If your major is Child Development, i highlky recommend L. Snow or V. Rodrigues. They are two of the most amazing teachers. They are passionate about what they teach, and they get close with their students. Lila is wonderful, she has a warm heart and is just amazing. Take her, you will not regret it. =)

I had her for three classes this semester and I never got bored. That is saying a lot. I learned a lot and I do reccomend her.

She is the nicest teacher i've ever had. I took her for most of my child development classes. All you need to do is pay attention, which she makes easy, she's not boring, and you'll pass easily. She cares so much about her students. She let me turn in an assignment after the class was over because she knew i had a lot going on. She's great!

This teacher is amazing! She is dedicated to her work, and teaches the subject with a passion that keeps people interested. She is hilarious and easy to talk to. As long as you attend class and do the work, you will get a good grade. I highly recommend classes with this professor!

Prof Snow is amazing. She gives enough extra credit to make up for a missed quiz. Her lectures are really interesting. Only one group project and it is done in class. She gives a lot of time to complete assignments and uses moodle for "journal" entries that are really easy to get full credit on.

One of the most amazing teachers I have ever had. She is dedicted to the students and wants you to learn. She has trully inspired me to be a better teacher in the future. You must have atleast one class with her in your college days!

I just finished this class and I thought it was great. You have to go to class every day because she keeps track of that. She keeps it interesting and you learn alot about yourself. 3 papers and 5 tests, dont need the book but she likes studehnts who speak up in class.

she's AMAZING!very easy & flexible.her lectures R very fun,easy to understand,keeps u interested,& u will learn alot!5 quizes & 3 observations.the quizes R very easy IF u go to class,listen to her lectures,take notes,& study alittle,there's no need to worry at all.the quizes are based on her lectures & u dont need to read the book.AWESOME professor

An amazing teacher! you never get bored in her class and its really easy to pass with an A. All you have to do is come to class and pay attention to the lecture. All her test are from the lectures and you don't really read the book at all. there is no cumulative final. I recommend this class to everyone, its super easy, fun, and lila amazing!

Mrs. Snow is a great teacher. She really listens to what you say. You have to do a lot of work for this class but it isnt very hard. It just takes a lot of time.

She is an amazing teacher with the best stores. Being quiet in the class is key or else she will get angry. Modules are hard for grading but worth it in the end. ALOT OF EXTRA CREDIT ! she talks about Coachella alot; but down to earth and fun ! :)

I have taken two of her classes and I love her. She is great. Take her. If you are interested in learning how to be a great teacher this is the class for you. Two test Mid/final no more than 30 questions. Some HW but it's all based on questions that are easy to answer.

By far the best Child Development Professor. As soon as I took her first class I continue in taking her for other classes. The reason why she is awesome is because she gets to know you and she is not self-centered. She shares personal experiences and makes the class meaningful to us while learning about ourselves and how we can become good ECE:)

Love her! Wish she taught all CD classes. She uses Moodle frequently, and lectures are basically the test. Test is less than 20 questions and easy. Rarely used the book. Learned so much in this class than any other CD class with any other CD teacher! Her stories/experiences are amazing, funny, and cute! Take her if you want to expand your learning!

She is a great teacher. Show up to class and do all the assignments and you'll get at least a B in the class. For the research papers she wants them to be VERY detailed. I'd definitely recommend her for child development . You can tell she loves kids and what she does.

Prof. Snow is a sweetheart! She's a fair grader, she gives wonderful feedback and she works with you, never against you. She's knowledgeable, and she gives wonderful lectures. I HIGHLY recommend her for Any CD class.

By far best child development teacher I've ever had. She makes her classes fun and interesting, she often lectures as she writes important information on the board and has the table you sit at work as a group for multiple assignments mostly done and due in class. I have taken her 4 times for CD 1, 2, 7 & 22 and you will not regret taking her !!

Professor snow solidified my choice to major in child development. She makes lectures fun and interesting. Makes you work for your grade. Pay attention and you will pass. Take lots of lecture notes. Didn't use the textbooks in this class.

Professor Lila snow truly is and amazing teacher. Her goal is really you leave her class confidently and successfully with fully grasping what has been thought, so you can use that for your life and career. As long as you do all the online work and show participation you'll be fine. Study notes and you'll do fine on the quizzes. If your into CD i highly recommend taking this class

here it is: easy grader. accepts late work. dont buy the book, she will say it herself you dont need the book to get an A. take her if you are looking for an easy A. no midterms. no finals. tests are 20 multiple choice questions offers EC. we had like 4 of them. 3 hw assignments that are 10 questions, just answer them. 0 level of difficulty

Best CH DEV teacher in campus!!!! Super caring, helps you out in anything you need, understands your needs, helps you with any difficulties and more... I would recommend professor Snow to everybody who is interested in the CH DEV career or just wants to take the class for general eds. She's the best you won't regret taking her class believe me!!!!!

Professor Snow is THE best professor I've ever had at Pierce. You can tell she cares about what she teaches; she really knows the subject well. She's not a difficult grader, but you still need to try to get good grades. Her lectures are very clear, too. If you ever talk to her she's also an amazing person. Take Professor Snow you won't regret it!!

Professor Snow a really nice professor and she gives good feedback only thing I suggest that you read the assignment on canvas On the way she wants the assignment done and definitely go first and always participate Bc it counts towards your grade .

Snow is an amazing professor and you can tell she enjoys teaching. I took her 8 week course so it was fast pace but she made her we understood everything. She is so nice and is my favorite professor. You do not need a book for her class, you do need to show up, take notes &amp; participate.

She is so sweet and always records a video of herself explaining the lecture. Her class is easy to pass as long as you do the work. She does grade participation such as if you watched the videos and logged onto canvas. I enjoyed her class even though it was fully online! She gets back to you really quickly and cares about her students.

Took over the summer and it was relatively easy as long as you read the textbook. Quizzes were straightforward and asked questions directly from the textbook. She also included short video lectures which were helpful to understanding the material. The only difficult thing was the write-ups and observations we had to, but just try to be specific!

Professor Snow is an amazing teacher that always has the best interest of her students in mind. She provides a fun and engaging environment to learn in, and her lecture videos are short and to the point. She gives all the topics that will be required to know for quizzes in these videos, and her class is easy to succeed in as long as you do the work

The majority of the class was very easy with simple discussions and multiple-choice quizzes. However, the final paper is an observation report, so you cannot cheat. You are required to visit a child development center and observe a child to write about. She will call the center to check if the child you wrote about is actually a student there.
