworks (very important). He does his best so make sure that you do the same and do your part. Bring your book everyday and dont be late. Youll learn a lot both from lectures and clinicals.

I took Mr. Lee for HS 070 and HS 071 Fall 2017. Mr. Lee is very serious about his work. He wants everyone to practice safe work and doing it correctly. What I love about him is that he is so funny & he makes learning so interesting. I love his facial expressions, I love his class & he is one of the best teachers by far. He is easy to talk too.

Mr. Lee makes the time go by fast in his classroom. He cares about his students who are willing to put in the work. If your lazy to do hw then you cannot expect to pass the class. Nothing is given to you on a silver platter so please just give this man some respect . He deserves a gold medal for giving lectures and putting up with nuisance students

Mr. Lee is a very good professor. He gives you all the information and good feedback. You will pass the test if you follow Mr. Lee's rule. You must show up in time and finish all the homework without any blank. He is doing all this on purpose to prepare you into the ADN program.

Mr Lee is a fun but stern he definitely makes the long hours of lecture go by quickly, with a few jokes here and there to keep your attention. As long as you do your homework pay attention to the lecture, you'll do good on the test. The hardest test given is towards the end and it's mixed with vitals and conversions.

Mr. Lee, what can I say. One of the BEST teachers he really care about his students and their success. Yeah you do read a lot, but its all worth it because he prepares you for your future exam. Mr. Lee is the perfect teacher for HS070. He is a very nice and helpful. The lecture hours are long but he makes learning so much fun. There are a lot of quizzes and exams but all are doable if you devote a lot of time and effort. Be on time and if you are going for the RN program/PT, he will really prepare you for that.

By far one of the best professors I have came across! Mr. Lee is very caring of his students. He wants everyone to succeed. I had him for CNA & HHA. In the 6 hour long lectures, he ALWAYS made his lectures very interesting & funny! I would take him all over again if I could. Heads up for all the hw but you have lots of time to do everything.

CNA/HHA. One of the best professors I have come across. Genuinely cares for his students' success! Professor Lee is an excellent instructor. He is clear on what the course is going to be like. There is a lot of material to go over but Professor Lee covers all criteria to be a well rounded CNA. Mr. Lee is an amazing professor and any comment that says otherwise probably comes from a student who does not try. He is very detail oriented when it comes to EVERYTHING, but for good reason, health care professionals need this quality. Lots of homework but its not hard you just have to manage your time. Soak up all the knowledge you can!!

Was an awesome professor! He was inspirational, helpful, and always there if you needed help. Participation and attendance means a lot in the class, so you need to be on top of your game. It is a very rigorous course and he has a very clear grading system. If you pass his class you can probably go much further in the medical field. Recommend 100%!

Mr. Lee is an excellent professor. He makes sure you understand the material and he takes mannequins to actually show you how things work. I have taken 2 classes with him and he is very easy to deal with. Show your care for the class. Also he talks about values and real topics that matters in our futures as health care provider. Mr. Lee's lectures are fun and hilarious, and it plays a role on remembering the materials well. He is excellent in explaining and showing visuals to help with the topics. Just do your homework - COMPLETELY- and ensure that your name, date, and clinical site is on it. Doing the homework helps with the tests ( they're easy) as well.

Professor Lee is an outstanding professor. His lectures are very informative and entertaining. Not a dull moment! He is very picky in regards to compleating ALL homework which means missing NO QUESTIONS on assignments. This is especially important for preparing students for nursing programs. Overall I HIGHLY recommend students to take this course.

I've had the pleasure of completing both the CNA and home health aide program with Mr. Lee and he is by far the best instructor I've ever had. I reccomend these programs for everyone who is interested in the health industry.

Participate in lecture, take initiative during clinical, ask questions, make sure you understand the concepts in class, and correct all errors the proper way. DO NOT TURN IN HOMEWORK LATE, and DO NOT WRITE ON THE TESTS. I honestly have no regrets. His jokes are hilarious. There are 8 exams, 9 abbreviation quizzes, and 1 case study. So, do not fear

Participate in lecture, read skills book before you go to skill lab and correct all errors in proper way. DO NOT WRITE ON THE TESTS paper. Be on time at class. Read the instruction carefully on case study. do not fear to ask question if you have difficult time in skills lab. Team work is important; help out your friend if he/she struggle.

Mr. Lee makes the class fun and engaging! As long as you actually read and do the homework, you will do good on the exams. I found that doing the review questions on both the textbook and workbook helped me the best. He prepares you more than enough for the state exams. As long as your respectful to him and on taks the class will be fun!

Professor Lee was AMAZING!! It was such an honor to have him as my first SJDC professor and he has left such a good impact on me that I always encourage anyone I know wanting to get into the field of nursing or patient care to take the CNA program at Delta College- because it was honestly a life changing experience!
