The worst prof at Ryerson. Wont answer question or respond to emails. This man should not be teaching. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
Wow, are you serious? This guy is supposed to be a teacher? Does not imbibe any spirit of learning or enthusiasm towards lectures, questions, or other aspects of the coursework. Way to be, guy...[h8]
he does not know how to teach he is unreasonable and tests are nothing like what he teaches in class
He is a nice guy...but not a very good prof in the slightest bit. If you have the option of choosing, do yourself a huge favour and choose any other prof.
HE IS THE WORST TEACHER I HAVE EVER SEEN IN THIS WORLD...
If math is not your thing then you will have trouble with him as a prof. He's a nice guy, he just wasn't clear on what to expect, made several mistakes while teaching, and didn't answer questions from students with much clarity. If you're good at calc, do the questions from the text book (more than once is smart) and you'll be fine
Genuinely the worst teacher I've ever encountered! He's extremely rude, won't answer questions and his notes have so many mistakes. The only reason I went to Ryerson was to learn this course but in the end I left feeling extremely disappointed.
Some people are really hard on the ratings. Had him for QMS 702 and although the material was already pretty easy he made it straight forward if you did your work. Got an A in the class and I didn't stress over the class
He is absolutely useless.
Can't speak a word of English. Doesn't teach, just gives you solutions. Gives surprise quizes. Extremely disorganized (don't bother looking at the course outline). NOT A JERK OR ANYTHING, BUT SIMPLY THE WORST PROFF I'VE HAD IN 4 YEARS AT RYERSON. Avoid like the plague.
Very reasonable Prof if you do your work. Has surprise quizes but if you stay on top of assignment and quizes it's an easy A
USELESS! A chimp could explain the concepts better.
He cant teach ..
Homework asignments aren't clear and attempting to get clarifications via email is uesless. He is not a good lecturer and has no enthusiasm. Avoid at all cost.
Nice guy but not a good prof. Speaks in a monotone and cant explain very well. Avoid at all cost.
horrible prof and terrible lecture. so irresponsible and disorganized. he doesnt know the concept and worse, he doesnt know how to teach. lectures are a waste of time and short. do yourself a favor and avoid this guy.
I had this prof the first time I took QMS522. I had to drop the course after the first midterm (because I got a 52% on the midterm). I took the course a second time with a different prof and got an A. If you have this prof a few shots of JD will help before class.
bad bad bad... horrible!
he is not bad.
"waaat??? where am i ....". This phrase sums up the progression of his lectures. I think it was the nth mistake he made on his non-posted lecture slides that made my group head to Changping Wang's or Boza Tasic's class. Best decision ever. He's a nice guy and will help you 1 on 1 .. but make no mistake when i say run unless you need the lol's
I like this prof... But his classes are confusing.. He only returned two assignments all term.. No feedback .. No idea where you're at mark wise.. Really hard marking..I would say avoid if possible.. Not a great prof..
Definitely hard to understand. No textbook to do example problems. There was one midterm and one final and 4-5 assignments. Learn it on your own and it's Possible to end with a A+.
Bring your pillow during class. Best time to sleep. Didn't uderstand everything he taught us. Improves my self study skills
Very smart professor, however not a very good teacher. Although the course content is relatively simple if you are the kind of student that depends on a teacher to understand SWITCH NOW. If you're an independent learner perfect for you! Gives excellent hints on what will be on midterm/final, great slides, nice in person, but boring monotone lecs.
This prof is a good guy and he means well, however it is hard to learn much in his class mostly because he lacks in terms of simplifying the material and make it clear what is important
Bring a pillow to class and a blanket
Dr. Fisseha clearly knows what he's talking about, and does a decent job explaining it to students. He's a pretty chill person and a fair marker. Average prof, great person.
Make sure you take notes in this class! He's very helpful if you ask him for help in person. He knows the course very well! It's best to sit at the front. He'll easily answer your questions this way :) The examples are very useful and USE THE TEXTBOOK!
OK if you can't do maths don't blame the teacher. I've only got A+ in all his courses. He knows the material, he sometimes makes calculation mistakes but that is very minor. He also does not punish you for making calculation mistakes in the exams and quizzes. If you go to the lectures, do your homework on your own, it is hard to fail.
Not very helpful at all when you ask questions. Assignments are somewhat vague and half the time he reads slides and the other half he writes on the board. Course is not too difficult but does require some background math knowledge from previous years. Overall avoid if you can and pick another prof, if your stuck with him, make the most out of it.
Can't understand lectures, understand textbook
Not the most easy-going lecturer, but he is friendly if you approach him one on one. Dr. Fisseha is a very smart professor, but he does not know how to explain concepts in a clear, concise manner. He has a strong accent and does not really know how to manage time properly. If you have him, be prepared to teach yourself and learn independently.
SWITCH OUT WORST PROF EVER!
Worst teach cannot teach or read the PowerPoint. Don't bother going to lectures.
He is only good if you plan to study on your own. Fisseha cannot explain concepts clearly, but he is friendly if you speak to him one-on-one.
He is easy-going
Decent Prof, his lectures are ok. Expect to read the textbook, if you ever need help always ask him during lectures or during breaks.
Genuinely doesn't care about of the students.
Heres how it was: For the first month of class i noticed there were less and less people in this class every time. Then I realized everyone was going to another pof's class because this one CANT teach. I went to his class once after and there were literally people sleeping and watching stuff. He is not a good professor, highly not recommended.
He is so disorganized, confusing and marks papers wrong. Avoid his arrogant personality if you can.
He is easy going and he definitely cares about his students. God... he may not be the best lecturer but his lectures are decent, his midterms and exam are straight-forward. Also, his notes are organized.
Rushes the lectures, doesn't give breaks, and all examples are incorrect.
One of the worst...
Gives alot of examples in class and very approachable when you ask him questions. He also likes giving pop quizzes so beware of that. Midterm and final are straightforward.
He's a great professor not sure what everyone else is talking about. He is always helpful. Especially if you visit him during office hours. He is always available to help. Very nice professor!
He's a really sweet professor and very approachable. His grading is fair and he genuinely cares about his students and wants them to do good. The assigned questions are very helpful.
Makes tons and tons of mistakes, jumps to hard examples for new and introductory material, most of the class is spent figuring out these problems instead of giving a walk-through first. Also unclear with explanations.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PROFESSOR! Although Leul is a nice man, he clearly cannot teach especially with Math. He needs to avoid using PowerPoints when possible and explain concepts using pen and paper. Although the tests are OK, he gets very upset when you solve questions using methods that he has not taught. Bottom line, boycott him when possible.
He spend so much time on easy topics but he spend no time on the harder topics. He just go through them like "ok ok ok ok ok" for those slides after those dropping dates.
Nice man, but terrible at teaching. Although he does plenty of examples (and gives you enough time for them), his solutions are often unclear and disorganized. Bear in mind that it is usually the TA's who mark exams instead of the professors. However, if you ask for help, Leul will clarify whatever you need. I wish he was more open-minded though.
horrible teacher. makes 0 sense, cant teach. does not explain how to get the answer . just reads of slides and skips parts in his examples. cannot follow along. also horrible when speaking to him in person. dropped class 2 weeks in. Something simple becomes rocket science
Another case of a prof who does not so much teach as he just does the work. He likes to go over the simple things and throw something hard at you. His notes are very very basic and almost no help. Would for sure switch out, or attend another math lecture that happens at the same time.
Prof. Fisseha, has been very helpful in explaining many of the concepts needed in this course. He does examples, and is willing to explain concepts over again when asked. His class does get quite empty after two weeks. Overall, I would say hes great, but expect to read the textbook and do h/w problems.
I don't know why a lot of people do not like him. I took Calculus II and he was just amazing. One of the best profs out there. Might seem boring in the beginning, but you really want to wait and see.
He is a really nice guy who comes to class with a great attitude. He posts notes which is great. Always ensures that the class understands the material. Concepts are explained clearly with relevant examples that you'll see in labs, quizzes, or midterms. Pay attention in class, study, and do a little hw and it's really easy marks.
Fisseha doesn't just take the time to do the most important part of learning new material (solving problems), but also teaches you his way of thinking and approaching a problem. Which is utterly invaluable in a course like calc 2. In one term I've gained the skills to approach any problem confidently, this is someone who knew zero math 3 years ago
great prof. he helped make the course very straightforward.
He is, for the most part, unable to convey the material accurately. This causes the entirety of the lecture to be confusing and when asked for clarification he brushes it aside saying there is more material to cover. 0/5 get a different prof.
I don't recommend having him in any kind of education, it's just too hard to understand anything he says.
better to skip class and read the textbook
Very kind person and provides good examples. He teaches OK, but speaks in a very dull tone. Can benefit from being more enthusiastic in class.
I really liked him. He taught well and was really helpful during office hours. Do a lot of practise problems!
Worst prof ever. Doesnt speak English properly (a lot of mistakes, really strong accent). He has not clue how to teach properly neither. During the break he continues the lecture for some student, doesnt do anything in order and his review session for the midterm are TERRIBLE. This guy is to avoid at all cost.
He can't explain concepts and his examples are so easy it doesn't prepare you for anything. His lectures teach you so little, there is no point in going. I went to every class and I would go to another prof's reviews and I would learn what he taught me and more in those 2 hours.
I honestly love him. If you could review the material partially(concepts), and attend his lectures, he isn't even that bad of a professor. He does tons of examples, but briefly explains the concepts. All the examples pay off as it makes you clear with the topic though. Also, whenever you give a test, he would always try and boost you thats a plus
Not a good prof. Very strong accent and his lectures just make you wanna have a good 2 hour of sleep. His notes are fine though
He does a lot of examples in class and makes it quite interactive in that he once asked all the students to hand in their answer to an example written on the lesson slides. It's easier for you to teach yourself the material than show up to his lectures.
Everything about him is fine, but he **does examples by saying how he would do them out loud instead of writing them down**, with a "shall I move on?". He would be a decent teacher if he just wrote his examples down instead of saying them at the front of the class. The sections are kinda mixed around randomly, but that may be the case in all classe
Very poor lecturer would not recommend going to his lectures. If you end up in one, dont expect to learn anything. Pray that Changping uploads his notes as they are the best way to pass. My grades skyrocketed after using notes from better professors rather than wasting time in Fissehas.
This prof was TERRIBLE. A day before my first midterm, I went to another profs class and it was the best decision I've ever made. I would have definitely failed this class if I stayed. During his lectures, he only touches on the easy concepts of each lesson and gives you constant examples that are not necessary.
I did not learn very well from the way in which Dr. Fisseha taught his lectures. In the beginning of the course it was fine, but when it came to new concepts, I really struggled. And trying the teach myself the new concepts did not go very well. My grades literally gradually decreased.
He is SO caring, and his notes are amazing! Ppl r complaining about his accent but just go through his notes b4ter class. In mth501, he did SO many in-class examples, I did not have to do any hw after class. He also changed the weighting for tests/assignments to help the class and ALWAYS asked if everyone was ok with deadlines/test dates.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Avoid him.
he is so bad. especially during this pandemic. he cant explain for the life of him. if anyone from ryerson seeing this please go and listen to his lectures and look at his notes. i guess being a prof doesnt have any criteria because this man cant teach.
I just don't understand him. Lectures with him are absolutely worthless for me. Do yourself a favour and study the textbook instead. Without the textbook, I would fail for sure. Just being honest.
I would like to rate minus or zero marks if I'm allowed to. His lecture slides are absolutely useless, more importantly so many typos and mistakes. The slides are not clear enough for explaining the knowledge. MTH 510 is not a hard course, you can learn it all yourself. For your own sake, swap class if you got him teaching, otherwise good luck.
He changed question in halfway during midterm so we had to do it all over again. In final there was also a wrong given data, WELL DONE!!
Unorganized, unreliable, notes full of mistakes, bad at explaining examples and topics. Examples are full of typos and hard to follow through. Midterm+exam were released late and so students lost time during assessments. Especially during the pandemic, the prof did nothing to benefit his students. Id write more if I wasnt limited to 350 characters.
He deserves a 0/5 rating. If you are stuck in his class, prepare to teach yourself the course. Only 15 out of 160 students showed up to his lectures because he is confusing and bad at explaining examples. Very unreliable. He posted online exams late and changed questions during the exam, and didn't give any extra time for students to finish.
I don't understand why he has such a bad review, I got 70 in grd 12 calc but ended up with an A. His slides are extremely useful, he provides past tests (which is 90% similar to actual test, the other 10% will be in your lecture slides!) he is very patient, wants his students to succeed, he even let me borrow a textbook entire semester
This professor just runs through his slides. Even though he gives a lot of examples, he doesn't give you enough time to understand it. He also doesn't even answer questions properly.
Notes are pretty good. He's a good prof and is always willing to be flexible around deadlines and always looks for ways to help your grade improve. It's a university-level course so it will obviously require some self-study for you to fully understand the topics...I can't understand what all the poor reviews are for.
Honestly I got a great grade in the course but it was no thanks to him. Taught myself all of the material. All in he is just a mean guy, especially to those who dont understand. Dont take his courses if you wanna be treated decently.
The guy can't teach for his life. Doesn't explain any of the examples he puts on his slides, but then again the slides are almost useless since there are errors in about 75% of them. Watch youtube videos or read the textbook because this guy is absolutely useless. Thank goodness I only had him for 1/3 of the course.
He made stats way more confusing than calc and I TOOK CALC last year. I learned everything on my own with the textbook because his notes were not useful. He barely even wrote in his lectures it was just a slide show the whole time as he spoke. If you have him just read the textbook and save yourself time and confusion. This is for MTH 380
Honestly, the course is not that hard, but I had to read the book all the time, his lectures were not enough to do well. Your mark depends a lot on TA you have, as they mark your midterm and final (some are wayyyyy harder markers than others, which is completely unfair).
Never attended lectures or looked at his slides since they were super disorganized and boring. Honestly the content was not difficult - just read the textbook, do lots of practice problems, and you'll do well! The M/C parts of exams and quizzes were sometimes a little tricky, but overall tests were very fair.
I have no clue why Fisseha is still teaching. This prof IS THE WORST: he barely explains the concepts and his notes have so many errors it's impossible to follow them. Had to do my own research to study for this course, which is not that hard tbh. AVOID this prof at all cost if you can
His lecture slides were sometimes detrimental - unexplained errors all over. Reading the textbook front-to-back is much more entertaining and is less likely to lie to you.
Leul is an amazing professor. When i was taking MTH140, most people stopped coming to class, so there were 15 people in the lecture. This prof would show one example, let us work on another, and then go around to see if we needed any help. Once you get to know him, he is one of the most caring profs you will meet in engineering.
Extremely disorganized and unprepared for online learning. There has been at least one major typo in each of his slides (some typos were even in the formulas he gave). His explanations of concepts in his slides and lectures were very cursory and at times confusing. The textbook will be your prof. At least the assessments were super easy.
Good prof but just a little hard to understand
This prof isn't terrible by any means. He's caring and does his best to make sure students understand the material. His accent may be a bit hard to understand at times and he isn't the most organized professor but he's still solid.
Half online, half in-person.Not as bad as people say.Would not reccomend him for online (too fast), but in person taught the material good.Went through many examples, and explained concepts clearly.Only thing is he would speed through his powerpoint notes, but otherwise class was easy to understand. Always answered questions, and not condescending.
The professor was alright he tried to go over the material in depth but it seems that his heavy accent and his disorganization caused much of the class to be confused this became better in person but the issue still exist be ready to use the textbook and YouTube videos to help you strengthen your understanding of the course.
HE IS NOT A GOOD PROF AT ALL DONT EVER TAKE WITH HIM
took this class during summer transition, all five of us failed the midterm (it was quite tough) but he offered to drop the midterm if we all did well on the final. Managed to pull through with a B+! He is actually really sweet and cares about his students.
I took this course under the summer transition program, I attended all the in-person lectures which are dry but the examples really helped me understand the methods/material. Midterm and final are fine if you did the assignments without cheating. The assignments can take time due to the nature of the course. Just attend lectures and do the HW.
He was a very caring professor who walked around class asking everyone how we were doing so far. Other than that, he wasn't the clearest or the most knowledgeable professor, but far from terrible. Quizzes, midterms and the final were OK if you knew the material and were up to date with the homework and previous exams.
I have not much to say, except I and other students found it difficult to learn from his lectures and needed to refer to Youtube and the textbook for clarity. His problems are tough to understand and he has an accent.
He bores you to death with theory and cannot explain anything. From a 2 hour lecture, he talks about useless theory for 1 hour, 30 minutes, 10 minutes is a break, so you only actually do 20 minutes of problem solving and examples. His notes are bad and full of typos. Try to switch professors because going to Fiessehas lectures is a waste of time
He talks about useless theory for almost the entire lecture period, he barely does examples and the ones he does are easy compared to what you have to do on a test. Going to his lectures is a total waste of time. Try to switch profs is possible
I feel bad writing this review as he is a kind person but his class is extremely difficult to succeed in due to his teaching style. Lecture slides are not useful, and he teaches as if the content is common sense to students whereas a lot of it is new to us. There is no study pointers for exams and his TAs are extremely unhelpful
He is a good man
Good prof, Dr. Fisseha is very caring and goes through many examples in class. If you put in minimal effort, you will succeed in his class. Don't let these other reviews get to you.
Dr. Fisseha's midterm was a good representation of the midterm review, however his final was abysmally different from the material we were given to review.
He is a nice person, but he is not the best professor. He prefers to handwrite all his examples which is a problem when you're in TRS. He does a lot of challenging examples which is great but he goes over concepts too quickly to understand what he is doing.
I understand why some people might not like this prof... not the most exciting lecturer. But if you actually listen he explains things really well, his slides make sense, and he answers questions well (most of the time).
Not a bad professor with decent lectures and good slides. Showed that he cared for the students.
Incredibly sweet professor who gave me great advice. Be sure to go to lectures as his written examples are very helpful!
Terrible professor. Does not care about his student. Most boring class ever. Does not explain anything.
Terrible professor. Too much homework. Get ready to rush through important sections.
Genuinely the worst prof. The thing is he is a genuine genius so the way he understands concepts is in a way that makes them completely easy and normal for him to understand but absolutely horrific for his students to. No examples at all, Cannot teach the simplest concept without overcomplicating it, literally any other prof will do better
He is quick with emails but is rude and dismissive during lectures when you ask a question or need clarification. Exams and midterms are TERRIBLE! Gives too many questions and not enough time to do them even though there are A LOT of calculations. Super vague with lectures. This was an online class but is too hard. AVOID THIS PROFESSOR IF POSSIBLE!
Exams are less about the knowledge of the material and more about the speed you can do the math. Barely any time to answer questions. Lectures are just dry snippets of textbook material with barely any examples. You should to read from the textbook and learn from online videos. For my class AI was used for generating and marking quizzes, gross.
Bi namos.
Lecture slides are disorganized along with mistakes. He shuts you off when you try to ask a question. On top of that, the homework and tests are very tedious.
Try counting the amount of times he says "You know". He uses it like a period making his explanation 10 times more difficult to understand. Worst part is he stutters and finishes his sentences with his own thought, literally, he starts a topic and ends almost silent/understand? assuming we can hear everything he thinks. This "Doctor" cannot teach.
He is really picky when it comes to marking, yet he cannot teach well. The final exam given to us was very unfair because we were not given enough time to complete the questions. He is not a horrible person, per se, but I feel like his goal is to try to make our lives difficult instead of actually teaching us the course materials.
Many mistakes in the lecture slides, unclear criteria on assignments, online multiple choice quizzes with false responses, everything seems to be a mess in this course. Dr Fisseha's teaching style is unconventional and the course felt extremely disorganized.
He is very rude, unprofessional, and generally bad at his job (teaching, grading, and responding to emails). Would not recommend at all
Decided to start bunking his classes after the 2nd week. Handwrites his notes, goes too fast so you cant copy or write anything. I prolly even fell asleep during his classes. Doesnt explain anything too. The only reason I passed was of lecture videos of another prof. If you have him as your prof, quit.
Get ready to read the textbook because this mf knows 3 words of english
AVOID THIS PROF IF U WANNA PASS THE COURSE. He does not know how to teach and he does not post any annotated notes and he makes hard exams
Fisseha needs to retire man, he can barely stand up for more than 30 mins. Lectures are almost always empty cuz he teaches so slowly, and his slides are so weird compared to the other profs. Only mildly good thing is that if you go to lectures in the last few weeks, he'll give a small mark boost on to your final grade.
Professor Fisseha's teaching style can be unconventional and the course feels disorganized at times. However, using resources like unstuck AI alongside the textbook can really help with study prep and staying on top of the material.
For your own grade and well being avoid Luel at all costs. I guess you can't sometimes because he is the course coordinator but in that case just hope he's not. His lectures are super slow and dull, TA's mark his exams extremely harsh and most content can be self-learned. He also never responds to emails or makes time outside of class.
Slides are difficult to read bc its all words. Did go into the reasons behind everything which is helpful for some people but annoying for others. Examples he does are fair and appropriate for what appears on the tests. Hard to understand sometimes and totally boring. Definitely prefer Majed, make sure to dig for his lecture vids. course saver.
Avoid. The grading scheme for the mid terms is extremely stingy and petty. The final was fair, as there were many students on the verge of failing. Very low class average. Also, the homework was marked very strictly lol.
TA's marked exams and hw really hard for his class. The class average was really low. Doesnt post annotated notes only lecture slides which have the formulas/theory which he skims through really fast in class. i took notes on paper so you gotta either read slides and take notes before class and just attend for examples or ur gonna fall behind
I didn't attend a single lecture; you can't understand him at all. I can't blame it on him; he's old and has awful slides. Get ready to learn on your own. (btw by the time you are reading this, he is probably retired)
perfecto / love you prof
It's hard to learn from the guy. He's a bit old, doesn't use a mic and often likes to use a whiteboard. This method of teaching isn't effective in a lecture with 200-300 students. I would go to another prof's lectures.
Very Heavy Lectures, and not as informative as other professors.
He rambles a lot and doesn't focus on the relevant information, like teaching you the material that will be on the tests. He puts people on the spot to solve equations while not doing any examples with the class. Raised his voice and clapped loudly when nobody knew how to solve the questions, while telling people to solve faster. I was so stressed!
Such a rude professor, doesn't care about his students at all. Didn't finish marking ANY of our assignments before the exam. Emailed him to ask when they'll be done and he claimed they'll be done before the exam. Day of the exam, received nothing so I emailed him again and he responded with "Just focus on the exam." no apology or anything.
Terrible Prof
Do not take classes with this prof. He will put you to sleep, and he is very difficult to understand. He's older so he doesn't move around much but is very passive aggressive. He makes the class wayyyy harder than it needs to be. Kinda expects you to already know how to do the work.
He is a very good person, but comes off a bit passive aggressive, and doesn't like it when students miss his class. Only around 20-30 students would consistently attend. He stopped posting his notes after the 4th week which was annoying. Take Majed or Saied instead if possible.
If you have him run.
This guy needs to retire. Watch the recorded videos from another prof cause you won't learn a thing from him.
Extremely inconsistent and will make your life miserable for his personal enjoyment. PLEASE AVOID.
The worst of the worst, he made an impossible Final Exam and enjoyed seeing the student suffer. DO NOT TAKE ANY COURSE WITH HIM. (HE DOES NOT CURVE )
Straight up goof
pick a god and start praying man
Lowkey yall sleeping, prof was terrible but still doable, skill issue for yall.
Does not teach at all, mumbles all the time. His final exam was SUPER hard (class avg was so bad), he does not answer any questions during the exam at all. Do not recommend him...I suggest trying to switch profs or go to Saeid's or Majed's lectures instead.
Like this dude literally doesn't answer questions during his office hours. He'll just tell u to go to his lectures 💀
He is even too old for bingo game
Bro sucked, doesnt respond to emails and his lecture slides are made by 8th graders. Useless prof
He's a chill guy, supper funny, but he just can't teach sadly. Slides r super disorganized. Though i never learned a thing from him, I always came to have a laugh. Top 3 phrases: 1) Wake up 2) Are you there (as he claps) 3) My friend what are you doing
I took this prof twice and still cant pass with him. I hope next semester he is not teaching. why is he even still teaching this guy is too old, you cant understand him and he can barley walk and stand. His midterm was just jokes. AVOID IF YOU CAN.
He is an ok guy, but unfortunately a bad teacher. His slides mixed with his "teaching" style will leave you lost, especially when he makes mistakes and mumbles over his corrections without an explanation. If you are someone that has 0 grasp of what calculus is about, switch or attend another prof.
If I could give this man a 0, I would. Worse prof by far. He is old, has a hard time hearing, and always asks students, "Have I lost you?" knowing damn well no one is understanding his accent or what he is saying. Does NOT answer questions during office hours. AVOID THIS CLASS AT ALL COSTS. If you can take Saeed, switch over or attend his lectures.
i stopped going after the first week. went to saied instead
Funny guy, a lot of unnecessary hate and goes through problems with the class.
Very lecture heave, not engaging
He's not bad just the way he teaches, he does probables in the most difficult way when they could be done in the most easiest way. Makes it very difficult. You really have to attend his lectures to understand anything he posts. He's very nice, but doesn't answer your question properly.
The curriculum of the courses was the main problem. 11 Labs every week for only 15%, 10 assignments for only 10 percent, midterm worth 30% and final worth 40%. The exams and tests are super heavy and difficult. The assignments and labs do not reflect or prepare you for how the exams are going to be.
Mumbling final boss. Not sure how he's still teaching tbh. His notes are messy and explanations drag on forever. If you get him, just watch Majed's videos and god bless.
He can't really teach, just take a different prof's class.
I don't recommend him if you are not a self learner. I had a hard time in his class. you need to practice past exams and that is the most helpful thing. Textbook is a waste of time. The prof, can't explain stuff properly and I had to go to saied when I knew I was on the verge of failing. He saved my grades. I can surely say profss matter a lot.
